Abstract

Community service has the meaning of advancing or bringing back things that have been lost from the place or location of community service itself. This becomes the basis for the strength to think about what things will be used as plans or even goals for carrying out community service. The power that has been used as material to advance the place or location of community service will of course have an impact on the culture that exists at the location or place of community service, this will become a special memory for those who have embedded and brought back things that have been lost from the location or location. place of community service. As we have understood, the basis of community service is the strength of the service group. In this case, this community service is aimed at bringing back the Islamic culture that has disappeared from Simangambat Dolok village, North Padang Lawas. Where recitation for children no longer existed and was reappeared later, Islamic culture which had never existed at all and had been made to exist, was: the celebration of the Hijriah New Year which was commemorated with a torchlight parade around the village of Simangambat Dolok, North Padang Lawas. Materials and Methods. The method used for this service is to bring up the things mentioned above which also contain the values ​​of the method which is a guide in implementing community service in Simangambat Dolok village, namely: the PAR method (Participation, Action, and Research) which in the sense of In short, it takes time to collect data or even field facts needed to carry out community service. Where the data and facts found are minimal or lacking Islamic culture in the field of literacy and culture in Simangambat Dolok village. The results of this community service are quite satisfying and significant, because literacy in the religious field, in this case the Islamic religion, has increased and many children at elementary school level have become hijaiyah literate. Of course, with the celebrations commemorating the Hijriah New Year, Islamic culture has increased quite a lot and even thickened and stuck in the minds of the people of Simangambat Dolok village, North Padang Lawas. Conclusion. Islamic culture and religious literacy (reciting the Koran) specifically for children who are also part of Islamic culture, are very necessary in increasing knowledge in Simangambat Dolok village, North Padang Lawas for the future of the children in the village. This is complete for the village of Simangambat Dolok in understanding and facing the future itself. Islamic culture is quite necessary because the basis of life is religion which is equipped with knowledge about the religion itself, which in this case is Islam.

Abstract

Program pengembangan produk UMKM di Desa Mukti Karya dilaksanakan sebagai respons terhadap rendahnya daya saing dan kualitas produk UMKM yang belum optimal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dan mutu produk UMKM berbasis teori ekonomi pedesaan. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelaku UMKM lokal dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 25 orang. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pendataan, sosialisasi, pelatihan pengembangan produk, pemasaran digital, dan evaluasi melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas produk, munculnya variasi baru, dan perluasan akses pasar melalui platform digital. Sebagian peserta juga berhasil memperoleh legalitas usaha. Secara keseluruhan, program ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap penguatan ekonomi lokal dan daya saing UMKM.

Abstract

Local financial management in Indonesia still faces significant challenges, such as budget inefficiencies, high dependence on central funds, and lack of locally generated revenue (PAD), which exacerbates development inequality, especially in underdeveloped regions such as Papua. This research highlights the importance of cross-sector collaboration and technology utilization for the optimization of local finance to achieve sustainable development equity. Collaboration between central and local governments, the private sector, and the community can improve transparency and accountability of budget management, while technologies such as e-budgeting, blockchain, and the Local Government Information System (SIPD) can accelerate the budget planning and monitoring process. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with thematic analysis of primary and secondary data to evaluate the effectiveness of technology integration and cross-sector collaboration. The results show that a strong synergy between collaboration and technology can improve budget efficiency, reduce dependency on central funds, and accelerate infrastructure development and public services in disadvantaged areas. Policy recommendations include strengthening local government capacity, implementing a blockchain-based monitoring system, and involving communities in development planning. This research contributes to the local financial management literature by offering evidence-based solutions that support inclusive and equitable development in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penguatan karakter kewirausahaan dan kesadaran lingkungan sejak usia dini menjadi penting dalam menghadapi tantangan sosial dan ekologis di masyarakat. Namun, kegiatan pembelajaran di lembaga pendidikan nonformal umumnya masih berfokus pada aspek akademik dan belum banyak mengintegrasikan pendidikan kewirausahaan berbasis pengalaman. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat karakter kewirausahaan anak melalui aktivitas pengelolaan kerajinan ramah lingkungan di Bimbingan Belajar Golden Kids Kota Metro. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Project-Based Learning yang dikombinasikan dengan pelatihan kreatif dan pendampingan partisipatif kepada 20 anak usia 9–13 tahun. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tahapan edukasi nilai kewirausahaan, pelatihan pembuatan kerajinan dari bahan daur ulang, serta pendampingan proyek kreatif secara berkelompok. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik mampu menghasilkan berbagai produk kerajinan dari bahan bekas serta menunjukkan peningkatan kreativitas, kerja sama, kemandirian, dan tanggung jawab. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga menumbuhkan kesadaran ekologis peserta terhadap pemanfaatan limbah rumah tangga. Program ini memberikan manfaat praktis bagi mitra melalui pengembangan model pembelajaran kreatif berbasis lingkungan sekaligus menjadi contoh implementasi pendidikan karakter dan kewirausahaan dalam pendidikan nonformal. Strengthening entrepreneurial character and environmental awareness from an early age is essential in addressing current social and ecological challenges. However, learning activities in nonformal education institutions often focus mainly on academic assistance and rarely integrate experiential entrepreneurship education. This community service program aimed to strengthen children's entrepreneurial character through environmentally friendly craft management activities at Golden Kids Learning Center in Metro City. The program employed a Project-Based Learning approach combined with creative training and participatory mentoring involving 20 children aged 9–13 years. The activities were implemented through stages of entrepreneurship value education, training in crafting products from recycled materials, and group-based creative project mentoring. The results showed that participants were able to produce various craft products from reused materials while demonstrating improvements in creativity, collaboration, independence, and responsibility. The program also enhanced children's ecological awareness regarding household waste utilization. Practically, the activity contributed to the partner institution by introducing an environmental-based creative learning model while simultaneously providing an example of implementing character and entrepreneurship education within nonformal learning environments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the financing restructuring policy in improving financing collectibility and maintaining financial performance at BMT Mitra Sejahtera Mandiri. This research employs a mixed-methods approach with a descriptive design. Quantitative data were analyzed using financing collectibility indicators and the Non-Performing Financing (NPF) ratio obtained from the institution's internal reports, while qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews with the institution's management to explore the mechanisms and considerations underlying the restructuring policy. The results of the study indicate that financing restructuring carried out through rescheduling, reconditioning, and restructuring functions as both a corrective and preventive risk management strategy. This policy helps prevent financing classified under special mention from developing into non-performing financing, as well as supports the stability of the financing portfolio. Furthermore, the restructuring policy contributes to maintaining the institution's cash flow and preserving its financial intermediation function. From an Islamic economic perspective, this policy reflects a balance between prudent financial management and social values such as justice and mutual assistance. Overall, financing restructuring serves as an adaptive risk management instrument in supporting the financial sustainability of Islamic microfinance institutions.

Abstract

Perkembangan era digital menuntut peserta didik memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah sebagai bagian dari keterampilan abad ke-21. Literasi digital dipandang sebagai kompetensi kunci yang berpotensi meningkatkan kedua kemampuan tersebut dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-eksperimen melalui pretest–posttest non-equivalent control group design. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 60 peserta didik yang terbagi ke dalam kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian meliputi tes kemampuan berpikir kritis, tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah, serta angket literasi digital. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen meningkat dari 58,47 menjadi 78,93, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol meningkat dari 57,89 menjadi 66,12. Kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada kelas eksperimen meningkat dari 56,82 menjadi 77,41, sementara kelas kontrol meningkat dari 57,13 menjadi 65,34. Hasil uji independent sample t-test menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol (p < 0,05). Analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital memberikan kontribusi sebesar 41% terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan 37% terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis literasi digital efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik.
