Abstract

Health centers have an important role in providing effective and efficient health services to the community. However, the problem of long and unorganized queues often hinders the quality of service. This study aims to design and implement a web-based queue management system at the Stabat Lama Health Center. The methods used include system requirements analysis, database design, and software development. This system allows patient registration, queue number retrieval, and automatic patient calling, thereby reducing waiting time and increasing operational efficiency. The implementation results show that this system is able to create a more orderly service flow, minimize errors in the queuing process, and increase patient satisfaction. With the integration of information technology, this system is expected to support the transformation of more modern and responsive health services.

Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TB) Paru merupakan salah satu penyakit menular yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia. Untuk memantau penyebaran penyakit TB Paru, diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat memvisualisasikan persebaran kasus TB Paru di suatu wilayah termasuk  desa Karang Rejo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi penyebaran penyakit TB Paru di Puskesmas Karang Rejo dengan menggunakan metode K-Means Clustering berbasis web. Metode K-Means Clustering digunakan untuk mengelompokkan data penderita TB Paru berdasarkan jarak terdekat dengan titik pusat cluster. Hasil pengelompokan tersebut kemudian divisualisasikan pada peta digital menggunakan Google Maps API. Sistem informasi ini dilengkapi dengan fitur pencarian kasus TB Paru berdasarkan rentang waktu, status pengobatan, dan wilayah. Administrator juga dapat mengelola data penderita, data pegawai, dan data klaster. Hasil pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi dapat memvisualisasikan penyebaran kasus TB Paru di Puskesmas Karang Rejo dengan baik. Pengawai Puskesmas  dapat dengan mudah melihat sebaran kasus TB Paru dan melakukan analisis persebaran penyakit. Sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak Puskesmas Karang Rejo dalam memantau dan mengendalikan penyebaran penyakit TB Paru di wilayah kerjanya.

Abstract

The MariUmroh application is an Android-based Umrah and Hajj travel marketplace application designed specifically to bring together sellers and buyers in one digital platform. The MariUmroh marketplace application aims to make it easier for prospective pilgrims and Umrah and Hajj travel companies to interact, transact, and promote their products online. In its business processes, the MariUmroh application uses a B2C (Business to Customer) business model. Where business activities are carried out by travel admins to customers using electronic media directly. The development of the Android-based MariUmroh application is built with the Flutter Framework which uses the Dart programming language. In building the MariUmroh marketplace application, the development system uses the waterfall method, in its creation it begins with needs analysis, system design, program code writing, program testing, program implementation and maintenance. In the MariUmroh application which offers various Umrah and Hajj travel packages to the wider community easily and more efficiently, and sellers easily promote their products and don't have to worry about losing consumers, the features provided by the application are also very useful for pilgrims during their worship at holy land. Abstract

In today's digital era, advances in information technology have brought about major transformations in various aspects of life, including in the decision-making process in the social field. One of the important activities for the young generation in Tebing Tinggi City is the selection of Abang Kakak Tebing Tinggi as a representation of regional culture and potential. The conventional selection process that has been used so far often takes a long time and is not entirely objective. Therefore, this study designs a web-based decision support system using the Profile matching method. This system facilitates participant assessment based on the level of conformity between ideal criteria and actual profiles. The implementation results show that the system provides transparent and fair recommendations. System testing shows a good level of calculation accuracy, with the highest score for male participants being 4.58 and female participants being 4.42. With the blackbox testing method, all system features are also proven to run as they should.

Abstract

Keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sangat penting untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan karakter mereka. Namun, mengelola kegiatan ekstrakurikuler secara manual seringkali sulit untuk dipantau dan dinilai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi yang melacak aktivitas ekstrakurikuler di Sekolah Dasar Plus Al Ikhlas Taqwa yang beroperasi melalui internet dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall. Tiga menu utama akan ditampilkan dalam sistem ini: data ekstrakurikuler, nama siswa, dan nilai siswa. Metode Waterfall dipilih karena pendekatannya yang terstruktur dan berurutan, dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengembangan, pengujian, dan akhirnya tahap implementasi dan pemeliharaan. Pada tahap pertama, pihak terkait diminta untuk menentukan kebutuhan sistem. Desain sistem dilakukan dengan merancang arsitektur dan antarmuka yang sesuai, sementara pengembangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Pengujian sistem dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang telah ditentukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prototipe sistem yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam memantau partisipasi siswa serta mempermudah akses informasi bagi guru. Diharapkan, sistem ini dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan memfasilitasi evaluasi yang lebih objektif

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology is now increasingly utilized by the public in all sectors of activity, one of which is archival data management. The importance of archival data management today, increases awareness in agencies and organizations by utilizing information technology. Conventional archival data management can result in the possibility of errors that can be caused by several factors, namely, the age of archival data storage, loss of archival data due to work negligence and damage to archival data. Therefore, the existence of a website-based information system that can be used by organizations that can minimize errors in archival data management. The purpose of this study is to design an information system with the implementation of the Levenshtein algorithm on zakat recipient archives at BAZNAS Tapanuli Tengah Regency, where the performance of the Levenshtein algorithm here functions to measure the difference or distance between two strings in order to be efficient in time when searching for stored archival data.

Abstract

Era globalisasi menyoroti pentingnya teknologi informasi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas, khususnya dalam sektor ekonomi dan bisnis. Industri makanan beku kini menjadi salah satu bidang yang paling diminati, dengan banyak pengusaha menikmati keuntungan besar. Hal ini terlihat dari semakin maraknya bisnis frozen food yang terus bermunculan. Toko Satria Nugget merupakan toko yang bergerak dibidang menjual makanan olahan atau frozen food. Namun pada toko tersebut pengelolaan data penjualannya masih menggunakan cara manual sehingga pemilik toko sering menghadapi permasalahan salah dalam perhitungan transaksi penjualan barang dan penyusunan laporan pendapatan penjualan masih dicatat menggunakan buku, sehingga kegiatan yang dilakukan kurang terorganisir dengan baik. Untuk itu dibutuhkan sistem yang menjadi solusi yaitu Point of Sale berbasis web yang memberikan kemudahan bagi pemilik toko untuk memantau seluruh data penjualan tanpa perlu hadir secara fisik di lokasi. Sistem informasi berhasil dibuat dan dijalankan dengan baik. Point of Sale ini berperan penting dalam mendukung pengelola usaha dan kasir dalam mengelola jalannya bisnis pada Toko Satria Nugget. Sistem yang dibuat mempermudah proses transaksi, pengelolaan data produk, pengelolaan data supplier, serta penyusunan laporan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the urgency of listing business locations on digital platforms such as Google Maps, with a case study on the small and medium enterprise (SME) producing tempeh “Nek Timbli” in Bandar Malela Village. The push for economic digitalization has become one of the key factors in increasing the competitiveness of SMEs in the era of Industry 4.0. The availability of online business location information is expected to improve SME visibility, expand consumer reach, and support local economic growth. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving direct interviews with the business owner, field observations, and literature analysis on SME digitalization. The findings reveal that listing the business location on Google Maps has a positive impact by increasing customer visits, facilitating access to information, and strengthening business image. This study highlights the importance of digital technology adoption by SMEs to face increasingly intense market competition. Therefore, digitalizing business location becomes an effective strategy to accelerate rural economic transformation.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations on students at SDN 101827 Tuntungan there were still students whose knowledge of numbers was lacking. This is evident from the low reading ability of students in one class, there were 18 students and half of the 18 people were fluent in counting while the rest were still not fluent in counting and knowing numbers, could not count correctly and some even did not know numbers perfectly. Overcoming these problems requires learning media that are new and interesting and can attract students to read, one of which is macromedia flash-based learning. This study aims to plan interactive Macromedia flash media so that students can improve their numeracy skills. The method used is the Reseach and Development stage in this research beginning with potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision and usage testing. The results showed that the developed media met the requirements and eligibility to be used as learning media. And the results of the product use test, namely: the results of the assessment of the learning aspects of 75% in the good category and the results of the assessment of the aspect of purchasing materials 80% in the very decent category the results of the assessment of learning aspects obtained an average score of 80% in the very good category.

Abstract

Cleanliness and passenger comfort significantly affect service quality at railway stations. Currently,x` cleanliness management relies heavily on verbal instructions and manual reporting methods, resulting in inefficiencies in monitoring and documentation. This research aims to digitize reporting, monitoring, and documentation processes through a web-based system. The system was developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, which includes planning, analysis, design, implementation, and testing phases. Two main user roles are involved: Facility and Station Security (Kebfasta and Kebfaska) division officers as report initiators, and cleaning staff (OSC/K2) as task responders. Reports and task completions are digitally documented, enabling real-time monitoring, effective documentation, and automated generation of daily or monthly reports. Evaluation results demonstrate that this implemented system significantly improves documentation accuracy, reduces response time, and enhances the management of cleanliness and passenger comfort in railway stations.
