Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui mutu pendidikan; (2) Mengetahui peran kepala madrasah; (3) Mengetahui penerapan tipe kepemimpinan kepala madrasah; (4) Mengetahui strategi kepemimpinan kepala madrasah. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga pendekatan yaitu fenomenologi, manajemen, dan studi multi kasus. Jenis sumber data penelitian ini ialah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (a) Mutu pendidikan pada MTsN Gowa dan MTs Madani Alauddin sudah memenuhi 8 (delapan) Standar Nasional Pendidikan; (b) Peran kepala madrasah dalam mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan islam pada MTsN Gowa dan MTs Madani Alauddin; (c) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah MTsN Gowa dan MTs Madani Alauddin menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan bersifat demokratis; (d) Strategi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan islam pada kedua madrasah tersebut telah diterapkan beberapa strategi yaitu program pengembangan SDM, kurikulum, profesionalisme guru, kesiswaan, sarana dan prasarana, humas, serta pengelolaan dana (keuangan).

Abstract

This article aims to analyze spiritualism education in the Quran. The discussion focuses on four sub-discussions, namely: (1) The meaning of spiritualism in the Quran; (2) spiritual aspects of the Quran; (3) methods of Quran spirituality; and (4) the implications of Quran spirituality. This literature review documents various books, journals, and other research results as data sources. The collected data were then analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the concept of spiritualism in the perspective of the Koran is related to the world of the spirit, close to God, contains mysticism and interiority, and is equated with the essentials. Based on tracing the verses of the Quran, the three dimensions of spirituality in it are the dimension of transcendental, the dimension of norms, and the dimension of values. There are three methods of Quranic spirituality, namely tazakkur (remembrance of Allah), tafakkur (thinking about nature), and tadabbur (thinking about revelations or verses of Allah). The implications of the spirituality of the Koran are manifested in two terms in tasawuf spiritualism, namely al-maqāmat (the path to Sufism) and al-aḥwāl (the Sufi character).

Abstract

This study focuses on the influence of educational resource management on student achievement at the State Aliyah Madrasa in South Sulawesi, which aims to analyze the Effect of Educational Resource Management on Student Achievement at the State Aliyah Madrasa in South Sulawesi. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of research that will be used is type of survey research. Where survey, is a study that takes samples from one population and uses data instruments in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observations, and document data as a means of collecting basic data. The approach in this study uses a positivistic approach. The population in this study were all teachers at Aliyah madrasas in South Sulawesi. The sample taken from this population is 150 teachers. Of the five madrasas in South Sulawesi. With descriptive statistical analysis techniques, and inferential statistical analysis techniques. The results showed that first, the implementation of management of educational resources in the State Madrasah Aliyah in South Sulawesi was in a good category with a total percentage of 57%, second, the student achievement of the State Madrasah Aliyah in South Sulawesi was in the very good category with a percentage of 69%, third, and the results of the regression calculations show that there is an influence of management of content standards, process standards, educator and educational staff standards, facilities, and infrastructure standards, education financing standards, on student achievement at State Madrasah Aliyah in Sulawesi-South. Novelty, The role of educational resource management at the State Aliyah Madrasa in South Sulawesi, in improving student achievement to create high-quality Aliyah madrasa students who are ready to compete in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kondisi pendidikan karakter pada siswa saat ini. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya kesenjangan sosial, seringnya tawuran antar siswa, bahkan antar sekolah, yang mencerminkan masih rendahnya karakter siswa. Dengan demikian, diperlukan cara-cara untuk membentuk karakter siswa menjadi lebih baik. Lembaga pendidikan seperti SMPN 8, menjadi alternatif bagi anak atau siswa untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan dan penerapan karakter yang baik, karena sekolah mengembangkan proses pendidikan karakter melalui proses pembelajaran, pembiasaan, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, kerjasama dengan keluarga dan masyarakat dalam pengembangannya. . Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data adalah penyajian data, verifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter berbasis Islam di SPN 8 Makassar merupakan upaya pembinaan dan pengembangan kepribadian peserta didiknya, agar selalu bertindak dan berperilaku sesuai dengan ajaran Islam yang diajarkan dan dicontohkan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW. This study analyzes the current state of character education in students. This is indicated by the existence of social inequality, frequent brawls between students, even between schools, which reflects the low character of students. Thus, we need ways to shape the character of students for the better. Educational institutions such as SMPN 8, become an alternative for children or students to gain knowledge and apply good character, because schools develop character education processes through the learning process, habituation, extracurricular activities, collaboration with families and communities in its development. . The research method used is descriptive, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis techniques are data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions. The results show that Islamic-based character education at SPN 8 Makassar is an effort to foster and develop the personality of the students, so that they always act and behave in accordance with Islamic teachings that were taught and exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW.

Abstract

The efforts of Islamic religious education teachers in fostering student morals have an important role. Moral development in students actually determines the moral portrait of students and can be a measure of the success and failure of education, especially Islamic education. Teachers have a strategic role in fostering the morals of these students so that their functions and roles can be maximized, especially Islamic religious education teachers. Teachers must be able to become uswatun hasanah which later what the teacher does will be imitated by students in real life, in an effort to foster student morals, a teacher must familiarize students with noble and religious character by facilitating students with material, worship practices, reading the Koran, mutual respect and commendable character. The purpose of this study is to discuss the efforts of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Fostering Morals of Students at State Junior High School 2 Maros, and the Effectiveness of Moral Development at State Junior High School 2 Maros.This study uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data is processed by interpretive qualitative analysis starting with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate some efforts of Islamic religious education teachers in fostering student morals at the State Junior High School 2 Maros. Among them are: a) Exemplary, b) Habituation, c) Advice, d) Rewards, e) Punishment f) Order. The effectiveness of moral development at the public junior high school 2 Maros is in the Effective category, as evidenced by the effectiveness ratio data, which is 81, the level of Effective Achievement

Abstract

Quality education is expected to form quality Indonesian people who believe and fear God Almighty and carry out religious orders according to what they adhere to. One proof of the government's seriousness in developing the quality of educational institutions is stated in government regulation no. 57 of 2021. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the Madrasah Head's strategy in improving the quality of education at MAN 1, Makassar City. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Sources of data were obtained from the head of the madrasa, vice principal, and staff of MAN 1 Makassar City. The results showed that the Head of Madrasah MAN 1, Makassar City, improved the quality of education by implementing bartering, building, binding, and bonding strategies. The Head of Madrasah MAN 1 Makassar City makes efforts by instilling the attitude of the heart of education (learning by heart), supervising, applying discipline and building cooperation with various educational stakeholders

Abstract

Theoretically, the type of leadership has a relationship with achieving goals. This article analyzes the leadership typology applied by the Headmaster of MTs.N 1 Makassar to improve the quality of education. Before analyzing it, the data were collected through triangulation of techniques and data sources. The same data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation guided by the relevant research instruments. In terms of data sources, triangulation is applied by integrating data sources from informants, documents, and empirical facts observed to obtain the same data. It aims to ensure that the data presented can be trusted for its validity and accuracy. The data collected was reduced, systematized, and analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. After going through the series, the leadership type of the madrasah principle is summarized in three keywords, namely democratic, humanist, and collective types. The leadership typology is based on modern theories and the values ​​of local wisdom sitinaja, sipakatau, and sipakalebbi'. Integration between modern management theory and local wisdom can touch the sense of humanity and togetherness of madrasa stakeholders. It can support establishing a positive influence environment for all madrasa stakeholders to realize quality madrasa education services jointly. Based on that, a headmaster of madrasa must have integral intellectual, managerial, and spiritual competence and understand the values ​​of local wisdom that stakeholders uphold. The indicators for the achievement of quality improvement are assessed from several achievements and the satisfaction of various parties.
