Abstract

The internet provides great opportunities for business. Part of business expansion through the eCommerce platform provides learning to develop knowledge, especially for the Darul Hikmah Mosque DKM Management to increase their knowledge of Information Technology. Lazada is a marketplace founded and meeting between sellers and buyers in an economical method without meeting face to face. The facilities of this platform provide added value such as: free fees for opening an online stall/shop by Lazada. Payment and shipping methods have been integrated with this platform.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of phenomena and incidents of fraud committed by professional accountants in carrying out accounting practices and misuse of financial reports due to the erosion of ethics and morality. Accounting ethical practices uphold honesty, confidentiality, professionalism, competence and prudence within the entity. The purpose of this research is to determine the violations that occurred at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) in 2024. Accountant professional ethics are intended as guide lines and rules for all members, both those who practice as auditors, government workers and private workers.There search method that will be carried out is the library research method or literature study by obtaining the necessary information through journals, books orother sources that are related to there search topic. Abstract

Multimodatrans Indonesia merupakan perusahaan Freight Forwarding dan Logistik Internasional dengan menyediakan jasa Ekspedisi Muatan Kapal Laut (EMKL) dengan harga relatif murah dengan kualitas pelayanan yang baik. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Ekspedisi Muatan Kapal Laut (EMKL) PT. Multimodatrans Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengambil teknik sampel jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 yang merupakan pelanggan impor PT. Multimodatrans Indonesia. Harga memiliki t hitung 2.903 > t tabel 2.052 dengan nilai signifikan 0.048< 0.05 yang artinya harga memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas Pelayanan memiliki signifikan harga 0.038 < 0.05 dan nilai t hitung 2.187 > t tabel 2.05 yang artinya kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan memiliki nilai f hitung 15.402 > 3.34 dan nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05 yang artinya harga dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Harga yang terjangkau dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dalam membeli produk atau jasa, hal tersebut menjadi faktor penting yang mempengaruhi pilihan pembeli. Kualitas Pelayanan yang diberikan PT. Multimodatrans Indonesia mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dalam pelayanan dokumen yang handal karena dikerjakan oleh orang berpengalaman dibidang ekspor impor, menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan kepada PT. Multimodatrans Indonesia dalam mengerjakan dokumen dengan baik dan kesan pelanggan terhadap layanan yang mereka harapkan dan mereka terima dapat dibandingkan untuk menentukan tingkat kualitas pelayanan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that cause Generation Z employees to choose the profession of amil zakat at Baitulmaal Muamalaat using Abraham Maslow's need theory framework. This study uses a quantitative, non-statistical approach to gain a deeper understanding of the choice of this profession. The research method used was a survey involving Generation Z employees at Baitulmaal Muamalaat. This survey was designed with structured questions related to the factors that influence the choice of profession as amil zakat based on Maslow's theory of needs. Participants were asked to rate the importance of each factor and provide further explanation about their motivation. The data collected from the survey were analyzed qualitatively by identifying common themes that emerged about the motivational factors influencing the choice of this profession. This analysis provides an in-depth understanding of the factors that motivate Generation Z employees to choose the profession of amil zakat. This research contributes to understanding the choice of profession as amil zakat by Generation Z employees at Baitulmaal Muamalaat based on Maslow's theory of needs. Although using a quantitative, non-statistical approach, this research provides valuable insights into their motivation and the factors influencing their decisions.

Abstract

The widespread use of e-commerce in the digital era has increased information disclosure while changing the way consumers make purchases. Consumer decisions are influenced by several factors, including the influence of technology, price and product comparison, information disclosure, and ease of access. The purpose of this study is to use regression analysis to examine the impact of traditional and online sales on PT Airlangga Jaya Mandiri. This study also looks at additional factors that can influence consumer purchasing decisions and determine the relationship between the variables studied. The regression analysis of PT Airlangga Jaya Mandiri, however, shows that neither traditional sales nor online sales significantly affect the dependent variable in this study. The resulting constant value is 1.740, and has a coefficient for conventional sales of 0.057 and a coefficient for E-commerce sales of -0.020. Although the p value is greater than 0.05, indicating statistical insignificance, further research and data collection is needed to confirm the relationship between these variables and consider other factors that may affect the dependent variable. The results of this study provide insights for businesses in developing more effective marketing strategies and improving customer service, with the understanding that the factors that consequence purchase decisions may be more complex than revealed in this regression model

Abstract

This study explores business behavior in applying marketing mathematics in the context of conventional and online businesses. The main distinction between these types of businesses lies in their promotional strategies, packaging adjustments, and methods of identifying customer numbers. This applied qualitative research employs observational data on business behavior and literature studies to support deductive reasoning for formulating decision-making theories. The analysis reveals the influence of business behavior in applying marketing mathematics, including: (1) identifying customer needs in conventional and online contexts, (2) utilizing graphs for decision-making, (3) adjusting packaging sizes to meet consumer needs, and (4) synchronizing marketing and production mathematics. Accurate estimations in this synchronization process significantly impact work instructions. These instructions detail real-time steps in the marketing phase, which subsequently guide production. This ensures minimal discrepancies between inventory inflows (production) and outflows (sales), reducing stockpiling and optimizing working capital, particularly for food and beverage entrepreneurs. Unlike artificial intelligence (AI), effective work instructions remain a critical business strategy, incorporating Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats analysis across divisions. The unique interrelation between production and marketing divisions highlights the irreplaceable human element in crafting responsive strategies, making this process essential for achieving business efficiency and reducing operational waste.

Abstract

This study addresses the challenge of identifying potential stocks for long-term investment within the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) amid dynamic market conditions and regulatory changes impacting the capital market. The research aims to develop a systematic approach to stock selection based on fundamental analysis, utilizing the Stockbit application’s Stock Screener feature. The method involves several stages, including defining screening criteria based on market capitalization, profitability, revenue growth, Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), debt levels, and dividend consistency. Stocks are further evaluated through valuation metrics such as Price Earnings Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV) to identify potential discounts of over 20% relative to their five-year historical averages. The screening process shortlisted four issuers: KLBF, TLKM, ASII, and UNTR, all of which meet both quality and valuation criteria, and are currently trading at attractive discounts. These findings offer valuable insights for investors, providing a practical framework for initial screening and deeper financial analysis, including examination of the companies’ financial statements and business models. The study concludes that integrating digital tools like Stockbit with fundamental analysis enhances decision-making for investors and suggests further research to explore advanced screening techniques and integration with sharia compliance considerations.

Setiap Rumah Tangga, baik dalam lingkungan pribadi dan usaha, tentunya manajemen adalah bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari kehidupan rumah tangga. Abstract

Di tengah meningkatnya intensitas persaingan dunia usaha, performa karyawan memegang peranan penting dalam menentukan kesuksesan perusahaan, terutama pada sektor dengan tingkat risiko tinggi seperti pengelolaan limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun (B3). Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana gaya kepemimpinan serta tingkat kedisiplinan memengaruhi kinerja pegawai di PT Nusantara Indah Kemilau. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner secara offline menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh pada 30 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan SPSS versi 25 melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,371, nilai thitung 3,846 > ttabel 0,68368, serta nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Disiplin Kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,765, nilai thitung 8,458 > ttabel 0,68368 serta nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan Fhitung 111,495 > Ftabel 3,35. Nilai R² sebesar 0,892 menunjukkan bahwa 89,2% kinerja karyawan dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut, sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
