Abstract

Kecakapan digital merupakan keahlian yang harus dimiliki oleh semua orang untuk beradaptasi pada era society 5.0. Harapan yang ingin dicapai adalah mengenalkan pengetahuan digital dan apa itu era society 5.0 kepada siswa/siswi SMA Negeri 4 OKU. Hal ini dimaksudkan sebagai persiapan keahlian dalam bidang digital. Selama ini kegiatan yang paling sering dilakukan adalah transaksi di dunia maya dan pembelajaran secara daring. Padahal Digitalitalisasi sudah hampir meliputi setiap kegiatan sehari-hari masyarakat, walaupun di Indonesia sendiri masih perlu sosialisasi lebih lanjut dan membiasakan diri dengan situasi tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to test the hypothesis of the influence of career development and promotion on employee morale at the Palembang religious courts. The population in this study was all employees at the Palembang religious courts totaling 71 employees. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, which means a technique for determining samples with certain considerations. The sample taken in this research was based on the number of Civil Servants (PNS) at the Palembang religious court, which was 54 employees. The collection method uses questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t hypothesis test and F hypothesis test with the help of SPSS 22. The results of the hypothesis test conclude that simultaneously there is a significant influence on the variables of career development and job promotion on morale Work. This can be seen from the F test, namely 0.000 < 0.05, which means that all independent variables jointly influence the dependent variable.

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to increase the understanding and motivation of SMA Negeri 1 Payaraman students in utilizing digital media for entrepreneurship. The program was held on November 18, 2025 and was attended by grade XII students. The methods used include interactive lectures, entrepreneurial motivation, discussions, and evaluation using the Likert scale questionnaire. The material was delivered by eight speakers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of PGRI Palembang, including the introduction of digital business, online marketing strategies, business plan preparation, product innovation, and entrepreneurial ethics. The results of the evaluation showed that the participants had a good understanding of the concept of digital entrepreneurship, with an average score in the range of 4.0–4.4. The majority of students were in the category of agree to strongly agree with all evaluation statements, indicating that the activity was effective in fostering digital entrepreneurship literacy and motivation. This program is recommended to be continued through more in-depth applicative training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan promosi terhadap keputusan mahasiswa berkuliah di Universitas PGRI Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen yaitu validitas dan realiabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji heteroskedasitas, analisis regresi linier berganda yaitu analisis koefisien korelasi dan analisis koefisiensi determinasi serta uji hipotesis yaitu uji t dan uji f. Hasil uji menyimpulkan secara parsial variabel Kualitas Layanan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkuliah (Y) di Universitas PGRI Palembang dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, variabel Promosi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkuliah (Y) di Universitas PGRI Palembang dengan nilai signifikan 0,049 < 0,05 dan hasil uji F secara simultan diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan Kualitas Layanan (X1) dan Promosi (X2) terhadap Keputusan Berkuliah (Y) di Universitas PGRI Palembang.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menilai seberapa besar pengaruh inovasi hasil (X1) dan kualitas produk (X2) terhadap keunggulan bersaing (Y) pada usaha Telur Puyuh Mardi Farm Sindur. Metode yang diterapkan adalah kuantitatif dengan 90 orang responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26, menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji korelasi, koefisien determinasi, serta uji parsial (t) dan simultan (F). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, inovasi hasil (X1) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing (Y), dengan nilai signifikansi 0,323 yang melebihi 0,05. Di sisi lain, kualitas produk (X2) menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Uji F menyatakan bahwa secara bersamaan, variabel X1 dan X2 memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 30,191 lebih besar dari F tabel 2,71, serta nilai signifikansi 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05.   Kata Kunci: Inovasi produk, Kualitas produk, Keunggulan bersaing   ABSTRACT   This This study aims to assess the extent to which innovation results (X1) and product quality (X2) influence competitive advantage (Y) in the Mardi Farm Sindur Quail Egg business. The method applied is quantitative with 90 respondents as the research sample. Data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS version 26, using multiple linear regression, correlation test, coefficient of determination, as well as partial (t) and simultaneous (F) tests. Based on the results of the analysis, innovation results (X1) have a negative and insignificant effect on competitive advantage (Y), with a significance value of 0.323 which exceeds 0.05. On the other hand, product quality (X2) shows a significant effect on competitive advantage with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The F test states that simultaneously, variables X1 and X2 have a significant effect on variable Y with a calculated F value of 30.191 which is greater than the F table of 2.71, and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05.   Keywords: Product innovation, Product quality, Competitive advantage

Abstract

The global climate crisis demands a radical transformation in the higher education sector, particularly in entrepreneurship curricula. Students, as agents of change, no longer view business solely as an instrument of capital accumulation, but rather as a means of conservation. Ecotourism has emerged as an ideal laboratory for testing the synergy between profitability and environmental preservation. However, the effectiveness of this education depends heavily on how students perceive the relevance of the material to the realities of the field. Understanding their perspectives is crucial to evaluating whether current learning models are capable of producing competent ecopreneurs or merely providing theoretical insights without any real impact on ecosystem sustainability and the well-being of local communities.
