Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja non-fisik terhadap komitmen organisasional. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah 50 pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kota Yogyakarta. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, multikolonieritas, dan heteroskedastisitas, serta analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja non-fisik berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap komitmen organisasional pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, work discipline, and intrinsic motivation on employee performance. The research population is 214 employees of PT Adi Satria Abadi Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Data were collected through a survey of employees using a questionnaire instrument. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test. Research findings state that work experience, work discipline, and intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji variabel jiwa wirausaha, kemampuan inovasi dan motivasi terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Penelitian dilakukan pada UMKM di Kelurahan Karangsewu dengan responden sebanyak 50 orang. Data primer diambil melalui kuesioner dan dilakukan analisis regresi linear berganda. Pada penelitian ini hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel jiwa wirausaha, kemampuan inovasi dan motivasi secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of role ambiguity and role conflict on employee commitment with burnout as a mediating variable. The research sample was 120 employees of four manufacturing companies located in Bantul, Yogyakarta. Research findings suggest that burnout mediates the influence of ambiguity and role conflict on commitment. The study produced an interesting finding that role ambiguity had a negative effect on burnout and role conflict had a positive effect on commitment.

Abstract

Promoting SMEs is the right step to develop the community's economy, and empowerment is the right way. This study aims to examine the role of psychological empowerment as a mediator on the influence of transformational leaders in forming Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of their subordinates. The study used 4 SMEs in Kabupaten Bantul and Sleman as population and used saturated sampling technique. Data were collected from employees using a closed questionnaire instrument. The research findings have managerial implications that SMEs need to strengthen employee OCB through psychological empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and the work environment on job satisfaction. This research is a quantitative study with primary data taken using a questionnaire. The sample determination technique uses a census technique. The population used was 50 employees of Bento Cafe Yogyakarta. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS software application. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture and work environment have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, partially and simultaneously.
