Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran daring yang sangat berpengaruh pada motivasi belajar siswa. Motivasi siswa sangatlah penting yang dapat menentukan prestasi dan masa depan mereka. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur dengan data sekunder dari beberapa jurnal penelitian yang berkaitan dengan motivasi siswa dan berbagai permasalahan dalam pembelajaran daring yang mayoritas berlangsung di masa pandemi Covid-19. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebagian besar adalah keluhan masalah yang terjadi dalam proses pembelajaran daring yang dampaknya berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa seperti secara ekstrnal adalah pembelajaran, platform dan gaya mengajar daring, dukungan orang tua,durasi,waktu,dll, kemudian secara internal adalah dari kemandirian siswa sendiri yang menyebabkan peningkatan dan penurunan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa selama pembelajaran daring semasa pandemi Covid-19.Abstract: This study aims to determine the various problems faced in online education that significantly affect students' learning motivation. Student motivation is fundamental that can evaluate their achievement and future. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a literature study method with secondary data from several research journals related to student motivation and various online learning problems, most of which occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study are mostly complaints of problems that occur in the online learning process whose impact influences student learning motivation as externally is learning, platforms and online teaching styles, parental support, duration, time, etc., then internally is from independence the students themselves caused an increase and decrease in student learning motivation during online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

At this time, the world is still facing a global pandemic, and one of them is Indonesia. It’s causes of the global pandemic was caused by the virus disease 2019, or Covid-19. The impact of the global pandemic in the world, has resulted in a high case fatality rate. Nurses have an important role in efforts to treat patients who have infected COVID-19 virus. The soaring number of infection cases makes nurses have to work extra in an effort to treat patients optimally. In addition to serving as nurses, they also serve as heads of families who are responsible for their own families. These two roles demand a balanced performance. A balance between work and personal life is needed so that individuals can balance work with other activities outside of work. The purpose of this study was to describe the work-life balance of nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic in hospitals in Jabodetabek. This research is expected to be able to contribute to the science of psychology, especially those related to work-life balance in the context of health workers. This study used a qualitative approach with purposive sampling technique, involving 2 nurses aged 35 years old and 37 years old. Data were obtained using in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews). The results showed that of the four dimensions of work-life balance, 2 of them indicated the achievement of balance. The unbalanced dimensions are WIPL (work Interference with Personal Life) and PLIW (Personal Life Interference with Work). Thus, the subject has not been optimal in balancing his work life with his personal life due to the type of work as a nurse during this pandemic who must be prepared when receiving an emergency call. This subject tends to be difficult to divide time proportionally between work life and personal life. Keyword: work-life balance, qualitative, nurse, pandemic COVID-19

Abstract

Penelitian ini ini bertujuan menguji perbedaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) dengan tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) dalam meningkatkan Kepercayaan Diri Siswa SMA. Subjek Penelitian ini berjumlah 69 siswa kelas X IPS. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala kepercayaan diri. Rancangan penelitiannya adalah eksperimen dengan menggunakan static group design. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung (-0,026, p 0,980>0,05). maka hipotesis diterima. Rata-rata (mean) untuk kelas yang mengunakan model pembelajaran koperatif tipe Numbered Head Together adalah 0,49 dan kelas yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think pair share adalah 0,53. Disimpulkan bahwa kepercayaan diri siswa di kelas dengan model pembelajaran koperatif tipe think Pair share lebih tinggi daripada kepercayaan diri siswa di kelas dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together.

Abstract

This study purpose to determine the work motivation of anti-corruption instructors in conducting education n and campaigns to the public. The backgrounds of Anti-Corruption instructors are very interesting to know more about the work motivation of the Anti- Corruption instructors in carrying out their activities. This study uses a qualitative method, where the informants totaled 5 people who are anti-corruption instructor, who have received certification from LSP KPK. The phenomenological approach strategy was chosen in this study to make a description of the awareness and experience that exists within the individual about a phenomenon. In this study using one variable, Work Motivation. Data collection was carried out through interviews and document study. Interviews were conducted face to and by telephone. Existing data will be processed and packaged in a descriptive form so that it can answer systematically and logically the problems that have been formulated in the research.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi kerja Penyuluh Antikorupsi dalam melakukan edukasi dan kampanye kepada masyarakat. Latar belakang dari Penyuluh Antikorupsi yang berbeda-beda sangatlah menarik untuk diketahui lebih dalam. Terutama motivasi kerja Penyuluh Antikorupsi dalam melakukan aktivitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan informan yang berjumlah sebanyak 5 orang Penyuluh Antikorupsi yang telah mendapatkan sertifikasi dari Lembaga Sertfikasi Profesi Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi. Strategi pendekatan fenomenologi dipilih dalam penelitian ini guna membuat deskripsi tentang kesadaran dan pengalaman yang ada dalam diri individu tentang suatu fenomena. Penelitian ini menggunakan satu variabel yaitu motivasi kerja, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan study dokumen. Wawancara dilakukan secara langsung serta melalui telepon. Data yang sudah ada akan diproses dan dikemas dalam bentuk deskriptif sehingga bisa menjawab secara sistematis dan logis masalah yang telah dirumuskan dalam penelitian.

Abstract

Abstract. Every parent dreams of children who always get very good achievements, both in the school environment and outside of school. To get good achievements, of course, cannot be separated from parental support, how parents nurture and educate children so that children can develop well and get good achievements too. At an early age is the right time to develop all aspects of development because children experience the process of growing and developing rapidly. The family is the first social environment that individuals encounter since they were born into the world, therefore the role of parents is very influential for children to get good development, both physically and academically. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of parenting patterns on children's learning achievement in grades 4 5 of EFATA Elementary School in Baloi Permai, Batam. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation, after which it is processed through data triangulation. The population of this study were parents of students from grades 4 5 at EFATA school. Based on the results of this study, it shows that there is an influence of parenting patterns on student learning achievement at school, good parenting has a big influence on increasing student learning achievement. The conclusion of this research is that of the four types of parenting patterns, only one is significant.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of growth failure due to accumulated nutritional inadequacies from prenatal until two years old. Individuals' perceptions of perceived benefits influence exclusive breastfeeding and thus reduce the risk of stunting. This study aimed to analyze the perception of the benefits of breastfeeding in preventing stunting in Tuah Negeri District, Musi Rawas Regency. The research method used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. Sampling using purposive sampling technique resulted in 154 respondents aged 6-36 months. Data analysis used frequency distribution, chi-square test, and logistic regression test. Univariate results, good attitude (perceived benefits) 58.4%, high knowledge 66.2%, not good practices 57.1%, age <30 years 50.6%, low education 55.2%, not working 86.4%, family income below minimum wage 93.5% and number of family members ≤4 57.1%. Mothers’ knowledge has a relationship with exclusive breastfeeding practices (p<0.05) However, there was no relationship between perceived benefits of breastmilk reflected through attitudes and exclusive breastfeeding practices, as well as age, education, occupation, income and number of family members. Multivariate showed that low mothers’ knowledge had a 3.1 times higher risk of have unfavorable practices in exclusive breastfeeding, controlled by mother’s education. Based on study, the government needs to conduct education and long-term approaches through formal education so that mothers better understand health information.

Abstract

Kebahagiaan dosen adalah saat merasakan tubuh dan jiwanya sehat. Banyak permasalahan pekerjaan dan keluarga pada dosen karena kurangnya pengelolaan konflik yang baik sehingga bekerja tidak fokus. Support sistem pada dosen penting, agar mampu mengelola konflik yang terjadi dan menjalani aktivitasnya di pekerjaan dan keluarga dengan fokus dan bahagia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji secara empiris kebahagiaan dosen yang ditinjau dari konflik kerja-keluarga melalui peran mindfulness sebagai variabel mediator. Metodenya adalah kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan responden Dosen yang ada di kota Semarang sebanyak 120 orang. Menggunakan Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan metode analisis data dengan Regresi simple mediation model  SPSS by Hayes. Hasil penelitian mennjukkan ada pengaruh konflik kerja-keluarga terhadap kebahagiaan dosen melalui mindfulness sebesar RSquare=.515 p<0.05. Konflik kerja-keluarga berpengaruh lebih besar secara langsung terhadap kebahagiaan dosen dibandingkan melalui mindfulness. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi agar dapat dijadikan acuan tentang pengaplikasian pengelolaan konflik di pekerjaan dan keluarga.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perilaku bullying di kalangan remaja merupakan masalah sosial yang memerlukan perhatian serius karena dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi korban dan pelaku. Bullying melibatkan tindakan menyakiti secara fisik, mental, dan emosional yang dilakukan secara berulang dengan tujuan mendominasi. Fenomena ini semakin meningkat di berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia, yang tercatat memiliki tingkat bullying yang signifikan. Kasus-kasus ini seringkali terjadi di lingkungan sekolah, tempat yang seharusnya menjadi ruang belajar yang aman dan nyaman. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku bullying. Perilaku bullying di kalangan remaja Indonesia masih tergolong tinggi dan merupakan salah satu masalah yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian serius.  Metode: Artikel ini mengulas faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang berpengaruh teradap perilaku bullying serta dampaknya pada remaja di sekolah. Data-data dikumpulan dari berbagai sumber yaitu artikel jurnal, tesis dan hasil penelitian lainnya yang relevan. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis dan didiskripsikan.   Hasil: Hasil review menunjukkan dampak negatif bagi pelaku bullying seperti sikap empati yang rendah, impulsif, dominan, dan tidak bersahabat. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung perilaku bullying adalah, keluarga, teman sebaya, lingkungan sekolah, kepribadian, kontrol diri dan media sosial. Bentuk-bentuk perilaku bullying yang terjadi diantaranya adalah fisik, mental, dan verbal. Kesimpulan: Faktor-faktor tersebut saling memengaruhi dan memerlukan pendekatan komprehensif untuk mengurangi kejadian bullying di sekolah. Implikasinya, intervensi yang melibatkan keluarga, sekolah, dan komunitas diperlukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung perkembangan positif remaja.
