Abstract

Sistem self check-in dirancang khusus agar pasien dapat melakukan pencetakan SEP (Surat Egibilitas Pasien) secara mandiri. Persentase keberhasilan penggunaan self check-in telah mencapai 55,45%. Setiap pasien yang gagal melakukan check-in akan dialihkan ke pendaftaran manual. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang akan menjelaskan dan memberikan gambaran tentang hasil yang diperoleh secara lengkap tentang Kualitas Sistem Informasi self check-in di RS PON menggunakan Webqual 4.0 yang terdiri dari dimensi usability, information quality, dan interaction quality. Berdasarkan hasil didapatkan sistem self check-in dalam kategori 50% berkualitas baik dan 50% berkualitas tidak baik dengan persentase disetiap dimensi sebesar 50.7%, 64.7%,  dan 74%. Beberapa kendala dalam penggunaan sistem informasi self check-in adalah sistem yang digunakan tidak dapat melakukan sinkronisasi data dengan baik. Mulai dari kode tidak valid, NIK tidak valid, data tidak ditemukan, nama dokter yang tidak sesuai, berubahnya tanggal pemeriksaan dan tampilannya terlalu kecil.

Abstract

AbstractThe efficiency of hospital management in general can be seen from two aspects, namely the medical aspect that evaluates the efficiency from the point of quality of medical service and economically evaluate efficiency from the point of utilization of existing facilities. To know the efficiency of hospital service management, it is necessary to calculate four parameters of Barber Johnson Chart. Based on the results of initial observations on Asoka ward at Sumber Waras Hospital found a fairly low BOR of 52.26% indicating the occupancy rate in Asoka ward is low. The purpose of this research is to get an overview of management efficiency in Asoka ward based on Barber Johnson Chart in Sumber Waras Hospital of Quarter I-IV 2016. This research uses descriptive method to describe Barber Johnson Graphic analysis results in Asoka ward in Quarter I-IV 2016 supported by the results of observations and interviews to HR reporting and head of unit installation of Medical Record Unit. Based on Barber Johnson Graphic Analysis At Asoka Quarter I-IV meeting four parameters are outside the efficiency area set by Barber Johnson indicating that the system running in Sumber Waras hospital has not been efficient. Suggested to Sumber Waras Hospital should plan marketing strategy so that the utilization of bed at Sumber Waras Hospital can be further enhanced.Keywords: hospital management efficiency, barber johnson chart, health statisticsAbstrakEfisiensi pengelolaan rumah sakit secara garis besar dapat dilihat dari  dua  segi  yaitu segi medis  yang meninjau  efisiensi  dari  sudut  mutu pelayanan medis dan dari segi ekonomi yang meninjau efisiensi dari sudut pendayagunaan  sarana  yang  ada. Untuk mengetahui efisiensi pengelolaan pelayanan rumah sakit diperlukan adanya perhitungan empat parameter Grafik Barber Johnson. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal pada bangsal Asoka di Rumah Sakit Sumber Waras ditemukan BOR yang cukup rendah yaitu 52,26% yang menandakan tingkat hunian di bangsal Asoka rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran efisiensi pengelolaan di bangsal Asoka berdasarkan Grafik Barber Johnson di rumah sakit Sumber Waras Triwulan I-IV tahun 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desktiptif menggambarkan hasil analisis Grafik Barber Johnson di bangsal Asoka pada Triwulan I-IV tahun 2016 yang didukung dengan hasil observasi dan wawancara kepada SDM bagian pelaporan dan kepala instalasi Unit Rekam Medis. Berdasarkan hasil analisa Grafik Barber Johnson Pada bangsal Asoka Triwulan I-IV pertemuan empat parameter berada di luar daerah efisiensi yang telah ditetapkan oleh Barber Johnson yang menandakan bahwa sistem yang berjalan di rumah sakit Sumber Waras belum efisien. Disarankan kepada Rumah Sakit Sumber Waras sebaiknya merencanakan strategi pemasaran agar pemanfaatan tempat tidur di Rumah Sakit Sumber Waras dapat lebih di tingkatkan.Kata Kunci: efisiensi pengelolaan rumah sakit, grafik barber johnson, statistik kesehatan

Abstract

AbstractMedical records are important units in hospitals; therefore, the organization of medical records must be managed by personnel who are competent in their fields.  The purpose of this research is to know the description of the characteristics and performance of officers.The research method uses descriptive quantitative analysis, the number of respondents was 26 officers.  The results of the study, obtained by officers in the medical record unit who came behind medical record education (35%), the last education was SMA/SMK (50%), never attended training (75%), the average length of service of the officer was 38 months, average age of officers 24 years, gender of female officers (63%), high knowledge (100%).  In the case mix unit, there were officers who did not graduate from medical records (44.4%), the last education was a diploma (44.4%), never attended training (88.9%), the average length of work 24 months a month, the sex of female officers (100%), average age of staff 24 years, high knowledge (100%).  In the TPP unit, officers who have not graduated from medical records (100%), the last education of officers are SMA / SMK (100%), never attended training (100%), the average length of service of officers is 18 months, the sex of female officers (100%), high knowledge (55.6%).  The average performance of officers in the medical record unit (55.41%), case mix (56.29%), and TPP (55.18%).  It is recommended to Bhakti Mulia Hospital to provide education or training to officers on medical record knowledge, officers can manage time so that they can complete work on time.Keyword: characteristic, performance, medical record officers.AbstrakRekam medis adalah unit penting di rumah sakit, oleh karena itu penyelenggaraan rekam medis harus dikelola oleh personil-personil yang kompeten dibidangnya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran karakteristik dan kinerja petugas. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif, jumlah responden sebanyak 26 petugas. Hasil penelitian, didapat petugas di unit rekam medis yang berlatang belakang pendidikan rekam medis (35%), pendidikan terakhir adalah SMA/SMK (50%), tidak pernah mengikuti pelatihan (75%), rata-rata lama bekerja petugas adalah 38 bulan, rata-rata usia petugas 24tahun, jenis kelamin petugas perempuan (63%), pengetahuan tinggi (100%). Pada unit casemix terdapat petugas bukan lulusan rekam medis(44,4%),  pendidikan terakhir adalah diploma (44,4%), tidak pernah mengikuti pelatihan(88,9%), rata-rata lama bekerja petugas 24 bulan, jenis kelamin petugas perempuan(100%), rata-rata usia petugas 24 tahun, pengetahuan tinggi(100%). Di unit TPP petugas yang bukan lulusan rekam medis (100%), pendidikan terakhir petugas adalah SMA/SMK (100%), tidak pernah mengikuti pelatihan(100%), rata-rata lama bekerja petugas adalah 18 bulan, jenis kelamin petugas perempuan (100%), pengetahuan tinggi(55,6%). Rata-rata kinerja petugas di unit rekam medis (55,41%), casemix (56,29%), dan TPP (55,18%). Disarankan kepada Rumah Sakit Bhakti Mulia agar memberikan edukasi atau pelatihan kepada petugas tentang pengetahuan rekam medis, petugas dapat memanajemen waktu agar dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaan tepat waktu.Kata Kunci: karakteristik, kinerja, petugas rekam medis.

Abstract

AbstractCOVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by the acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). COVID-19 causes respiratory tract infections ranging from the common cold to serious illnesses such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). This study aim is to determine the characteristics of patients with positive cases of COVID-19 at the Matraman District Health Center. The characteristics data that collected as a variable are symptoms, age, gender and residence. This research uses a descriptive analysis research method with a quantitative approach. There are 495 data collected from epidemiological investigation forms. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling with a checklist sheet collecting data method. Based on the results of data collection and analysis the majority of symptoms characteristic found in this research this positive case of COVID-19 researches at the Matraman District Health Center, the major characteristics of symptoms in COVID-19 patients are patients with mild symptoms (59%); 31-45 years old are the majority of patients (29%), woman is the majority of gender characteristic (62%), and most of the cases founded in the Pisangan Baru district. It is to be expected that health services can provided education to every community regarding health protocols especially for a group at risk to prevent and slowing down the rate of virus transmission in the Matraman area.Keywords: COVID-19, characteristics of positive patients, epidemiology AbstrakCOVID-19 adalah adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh sindrom pernapasan akut coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). COVID-19 menyebabkan penyakit infeksi saluran pernapasan dari flu biasa hingga penyakit yang serius seperti Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) dan Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui karakteristik pasien dengan kasus positif COVID-19 di Puskesmas Kecamatan Matraman. Karakteristik yang dilihat pada penelitian ini adalah gejala, umur, jenis kelamin dan tempat tinggal. Metode penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah formulir penyelidikan epidemiologi sebanyak 495 formulir. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah simpel random sampling dengan menggunakan lembar checklist. Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan dan danalisis data didapatkan hasil yaitu  karakteristik gejala pada pasien COVID-19 pada penelitian ini adalah gejala ringan (59%); umur 31-45 tahun adalah mayoritas penderita covid 19 (29%), jenis kelamin mayoritas adalah perempuan (62%) dan mayoritas kasus terjadi di daerah Pisangan Baru (35%) Pelayanan kesehatan diharapkan dapat memberikan edukasi kepada setiap masyarakat terkait tentang protokol kesehatan kepada kelompok-kelompok yang berisiko untuk pencegahan dan memperlambat laju transmisi virus di wilayah Matraman.Kata Kunci: Covid-19, karakteristik pasien positif, epidemiologi

Abstract

Medical record information is confidential which must be protected from leakage of data/information in accordance with the medical code of ethics and applicable laws and regulations. The release of medical information must follow the applicable procedures, this aims to protect the hospital from further demands. This study aims to describe the suitability of SOPs for releasing medical information to third parties, types of requests for release of medical information and constraints in releasing medical information using fishbone diagrams. This research is a literature review study using a sample of 11 journals. Search articles using the Google Scholar database. The results of the study found that the percentage of compliance with SOPs for releasing medical information to third parties in hospitals was the percentage of releases that were in accordance with SOPs between 66%-82%, while the precentage that did not match the SOPs was between 18%-34%. The types of requests for release of medical information are for the purposes of visum et repertum, insurance and education. Constraints in releasing medical information to third parties in hospitals using fishbone diagrams are mostly found in Man, especially in patients/patient families do not bring complete requirements.

Abstract

Service quality comes from the comparison of what consumers feel (expectations) with consumer perceptions about the performance of companies that provide services. The purpose of this study was to describe the quality of service for JKN non-PBI patients at the Batua Public Health Center in Makassar. The method used is quantitative analysis with descriptive method. Calculation of sample size using the proportion estimation formula obtained 96 samples with the sampling method, namely Incidental/Convenience Sampling. Data collection techniques using interviews and self-filling by patients with interview guide instruments and questionnaires, and data were analyzed using SPSS. Service quality is assessed based on 5 dimensions, namely Tangible, Responsiveness, Reliability Assurance and Empathy. From the results of the study, it was found that the percentage of service quality at Batua Health Center was 57.3% of good service quality and 42.7% not good, meaning that the service quality was classified as not good because ≤ 90% based on outpatient SPM. Obstacles that often occur when serving patients such as problems with communication tools/speakers, lack of computers, patients do not want to queue and do not bring medical cards/BPJS cards/identity cards. It is recommended to the Puskesmas to pay more attention to the cleanliness and comfort of the registration place, the officers should improve their competence, advance working hours so that there are no delays in opening the counter, apply 3S 1T, pay attention to the problematic speakers and computers as well as socialize the files that must be brought during registration.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by the dengue virus (DEN) which is spread through mosquito bites. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a non-random sampling method with a saturated sample technique. The study was conducted at the UKI General Hospital with a sample of 94 patients. The results showed that the age of the most patients was 17-25 years, 30 patients (32%), the most gender were male (60%), domiciled in East Jakarta (70%), the most occupations were self-employed (36%), months The highest incidence was in March 23 patients, the most felt symptom was fever (100%), the highest severity level based on the ICD-10 code was A97.0 94 patients (100%), the category of platelet count when it arrived was abnormal (93 %), while the category of the number of platelets at home is normal (10%), the category of the number of hematocrit is abnormal (43%), while the category of the number of hematocrit when going home is normal (51%), the ICD-10 code used is A91 , the longest length of hospitalization was <6 days 67 patients (71%). The condition when he returned home was healed (99%).

Abstract

The number of deaths due to Covid-19 is increasing from time to time. The industrial era 4.0 is one of the eras of public information disclosure, therefore there are many media that can be used to support communication patterns and activities. This information disclosure will make it easier for citizens to carry out remote control and communication to monitor activities carried out by the government in dealing with this pandemic. This is one form of easy access to public information disclosure supported by information technology media. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of health information media in controlling the COVID-19 outbreak and to find out the most common way the media used to provide health information on Covid-19. This study was designed using a Literature review that examines the Role of Information Media in Handling Covid-19 cases. The results of a study of 8 journals found that health information media had several roles in handling Covid 19. The largest role was the media that played a role in educating the public about the importance of implementing health protocols and social distancing. It can be concluded that the role of the information media in handling the Covid-19 outbreak is very important, because the media are asked to always update data quickly, validly and in real time. The media are also asked to be able to break the chain of spread of Covid-19 by informing the travel ban, recommendations to comply with health protocols and recommendations to comply with social distancing procedures. distancing is the most common way.

Abstract

To maintain the security and confidentiality of patient medical records, a medical record storage room is required that meets the provisions in maintaining the security and confidentiality of medical records. This study aims to determine the security aspects in terms of physical, chemical and biological as well as the confidentiality aspects of medical records in the filing room. This study uses a literature review method with the PICO framework. Search articles using the Google Scholar database with keywords and Boolean operators in this study are "security" and "medical record confidentiality" and "filing". Research journal published in 2015–2020, in Indonesian, research design: using all research designs. The results of the study found security from the physical aspects that were most often found, namely the maintenance of the cleanliness of the filing room which was not maintained and the humidity temperature was less than optimal, the chemical aspect was that there were still officers eating and drinking in the filing room, the biological aspect of finding insects and pests. Meanwhile, from the aspect of confidentiality, there are officers other than medical records who enter the filing room.

Abstract

Informed consent is the consent that a patient gives to a doctor to perform a medical action after the patient receives a complete and understood explanation of the medical action. The purpose of this study is to find out the completeness of filling informed consent of inpatients at Hospital X South Jakarta, the type of research used is quantitative descriptive with a population of 353 and a sample of 78 inpatient medical records in the period October-December 2020. The method of data collection is Observation and Interview, following the results of research that has been conducted at Hospital X South Jakarta on 78 medical records known percentage average value based on 4 components, namely completeness 82% and incomplete 18%. Filling of patient identification components averages the percentage of completeness (89%), completeness of filling important report components 90%, completeness of filling the author authentication component (73%), completeness of filling of good note components (63%). Factors causing the incompleteness of informed consent are, the absence of standards of special operational procedures governing the filling of informed consent, doctors and nurses are busy due to the number of patients so that it is not fully filled, and the number of patients who do not have or bring witnesses / families when going to approve medical actions, this makes incompleteness in informed consent. With this, it is expected that the creation of SPO and socialization about filling the completeness of informed consent to be improved again.
