Abstract

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of talent management, career development, and education on the performance of "Mantri" officers at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Tbk, Teluk Betung Branch. The research addresses a significant gap in the literature concerning field level employees within microfinance banking. Using a quantitative approach with a census of 52 Mantri officers, data were collected via structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results reveal that each independent variable talent management, career development, and education has a statistically significant and positive effect on employee performance. Talent management emerged as the most dominant predictor, followed by education and career development. The simultaneous test (F-test) confirmed the model's overall significance, with an R Square value of 0.900, indicating that 90% of the variance in employee performance is explained by the three variables. These findings suggest that integrating human resource practices can substantially enhance performance outcomes, particularly in dynamic frontline roles. This study contributes empirical evidence to support the implementation of strategic HR frameworks in regional banking and underscores the necessity for performance focused talent policies tailored to microfinance service contexts.

Abstract

The quality of health services needs to be improved because of the needs of the community in accordance with the standards of resource utilization in a fair, efficient, and effective manner. With the limitations of the government and community, health services are still carried out safely and satisfactorily in accordance with good norms and ethics. Health services in hospitals, health centers, clinics or other health institutions are components that are interrelated, interdependent, and influence each other. This study aims to determine the effect of reliability, responsiveness, and assurance variables simultaneously and partially on patient satisfaction at the Ismadana Muaradua Clinic. This study uses a quantitative method with 100 respondents. Data was collected directly from respondents using a previously prepared questionnaire The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that both simultaneously (F-test) and partially (t-test) concluded that the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), and Assurance (X3) have a significant effect on Patient Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is a very important element in an institution. Factors that influence performance include discipline and skills, motivation, situational factors and system or work environment factors, work experience and productivity. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of motivation, work environment and productivity on the performance of Kangkung II Kendal Public Health Center employees. The method used in this research was descriptive quantitative, the number of samples used was 45 respondents from the total population using the total saturation technique at the Kangkung II Community Health Center. The research results showed that the three variables of motivation, work environment and productivity had a simultaneously positive effect on employee performance at the Kangkung II Kendal Community Health Center. The results of the motivation variable partially have a positive effect on the performance of Kangkung II Community Health Center employees. The results of the work environment variable partially have a positive effect on the performance of the Kangkung II Kendal Public Health Center employees. The results of the productivity variable partially have a positive effect on the performance of the Kangkung II Kendal Public Health Center employees. Suggestions are expected to use other independent variables, for example education, work discipline, work ethic, wages, leadership, workload and so on.

Abstract

This paper presents an intelligent system that integrates geospatial data processing and a random forest (RF) classification model to categorize regional investment readiness (IR). Regional investment planning is often constrained by fragmented socio-economic data, unequal infrastructure distribution, and unquantified disaster risk, which reduce the accuracy of decision making. To address this problem, multidimensional data consisting of socio-economic indicators, infrastructure accessibility, and disaster risk factors were collected from a sample of 15 administrative regions in Lampung Province, Indonesia, and processed through data cleaning, normalization, and feature selection. An IR score was first computed for each region using a weighted composite formula, then discretized into readiness classes and used as the target label to train a RF classifier capable of modeling complex nonlinear relationships among the input features. Given the limited sample size, model performance was evaluated using leave-one-out cross-validation, and classification metrics—accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score—were reported to assess predictive reliability. The results reveal spatial disparities in IR, where regions with higher human development and better infrastructure tend to exhibit greater investment potential, while areas exposed to higher disaster risk tend to show lower readiness levels. The prediction outputs are integrated into a web-based interactive dashboard that enables spatial visualization and exploration of IR patterns. Given the small and single province sample, the proposed system should be regarded as a preliminary decision-support tool for policymakers and investors to help identify priority regions, and further validation on larger, more geographically diverse datasets is recommended to strengthen generalizability.
