Abstract

Fractures or often called fractures are the interruption of continuity of bone tissue and cartilage. Most fractures are caused by injury, trauma where there is excessive pressure on the bone. Fracture treatment consists of being a medical treatment and traditional medicine.The choice of traditional fracture treatment will have a hazard to the patient itself. One of the factors that influence the choice of fracture treatment is economic factors. Economic ability with the level of income and social household members determines how a person chooses and undergoes the desired treatment.The purpose of this study was to determine the Relations Between Economic Factors to the Selection of Treatment in Fracture Patients.Metodology in this study used a analytic correlation with a "cross sectional" approach. The population in this study were all patients treated with a medical diagnosis of fracture. The sample used in this study amounted to 46 respondents with a sampling technique used accidental sampling.From the analysis results obtained P Value 0.003, which means ≤ of the value α 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between economic factors on the choice of treatment in fracture patients. It is recommended for further researchers to examine more factors that influence treatment so that the most influential factors are seen on the selection of fracture treatment. Keywords : Fracture, Treatment, Economic Factors

Abstract

Factors affecting nurse motivation to continuing Ners education. One of the problems facing nurses is professionalism. The phenomenon in the hospital most of the Indonesian nurses are still educated diploma III. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the motivation to continue nursing professional education (ners). The research design using descriptive research method with Cross Sectional approach. Number of samples of 309 nurses from three regional general hospitals in Lampung province. Data collection using proportional sampling method, that goes through the selection of samples in each room according to the inclusion criteria of nurses on the basis of education diploma III. Analysis using Chi Square and Logistic Regression. There was a significant correlation between age (p = 0.004; α <0.05) and remuneration satisfaction (p = 0.001; α <0.05) with nurse motivation to continue education. Remuneration satisfaction is the most dominant factor but it only affects the motivation of continuing education on nurse by 54%, the rest is influenced by other factors. The study recommends hospital management to improve policy concerning nurse mapping that continuing education and improvement of remuneration system of nurse as well as effort to motivate nurses in improving the quality of nursing resources.

Abstract

ABSTRAKStunting atau kondisi kerdil merupakan kondisi dimana balita memiliki panjang badan dan tinggi badan yang tidak sesuai jika dibandingkan dengan usia. Kejadian stunting hingga saat ini masih menjadi masalah gizi utama yang dihadapi oleh Indonesia. Stunting dapat mengakibatkan dampak yang serius bagi penderitanya antara lain penurunan kemampuan kognitif, kecerdasan menurun, adanya gangguan pertumbuhan fisik dan gangguan pada metabolisme tubuh. Tujuan kegiatan ini merupakanupaya menambah pengetahuan tentang pencegahan dan penanganan stunting.Metode: Strategipenyuluhan dengan pendekatanmetodemotivasi.Hasil kegiatan ini Masyarakatikutberpartispasidalam kegiatan sebagai upayameningkatkanderajat kesehatan masyarakat dan untukmendorongdan memotivasidalam pencegahan stunting. Diharapkan Kegiatan pendidikan kesehatan tentang stunting harus dilakukan secara berkala diberikan kepada seluruh lapisan masyarakat dengan menggunakan berbagai media seperti leaflet, banner, poster dan media lainnya. Kata kunci:Rembuk Stunting,Pencegahan Dan Penanganan Stunting

Abstract

Tingginya kejadian hipertensi mengindikasikan bahwa hipertensi harus segera ditangani. Penanganganan yang telah dilakukan puskesmas pada pasien hipertensi meliputi terapi farmakologi seperti pemberian obat anti hipertensi, penyuluhan tentang diet rendah garam dan kontrol teratur yang dilaksanakan dengan kegiatan prolanis. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah diketahui Perbedaan Penerapan Relaksasi Benson Dan Relaksasi Otot Progresif Terhadap Tekanan Darah Penderita Hipertensi. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan rancangan quasy eksperimen dengan pendekatan pretest and posttest with control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penderita hipertensi yang terhitung sejak Februari-April 2023 di Puskesmas Kaliasin Kecamatan Tanjung Bintang Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dimana 31 responden untuk kelompok intervensi benson, dan 31 responden untuk kelompok relaksasi otot progresif. Dalam penelitian ini teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Uji statistic yang digunakan adalah uji paired t-test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan p-value 0,000 atau p-value < 0,05 yang artinya terdapat Pengaruh Relaksasi Benson Dan Relaksasi Otot Progresif Terhadap Tekanan Darah Penderita Hipertensi Di Puskesmas Kaliasin Kecamatan Tanjung Bintang Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Tahun 2023. Diharapkan kepada responden agar lebih rutin lagi dalam melakukan relaksai benson an relaksasi otot progresif, minimal 1 kali sehari, sehingga tekanan darah dapat menurun.

Abstract

Penatalaksanaan dasar terapi diabetes melitus meliputi: penatalaksanaan secara farmakologi adalah dengan menggunakan obat hipoglikemia (oral atau Insulin), seperti sulfonilurea, biguanida, inhibator Alfa Glukosidase dan meglitinida, sedangkan penatalaksanaan secara nonfarmakologis yaitu penyuluhan kesehatan masyarakat tentang diabetes mellitus, latihan fisik, diet dan pengobatan secara herbal salah satunya adalah rebusan daun kelor. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah diketahui pengaruh pemberian rebusan daun kelor terhadap penurunan kadar gula dalam darah pada pasien diabetes mellitus Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rumbia Kecamatan Rumbia Kabupaten Lampung Tengah Tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, rancangan Quasi Experiment dengan pendekatan Pretest And Posttest With Control Group Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh penderita DM yang tercatat pada bulan Januari-Juni 2023 berjumlah 32 responden. Dalam penelitian ini teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Berdasarkan uji statistik, diketahui bahwa nila p-value 0,000 atau p-value < 0,05 yang artinya Ada Pengaruh Pemberian Rebusan Daun Kelor Terhadap Penurunan Kadar Gula Dalam Darah Pada Pasien Diabetes Mellitus Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rumbia Kecamatan Rumbia Kabupaten Lampung Tengah Tahun 2023.
