Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Jaya Jaya Utama. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of PT.Tunas Jaya Utama employees. This study has the aim to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on the performance of PT.Tunas Jaya Utama employees. The population of this research is 32 employees of PT. Tunas Jaya Utama. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, documentary studies and questionnaires, while the data analysis techniques used were the classic assumption test, multiple regression, T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. There is an effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT. Tunas Jaya Utama where the count is 0.349. The multiple correlation coefficient values ​​together between motivation and workload on performance obtained Rx1x2y = 0.723. This positive value means that if compensation and motivation are increased the performance will increase. From the F test it was obtained 15,853 with sig 0,000 <0,05, indicating that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning compensation (X1) and motivation (X2) had a significant effect on performance (Y) at the 0.05 level. The coefficient of determination obtained (R-Square) is 0.522 or 52.20%, indicating that around 52.20% the variable Y can be explained by the compensation variable (X1) and motivation (X2) or practically it can be said that the contribution of compensation (X1) and motivation (X2) on performance (Y) is 52.20%, the rest is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Ibu rumah tangga harus mampu mengembangkan dirinya menjadi lebih produktif membantu perekonomian keluarga. Salah satu caranya adalah membangun bisnis online menggunakan media sosial. Tetapi tidak semua media sosial bisa secara tepat dan baik penggunaanya karena banyaknya peluang terbuka informasi dan pengguna media sosial yang banyak dan tanpa batas. Perlu adanya pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam menggunakan media sosial secara tepat dan baik sehingga perlu dilakukan edukasi kepada para ibu rumah tangga. Edukasi ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan literasi ibu rumah tangga agar bisa memilih dan menggunakan media sosial yang tepat, memilih bisnis on line yang tepat dan sesuai dengan pasar yang bisa bersifat jangka panjang. Tidak hanya itu, dilakukan juga edukasi tentang cara mengelola keuangan rumah tangga dan keuangan bisnis yang tepat sehingga ada keberlanjutan bisnis di masa depan. Pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada para ibu rumah tangga dengan target mitra Ibu PKK Kecamatan Medan Estate dan Kelompok Ibu-Ibu Pengajian Istiqomah Medan Estate. Edukasi dilaksanakan secara bersamaan di Kantor Desa Medan Estate, dan mendapat sambutan sangat baik dari mitra pengabdian. Hasilnya adalah ada perubahan pola pikir, adanya pemahaman yang lebih baik dalam menggunakan dan manfaat media sosial untuk meningkatkan keuangan keluarga dengan membangun bisnis online. Target ke depannya keberlanjutan program ini akan ada pelatihan langsung kepada ibu rumah tangga dalam membangun bisnis online pada media sosial yang punya peluang pasar besar. Program ini pun sangat diharapkan oleh mitra untuk dilanjutkan pada tahun depan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of brand image on brand loyalty, to know and analyze the effect of brand trust on brand loyalty and to know and analyze the influence of brand image and brand trust on brand loyalty on Yamaha products (Case studies on university students Muhammadiyah North Sumatra). The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study were all students of the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra. While the samples that met the criteria for sampling the observations made were 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire technique. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Test (t Test and F Test), and the Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study uses the SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens) software program version 24.00. Partially known that brand image has a positive and significant influence on brand loyalty in Yamaha products. Partially known that brand trust has a positive and significant influence on brand loyalty on Yamaha products. Simultaneously it is known that brand image and brand trust have a significant effect on brand loyalty on Yamaha products

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training on employee performance, to know and analyze supervision on employee performance and to know and analyze the effect of training and supervision on employee performance at the public broadcaster TVRI North Sumatra. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study were employees of the North Sumatra TVRI Public Broadcasting Institution in the field of Business Development & Programs and Engineering, totaling 98 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used interview and questionnaire techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Test (t test and f test), and the Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study uses the SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens) software program. Partially, it is known that the training has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at the public broadcaster TVRI North Sumatra Utara. Partially, it is known that supervision has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at the public broadcaster TVRI North Sumatra. Simultaneously it is known that training and supervision have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the TVRI Public Broadcasting Agency North Sumatra

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work environment on employee performance at PT. Socfin Indonesia. The approach in this research is to use quantitative and associative approaches. The determination of the number of samples taken as respondents in this study were 68 employees. The data collection techniques in this study were interviews, documentation and a questionnaire, this positive value means that if stress and the work environment are increased, employee performance will increase. From the F test, it is obtained 0.451 with sig 0.000 <0.05, indicating that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that work stress (X1) and work environment (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the 0.05 level. The coefficient of determination obtained (R-Square) is 0.014 or 14%, indicating that about 14% of the Y variable can be explained by the work stress variable (X1) and the work environment (X2) or it can be practically said that the contribution of work stress (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) is 14%, the rest is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Promotion and Product Quality are important things that can influence purchasing decisions, the better the quality of the products that are owned and supported by attractive and persuasive promotions, it will be able to provide encouragement to consumers in making purchasing decisions on marketed products. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of promotion on purchasing decisions, and whether there is an effect of product quality on purchasing decisions and whether there is an effect of promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions for Converse products on UMSU students. The population in this study were all UMSU students. Sampling in this study using the Slovin formula with the results of 100 respondents who became the sample. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the promotion variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the variable quality of the product has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the simultaneous test, promotion variables and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of price, completeness of products, and location on customer satisfaction in 212 marts, to know the influence of prices on consumer satisfaction in 212 marts, to know the effect of product completeness on customer satisfaction in 212 marts, and to know the influence of location on customer satisfaction in 212 marts. The population in the study was all customers who shopped at 212 marts as many as 96 respondents. Data is collected through the dissemination of questions to respondents. The approach of this study is associative with multiple linear regression analysis tools, testing is conducted with classical assumption tests and hypotheses. The results of the discussion are known to have a significant and positive relationship of prices to consumer satisfaction in 212 marts. Product completeness has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction at 212 marts. Location has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction at 212 marts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of halal labels and product availability on the purchase decision of 212 mart in Medan city. The approach used in this research is associative with the type of data used is quantitative data. The population in this study were all 212 mart consumers in Medan city and the samples used were 100 people using probability sampling. This study uses data collection techniques, namely questionnaire, interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression. It is known that the halal label has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at 212 marts in Medan city. It is known that the availability of products has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at 212 marts in Medan city. Simultaneously known halal labels and product availability significantly influence purchasing decisions at 212 mart in Medan.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini_bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Customer Relationship Management dan Strategi Pemasaran terhadap Keunggulan bersaing pada PT . Distrindo Bintang Agung Medan. Desain/Metode_Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah aasosiatif. Temuan Hasil penelitian_menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan customer relationship management dan strategi pemasaran terhadap keuanggulan bersaing baik secara parsial dan simultan. Abstract

This activity aims to provide direct education and training to housewives in the Medan Estate District about increasing productivity and the economy through food security programs through the use of a limited home environment, namely the urban farming program. Then partners will help manage their commodity products that can be sold to help increase household income. Media and promotion of farming results can use social media by creating business accounts, even the results can first meet the needs of vegetables and food ingredients for their own household and for local residents. Activities are carried out through education and training with direct practice on urban farming, business planning to marketing using social media accounts so as to generate maximum profits and help the family economy. This PKM activity will be based on scientific journals and will be carried out through mass media, so that it can be known by the wider community that housewives also have great opportunities to become successful entrepreneurs with the use of a limited home environment by combining technology as a digital business medium.
