Abstract

Work-related activities and exposures make the body susceptible to exhaustion. Fatigue is the body's response to work-related activities and exposures. Psychosocial dangers, essentially job stress with symptoms such as frequent yawning, tiredness, thirst, and difficulties concentrating, are the general response to the high intensity of work. Typically, a job is scheduled in shifts, seasonal employment, weekend work, and overtime, which causes workers to experience exhaustion and a poor quality of life. The purpose of this study was to determine the ratio of work stress and work fatigue using the division of work shifts at Alfamart Tangsi Cikarang. This Alfamart applies 2 work shifts, namely morning and afternoon. This research was conducted by conducting interviews and questionnaires to 4 employees. The work pressure questionnaire uses the OSI-RTM method while the work fatigue uses the 30 Items of Rating Scale. One Way ANOVA was used to test the questionnaire data. The results of the work stress test show a significance level of 0.375 (p>0.05), which means that there is no statistically significant difference in the average work stress between the morning and afternoon shifts. The criterion for the significance of work fatigue is 0.295 (p>0.05), indicating that there is no statistically significant difference in the average level of work fatigue between the morning and afternoon shifts. There is no visible difference in the distribution of shifts at the Tangsi Alfamart location, indicating that the staff does not experience difficulties in dividing the morning and afternoon shifts.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company that produces products according to orders from other companies, so the products produced vary greatly in terms of shape and size. Of the many variations of products produced, all products made must go through the process of cutting raw materials using a slitter machine. In this cutting process, workers have various complaints and problems in operating the slitter machine. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the design of tools using the integration model between AD and HOQ or often called the Axiomatic House of Quality (AHOQ). This research was conducted using the AHOQ method with observation, interviews, and data analysis techniques. From the AHOQ that has been obtained, there are 3 kinds of alternative combinations of design concepts. The combination of alternatives that have been obtained is carried out with a design concept using the scoring method. Based on the assessment method, the concept chosen is a combination of alternative 3 with a total weighted value of 2.9. From the final product design, suggestions are given, namely the material used in the design concept must be durable and the grip material in the design concept must use comfortable materials.

Abstract

A marketing strategy is a plan used by business actors in marketing a product so that the product can compete in an increasingly tight business world. UMKM XYZ is one of the business actors in the cracker industry in the city of Bekasi. UMKM XZY in the last year experienced a decline in sales levels. This was due to the lack of marketing strategies in marketing their products that could increase sales volume. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy to increase sales volume at UMKM XYZ. The marketing mix is one of the factors that can affect sales volume, the elements in the Marketing Mix are product, price, place, and promotion. This study uses qualitative research methods to examine more deeply the product, price, place, and promotion strategies in increasing the sales volume of UMKM XYZ. Data collection techniques using direct interviews and observation. This study concludes that the marketing strategy that UMKM XYZ in increasing sales volume can do is to innovate products, expand the target market, and increase promotional activities using social media.

Abstract

PT.XYZ adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan olahan minyak bumi, sehingga penggunaan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) sudah diterapkan di PT.XYZ untuk mengukur pencapaian kinerja teknis sebuah perusahaan. Penilaian kinerja adalah metode untuk mengukur kontribusi anggota organisasi individu untuk organisasi. Faktor penting bagi perusahaan yaitu Penilaian kinerja dapat digunakan untuk mengukur seberapa baik kinerja perusahaan dalam menggapai visi serta misi perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaannya. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Balanced Scorecard dengan memerlukan empat perspektif untuk menjabarkan perspektif yang ada dalam Key Performance Indicator (KPI) yaitu perspektif finansial, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif bisnis internal, dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Sedangkan, dalam tahap Key Performance Indicator (KPI) menghasilkan sebanyak 27 indikator dalam penelitian ini diantaranya yakni Financial dengan 2 indikator, Costumer Focus dengan 11 indikator, Internal Process dengan 11 indikator, dan yang terakhir Learning and Growth dengan 4 indikator. Sehingga performance pada PT. XYZ yaitu sebesar 100% berada pada posisi Sangat Besar.

Abstract

PT XYZ is trying to increase its productivity because some of this time it is still considered ineffective. Productivity measurements based on fragrance output and the inputs used are the use of raw materials, the amount of labor, machine hours, and electrical energy used. Based on these problems, Objective Matrix (OMAX) is used as a measurement of productivity on the production line. The data used is data from January 2022 to May 2022. The results of the performance indicators that can be achieved by the company during the period January 2022 to May 2022 experienced productivity fluctuations. The highest productivity increase happened in the April 2022 period, at 146.67, while the lowest decline in productivity occurred in the February 2022 period, at -13.33. The factors that need to be improved are the number of employees, the machine's working hours, and the amount of electrical energy utilized.

Abstract

Produk meja belajar kayu mempunyai potensi pasar yang besar karena meja belajar banyak dipakai oleh kalangan pelajar dan mahasiswa terutama saat ini Indonesia sedang berada pada keadaan bonus demografi yaitu lebih banyaknya kalangan muda daripada kalangan tua. Tetapi, ada ketidak puasan akan meja belajar yang ada dipasaran saat ini seperti desain yang kurang menarik, tidak nyaman digunakan, tingkat kekuatan dan keawetan yang rendah, tidak multifungsi dan varian warna yang tidak beragam. Maka, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat perancangan produk meja belaja kayu yang memperhatikan desain, kenyamanan, kekuatan, keawetan, multifungsi, dan varian warna yang beragam dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan Quality Function Deployment (QFD) yang dibuat berdasarkan data hasil kuisioner yang dilakukan dan melakukan analisis kelayakan investasi usaha. Analisis kelayakan investasi usaha yang dimaksud dengan melakukan analisis finansial yang terdiri dari perhitungan biaya overhead pabrik (BOP), harga pokok produksi, harga jual, hasil penjualan, return on invesment (ROI), Payback Period (PP), Metode Break Event Point (BEP), analisis laporan laba rugi, arus kas (cash flow), Metode Net Present Value (NPV), serta Metode Internal Rate of Return (IRR), dan Profitability Index (PI). Selain itu juga dilakukan analisis pasar dengan metode SWOT yang dibandingkan dari produk pesaing. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa internal rate of return atau IRR sebesar 27,2% yang artinya lebih besar dari coast of capital 6%, Net B/C diperoleh hasil 1,51 yang berarti melebihi 1 serta untuk profitability index memperoleh hasil 9,9 yang melebihi 1. Maka, kelayakan investasi yang akan dilakukan dinyatakan layak untuk dilaksanakan.

Abstract

Perkembangan era digital mempengaruhi banyak sektor, salah satunya dalam pemasaran produk. Salah satu cara memasarkan produk di era digital adalah dengan memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai media pemasaran melalui iklan produk. Tingginya penggunaan media sosial oleh masyarakat merupakan peluang besar bagi para pelaku bisnis untuk memperluas jangkauan pasarnya dan tanpa batas. TikTok akan menjadi media sosial yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia pada tahun 2022. Salah satu produk yang banyak diiklankan di media sosial adalah produk kosmetik yang saat ini semakin kompetitif di pasaran. Maka, diperlukan penerapan strategi pemasaran produk yang tepat untuk menarik perhatian konsumen melalui media sosial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial TikTok sebagai media promosi produk kosmetik dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen terhadap produk kosmetik, selanjutnya sebagai bahan pertimbangan perusahaan dalam memilih cara beriklan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan data yang digunakan dari hasil rekapitulasi kuesioner yang berisi variabel penelitian yaitu gambar, audio visual, promosi, informasi, dan model periklanan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah variabel yang memiliki nilai thitung > ttabel 5,23 > 1,98 dan 4,32 > 1,98 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh positif variabel promosi dan model iklan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik. Sehingga diperlukan adanya inovasi berkelanjutan untuk mempertahankan ketertarikan konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian produk kosmetik.

Abstract

In competing with competitors, each company will certainly do various ways so that the performance of its employees can be maintained properly, one of which is to provide rewards and punishments. This research was conducted by the authors to be able to show the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance at PT. XYZ in Karawang because at the time the research was carried out the reward and punishment system that was currently implemented by PT. XYZ was still not optimal. Because all members of the population consisting of 16 people were sampled in the study, the sample for this study was a saturated sample. Multiple linear regression is the method used for problem solving in this study. The results showed that after testing with multiple linear regression methods each (partial) there was no effect on each independent variable, be it reward or punishment on the dependent variable on employee performance at PT. XYZ. The researcher's suggestion for the company is to make improvements to the reward and punishment so that it can be used as a tool to improve the performance of each employee.

Abstract

The development of globalization in this era makes the element of human resources crucial for companies. Thus, it is necessary for companies to provide motivation and enthusiasm to employees, one of which is through rewards. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in manufacturing by making vehicle paint. The problem at PT XYZ is the low employee performance due to the lack of rewards for high-performing employees. The objective of this research is to determine the effect of extrinsic and intrinsic rewards on employee performance using multiple linear regression analysis and the priority of reward criteria using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results show that intrinsic and extrinsic rewards simultaneously affect the performance of PT. XYZ employees. The extrinsic reward variable does not significantly affect the performance of PT. XYZ employees. The intrinsic reward variable significantly affects the performance at PT. XYZ employees. Next, the results of the determination of reward priority score indicate that self-development criteria is the most expected reward criteria by employees, with a priority score of 0.39 or 39%.

Abstract

Kesehatan kerja merupakan sebuah usaha berupa implementasi peraturan-peraturan yang telah ditetapkan guna memastikan kondisi kesehatan fisik dan sosial karyawan tetap terjaga sehingga aktivitas pekerjaan dapat dilakukan secara optimal. PT. Plasticolors Eka Perkasa merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang berkiprah dalam aktivitas industri pewarnaan plastik. Kondisi pekerjaan tersebut secara tidak langsung membuat karyawan mengalami interaksi dengan zat kimia yang dapat membahayakan kesehatan sehingga mengakibatkan aktivitas kerja menjadi tidak optimal. Kondisi dimana terdapat risiko paparan zat kimia yang diterima karyawan membuat perusahaan perlu mempertimbangkan aspek kesehatan karyawan secara lebih lanjut. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan maksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh aspek kesehatan kerja atas kinerja karyawan. Analisis pengolahan data dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan metode pengujian rank spearman. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (sig) 0,024 < 0,05 sehingga hasil hipotesis menyatakan bahwa ditemukan suatu korelasi antara aspek kesehatan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan. Koefisien korelasi bernilai p = 0,671 yang menunjukkan variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan arah hubungan bersifat positif.
