Abstract

ABSTRACTSociety in general to know that the bank employee had performance (performance) lessprofessional in completing a task. The employee's performance according to the behavior of somebanking issues still exist throughout Indonesia. Relating to the above description, it is necessary toinvestigate the influence of leadership style on employee performance improvement. In this casewill be examined by taking employees of Dinar Bank Indonesia as the object, namely "LeadershipStyle Influence on Employee Performance in PT Bank Dinar Indonesia". Data analysis methodused in this research is the Qualitative Data Analysis is performed if the data is collected only alittle, is a monograph or tangible cases that can not be arranged into a structure klasifikatoris andanalysis of quantitative data analysis is performed if the data is used the calculation math /statistics. Influence leadership style variable weak to employee performance can be possible,because in the Bank Dinar leadership influence is very small because the employees in the workdoes not do his job, especially a job pependidikan primary level (substance), although there hasbeen the direction of leadership. Lack of leadership styles performed by a company shows lack ofgood performance of the company.Keywords: Leadership Style, Eemployee Performance

Abstract

Abstrak - Komunikasi pemasaran adalah suatu cara berkomunikasi perusahaan terhadap konsumen yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat strategi pemasaran dalam mencapai tujuan suatu perusahaan memaksimalkan keuntungan. Dengan menggunakan komunikasi yang berkualitas diharapkan akan menumbuhkan niat konsumen dalam mengambil suatu keputusan untuk membeli produk yang ditawarkan perusahaan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan data primer menyebarkan kuesioner pada 50 responden yang merupakan calon pembeli PT ABC yang datang ke toko dan populasi pada PT ABC tidak terhingga, tidak memiliki jumlah tetap sehingga sampel yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu random sampling. Konsep perhitungan yang digunakan terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji instrument, populasi, sampel, skala likert, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan persamaan regresi. Pengujian indikator atau kuesioner menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 24. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa  kualitas komunikasi pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian secara keseluruhan memperoleh hasil yang positif dan signifikan. Kemampuan PT ABC dalam berkomunikasi memberikan pengaruh secara akurat kepada pelanggannya dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian Kata Kunci: Kualitas Komunikasi Pemasaran, Keputusan Pembelian.

This studies targets to analyze the effect of carrier best and rate on GOJEK user pleasure in DKI Jakarta. GOJEK, as one in all the biggest on-line transport applications in Indonesia, faces stiff competition from different agencies supplying similar services. consequently, it's miles vital for GOJEK to constantly improve its carrier best and offer competitive prices to maintain its dominant function. This studies makes use of quantitative methods with records collection thru questionnaires disbursed to GOJEK customers in DKI Jakarta. The sampling technique used was stratified sampling, with a complete of 124 respondents. Abstract

 Creative economic growth as the basis for national economic growth must be supported by various parties. Intellectual property as a result of creative economic actors needs to be developed through added value in order to provide greater economic benefits. The government has issued regulations on the creative economy and its implementing regulations. The hope is that it will provide a strong foundation for the parties to support the development of the creative economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of financing the creative economy with intellectual property guarantees. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using a normative juridical method by examining several legal rules that support the theme of this research. The results of the study show that intellectual property as a source of income for creative economy actors, in its implementation is still not optimal to be used as collateral for bank and non-bank financial institutions, in order to help finance the creative economy. The main obstacle is related to the issue of valuation of intellectual property rights, where it is still necessary to have several parties who have the competence to carry out the valuation. The community does not yet have an adequate understanding of intellectual property as collateral for credit/financing, therefore a continuous education program is needed in the future..

Abstract

Sumber Daya manusia memegang peranan yang penting dalam kemajuan organisasi, tentunya dengan sumber daya manusia yang baik akan membantu dalam  mencapai tujuan organisasi. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas sumber daya manusia antara lain disiplin dan lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan  disiplin dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan di PT Puspita Yogyakarta.  Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan quisioner/angket.  Sampel berjumlah 60 responden karyawan PT Puspita, Teknik analisis data menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  uji  T secara parsial variabel X1 (Disiplin)   t hitung (5,118) > lebih besar dari t tabel (2,002) dengan nilai signifikan 0,00 < lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sedangkan untuk variabel X2 (Lingkungan Kerja)   t hitung (3,753) > lebih besar dari t table (2,002) dengan  nilai signifikan 0,00 < lebih kecil dari 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh signifikan baik disiplin kerja maupun lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Sedangkan hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai f hitung 80,684 > lebih besar dari f tabel 3,16 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,00 < kurang dari 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan  bahwa variabel X1 (Disiplin) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2) secara bersama sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Human resources play an important role in the progress of the organization, of course good human resources will help in achieving organizational goals. Many factors influence the quality of human resources, including discipline and work environment. This research aims to determine the role of discipline and work environment on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at PT Puspita Yogyakarta. This quantitative research uses data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The sample consisted of 60 respondents. Data analysis techniques use the SPSS program. The results of the research show that the partial T test for the variable Meanwhile, for the variable So it can be partially concluded that there is a significant influence of both work discipline and work environment on employee performance. Meanwhile, the F test results show the calculated f value of 80.684 > greater than f table 3.16 with a significance level of 0.00 < less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that variables X1 (Discipline) and Work Environment (X2) together or simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are an important part of a company. This is because HR is an asset for the company, which contributes to the progress of a company. Employees are required to continue to improve their performance, which in turn can significantly improve company performance. The company has made various efforts to encourage employees to continue to improve their performance. Work discipline is one of the factors that can influence employee performance. Disciplinary attitudes arise from employees and also need to be supported by the company, for example with regulations. Another factor that encourages employee performance is the provision of incentives. The company policy provides incentives to encourage employees to work harder. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of work discipline and incentives on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was quantitative with a sample of 50 respondents. Data collection was carried out through observation, questionnaires and documentation. Work discipline (X1) and incentives (X2) are the independent variables and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). By using the SPSS 26 application for multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that partially, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance and providing incentives has a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, work discipline and providing incentives simultaneously influence employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Saunder Digital Asia Jakarta. Beban kerja yang berlebihan dan lingkungan kerja yang tidak kondusif dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang pada akhirnya mempengaruhi produktivitas perusahaan. Beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja adalah faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas dan kualitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 50 karyawan PT. Saunder Digital Asia Jakarta. Pengumpulan data menggunaka bantuan aplikasi perangkat lunak IBM SPSS 5 melalui uji t(persial) dimana nilai t hitung > t tabel. Hal ini menujukan bahwa variabel beban kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan variabel lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji f (simultan) kedua variabel yaitu kualitas layanan dan kemudahan penggunaan secara bersimultan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT. Saunder Digital Asia Jakarta.

Abstract

Several companies including metal and mineral mining subsector state-owned companies have carried out various strategies to ensure performance goes well. This research is useful for knowing the calculation of financial performance through financial statement analysis. This research uses non-statistical quantitative methods. Secondary data sources of financial statements using EVA and MVA methods that can be accessed through the official IDX and company websites. Sampling using purposive sampling method which uses several criteria. The results of the calculation of EVA three companies in 2020 - 2023 in a row are positive, which means that adding value to the company's capital costs results in an income figure above zero (>0) in other words there is no minus. While the results of the calculation of one company in 2022 are negative, which means that they do not add value to the company's capital costs, resulting in income below zero (>0) in other words there is no minus.

Abstract

The reasect brand image on Baker Old affects consumers to decide to buy products and can realize the level of sales and progress of the company. The issue to be addressed is whether Baker Old's brand image affects consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not there is a brand image of consumer purchasing decisions TukangRoti.com in Bekasi. The method used is quantitative method, collecting the required data through observation, documentation and questionnaire. For the concept of calculation there are validity test, reliability test, population, sample, likert scale, correlation coefficient, determination and regression equation. Testing the indicator or questionnaire of the calculation using SPSS 21. Population in this study are loyal customers Bogor branch. Based on the calculation of regression equation obtained the equation Y = 16,582 + 0,606 X can be interpreted that brand image is constant or 0 value (zero) hence decision of purchase equal to 16,582. The regression coefficient of 0.606 states that every 1 time addition to the brand image will increase the purchase decision by 0.606%.
