Abstract

This research aims to build skills applications that can be used to collect skills data and improve the skills possessed by the community, while understanding concepts that can be done to improve digital community resource management and provide applications to analyze information exchange online. Sampling was carried out through intentional data collection techniques using questionnaires and tests. The Skill Village application is built using massive open online course (MOOC) technology, and complex problems are handled through complex computer simulation technology and massive open online course technology, a computer engineering education model that can adapt quickly. Implementing an online skills village information exchange application to support and improve the skills and management of community resources. Community resources that are well managed can reduce unemployment, so that the positive impact that is felt is an increase in people's income. Testing the Skill Village application was carried out using the -t test and gain test techniques, where the t test was used to test hypotheses and the gain test was used to determine the significant results of the community's professional level

Abstract

Advances in data and communication technology are growing rapidly. Especially in terms of data, data plays an important role in life. In this modern era, data is carried by a technology called the internet. In this case, the internet makes it easy to provide data about job vacancies, one of which is job vacancy websites. Without data it will be very difficult to get something you want, like getting a job. Profession is a matter that is very important for the survival of some people, therefore many people have difficulty getting data on a profession, but there are also people who have an industry who also have difficulty getting employees quickly and with the skills that match the required aspects. To overcome this problem, a website-based job vacancy application arrangement was created called a web search program, using the waterfall method, made using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for applicants to find data on job vacancies and make it easier for an industry that is looking for employees quickly and with the right skills.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan akses e-commerce dikalangan pedagang Pasar Tradisional Gambir, Percut Sei Tuan, melalui implementasi aplikasi SEMBOL (SistemElektronik dan Manajemen Berbasis Online). Rendahnya pemahaman mengenai teknologi digital dan minimnya aksesterhadap platform e-commerce menjadi tantangan utama bagi para pedagang pasar tradisional dalam mengoptimalkanpendapatan dan mempertahankan daya saing di era digital. Dalam kegiatan ini, dilakukan serangkaian pelatihan danpendampingan yang fokus pada peningkatan kemampuan pedagang dalam menggunakan aplikasi SEMBOL, mulaidari pengenalan dasar teknologi digital, cara mengoperasikan aplikasi, hingga pemanfaatan fitur e-commerce untukmemperluas jangkauan pasar. Evaluasi keberhasilan program dilakukan melalui peningkatan jumlah pedagang yangmampu menggunakan aplikasi SEMBOL secara mandiri serta peningkatan transaksi digital yang tercatat. Hasil darikegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi perekonomian lokal dengan mempermudah parapedagang tradisional dalam mengakses pasar yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka melaluipemanfaatan teknologi digital.

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement an efficient and integrated web-based mail archive management system at PT. Labani Media Nusantara. The result of this research is the development of a web-based letter archive management system consisting of modules for receiving letters, indexing, storing and searching letter archives. This system allows users to upload and search letters electronically, as well as manage metadata and mail history easily. Research data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation studies related to the process of managing letter archives at PT. Labani Media Nusantara. Apart from that, this system also provides security features and access rights that can be configured according to user roles. This research contributes to the development of an efficient and integrated mail archive management system in the government administration environment. It is hoped that this system can provide benefits in improving the performance of mail archive management at PT. Labani Media Nusantara and become a reference for developing similar systems in other companies. This research can result in increasing the efficiency of mail archive management, reducing errors in mail searches, and increasing information accessibility for users.

Abstract

Distribution of basic necessities (nine basic commodities) efficiently and evenly is a major challenge amidst the increasing needs of urban communities. The development of digital technology offers innovative solutions to overcome this problem, one of which is through e-commerce-based applications. This study aims to design, develop, and implement the Sembol application as an integrated basic necessities distribution platform. This application is designed to provide easier, faster, and safer access for consumers, as well as offer an efficient distribution mechanism for basic necessities suppliers and retailers. The methodology used includes user needs analysis, user-friendly interface design, and system testing to ensure application stability and performance. Case studies were conducted in urban areas with high populations to measure the impact of Sembol implementation on the effectiveness of basic necessities distribution. The results of the study showed that the Sembol application was able to increase distribution efficiency by up to 35% compared to conventional methods, reduce logistics costs, and increase user satisfaction. In conclusion, technological innovation through the Sembol application has the potential to be a sustainable solution in the basic necessities supply chain in the digital era, while also supporting increased accessibility of basic necessities for the wider community.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk generasi yang tidak hanya unggul secara intelektual, tetapi juga kuat dalam aspek spiritual dan akhlak. Salah satu unsur penting dalam keberhasilan pendidikan di pesantren adalah kinerja pengajar atau ustadz/ustadzah, khususnya dalam membantu santri menghafal dan memahami Al-Qur'an. Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur'an Darul Iman Ar Ridho menghadapi tantangan dalam memastikan kualitas pengajarnya melalui proses evaluasi yang masih dilakukan secara subyektif dan manual. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menerapkan metode MOOSRA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Simple Ratio Analysis) sebagai pendekatan objektif dan sistematis dalam menghasilkan kinerja pengajar. Metode MOOSRA yang merupakan bagian dari teknik pengambilan keputusan multikriteria, mampu mengukur kinerja berdasarkan sejumlah kriteria seperti kompetensi pedagogik, kedisiplinan, keaktifan, capaian hafalan santri, dan keteladanan. Hasil evaluasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dasar yang adil dan terukur bagi pimpinan pondok dalam proses pelatihan, pemberian penghargaan, serta peningkatan mutu tenaga pendidik.

Abstract

This research is an effort to design and build a web-based Asset Management Information System (SIMA) by applying the Waterfall Method. SIMA is an important component in managing an organization's assets, including the efficient procurement, maintenance and monitoring of assets. The Waterfall method was chosen because it has a systematic and structured approach, starting from the needs analysis stage to the implementation and system maintenance stages. The aim of this research is to optimize the asset management process by integrating web technology so that it can provide real-time and efficient access to information. This is expected to have a positive impact on more effective and measurable asset management in various industrial sectors. This research will focus on the key steps in developing a web-based SIMA using the Waterfall Method. The first stage is requirements analysis, where the functional and non-functional requirements of SIMA will be identified in detail. Next, system design will be carried out based on the results of the analysis, including designing the user interface and database structure. The implementation phase will change the system design into program codes that can run, followed by the testing phase to ensure the quality and performance of the system. Finally, the system will be fully implemented and maintained according to needs and changes that occur. Thus, it is hoped that this research can make a significant contribution in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of asset management through the use of appropriate and structured information technology..
