Abstract

Perguruan tingi yang merupakan lembaga yang menjalankan salah satu usaha jasa di bidang pendidikan harus memberikan kualitas pelayanan kepada pelanggan dengan baik. Pelayanan akademik yang tepat waktu, akurat dan relevan, merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan dalam mendukung kelancaran pelaksanaan aktifitas suatu institusi pendidikan. Layanan yang berkualitas, secara fungsinya, berkurangnya waktu penyampaian layanan merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung untuk menciptakan loyalitas pelanggan, meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya. Hal tersebut secara tidak langsung akan menjadi nilai tambah dan memberikan keuntungan kompetitif bagi institusi. Dalam hal ini Politeknik Negeri Banjarmasin (POLIBAN) sebagai intitusi pendidikan belum memberikan pelayanan yang sesuai dengan harapan dan belum adanya pengukuran terhadap pelayanan pada perguruan tinggi yang menginterprestasikan kepuasan layanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan, yaitu mahasiswa, sehingga apa yang dianggap kurang dalam pelayanan dapat ditingkatkan kualitasnya. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan analisis pengaruh kualitas layanan pendidikan berbasis EDUQUAL terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Dimana instrumen EDUQUAL yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat layanan di sektor pendidikan hasil adopsi dari instrumen SERVQUAL. Adapun dimensi EDUQUAL terdiri dari Learning Outcome, Responsiveness, Physical Facility, Personality Development, Academic, yang selanjutnya akan dilakukan menyebarkan alat ukur berupa kuesioner yang merefleksikan konsep model kepada mahasiswa POLIBAN. Kemudian dilakukan analisis data menggunakan Structur Equetion Modelling (SEM) melalui kriteria goodness of fit, yaitu c2-Chi-square, RMSEA, CMIN/DF, TLI (Tucker Lewis Index), CFI (Comparative Fit Index). Dan dari hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa dimensi Responsiveness, Physical Facility, Academic, Learning Outcome berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan Personality Development tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Selanjutnya hasil analisis untuk pengaruh kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTDefamation is also known as insult, which is basically attacking the good name and honor of someone who is not in a sexual sense so that the person feels wronged. Honor and good name have different meanings, but they cannot be separated from one another, because attacking honor will result in tarnished honor and good name, as well as attacking a good name will result in a person's good name and honor can be tainted.This type of research is included in the writing of normative law through a statutory approach.The results of this determination explain that the legal arrangements for defamation through electronic media have been regulated in article 27 paragraph (3) of law number 11 of 2008 concerning electronic information and transactions which reads: "Everyone knowingly and without the right to distribute and / or transmit and / or make accessible electronic information and / or electronic documents that contain defamatory and / or defamation ”. The threats obtained from criminal defamation through electronic media are regulated in Article 45 paragraph (3) of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions, with the threat of imprisonment. a maximum of 4 (four) years and / or a fine of not more than IDR 750,000,000.00 (seven hundred and fifty million rupiahs). The application of the law against defamation through electronic media in the perspective of court decisions number 450 / Pid.Sus. / 2017 / PN.Smr regarding defamation is by taking legal channels, namely the judiciary.  Keywords: Defamation, Electronic Media, Crime

Padli, 2016 Effect of Brand And Product Quality Consumer Car Buying Decision Against Toyota Rush In Samarinda Syarifah guidance of Mrs. and Mrs. Saida.The purpose of this study to determine the effect of brand image and product quality Buying Decision Against Toyota Rush in Samarinda. Basic theory used marketing management by using multiple linear regression analysis with 30 sample The results of this study as follows:Logistic regression formed is Y = 0.220 + 0.386 X1 + 0,544 X2, Coefficient of regression Brand image and quality of the products is positive, meaning that if there is an increase of variable quality brand image and quality of the product will cause an increase in the consumer's decision to buy a Toyota Rush In Samarinda.The correlation value (R) indicates variables brand image and quality of the products have a strong relationship with the consumer's decision, while the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.817 indicates that the variable of brand image and quality of the product has an effect on the consumer's decision to buy a Toyota Rush In Samarinda (Y) of 81.7% and 18.3% of consumer decisions to buy cars Toyota Rush In Samarinda influenced by other variables not studied.F count F table and significance of 0.000 α = 0.05, which means jointly variables brand image and product quality has a significant influence on the consumer's decision to buy a Toyota Rush In SamarindaPartially indicates that the value of the variable t Brand t variable quality of the product means that the variable quality of the product compared to the variable dominant brand image to the consumer decision to buy a Toyota Rush In Samarinda KEYWORDS: Brand Image, Quality Products - Consumer Decision

Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari kenyataan bahwa masih rendahnya kecepatan gyaku tsuki atlet shorinji kempo, dari hasil pengamatan bertanding tendangan yang dilakukan karateka masih terkendala dikarenakan kecepatan gyaku tsuki atlet shorinji kempo masih lemah. Ini dibuktikan dengan hasil pertandingan gyaku tsuki yang dilakukan atlet putra Kempo Dojo Bungus Teluk Kabung Padang. Penelitian ini yang bertujuan untuk melihat hasil latihan menggunakan resistance band terhadap kecepatan gyaku tsuki atlet Shorinji Kempo Dojo Bungus Teluk Kabung Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet Shorinji Kempo Dojo Bungus Teluk Kabung Padang yang berjumlah 36 orang yang terdiri dari 24 orang putra dan 12 orang putri. Penarikan sampel diambil dengan teknik proposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 10 orang. Instrument penelitian menggunakan tes kecepatan pukulan gyaku tsuki. Teknik analisis data statistik menggunakan uji normalitas liliefors dan uji-t dengan taraf signifikan ɑ=0,05. Hasil penelitian ini adalah latihan shadow boxing menggunakan resistance band dapat meningkatkan kecepatan gyaku tsuki atlet Shorinji Kempo Dojo Bungus Teluk Kabung Padang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to knew government internal control system implementation in Dr. M. Yunus general hospital Bengkulu. This research is a descriptive research. The population of this study is 42 people. The sample of this study was taken by census method. Data analysis in this research use descriptive statistic method. The results showed that the environment control dimension in government internal control system is accordance with government regulation number 60 year 2008, risk assessment and control activities dimensions are not fully accordance with government regulation number 60 year 2008, communication and information dimensions in accordance with government regulation number 60 Year 2008, and the internal control monitoring dimensions is accordance with government regulation number 60 year 2008. Suggestion for Dr. M. Yunus general hospital Bengkulu is to improve the realization of the role of effective internal government oversight apparatus, improve the risk assessment not maximal, especially on risk assessment in the workplace in accordance with government regulation number 60 year 2008. Improving and able to establish and review on performance indicators and measures in accordance with government regulation number 60 Year 2008, maintaining and improving communication and information that has been in accordance with government regulation number 60 year 2008 by utilizing various existing communication means and improving monitoring that has not been maximally monitored by conducting continuous monitoring in accordance with government regulation number 60 year 2008.
