Palm oil is still a prima donna commodity in the plantation sector and as a major foreign exchange earner to date. Research and development of this commodity is very important to maintain Indonesia's position as the largest palm oil producing country in the world. The purpose of this study was to analyze what internal and external factors are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for marketing oil palm sprouts in PPKS Marihat. To analyze what are the priority strategies to be implemented for the marketing of sprouts at PPKS Marihat. The research method used is the K-Medoids clustering algorithm by selecting the sprout data in order to determine the best quality of sprouts. Based on the results of research using the K-Medoids algorithm with manual calculations and testing, the same results were obtained, namely cluster 1 with very good sprouts category had 7 members, cluster 2 with good sprouts category had 12 members and cluster 3 with poor sprouts category had 7 members. . Testing data on Rapid Miner using the K-Medoids algorithm can display 3 classes with an accuracy percentage of 100%. So it can be concluded that the K-Medoids algorithm can be used for clustering oil palm sprouts at PPKS Marihat.

Mastery of Information and Communication Technology needs to be taught at all levels so that processes and activities can be carried out more quickly, easily and efficiently. Class XI students of SMK Teladan Pematang Siantar are required to have competencies that can be mastered before leaving school in the field of website programming. One of the competencies is being able to create websites or web-based applications using CSS and bootstrap. The purpose of this Community Service Activity is to provide training in developing mastery of website programming as interactive learning for Teachers of Exemplary SMK Pematang Siantar. The devotional method used includes lectures, question and answer, discussion and practice. The steps for the Community Service program are 1) Compiling and developing training materials, 2) Training Stage, 3) The practical assistance stage in the process of making website programming implementations using css and bootstrap. Community Service shows that the training that has been carried out on activities can improve students' abilities to develop knowledge in the process of implementing website programming using bootstrap

An automatic handwashing deviceis a handwashing devicethat works automatically by utilizing an infrared sensor as a hand detector and using the Arduino Uno as the main controller. In this study, the authors discussed the design of an Automatic Handwashing Devicethat is placed on the hand-sanitizer faucet using the InfraRed sensor (detecting hand movements) based on Arduino Uno. This system includes the design of hardware (Hardware) and software (Software). Researchers use descriptive analysis techniques that are presented in table form. In this study, the authors conducted an analysis and design of the devices used to build the input and output processes including System Algorithms, Research Design, and Research Flowcharts. The results showed that the Hands Sanitizer deviceautomatically runs well and can be assembled using Arduino Uno microcontroller components and IR (Infrared) sensors. In making this program, the Arduino Uno application software is needed.

Office stationery is a necessity that is indispensable in the world of offices and education because it has usefulness in helping and lightening when doing daily tasks in various types of work and circles. This research place sells various kinds of office stationery such as pens, books, pencils and various other types of equipment. Many piles of data that are not used effectively are a problem for Novacom office stationery shop owners. Because of the pile of data, a settlement or pattern formation is needed in order to assist shop owners in determining sales patterns and provide recommendations to shop owners what items are most often purchased by consumers. The algorithm that will be used as an analysis process for office stationery sales is the a priori algorithm to show the results that have met the determination of the pattern of buying office stationery based on sales to consumers

The purpose of this study was to study the level of customer satisfaction with Indihome services in Pematangsiantar City by using the C4.5 Algorithm. The source of the data used in the study is to conduct observations and interviews by distributing questionnaires to Indihome customers in Pematangsiantar City. The results of this study are expected to be able to determine Indihome customer satisfaction so that service levels are in accordance with the provisions of the indicator.

Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a collection of symptoms due to a gradual decline in the immune system caused by infection with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). This disease is a dangerous disease and should be watched out for where it spreads very quickly. AIDS is one of the top infectious diseases that can cause death. K-Means is an algorithm in data mining that can be used to group / cluster data. There are many approaches to creating clusters, one of which is to create rules that dictate membership in the same group based on the level of equality among its members. The purpose of this study was to classify the number of AIDS cases by province. To solve the existing problems, the authors will use the K-Means cluster method using 2 clusters to determine the province which has the highest cases of AIDS and the province with the lowest cases of AIDS by calculating the centroid / average of the data in the cluster. It is especially recommended that the government take advantage of the results of this research to pay more attention and make efforts in overcoming AIDS in provinces with high AIDS disease.

A construction company is one of the economic sector businesses that deal with planning and supervision of construction activities to form a building. Permanent workers, namely workers who have a work agreement with the employer for a period of time not based on a decision letter. Based on data obtained from the official Government website, which is located at https://www.bps.go.id/, which displays several numbers ranging from 2010 to 2018 according to provinces in Indonesia. For this reason, the data will be processed by clustering in 2 clusters, namely the highest and lowest, using the Data Mining method with the K-Means Algorithm. In this research technique, the data will be grouped based on the province's name that has the number of permanent construction company workers from 2010 to 2018. The Data Mining method is used to facilitate data grouping of the number of construction company permanent workers according to provinces in Indonesia. The decision-based results were based on the number of permanent workers in construction companies by province with the highest 1 province, namely DKI Jakarta and 33 other provinces, including the lowest level. It is hoped that this research can be an input to the government, provinces that have become more concerned with construction companies based on the clusters that have been carried out.

Keamanan dan kerahasiaan adalah salah satu kebutuhan penting dari suatu data, atau informasi. Terkait betapa pentingnya menjaga isi data file surat wasiat dari pihak yang merugikan dengan cara merusak dan memanipulasi data pada kantor Notaris Robert Tampubolon, SH. Pada penelitian ini penulis membuat Aplikasi pengamanan berupa data surat wasiat pada isi file document dengan mengkombinasikan algoritma caesar cipher dan RSA. Metode yang digunakan adalah kombinasi algoritma caesar cipher dan algoritma RSA yang menggunakan dua kunci berbeda dalam melakukan enkripsi dan dekripsi yaitu kunci publik untuk enkripsi dan kunci private untuk dekripsi. Dalam proses mengenkripsi pesan dengan menggunakan kunci yang berupa angka-angka yang telah ditentukan pengirim, dan mendekripsi pesan yang dikirim menjadi pesan asli, sehingga pesan tersebut cukup aman dan tidak akan terbaca pihak-pihak yang tidak mempunyai hak atas pesan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan solusi terhadap masalah yang dihadapi untuk memastikan keadaan akta surat wasiat benarbenar aman pada kantor Notaris Robert Tampubolon SH. Metode ini menggunakan kombinasi algoritma caesar chiper dan RSA (Rivest Shamir Adleman) untuk menghasilkan aplikasi yang digunakan pada proses enkripsi dan dekripsi pada akta surat wasiat. Pengamanan data pada kantor notaris memiliki beberapa kesimpulan yaitu aplikasi yang dibangun dapat membantu dalam mengamankan data file surat wasiat pada kantor notaris menggunakan kombinasi metode caesar cipher dan RSA, surat wasiat yang di enkripsi dan didekripsi hanya dapat dibaca oleh orang yang memiliki akses kedalam aplikasi dan sistem yang dibangun mampu memberikan keamanan yang baik sehingga data isi dari surat wasiat tidak dapat dibaca oleh orang yang tidak berkepentingan.

Rumah yang layak huni merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia, rumah yang layak huni dikatakan jika pemilik rumah memiliki rasa tentram dan nyaman tinggal di rumah tersebut. Rumah yang layak huni dimaknai sebagai rumah yang memiliki fasilitas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manusia dalam melaksanakan aktivitas sehari-hari. Belum tersalurkannya bantuan pemerintah secara merata terhadap rumah penduduk Desa Tiga Dolok, disebabkan oleh program yang telah berjalan selama ini sangat rumit, sistem yang berjalan masih secara manual dalam pengolahan data masyarakatnya. Oleh sebab itu penulis memberikan solusi untuk mengklasifikasi tingkat kelayakan rumah dengan menggunakan algoritma C4.5. Algoritma ini dipilih karena merupakan salah satu metode pada Decision tree/Pohon Keputusan yang banyak dimanfaatkan untuk melakukan prediksi terhadap suatu kasus. Dengan demikian subsidi pemerintah untuk merenovasi rumah yang tidak layak huni dapat disalurkan secara tepat sasaran. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menggunakan pohon keputusan berbasis algoritma C4.5 diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keakuratan penerimaan bantuan renovasi kelayakan rumah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Data Mining. Analisa dan perhitungan menggunakan algoritma ini sangat membantu proses penentuan keputusan untuk menentukan masyarakat yang layak menerima bantuan bedah rumah dan masyarakat yang tidak layak menerima bantuan bedah rumah.

Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan klasifikasi dalam menentukan tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa pada matakuliah bahasa pemrograman dengan menggunakan metode data mining C4.5. Dengan mengetahui tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa, pihak prodi dapat memberi masukan yang bermanfaat sebagai bahan pertimbangan kepada para dosen dalam melaksanakan program kegiatan belajar mengajar terhadap mahasiswa dan dapat lebih meningkatkan pembelajaran apabila tingkat pemahaman sudah baik. Sumber data diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner yang diberikan kepada Mahasiswa STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar semester 4 dan semester 6 prodi sistem informasi. Adapun Kriteria yang digunakan diantaranya Minat Mahasiswa (C1), Motivasi (C2), Komunikasi (C3), Media Pembelajaran (C4), Sarana dan Prasarana (C5). Proses uji penelitian mengunakan software RapidMiner untuk membuat pohon keputusan. Dari hasil pengolahan C4.5 dengan menggunakan bantuan software RapidMinner adalah atribut C2 (Motivasi) menjadi atribut yang paling berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa pada matakuliah bahasa pemrograman dan data performance yang ditunjukkan terhadap kesesuaian metode C4.5 akurasinya adalah 84.38%.
