Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan tentang gambaran kondisi fisik yang dimiliki pemain bolavoli Putra Persatuan Pemuda Kampung Baru (PPKB). Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling dari populasi yang berjumlah 16 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur daya ledak otot lengan diukur dengan one hand medicine ball put, daya ledak otot tungkai dengan vertical jump test, kelincahan dengan agility test, kelentukan otot pinggang dengan bridge-up test, dan kecepatan dengan tes sprint 30 meter. Data dianalisis menggunakan rumus distribusi frekuensi dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian; (1) daya ledak otot lengan diperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,98 meter dikategorikan cukup sebanyak 7 orang (44%); (2) daya ledak otot tungkai diperoleh nilai rata-rata 107,48 kg m/sec dikategorikan cukup sebanyak 3 orang (19%); (3) kelincahan diperoleh skor rata-rata 11,08 detik dikategorikan cukup sebanyak 5 orang (31%); (4) kelentukan otot pinggang diperoleh nilai rata-rata 75,00 cm dikategorikan cukup sebanyak 3 orang (19%); dan (5) kecepatan diperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,96 detik dikategorikan cukup sebanyak 7 orang (44%).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth and income inequality on poverty alleviation in North Sumatra, and determine whether the level of influence of economic growth is pro-poor or anti-poor. The method used is panel data analysis of 33 regencies/cities in North Sumatra in the 2016-2020 period, the results of the study show that economic growth and income inequality in North Sumatra have a negative effect on poverty. Meanwhile, seen from the net elasticity of poverty, income inequality becomes an obstacle or reduces the effectiveness of economic growth in alleviating poverty. Economic growth in North Sumatra during 2016-2020 is pro poverty (pro poor) of 0.338.

Abstract

Tunanetra merupakan kondisi dimana seseorang yang indra penglihatannya (kedua-duanya) tidak berfungsi dengan normal, yan disebabkan oleh luka atau kerusakan, baik struktural maupuan fungsional. Bina Netra merupakan pantu asuhan tunanetra yang berlokasi di kecamatan Kuranji, kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. Panti Bina Netra mempunyai misi untuk mewujudkan dan menciptakan kemandirian dan kesejahteraan sosial penyandang cacat khususnya penyandang cacat netra. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah melalui program bimbingan usaha/kerja. Salah satu sub proramnya adalah ketrampilan masase. Masalah yang ada pada panti sosial Bina Netra adalah masih rendahnya terampilnya para Kelayan (tuna netra binaan) dalam melakuan masase olahraga. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil pre test yang dilakukan sebelum kegiatan pelatihan, yang dilakukan dengan tes berbasis kinerja, dimana diperoleh nilai rata-rata 36,2. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan selama 2 (dua) hari dengan menerapkan metode kelompok, dimana para kelayan dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok. Yang dipandu oleh instruktur yang bersertifikat. Setelah dilakukan pelatihan, terdapat peningkatan ketrampilan masase olahraga para kelayan secara signifikan dimana diperoleh p < 0.05. Dengan adanya peningkatan ketrampilan masase olehraga para kelayan, maka diharapkan mereka dapat berwirausaha, sehingga akhirnya merka dapat hidup mandiri dan sejahtera di kemudian hari.

Abstract

Earthquake resistant infrastructure planning, generally require the acceleration data at ground level. Currently, the American Society of Civil (ASCE) 07-2010 provides amplification factor for earthquake resistant building design needs so that planners can get the acceleration of the surface by multiplying the value of the accelaration of Infonsesian Earthquake Maps 2010 with the amplification factor. To evaluate the amplification facttor with the seismic hazard analysis using software USGS PSHA-07, evaluation using grid analysis in Sumatra was done using variations of shear wave velocity(VS) which represents the ASCE 07-10 sites classification for very dense soil and soft rock (SC), the soil medium (SD) and soft soil (SE). According to the amplification factor comparison between analysis result and the ASCE 07-2010 at two reviewed period (PGA and 0.2 sec), the SC and SD site result show a close amplification factor to ASCE 07-2010. While large deviation occur between analysis and ASCE 07-2010 at SE site and period T = 1sec with VS30 < 175m/sec. The large deviation probably caused by modeling limitation which only can used specified attenuation function that represent fault zone only. To gain the good quality amplification factor, it is advice to do specific dynamic reponse analysis using local soil condition according to ASCE-07-2010 classification. Abstract

Repeating songs or covering songs uploaded on a digital platform is done in practice, but among them there is covering the songs and music commercially without the permission of the Creator and the Related Rights Owner. This research is carried out using normative legal methods through legislative approaches. The study discusses the application of the economic rights protection of Creators and Related Rights Holders on songs reproduced commercially without permission on the uploaded digital platforms of yuotube and the role of LMKN in protecting the copyrights of songs and music uploaded on the digital platform of youtube.  Based on this legal normative study, it is concluded that the protection of recorded and unrecorded song and music works remains protected by law as well as the role of the National Collective Management Agency in collecting royalty on song and musical works on digital platforms is part of the protection granted to Creators and Owners of related rights over their economic rights.Keywords: Copyright, cover song, digital platform, LMKN

Abstract

To solve this problem requires a lot of involvement between parents, family and the school. Do not let this bullying become a habit and get used to it. It must be addressed and accompanied by many parties and all involved must immediately resolve this bullying problem. There needs to be a knowledge base so that students in Pandeglang feel safe when reporting and feel protected when they become victims. Seeing the many things that have happened, cases in Indonesia, especially in the character education school environment, need to be implemented and implemented, why is this it can happen either because of family factors, environmental factors or peer factors that can cause bullying to occur. an observation showing a research or education that is carried out in a planned, planned, sequential manner, and the objectives to be achieved in an observation are recorded all events and phenomena which are expressed in the results of observations, which are explained in detail, accurately, precisely, accurately, useful and objective matched the experimental observations. Implementation is the existence of an activity, action, action, or system mechanism that leads to the existence of not only an activity, but an activity planned and an activity carried out to achieve a goal.
