Abstract

Abstrak. Pertumbuhan tanaman kedelai dipengaruhi oleh hama, penyakit dan unsur hara. Kekurangan unsur hara tersebut dapat diketahui dari gejala-gejala yang ditimbulkannya, akan tetapi untuk mengetahui secara tepat jenis unsur hara yang menyerang kedelai tersebut, memerlukan seorang pakar/ahli pertanian. Otomatisasi yang dibuat dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan klasifikasi jenis kekurangan unsur hara primer berdasarkan tekstur daun. Klasifikasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode SVM (Support Vektor Machine) dan Jaringan Saraf Tiruan (JST) pada fitur tekstur daun yang kekurangan unsur hara primer (antara lain K (kalium), N (Nitrogen) dan P (Pospor).Karena daun kedelai umumnya berwarna hijau, maka fitur warna tekstur yang digunakan adalah fitur warna green dari bagian warna HSV (Hue, Saturation, Value). Fitur tekstur yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah : contrast, correlation, energy dan homogenity. Klasifikasi dilakukan pada tiga jenis kekurangan unsur hara primer menggunakan 23 sampel daun yang kekurangan unsur N, 23 sampel daun yang kekurangan unsur P dan 23 sampeldaun yang kekurangan unsur K. Abstract

Abstrak. Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur sebagai Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Baru perlu meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam bidang Teknologi Informasi. Terutama dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan akan pegawai kontrak baik seperti Dosen Luar Biasa, Dosen kontrak, Tenaga Kependidikan kontrak, Laboran dan bentuk pegawai lainnya. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi komputer terkait Rekrutmen ini, maka transparansi terhadap pemenuhan kualifikasi yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya oleh badan kepegawaian universitas akan dapat lebih dipertanggungjawabkan. Teknologi bahasa pemrograman web yang semakin maju berbasis PHP JQuery dan CSS Bootstrap dewasa ini semakin mempermudah untuk para programmer aplikasi web dalam membangun sistem aplikasi yang handal dan responsive. Dalam Penelitian ini Penulis akan mengkombinasikan beberapa Teknologi Bahasa Pemrograman diatas menjadi Aplikasi Rekrutmen yang mampu melakukan Verifikasi secara otomatis. Aplikasi Rekrutmen ini terdiri atas beberapa hak akses yakni Super admin yang biasa dipegang oleh Pimpinan Rekrutmen, Admin yang mengisikan data-data maupun Variabel-variabel yang menjadi syarat-syarat penentu diterima atau tidaknya pelamar, User yakni yang melamar kerja dan mengisikan seluruh data-data yang dibutuhkan, dan Verifikator. Meskipun aplikasi mampu memverifikasi secara otomatis, namun untuk membandingkan antara data –data pelamar yang diisikan dengan data-data yang diupload, perlu dilakukan verifikasi manual oleh verifikator. Selain itu, kadang-kadang di dalam masa rekrutmen muncul kondisi dimana kuota lowongan tidak terpenuhi maupun sebaliknya melebihi kuota, maka user verifikator dapat melakukan Re-Verifikasi terhadap para pelamar yang sudah lolos. Aplikasi Rekrutmeni ini diharapkan dapat dipakai sebagai kakas bantu yang mampu membantu proses rekrutmen baik tenaga pendidik maupun tenaga kependidikan yang berstatus kontrak, sehingga transparansi data pelamar dan hasil verifikasi dapat terlihat lebih detail dan terstruktur melalui aplikasi ini.Berdasarkan penjabaran diatas dapat dibuat perumusan masalah sebagai berikut “Bagaimana membangun Aplikasi Rekrutmen menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP, Jquery, dan CSS Bootstrap yang mampu melakukan verifikasi secara otomatis.”   Kata Kunci: Aplikasi Rekrutmen , PHP, Jquery, CSS Bootstrap, Verifikasi Otomatis

Abstract

Abstrak. Penjadwalan merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang umum saat ini. Terbatasnya tempat dan banyaknya jumlah orang di suatu fasilitas umum maupun swasta membuat penjadwalan merupakan komponen penting dalam menjalankan suatu kegiatan. Salah satu contoh fasilitas umum yang memerlukan penjadwalan adalah Rumah Sakit. Rumah Sakit membutuhkan proses penjadwalan untuk menjadwalkan perawat yang akan menggunakan suatu ruang tertentu. Karena jumlah perawat yang banyak dan jumlah ruangan yang terbatas sehingga diperlukan sistem penjadwalan sesuai kebutuhan. Pada umumnya proses penjadwalan Rumah Sakit masih menggunakan cara manual. Karena proses yang masih manual menyebabkan adanya permasalahan mengenai jadwal perawat shift yang sering terjadi kesamaan waktu maka dari itu untuk mempermudah proses penjadwalan tersebut, Rumah Sakit perlu mengembangkan aplikasi optimasi penjadwalan untuk memudahkan penjadwalan shift perawat. Metode yang digunakan untuk penjadwalan cukup beragam salah satunya adalah algoritma genetika. Metode algoritma genetika merupakan algoritma pencarian yang didasarkan atas mekanisme seleksi alami dan evolusi biologis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa aplikasi sistem informasi optimasi penjadwalan perawat yang dapat menampilkan informasi data perawat dan ruang serta dapat melakukan proses penjadwalan.   Kata Kunci: Algoritma Genetika, Optimasi, Penjadwalan, Perawat, Sistem Informasi

Abstract

Abstrak. Segmentasi merupakan tahapan penting baik dalam pengolahan citra digital ataupun persiapan proses inti dalam visi computer. Segmentasi merupakan tahapan awal yang diterapkan pada citra sebelum ke tahapan inti seperti pengenalan objek dan analisis objek. Dalam penelitian ini proses segmentasi menggunakan K-Means Clustering akan diterapkan sebagai pemrosesan awal dari aplikasi pengenalan jenis belimbing buah berdasarkan bentuk daun. Jenis belimbing buah yang digunakan adalah jenis Bangkok Merah dan Filipin. Sebelum citra daun diambil (ekstraksi) ciri-ciri bentuk, warna, dan sebaginya, terlebih dahulu dilakukan segmentasi untuk mendapatkan objek daun saja dari citra daun. Sehingga ciri yang di ekstraksi fokus pada objek daun dan tidak terdistorsi oleh objek lain pada citra, seperti latar belakang. Uji coba dilakukan terhadap 30 citra daun belimbing Bangkok Merah dan 30 citra daun belimbing Filipin. Berdasarkan uji coba yang telah dilakukan dan berdasarkan penilaian visual maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa K-Means Clustering berhasil melakukan segmentasi pada citra daun belimbing Bangkok Merah dengan nilai keberhasilan 97% sedangkan pada citra daun belimbing Filipin tingkat keberhasilannya 93%.Kata Kunci: Segmentasi, K-Means clustering, citra daun tunggal, citra warna DOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/scan.v14i2.1485

Abstract

Since the 19th century, the use of electric motors continues to grow. Nowadays electric motors have been widely used in various fields of industry. One type of electric motor that is often used is an induction motor. Induction motors work in the presence of induced currents due to the relative difference in rotor rotation with rotating magnetic fields. Induction motors are preferred for industrial purposes because of low cost, easy to maintain, and high efficiency. Induction motors that are used continuously can experience several types of fault. The existence of fault can affect the performance of the induction motor. One of the fault that often occurs in induction motor is the result of stator inter-turn fault. This fault is caused by the gradual deterioration of insulation in the stator winding which cause a short-circuit. Sooner or later, this fault can cause damage to the induction motor in a short time if left unchecked. So, it is very important to monitor the fault in real-time. Therefore, this research proposes a fault estimation method on induction motor. The design of fault estimation based on particle filtering and extended state space equations is used to estimate the stator inter-turn fault. The effectiveness of this approach is validated by use of a computer simulation with using two fault signal represented by η_cc ramp and step signal. The performances of this fault estimation are measured by RMSE and with using 500 particles has smallest RMSE value, which are 0.0112 and 0.0124 for dq current fault when using η_cc ramp signal and 0.2373 and 0.2367 for dq current fault when using η_cc step signal.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is currently a significant polemic in various countries; one of the areas affected is the aviation sector. Juanda International Airport, which is included in this sector, has not been spared the impact caused by the pandemic. Therefore, people who want to take a flight need to find out the information and requirements before leaving. There are not infrequently consumers who complain about this through social media or call centers. This study aims to determine the response and strategy given by Juanda Airport Public Relations to bridge consumer complaints. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative with taking informants using the purposive sampling method. As a reference in the research theory, the Organization-Public Relationship (OPR) consists of four dimensions: control mutuality, trust, satisfaction with a relationship, and commitment to a relationship. This study was conducted to determine Juanda Airport's attitude or public relations strategy in bridging consumer complaints during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of the activities carried out by public relations at Juanda Airport was following the OPR theory, and in responding to consumer complaints on social media, public relations always prioritized a humanist and persuasive approach, to create relationships and responses between humans, not results from robots

Abstract

Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran of East Java has a mission to become an ”Unggul berkarakter Bela Negara” university. Bela Negara is a determination, attitudes and behavior of citizens which are done regularly, thoroughly and integrated. It was inspired by the love of the nation of Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and UUD 1945 in ensuring the life of nation and state. As a campus that is committed to apply the concept of Bela Negara characters, UPN “Veteran” of East Java is always working so that the academic community (Employees and Students) can understand and interpret the concept of Bela Negara. In this research we propose to apply Bela Negara in a mobile application using waterfall method. To perform needs analysis, data/information is collected through questionnaires. Questionnaires uses 5 variations of values Strongly Agree (SA), Agree (A), Less Agree (LA), Disagree (D), and Strongly Disagree (SD). Based on result of requirement analysis using questionnaire instrument from 51 respondents obtained 29,41% SA, 58,82% A, 11,76% LA, 0% D, and 0% SD stated that Bela Negara can be applied to information technology.

Abstract

Adsorption is an accumulation of contact between gas or liquid molecules with a solid surface and some molecules attached to the surface. This study uses adsorption as a pretreatment of membrane processing. The adsorption process is affected by several factors, including the flow rate used in the adsorption process. This study aimed to determine the effect of water flow rate on the adsorption process in removing Total organic Carbon (TOC) using Calgon and Haycarb Adsorbent. The characteristics of the wastewater used are effluent of wastewater treatment from alcohol production that remains contains Total Organic Carbon (TOC). Variation of the flow rate used is 39 mL/minute, 29 mL/minute, and 23 mL/minute. The effect of flow rate on adsorption pretreatment in removing Total Organic Carbon (TOC) on Calgon adsorbent showed that 23 mL/minute was the most effective in reducing TOC values. On the other hand, using Haycarb absorbent on 23 mL/min flow rates was less effective in removing TOC values. The Haycarb adsorbent effectiveness is shown by the morphology of the initial and final results of EDX, where the adsorbent pore of Haycarb is not filled with absorbate.

Abstract

Islamic Boarding School throughout the history of the development of Indonesian society has played an important role, especially in the development of religious education. Currently, there is a phenomenon of the transformation of the role of Islamic Boarding School which focuses on the balance between religious knowledge and science. However, so far, capacity-building activities during the Covid-19 pandemic are considered ineffective. The batik design training program using CorelDraw software is implemented as a form of the OPOP program for the development of an Islamic Boarding School-based economy. The method of implementing this activity is by conducting training, implementation, mentoring, and networking. From the results of the field evaluation, the economic activities of the pesantren have received a very positive response from the students.

Abstract

Fish processing waste management in the coastal area of ??Kenjeran Beach is very critical to the environment. The production process of smoked fish has also created various solid wastes in the form of offal, head, tail, and fish fins. In this case, the solid wastes produced were disposed of without any prior management thus it can cause environmental pollution to reduce the pollution, it is necessary to utilize it to minimize the pollution. Bulak Fish Center Surabaya has plenty of smoked fish retailers selling their catches. Waste management has not been carried out optimally because it was relatively expensive for retail scale traders, so there needs to be an alternative utilization of fish waste. Wastes generated from smoked fish have great potential to be used as raw material for fish feeds with a fairly high content of protein and lipids. In addition to protein and amino acid sources, fish waste also contains minerals and vitamins. Utilization of smoked fish waste such as innards in the form of digestive organs, heads, and tails of these fish can be used as fish pellets raw material. The knowledge about waste and how to utilize the waste as fish feed needs to be informed to the fish processing business owners and the community around the Bulak Fish Center Surabaya. This community service will provide basic knowledge, and counseling, and become a pioneer of fish feed production so that it can be applied as fish feed materials used for fish cultivation.
