Abstract

Pengecekan dan pengukuran kadar glukosa saat ini dapat dilakukan dengan dua metode yaitu metode invasif dan metode non-invasif. Metode invasif menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel darah dengan cara melukai kulit, sedangkan metode non-invasif menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel urin. Pada penelitian ini, metode lain yang digunakan secara non-invasif adalah dengan mengukur kadar glukosa darah menggunakan nilai rasio dari dua panjang gelombang cahaya yang berbeda pada sensor yang ditempatkan di ujung jari untuk mendeteksi molekul glukosa dalam darah. Oleh karena itu, dibuatkan alat ukur kadar glukosa darah secara non-invasif menggunakan fingersensor jenis MAX30100 untuk mengukur kadar glukosa. Hasil pengecekan kadar glukosa tersebut ditampilkan pada aplikasi android untuk disimpan sebagai hasil rekam medis dan mengirimkan SMS ke nomor telepon pasien. Alat penelitian mendapatkan nilai rata-rata ketelitian dalam mengukur kadar glukosa darah sebesar 91.91% dengan selisih nilai rata-rata pengukuran kadar glukosa yang dibandingkan dengan alat standar sebesar 7.68 mg/dL dari 20 probandus. Hasil pengukuran dari alat dapat diterima dan disimpan ke aplikasi di menu rekam medis dan SMS hasil pemeriksaan sudah berhasil diterima pasien.

Abstract

A classic problem that hinders farmers from spraying herbicide liquids because they still use a herbicide liquid sprayer system in amanual way. This research aims to produce electric herbicide sprayers that are efficient and effective for the community, as well as to engenalize and utilize renewable energy as energy that is easy to obtain and environmentally friendly, especially in agriculture. The sources produced by the 20Wp solar panels are in the form of Voltage, Current, Power and Electrical Energy. Solar panel measurements are taken for 7 days, starting from 08.00 WIB to 15.00 WIB. The results obtained for the largest average values of Voltage, Amperes, and Power were on day 7 where the Voltage was 13.72V, Current was 0.43A, and Power was 5.88W. S. Sexplained for the average value of the largest Electrical Energy was on day 2 and day 5 of 0.60Wh. The effect in taking solar panel data in this study was Light Intensity, with the largest average n ilai being on the 7th day, which was 905.8 W/m2. The manufacture of electric herbicide sprayers based on 20 Wp solar panels has been carried out with very effective results and functions in accordance with the purpose of making tools, namely introducing renewable energy as alternative energy that is easily available, especially in agriculture

Abstract

Minum merupakan proses manusia memenuhi kebutuhan tubuh dalam hal cairan karena 70% tubuh manusia terdiri dari kandungan air. Kebanyakan manusia tidak mengetahui jumlah air yang harus diminum dalam sehari sesuai dengan umur dan berat badan atau sesuai dengan jumlah yang dianjurkan untuk kesehatan tubuh manusia. Oleh karena itu, pembuatan sebuah alat untuk membantu manusia dalam mengatur pola minum yang tergantung dengan aktivitas dan fisik manusia tersebut sangat perlu dilakukan sehingga alat tersebut dapat membantu manusia dalam mengetahui jumlah cairan yang diperlukan serta untuk mencegah penyakit terutama dehidrasi akibat kurangnya minum air. Hal ini memberi gambaran bagi penulis untuk membuat sebuah teko minum cerdas yang dapat membantu kesehatan manusia. Teko minum ini akan terintegrasi dengan perangkat elektronik dengan beberapa sensor sebagai pengukurnya. Seperti sensor pH untuk mengukur pH air karena memengaruhi kesehatan manusia, sensor ultrasonik untuk mengukur jumlah air yang telah diminum oleh manusia, dengan mikrokontroler untuk mengatur pola minum dan mengukur kebutuhan cairan yang dibutuhkan oleh manusia secara spesifik. Banyak di pasaran produk teko air minum cerdas atau smart water jug, tetapi hanya sebatas menghitung mundur pola minum dan kapasitas air di dalam wadah. Teko air minum cerdas yang di bangun merupakan sebuah terobosan pengaturan kebutuhan cairan seseorang dengan postur fisik dan aktivitas yang spesifik serta pengaturan secara otomatis kadar cairan dalam tubuhnya dan diharapkan dapat menjaga kesehatan tubuh dalam mengatasi kekurangan cairan serta mencegah dehidrasi dan mungkin penyakit ginjal akibat sering kurangnya minum air

Abstract

The Covid pandemic that hit the world including Indonesia caused changes in lifestyle and ways of working and studying to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 virus. This is certainly a challenge for education in the era of the pandemic on how the learning process can be proceeded so the knowledge is conveyed. Hybrid learning is a combination of some learning methods; online method (outside classroom) with face-to-face meeting method for several hours (inside classroom). Therefore, hybrid learning is suitable to be carried out during this pandemic. Hybrid learning is built in a class that is built based on Internet and uses web camera technology that can be done anywhere with the Internet by students and lecturers. This class provides hybrid learning process using website and 4G internet network so that students get a better learning experience and understanding easier to learn materials. The web camera is utilized as a student online learning process that views the movement of the lecturer so that it makes learning easier for the student. This hybrid learning also uses website to support in-class monitoring and future hybrid learning processes and capable of recording the learning process so the recording can be used in the future.

Abstract

The existence of pesantren today, apart from being an educational institution in the religious field, is also expected to be able to provide an example towards creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship to students. The purpose of this service activity is to empower the application of probio_Fm technology in laying duck cultivation, transfer knowledge of laying duck cultivation, and build an entrepreneurial spirit for students and the community around the boarding school. The service method uses an active participatory approach, starting with preparation and socialization activities, training, mentoring in duck cultivation, harvesting, and data collection. Data analysis was carried out by qualitative descriptive analysis. The results show that the pesantren community has been empowered to apply probio_FM technology for duck cultivation, both through drinking water and feed. The application of probio_FM technology in the cultivation of laying ducks makes the cultivation method easy, does not cause odors around the pesantren environment, and egg productivity reaches 87.5%.

Abstract

A cellulose derivative substance called cellulose acetate is frequently used in the manufacturing of photographic film, fiber, membranes, and bioplastics. However, the availability of sources for cellulose acetate's raw material does not support this demand. Paper waste has a high cellulose content. Therefore, the aim of this research is to synthesize cellulose acetate from α-cellulose waste paper. In order to separate alpha cellulose from waste paper in this study, the delignification process with NaOH solvent was used as a first step. After obtaining alpha cellulose, acetic anhydride was used to carry out the acetylation reaction. The yield of α-cellulose from paper waste is 51.8%. α-Cellulose is reacted with acetic anhydride through acetylation reactions and hydrolysis of acetyl groups. From this reaction, functional groups -OH, C=O ester, and C-O acetyl appeared from the FTIR spectra analysis which indicated that cellulose acetate had been successfully synthesized. The type of cellulose acetate produced is a type of cellulose monoacetate with an acetyl groups of 23% and a degree of substitution value of 1.17.

Abstract

Regional tourism often faces obstacles in providing fast, accurate, and easily accessible destination information to tourists. Many regions lack a digital platform capable of presenting information in an integrated manner, making it difficult for tourists to obtain an overview of tourist attractions, supporting facilities, and travel routes. This information accessibility problem affects the efficiency of tourism promotion and results in suboptimal implementation of digital transformation concepts. This study aims to develop and evaluate a E- Tourism application to improve the accessibility of tourism destination information and support digital transformation in the regional tourism sector. The system development was carried out using the Extreme Programming (XP) approach to ensure a fast iterative process, flexibility to respond to changing user needs, and software quality improvement in each testing cycle. Usability evaluation was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method involving 70 general user respondents. The test results show that the application obtained a SUS score of 75.74 in the acceptable category, indicating that the application is easy to use, clear, and aligned with tourism information needs.

Abstract

The process of submitting leave and absence management for employees of the Faculty of Science and Engineering, Bangka Belitung University, is still carried out manually using paper forms, potentially causing delays in information, recording errors, and difficulties in data archiving. This study aims to design and implement an Android- and web-based leave and absence management application system to improve the efficiency of personnel administration. The system development method used includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The Android application was developed using Flutter, while the web-based system uses PHP with a MySQL database and Application Programming Interface (API) integration for real-time data measurement. This system provides features for submitting leave and permits, application history, verification and approval stages by superiors, employee data management, and application status notifications. The results of functional testing indicate that most features run according to system requirements, although there is one date logic validation test that does not meet expectations. Overall, the system developed is able to improve the efficiency of the administrative process, minimize recording errors, and support more structured, transparent, and integrated personnel data management.
