Abstract

Akurasi laporan keuangan merupakan elemen kritis bagi keberlangsungan dan pertumbuhan bisnis. Sistem informasi akuntansi dalam siklus pendapatan merupakan salah satu bagian dari keseluruhan sistem informasi akuntansi yang dirancang dan diimplementasikan oleh perusahaan. Suatu sistem informasi akuntansi yang efektif juga sangat penting bagi keberhasilan jangka panjang suatu perusahaan. Pencatatan manual dalam pengelolaan data keuangan seringkali menyebabkan kesalahan yang dapat berdampak signifikan. Kesalahan tersebut umumnya terjadi pada pencatatan laporan keuangan, pencatatan stok opname, dan perhitungan laba/rugi di dalam perusahaan sehingga terdaoat ketidakakuratan dalam pencatatan keuangan. Laporan keuangan yang akurat tidak hanya penting untuk pengambilan keputusan manajemen tetapi juga memenuhi kebutuhan pihak eksternal seperti investor, kreditur, dan regulator.  PT. Mitra Esa Antama adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Penjualan. Penulis melakukan penelitian di PT. Mitra Esa Antama bahwa pengolahan data akuntansi masih manual. Penerapan akurasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketepatan dalam penyajian data keuangan perusahaan. Zahir Accounting adalah perangkat lunak akuntansi yang membantu dalam pengelolaan transaksi keuangan, dari pencatatan hingga pelaporan. Dengan menggunakan Zahir Accounting, PT. Mitra Esa Antama dapat melakukan pencatatan transaksi secara otomatis, serta meminimalisir kesalahan input dan memastikan bahwa setiap data yang masuk tervalidasi dengan baik. Sistem ini juga menyediakan fitur laporan keuangan yang lengkap dan akurat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ability and compensation on employee performance at the Directorate of Communication and User Guidance, Directorate General of Customs and Excise, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. Work ability and compensation are important factors in supporting employee performance to improve the effectiveness of service and supervision of the agency. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The sample in this study was 43 employees selected through saturated sampling techniques. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, and data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, and determination tests with the help of SPSS software. It is known that the t-value of Variable X1 is 4.735 which is greater than the t-table of 1.684, so there is a positive influence between X1 and Y, the sig value is 0.000 0.05, so the influence is significant. The calculated t value of X2 is 1.868 1.684, there is an influence between X2 and Y, the sig value of X2 is 0.069 0.05, X2 has a significant influence on performance, the f test sig value is 0.001 0.05 and the calculated f value is 83.780 2.84, that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning there is a significant influence of variables X1 and X2 simultaneously on performance. The determination value is 0.807 or equal to 80.7%, meaning that variables X1 and X2 simultaneously have an effect on Y of 80.7%. While the remaining (100% - 80.7% = 0.193 variables are not accurate. Where the correlation level at 80.7% can be stated to have a strong correlation. The independent variables in this study are work ability (X₁) and compensation (X₂), while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The results of the study show that work ability and compensation partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This finding indicates that increasing work ability and providing appropriate compensation can encourage an increase in overall employee performance.

Abstract

The development of e-commerce such as Shopee has changed people's shopping behavior, including increasing impulse buying tendencies. External factors such as discounts and product quality play an important role in triggering spontaneous purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of discounts and product quality on impulse buying behavior of Shopee consumers in RT 010 RW 010 Kelurahan Cempaka Baru, Central Jakarta This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 31 heads of households of Shopee users as respondents using the purposive sampling technique. The t test results show that discounts (t count= 3.555; sig. = 0.001) and product quality (t count = 4.411; sig. = 0.000) have a positive and significant effect on impulse purchases partially. The F test results show that discounts and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect (F count = 76.941; sig. = 0.000). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.846 indicates that the two variables are able to explain 84.6% of the variation in impulse purchases. This finding confirms that discount strategies and product quality improvements play an important role in driving impulse purchases on the Shopee e-commerce platform.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and promotion on customer satisfaction. The research method adopted was quantitative with a survey approach through distribution of questionnaires to 71 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to find out the relationship between the independent variable (product quality and promotion) the dependent variable (customer satisfaction). The results of the study show that product quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, while promotion also has a positive but insignificant influence. The findings indicate that product quality is a major factor in shaping customer satisfaction, while promotion plays a supporting role. The study provides implications for companies to focus more on improving product quality in order to retain and improve customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract. the influence of gold price fluctuations and promotional strategies on customer interest in investing in gold at PT Pegadaian. Gold remains a popular investment instrument in Indonesia, especially during times of economic uncertainty. However, gold price fluctuations and promotional strategies significantly affect investment decisions. This research aims to determine the impact of gold price fluctuations and promotional strategies on customer interest in investing in gold products at the Kreo branch of Pegadaian. The research method used is quantitative statistics with 85 respondents. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The analysis results show that gold price fluctuations have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (t_count 4.580 > t_table 1.989, significance 0.000 < 0.05). Promotional strategies also have a significant effect (t_count 9.248 > t_table 1.984, significance 0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect (F_count 102.045 > F_table 3.11, significance 0.000). The R Square value of 0.713 indicates that both factors influence 71.3% of the investment interest decision.   Abstrak. pengaruh fluktuasi harga emas dan strategi Promosi terhadap minat nasabah berinvestasi emas di PT Pegadaian. Emas tetap menjadi instrumen investasi yang populer di Indonesia, terutama pada saat ketidakpastian ekonomi. Namun, Fluktuasi harga emas dan Strategi Promosi secara signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan investasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Fluktuasi harga emas dan strategi Promosi terhadap minat nasabah berinvestasi produk emas di pegadaian cabang kreo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif statistik dengan 85 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Fluktuasi Harga emas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (thitung 4,580> ttabel 1,989, signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05). Strategi Promosi juga berpengaruh signifikan (thitung 9,248 > ttabel 1,984, signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05). Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan (fhitung 102,045 > ftabel 3,11, signifikansi 0,000). Nilai R Square sebesar 0,713 menunjukkan bahwa keduanya memengaruhi 71,3% keputusan minat berinvestasi.

Abstract

Peningkatan penggunaan dompet digital oleh generasi muda, khususnya ShopeePay, mendorong pentingnya kajian terhadap dampaknya terhadap perilaku pengeluaran konsumtif. Dalam konteks RW 01 Kelurahan Sungai Bambu, Tanjung Priok yang sebagian lingkungannya dihuni oleh keluarga TNI dan Polri dengan nilai-nilai kedisiplinan keuangan muncul pertanyaan apakah kemudahan penggunaan dan promosi ShopeePay justru dapat mengurangi kecenderungan konsumtif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan dan promosi ShopeePay terhadap perilaku pengeluaran konsumtif masyarakat usia 18–25 tahun di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei, serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner berbasis Google Form kepada 178 responden yang dipilih secara purposive. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan dan promosi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap pengeluaran konsumtif. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa dalam konteks sosial yang memiliki kecenderungan kontrol keuangan yang tinggi, kemudahan dan promosi digital justru dapat mendorong perilaku konsumtif yang lebih terkendali. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memahami pengaruh karakteristik komunitas terhadap efektivitas strategi pemasaran digital, serta mendorong penelitian selanjutnya untuk mempertimbangkan variabel mediasi seperti literasi keuangan dan kontrol diri.

Abstract

 The background in this study is how important a leader is in applying motivation and work rewards to the company to improve the performance of his employees, because with motivation and work discipline, employees will feel responsible for all their duties. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work rewards on employee performance partially, and to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance simultaneously. The conclusion from the results of this study is that increasing employee performance is inseparable from Work Motivation (needs, attitudes, abilities, payment or salary, job security, relationships with fellow workers), work rewards (providing overtime or wages given to employees) and employee performance (always arriving on time, always prioritizing attendance percentage, always obeying the provisions of working hours, always using working hours effectively and efficiently).

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Anugrahmitra Selaras. Employee performance is an important factor in supporting productivity and achieving company goals. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, through distributing questionnaires to 38 respondents who are company employees. The data analysis techniques used include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R²) with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results showed that partially, motivation has no significant effect on employee performance, indicated by the t-count value of 1.449 t-table 2.028 and significance 0.156 0.05. Meanwhile, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value of 3.351 t-table 2.028 and a significance of 0.02 0.05. Simultaneously, motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on performance, with an F-count value of 57.613 F-table 3.27 and a significance of 0.000 0.05. The coefficient of determination shows that motivation and job satisfaction contribute 76.7% to employee performance. Although motivation has no partial effect, but in combination with job satisfaction, both have an important role in improving employee performance.

Abstract

Dewan Kemakmuran Mesjid (DKM) Masjid Jami Darul Hikmah memiliki susunan kepengurusan yang diantaranya bertanggung jawab dalam kegiatan program kerja rutin seperti pelaksanaan acara hari besar umat muslim, kerja bakti kebersihan masjid, pengembangan kegiatan masjid, pengembangan fasilitas dan sarana masjid. Oleh karena itu agar program kerja tetap berjalan tanpa kendala, maka salah satu teknologi tatap muka secara daring adalah salah satu solusi terbaik yang menjadikan primer problem solving. Hal ini dirasakan oleh pengurus dalam melakukan sosialiasasi kegiatan program kerja di saat kondisi pandemi Covid -19 saat ini. Pengurus kesulitan menyampaikan program kerja yang telah dirancang untuk dipresentasikan kepada Yayasan DKM Jami Darul Hikmah. Solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi pengurus adalah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi Zoom Cloud Meeting sebagai media meeting dan presentasi secara virtual dalam mensosialisasikan program kerja. Zoom Cloud Meeting selain sebagai media pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) dapat juga dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana diskusi rapat secara online untuk mempresentasikan hasil kegiatan atau program kerja tersebut.
