Abstract

The presence of PC computers since the 80s with its rapid and very widespread growth can be seen as a one of the most significant developments in the field of information and communication technology. This study aims to propose decision making using the Analytical Hierarchy Process approach to evaluate computer computers with respect to using the order of preference of the user. To get the most desirable features that affect the decision to choose a computer to be identified. This is realized through a survey conducted on the target group, experienced experts in the telecommunications sector and literature study. The AHP methodwas then used in the evaluation procedure. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was applied to determine the relative weight of the evaluation criteria applied to rank computer alternatives. The results of this case study illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed computer management performance selection.

Abstract

The purpose of determining the best employees is as an appreciation for employee performance so as to motivate employees to be able to work optimally and be able to survive in the organization for a long time. Although the goal is very simple, however, the process turns out to be very complex, takes quite a long time and costs quite a bit so that this creates the opportunity for errors to occur in determining who is the right person. Especially if the company has employees with abilities that are not much different from other employees, the determination is sometimes very subjective. Actually there are several assessment criteria in the decision-making process for selecting the best employees, namely: an assessment based on the criteria for attendance, loyalty, and tardiness and employee performance. Because it is necessary to build a system that can assist decision making to determine the selection process objectively by using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method.

Abstract

Dengan pesatnya perkembangan Internet dan teknologi komputasi awan, teknologi Internet yang berbasis pada persepsi dan interkoneksi yang komprehensif serta komputasi awan yang berbasis pada virtualisasi, sumber daya dinamis, dan komputasi paralel telah menjadi kekuatan pendorong bagi inovasi dan pengembangan informatisasi dan kecerdasan. Penerapan Internet medis seluler berbasis awan merupakan ekosistem informasi kesehatan dan informasi medis yang sangat mobile dan dapat dibagikan. Oleh karena itu, dalam konteks penelitian tentang sarana perawatan medis, sistem pemantauan dan manajemen rumah sakit berbasis Internet, komputasi awan  dan mobile merupakan alat praktis untuk mempromosikan pengembangan sistem medis seluler.. Dalam banyak kasus pasien kesulitan dalam menemukan sebuah rumah sakit. Kelompok eksperimen diberi tahu oleh percobaan bahwa mereka perlu dilengkapi dengan sensor. Panel kontrol dan modul penentuan posisi GPS digunakan untuk mendapatkan posisi rumah sakit yang tepat. Perangkat lunak pada sistem pencarian dan manajemen medis mobile, menganalisis lokasi terdekat dan ketersediaan kamar. Eksperimen membuktikan bahwa sistem pencarian dan manajemen medis komputasi awan dapat digunakan untuk mendapatkan lokasi rumah sakit yang tepat lebih cepat, dan waktu respons yang lebih singkat. Waktu respons sistem meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah rumah sakit sekitar, yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem pencarian dan manajemen medis bergerak sangat penting untuk perawatan medis menemukan posisi rumah sakit yang tepat untuk pertama kalinya dalam upaya penyelamatan pasien. With the rapid development of the Internet and cloud computing technology, the Internet technology based on comprehensive perception and interconnection and cloud computing based on virtualization, dynamic resources, and parallel computing have become the driving force for the innovation and development of informatization and intelligence. The application of cloud-based mobile medical Internet is a highly mobile and distributable health information and medical information ecosystem. Therefore, in the context of research on medical care facilities, Internet-based hospital monitoring and management systems, cloud and mobile computing are practical tools to promote the development of mobile medical systems. In many cases, patients have difficulty finding a hospital. The experimental group was informed through the experiment that they need to be equipped with sensors. The control panel and GPS positioning module are used to obtain the exact position of the hospital. The software of the mobile medical search and management system analyzes the nearest location and room availability. The experiment proved that the cloud computing medical search and management system can be used to obtain the exact location of the hospital faster, and the response time is shorter. The response time of the system increases with the increase of the number of surrounding hospitals, indicating that the mobile medical search and management system is very important for medical care to find the exact position of the hospital in the first time in the rescue of patients.

Abstract

From year to year, koi fish enthusiats certainly impact koi fish farmers to meet the increasing market demand. For now, the biggest problem for farmers is the difficulty of reducing mortality in koi fish seeds that are susceptible to disease because of the lack of monitoring of pH and water temperature. Besides that, time constraints are also a major factor for cultivators and hobbyists to monitor the pH and temperature of the koi fish pond water. The research aims to make a pool check that can be monitored through the website. This application is designed using an ESP32 microcontroller which is connected to a computer using the Arduino IDE application based on the internet of things (IoT). From this research, it is hoped that it will make it easier for koi fish cultivators and hobbyists to care for and monitor the pH and temperature of the koi pond water, so as to reduce mortality in fish seeds and use time because they can supervise when outside the home or wherever they are.  Keywords: monitoring pH, temperature, sensors, pools, IoT

Abstract

AbstractSeminar activities in a building in general still use manual in recording to know the number of seminar participants who attended.  Although the seminar applicants are still uncertain whether they will come for the seminar in the building or not, so the number of seminar applicants is not necessarily the same as the number of participants entering the building. The calculation of the number of participants can also be used to close the entrance of the building if the number of seminar participants is in accordance with the participants who signed up, so as to ensure the number of seminar participants who arrived late. From the results of the analysis and discussion that has been obtained, with the implementation of Arduino and ESP32 CAM and PIR, the system of counting the number of seminar participants using Telegram, the number of seminar participants who attended in real time and online and with the storage of data and photos of participants automatically stored in the memory of mobile phones, facilitate seminar participants and committees in document making or verifying the presence of seminar participants. Keywords: Registration, Attended, Seminar, Arduino, Telegram.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged local governments and communities to adapt to various digital innovations in order to improve the quality of public services and environmental security. Mustika Jaya Sub-district as an urban area in Bekasi City has significant potential in the utilization of information technology, yet still requires the strengthening of understanding and implementation of structured technology systems, particularly related to area security monitoring. This article discusses the implementation of a web-based CCTV system as an effort to enhance the role of information technology in regional development through the Community Service Program (KKN) conducted by Group 10 of Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya in Mustika Jaya. The method used is a descriptive approach through several stages, namely situation analysis, program design, implementation of installation and socialization, and evaluation of the benefits perceived by the community partners and students. The main activities include site survey, coordination with local government officers, installation of CCTV devices and supporting software, development of a monitoring system, socialization of CCTV usage to officers and residents, and community service activities such as environmental clean-up. The results show that this program successfully increases the understanding of local officers regarding the function and operation of CCTV, strengthens the capability of real-time environmental monitoring, and encourages public awareness on the importance of utilizing information technology to support security and public order. For students, this program provides hands-on experience in applying information technology knowledge, developing communication and teamwork skills, and obtaining a deeper understanding of social dynamics within the community. In the future, strengthening network infrastructure, expanding CCTV installation points, integrating the monitoring system with village information services, and improving digital literacy are recommended in order to ensure that the utilization of information technology can contribute more sustainably to the development of Mustika Jaya and its surrounding areas.
