Abstract

Selection of the best employees is a semi-structured matter that can be scheduled every month or year. It is not uncommon for companies to determine the best employees not in accordance with the company's assessment. Kean shops still use the manual method and often do not meet the criteria set by the company. By making the best employee decision support system in a grocery store using the simple additive weighting method. assist managers in making the best employee decisions and admins in editing, deleting and adding values in each of the existing criteria and directly connected to the system database. This system was developed using the Visual Studio Code website, PHP, CSS, XAMPP V3.3.0 and MySQL. The method used in this decision support system is simple additive weighting (SAW). With this website, decision making is more structured and value data for each employee can be stored in a database. The results of this decision support system will simplify the process of determining the best employees and this system does not need to use manual calculations and is far more efficient.

Abstract

Investasi saham adalah membeli sebagian kepemilikan dari suatu perusahaan yang terdaftar di bursa efek. Salah satu sektor yang dipercaya mendatang lebih keuntungan adalah di sektor perbankan. Namun melakukan investasi pada sektor ini memiliki resiko yang tinggi,  fluktuasi pasar dan kondisi ekonomi yang tidak menentu. Pengambilan keputusan yang cepat dan tepat dibutuhkan dalam memecahkan permasalahan ini, sehingga pada penelitian ini dibangunlah sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan pemilihan investasi saham untuk sektor perbankan dengan mengggunakan metode SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Techniqu Method). Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan MySQL sebagai basis datanya dan dengan tampilan yang lebih responsive sehingga tampilan menyesuaikan layar pengguna dan mengikuti perkembangan saat ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini sistem dapat menampilkan urutan alternatif saham bank yang dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu data untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam memilih saham untuk diinvestasikan. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem ini dapat memberikan kemudahan dan kecepatan bagi investor dalam memilih saham yang tepat sesuai dengan preferensi dan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Ensuring and fulfilling the needs of the community isa form of government responsibility to reduce existing socialinequalities. One of the efforts that the government has made isto provide social assistance through the Non-Cash FoodAssistance program. However, the process of selecting recipientsof social assistance is often not on target. For this reason, it isnecessary to build a system that is able to support in determiningdecisions for the selection of families receiving social assistance.To help the selection process of social assistance recipients, ofcourse, it must use the right and appropriate method so that theselection process produces social assistance recipients who reallydeserve assistance. The selection process in this study uses twodecision support methods, namely Fuzzy Logic and SimpleAdditive Weighting (SAW) and has conducted accuracy tests onboth methods against the suitability of recipient eligibility data,so that it can be seen which method has the highest level ofaccuracy in the selection of social assistance recipients. Theresults of the accuracy test carried out in this study are that bothmethods produce the same high level of accuracy in thesuitability of prospective recipient eligibility results, namely100%, this means that both methods can be used in determiningrecipients of social assistanc.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi sekarang ini, kebutuhan sistem digitalisasi meningkat sesuai dengan kebutuhan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Setelah sebelumnya dilakukan perancangan sistem digitalisasi untuk mencatat kehilangan dan penemuaan kendaraan motor di Polda Jateng, maka perlu dibangun suatu sistem digitalisasinya untuk merealisaikan sistem tersebut. Dalam membangun sistem ini diusulkan menggunakan metode prototyping dengan tujuan agar system ini nantinya dapat benar-benar sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan oleh end user karena tahap membangunnya bisa langsung dikonsultasikan. Dengan selesainya sistem digitalisasi ini diharapkan mampu mendata kehilangan motor dan kendaraan yang sudah ditemukan diseluruh polda Jateng dengan lebih cepat dan akurat. Dan memudahkan dalam menyajikan laporan yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

The buying and selling process currently really requires an information system, one of which is Teska Florist which sells various kinds of flower bouquet products such as bouquets, standing flowers, flower boards and others. Sales at Teska Florist are still done manually, that is, customers come directly to the shop to order flower arrangements. The problem faced by Teska Florist is that when customers who come from outside the city want to order flower bouquets in large quantities, they have difficulty coming to order directly at the shop. Based on the problems above, a sales information system is needed at Teska Florist. The website-based sales information system at Teska Florist is expected to simplify the buying and selling and transaction process. The method used in the design of this information system is the prototype method. This system design uses the PHP programming language and uses the Laravel framework. Testing on this system uses black box testing with the results concluding that the functionality of the sales system has been successful as a whole.
