Abstract

The shopping centres built today all lead to modern focus centres with conventional concepts that provide excellent service and offer convenience and comfort to create customer loyalty. A new business model with a sharia concept has emerged in recent years, namely 212 Mart. 212 Mart has a sharia concept and has succeeded in attracting public interest because it is the only franchise with a sharia concept in Indonesia. However, the people's expectation of switching to 212 Mart was not followed by the people's loyalty to always shop at 212 Mart. Many factors influence customer loyalty, one of which can be seen in the marketing mix. It is necessary to evaluate the marketing mix carried out at 212 Mart, which consists of product quality, pricing, place or distribution, and promotions. Applying a marketing mix by Islamic law can be a factor in creating customer loyalty. The quality of halal products, whether available, distributed or where sellers and buyers meet who have a long-distance from one store to another, rarely carried out promotions, and pricing under Islamic law can affect customer loyalty for 212 marts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk halal umkm di 212Mart medan. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif yang berupaya mengkaji bagaimana suatu variabel memiliki suatu keterkatan atau berhubungan dengan variabel lainnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para konsumen 212Mart yang berbelanja di 212Mart Medan. Karena konsumen tidak dapat diketahui maka penulis mengambil sampel sebanyak 10 (sepuluh) orang konsumen setiap hari selama 10 hari penelitian, maka besar sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 100 orang konsumen. Penulis mengumpulkan data dengan cara menyebarkan angket (quisioner) dalam menganalisis data di penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan rumus regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi.

Abstract

Currently, home industry business actors must be able to prepare themselves and have a good strategy in producing quality products and have an extensive marketing network, so that the products produced can be accepted by the market or consumers, so that small industrial businesses can increase family income. This study aims to determine how the model of increasing household income based on factors of production in the city of Medan. The specific objectives of this study are 1) to design a model of increasing household income based on factors of production in the city of Medan. 2) determine the production factors that support the increase in household income in producing products. This research is a basic research because in this research a modeling process is carried out to obtain the most appropriate model in increasing household income based on production factors in home industries in Medan City. The research population is the target population, namely the home industry business in the city of Medan, which is a manufacturing business with a capital scale of Rp. 2000.000.000,- This research is quantitative descriptive, using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) research method to analyze home industry business based on production factors and causality test to determine income increase model based on production factors. Data analysis techniques will be assisted with AMOS and SPSS tools. The results of the structural model research show that the dominant factors affecting family income are capital, human resources, technology and marketing.

Abstract

penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja perawat pada Rumah Sakit Umum Mitra Medika Medan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perawat ICU di Rumah Sakit Umum Mitra Medika Medan yang berjumlah 32 perawat. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan daftar pertanyaan (questioner), Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, regresi berganda, uji T, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Ada pengaruh motivasi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja perawat pada Rumah Sakit Umum Mitra Medika Medan dimana rhitung sebesar 0,349. Nilai koefisien korelasi ganda secara bersama-sama antara motivasi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja diperoleh Rx1x2y = 0,703. Nilai yang positif tersebut mempunyai arti bahwa jika motivasi dan beban kerja ditingkatkan maka kinerja akan meningkat. Dari uji F diperoleh 14,135 dengan sig 0,000 < 0,05, menunjukkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, berarti motivasi (X1) dan beban kerja (X2) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y) pada taraf 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh (R-Square) adalah 0,494 atau 49,40%, menunjukkan sekitar 49,40% variabel Y dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel motivasi (X1) dan beban kerja (X2) atau secara praktis dapat dikatakan bahwa kontribusi motivasi (X1) dan beban kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja (Y) adalah 49,40%, Sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti

Abstract

Conducted research to understand work-family conflict and stress at work affects the performance of mothers who work at home during COVID-19 pandemic in Medan City. And what is work family conflict and work stress simultaneously affect the performance of mothers who work at home. Population in this research is mothers who work at home during the Covid-19 Pandemic as many as 100 people are drawn at random. Using multiple linear regression, test the assumptions classic, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study show that the Work. variable Family Conflict and stress at work partially affect performance mothers who work at home as well as simultaneously family work conflict and work stress have a significant effect on the performance of mothers working at home during the pandemic Covid 19 in Medan City.

Abstract

Provide a study and analysis of the factors of financial literacy related to the financial management of MSMEs in the city of Medan as the purpose of this research. This objective is based on the existing conditions in which MSMEs activities run without relying on information and financial management that is arranged in an orderly and orderly manner. The research approach used is associative. Primary data as the type in this study were sourced from questionnaires and interviews. The population used is the perpetrators of SMEs in the food and beverage industry sector in the city of Medan, amounting to 120 respondents, using purposive sampling technique in sampling, then obtained as many as 100 samples used in this study as respondents. Each questionnaire statement collected and used as data in this study will be measured by validity and reliability tests. The data analysis method uses Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) using the SEM (Structural Equation Model) structural equation model. Evaluation of the structural equation model using the t statistic and p value parameters. This study based on the test results found that three variables of financial literacy, including financial behavior, financial socialization, and bookkeeping systems positively and significantly affect it.

Abstract

The author's purpose is to research to determine the effect of Green Products on Buying Decisions, determine the effect of Green Products Buying Interest, determine the effect of Buying Decisions on Buying Interest, determine the effect of Green Products on Buying Decisions mediated by Buying Interest in the New Normal Period Case Study on MSME Consumers East Binjai District. The approach used in this study is associative. The population in this study is the Consumers of SMEs in the District of Medan Timur. While the sample that meets the criteria for sampling the withdrawal of observations made is 100 people using non-probability sampling. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses Path Analysis, Partial Least Square (PLS). Data processing in this study using the SmartsPLS 3.0 software program. the results of testing the first and second hypotheses show that the Green Product on Buying Decision and Green Product on Buying Interest in the New Normal Period Case Study on MSME Consumers in East Binjai District is accepted. In the third and fourth hypotheses, Buying Decisions on Buying Interest and Green Products on Buying Decisions are mediated by Buying Interest in the New Normal Period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment and workload on the performance of employees of PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan. The population in this study were employees of PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan.This research method uses a quantitative approach and uses associative reseach with questionnaire data collection techniques. with a sample of 126 people with a saturated sample. The data analysis technique in this study uses classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study can be concluded that together the work environment and workload have a significant effect on employee performance. This study resulted in a calculation that the work environment and workload had a significant effect on the performance of PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan. These results can be seen from the Fcount test of 58.139 from a significant level of 0.000 which is smaller = 0.05 and also the work environment and workload have a significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the R-square obtained by 0.486 (48.6%) , shows that 48.6% of employee performance variables can be explained by the work environment and workload variables, or practically it can be said that the contribution of the work environment and workload to employee performance is 48.6%, the remaining 51.4% is influenced by other variables. not researched.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan ekonomi merupakan upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui kegiatan-kegiatan peningkatan kapasitas dan kemandirian dengan melibatkan masyarakat untuk mewujdukan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya alam yang ada merupakan bentuk pemberdayaan berbasis potensi lokal yang sangat mendukung pengembangan masyarakat. Pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang baik mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat timbang lawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan sumberdaya alam di desa timbang lawan Kabupaten langkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftip dan kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat desa timbang lawan.Dalam penelitian ini terdapat metode penelitian wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Untuk menentukan sampel, menggunakan teknik Purpose Sampling.Adapun sampel penulis mengambil dari Masyarakat pembuat lidi sawit.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bauran pemasaran produk, harga, tempat/distribusi dan promosi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan menganalisis apakah bauran tersebut sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Populasi penelitian adalah semua konsumen yang pernah berbelanja. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 100 responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Data diproses menggunakan analisis jalur dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor produk, tempat/distribusi, dan promosi masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sedangkan faktor harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Nilai R2 sebesar 0,460 berarti bahwa variabel produk, harga, tempat/distribusi dan promosi menjelaskan kemampuan loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 46%, sedangkan sisanya 54% dari konstruk lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Untuk langkah-langkah pemasaran yang diterapkan saat ini sudah tepat dan tidak bertentangan dengan syariat Islam
