Abstract

The School of TK Al Wahyu Surabaya has difficulties in managing student data (especially students registered in the previous few years), so the school management only focuses on the list of students in the current academic year. Data management manually takes a long time, the accuracy of the people who handle it, and is very susceptible to human error. Based on the field survey that has been carried out, school managers have difficulty managing data recorded on papers and computer files, especially when the school has to send report data to the relevant City Government Education Office. Through this community service activity (PIHAT Program), the Proposing Team offers a solution to these problems by implementing the Student Management System at TK Al-Wahyu Surabaya. In this system, student data management is carried out using web-based software to facilitate data gathering, automatic data retrieval, and student data mapping. The activity steps needed to realize the proposed solution include system requirements analysis, system customization, server & network infrastructure preparation, system installation, data entry to the system, training and assistance for system operation, evaluation of problems that arise during system operation, improvement of the system to overcome obstacles that arise and ensure the system can run according to plan, as well as final evaluation to determine the effectiveness of system implementation. Based on the activities that have been carried out, the installation of the application system and the process of assisting school administrators and admins for the operation of the system have been carried out. School administrators are very enthusiastic about implementing this system. This system supports data management and reporting to the City Government Education Office. For TK Al Wahyu Surabaya, the application of this system is a new breakthrough for schools, which have been accustomed to manual work, then use software-based methods that are faster and more effective.

Abstract

Banjir adalah keadaan dimana suatu daratan tergenang oleh air dalam jumlah besar yang tidak sepenuhnya mampu diserap oleh tanah. Banjir merupakan permasalahan yang sering terjadi saat musim hujan di berbagai daerah Indonesia. Jalan yang banjir membuat kerugian bagi para pengendara yang melewatinya, misalnya seperti kerusakan mesin, bahkan hingga kecelakaan. Dibutuhkan aplikasi pelaporan jalan banjir yang memberikan informasi daerah banjir sehingga pengendara dapat menghindari jalanan banjir dan menempuh jalur yang lebih baik. Aplikasi Frostid merupakan aplikasi berbasis android yang bertujuan untuk pelaporan jalan banjir secara online yang berfokus pada peta navigasi berlalu-lintas dengan melibatkan partisipasi warga secara aktif (crowdsourcing). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat usability pada Aplikasi Frostid menggunakan analisa System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Frostid termasuk dalam range OK dengan hasil score 59.7. Hasil perhitungan kategori satu variabel dan dua variabel keduanya menunjukkan hasil perhitungan dengan range yang berada pada kategori OK dan Good.

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has a role in assisting in monitoring and evaluating the learning process in schools. Integrated Learning Information System is the application of an integrated information system to improve the quality of academic and learning services accessed by all school members (teachers, homeroom teachers, foundations, and students) and parents/guardians of students. The learning information system focuses on making it easier to monitor and evaluate student academic and learning outcomes. User experience measurement is carried out to determine the extent to which the success of user understanding using the system so that the purpose of using the system can be achieved. This study aims to analyze the user experience of the Integrated Learning Information System using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. This study uses quantitative data by distributing online questionnaires to 50 students. The results of the evaluation of user experience on learning information systems using the UEQ method state that attractiveness is 2.121, perspicuity is 2.152, efficiency is 2.319, dependability is 1.505, stimulation is 1.716, and novelty is 1.020. This proves that all aspects have positive values. The benchmark results showed that the attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, and stimulation aspects were included in the excellent criteria, while the dependability aspect was included in the good criteria and novelty included in the above average criteria.

Abstract

Dengan adanya coronavirus atau COVID-19 di Indonesia menyebabkan pandemi yang berdampak buruk bagi kelangsungan hidup masyarakat Indonesia karena terganggunya sektor perekonomian dan ketenagakerjaan. Dampak tersebut mengakibatkan PHK massal oleh perusahaan dan tidak sedikit dari masyarakat yang tidak mendapatkan kehidupan layak karena kesulitan mendapatkan asupan untuk bertahan hidup. Bantuan dana sangat diperlukan demi membantu kelangsungan hidup masyarakat yang terdampak pandemi. Karena faktor tersebut dibuatlah Website Crowdfunding bernama BeriRezeki yang berguna sebagai penyedia platform donasi agar para donatur dapat memberikan bantuan berupa e-money yang akan disalurkan kepada masyarakat yang berhak menerimanya. Website BeriRezeki dibangun dengan menggunakan framework Vue.js yang terintegrasi dengan Midtrans sebagai penyedia payment gateway agar proses transaksi menjadi lebih cepat, mudah, dan praktis.

Abstract

The development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) requires schools to always improve the quality of learning by utilizing the use of ICT. The development of ICT in schools provides many new opportunities that can support the learning process. The use of ICT plays an important role in improving the quality of education by increasing the development of educational content, supporting administrative processes in schools, and increasing access to education for teachers and students through distance learning. Utilization of ICT in the school environment can also assist in evaluating and improving the abilities and knowledge of each student. This study aims to design an integrated school learning information system using the CodeIgniter framework. The design of the integrated school learning information system model uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The design of the integrated school learning information system uses the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. Integrated school learning information system includes various features e-modules, e-daily tasks, question banks, e-tests, e-reports, and e-monitoring. Integrated school learning information system is expected to improve the quality of learning so that it can improve students' abilities and knowledge. Integrated school learning information system is also expected to make it easier to obtain information on the results of evaluating students' abilities and knowledge as well as being a medium that can improve student achievement and quality of graduation.

Abstract

Agripina Kindergarten Surabaya, located in Rungkut District, Surabaya City, is an educational institution for pre-school education for early childhood and kindergarten. Agripina Kindergarten as an educational institution must be active in advancing the institution. The progress of educational institutions can be seen from the effectiveness in promoting schools to the community so that they can attract public interest in schools to these educational institutions. The rapid development of technology can be utilized by institutions in building relationships with the community and providing various information and facilities related to schools. This can be realized through the school website. The school website serves as a school profiling media. for that required the ability of human resources or teachers there in creating and managing web applications. Through the website as a school profiling medium, the identity of the school, the school's vision and mission, curriculum, teachers, student activities, and school facilities and infrastructure can be displayed. Through community service activities carried out by a team of lecturers from UPN veterans of East Java, they will provide training in the field of web creation and management for teachers there. Creating a basic school website through WordPress is taught through this activity, which serves as a type of training. WordPress is a website-based Content Management System (CMS) platform that can be operated by the public, without having special skills in the field of information technology such as programming. This community service activity aims to provide training to Agripina Kindergarten teachers to have the insight and skills to build a simple school website, it is hoped that teachers can use the website to build school profiling media to present themselves in the world of online portals.

Abstract

Lymphoblasts are white blood cell types of lymphocytes, which can mark leukemia. To identify lymphoblasts, an analysis of white blood cells is required. In this study, a computer-based automated system was proposed using digital image processing techniques to detect lymphoblasts by analyzing microscopic images of blood cells. This proposed method segments the components of white blood cells, which are cytoplasm and nucleus, using a new approach based on adaptive local thresholding techniques. After each cell component was segmented, the geometry features and texture were extracted. The texture feature used a local binary pattern (LBP) descriptor from the nucleus. The set of features was used to train the support vector machine classification algorithm in detecting lymphoblasts. The proposed method is able to segment correctly 264 of 269 total white blood cells, with 98.14% accuracy, out of 35 acute lymphoblastic leukemia images taken with the same camera with the same lighting conditions. The use of geometry features with 16 dimensional feature vector and LBP features with 256 dimensional feature vector result in accuracy of lymphoblast identification of 88.79% and 89.72% respectively. Better performance is obtained by combining two features, the geometry and the LBP with 272 dimensional feature vector, with classification accuracy of 94.32%.

Abstract

Beras adalah makanan pokok mayoritas masyarakat Indonesia, dengan padi sawah sebagai komoditas utama. Pada 2024, harga beras mencapai Rp19.550 di seluruh Indonesia, termasuk Jawa Timur, karena masa paceklik. Pola pergerakan harga beras penting untuk diketahui guna membantu pengambil kebijakan dan petani dalam menjaga stabilitas harga. Penelitian ini bertujuan memodelkan peramalan harga beras di 20 wilayah Provinsi Jawa Timur dari 2017 – 2023 menggunakan Holt-Winters Exponential Smoothing, yang mempertimbangkan komponen level, tren, dan musiman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan harga beras cenderung naik saat pergantian tahun dan menurun di pertengahan tahun. Pengujian dilakukan dengan K-Fold (k = 3 dan k = 5) dan menguji rentang parameter alpha, beta, dan gamma dari 0,1 – 0,9 dan 0,01 – 0,9. Parameter optimal ditemukan pada nilai alpha 0,9, beta 0,01, dan gamma 0,9 dengan k = 5. Model ini menghasilkan nilai error MAPE terbaik di Banyuwangi sebesar 0,03%.

Abstract

Lantikya Store Jombang merupakan salah satu toko retail di Kabupaten Jombang yang belum menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang memberikan pelayanan yang berbeda berdasarkan karakteristik dan tipe pelanggan. Segmentasi pelanggan adalah proses membagi pelanggan kedalam kelompok berdasarkan karakteristik atau perilaku yang berbeda untuk menunjukkan tingkat keragaman di antara pelanggan. Karakteristik dan perilaku pelanggan dilihat berdasarkan usia, pendapatan, rencency (terakhir melakukan transaksi), frequency (jumlah kedatangan), dan monetery (jumlah uang yang dikeluarkan) atau disebut dengan RFM (Rencency, Frequency, dan Monetery). Pengelompokkan dilakukan dengan salah satu algoritma yaitu K-Means dengan jumlah data yaitu 1140 data. Pada penelitian ini menghasilkan 4 kelompok berdasarkan perbandingan hasil dari metode pencarian kelompok yaitu elbow method, silhouette method, dan gap statistic. Analisis yang dilakukan untuk menyususun startegi pemasaran dihitung berdasarkan nilai variabel dengan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). Karakteristik dan tipe pelanggan yang dihasilkan dari 4 kelompok pelanggan yaitu usia generasi milenial yang memiliki pendapatan tinggi dengan tipe pelanggan untuk retensi umum dan pelanggan bernilai penting, serta usia generasi Z yang memiliki pendapatan rendah dengan tipe pelanggan untuk pengembangn umum dan pelanggan yang hilang.

Abstract

The SIMAPA system is a system for monitoring children's activities and development which is implemented at KB-TK Agripina Surabaya. The SIMAPA system has been designed using system development, namely SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). The system can be declared valid and by what is expected if testing has been carried out. An application can be tested using collaborative alpha and beta testing using the black box method. Alpha testing is carried out to see whether all systems can run well and is carried out by the system manufacturer. Meanwhile, in beta testing, the party who will assess the system is the user or people who are not involved in creating the system. This testing is carried out by distributing questionnaires to several users to assess the application that has been built. The questionnaire contains questions about the system being built so that it can be concluded whether the application is by the objectives. The results of the Beta test with 6 questions about the system obtained good results with an average score of 92%. so that the system built is by what is expected.
