Abstract

PT Ciomas Adisatwa adalah salah satu bagian dari PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan hasil peternakan. Dalam operasionalnya membutuhkan pengukuran kinerja dengan mempertimbangkan keseluruhan stakeholder untuk memenuhi salah satu misi perusahaan agar semua stakeholder dapat sejahtera. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja perusahaan dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan kinerja perusahaan ke depannya. Pengukuran kinerja dilakukan mengggunakan metode performance prism menggunakan 4 stakeholder yaitu stakeholder employee, stakeholder customer, stakeholder supplier dan stakeholder communities and regulator. Total dari keseluruhan KPI pada pengukuran kinerja ini adalah 53 KPI yaitu stakeholder employee 16 KPI, stakeholder customer 13 KPI, stakeholder supplier 13 KPI, dan stakeholder communities and regulator 11 KPI. Hasil dari pengukuran kinerja dengan menggunakan performance prism ini didapatkan nilai index total menggunakan metode Objectives Matrix (OMAX) sebesar 9,159. Terdapat 51 KPI yang masuk kedalam kategori hijau, 1 KPI dalam kategori kuning dan 1 KPI yang masuk dalam kategori merah. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang dapat diberikan untuk KPI kategori kuning yaitu dengan melakukan pelaksaan pelatihan secara optimal tidak hanya kepada karyawan yang kurang kompeten namun kepada keseluruhan karyawan. Selanjutnya untuk rekomendasi perbaikan KPI kategori merah, dapat dilakukan dengan cara mendisplinkan supplier, inspeksi dan perubahan rute dan jadwal pengiriman. Abstract

ABSTRAKTanaman nipah memiliki banyak manfaat dan berpotensi untuk dikembangkan. Diversifikasi produk berupa setup buah nipah dapat dijadikan salah satu alternatif untuk memaksimalkan peningkatan nilai ekonomis tanaman nipah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kelayakan finansial produksi setup buah nipah pada skala Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM). Analisis kelayakan finansial yang dilakukan terdiri dari perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), efisiensi usaha (R/C ratio), Break Event Point (BEP), dan Payback Period (PP). Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) setup buah nipah sebesar Rp 5192 dengan harga jual Rp7.300,00 per kemasan. Net Present Value (NPV) sebesar Rp4.408.799.785,00. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) sebesar 10.44%. Efisiensi usaha (R/C ratio) sebesar1.44. Untuk mencapai Break Even Point (BEP), tingkat penjualan harus sebesar 797.851 cup atau senilai Rp 5.800.371.040, serta payback period selama 1 tahun 8 bulan. Berdasarkan perhitungan finansial yang dilakukan, disimpulkan bahwa produksi setup buah nipah layak dilakukan. ABSTRACTThe availability of nypa fruit in Indonesia has the potential to be developed. In order to maximizethe increasing economic value of nypa plants, it is necessary to make a diversification product with high economic value, such as the production of nypa punch drink. The aim of the research is to etermine the financial feasibility of nypa punch drink production on Small and Medium Scale Enterprise (SME). Financial feasibility analysis include Cost of Goods Manufactured (CoGM), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), business efficiency (R/C ratio), Break Event Point (BEP), and Payback Period (PP). The Cost of Goods Manufactured (CoGM) of nypa punch drink is Rp5.192,00 with the selling price of Rp7.300,00 per cup. Net Present Value (NPV) is Rp 4408799785. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 10.44%. Business efficiency (R/C ratio) is 1.44. Break Even Point (BEP) is achieved at the selling rate of 797.851 cups or equivalent to Rp5.800.371.040,00 and the Payback Period is about 1 year and 8 months. Based on the financial calculations performed, it can be concluded that the production of nypa punch drink is feasible.

Abstract

ABSTRAK PG Kremboong merupakan salah satu perusahaan gula pasir di bawah naungan PTPN X yang sudah berusia 172 tahun. Kegiatan produksi yang berjalan secara terus-menerus dan umur pabrik yang sudah sangat tua menjadi salah satu faktor yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan efektivitas mesin produksi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat efektivitas mesin produksi gula terutama di stasiun gilingan PG Kremboong dan memberikan alternatif strategi perbaikan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu overall throughput effectiveness (OTE), fishbone diagram dan analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Metode OTE digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat efektivitas stasiun giling PG Kremboong dan six big losses pada setiap mesinnya. Fishbone diagram digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh. Metode AHP digunakan untuk menentukan tingkat prioritas perbandingan berpasangan antar faktor, subfaktor dan alternatif strategi perbaikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai OTE sebesar 84,41% dengan bottleneck indicator sebesar 0.0256. Rata-rata kerugian yang terjadi pada setiap mesin yaitu breakdown losses 0,048%, setup and adjustment losses 0,159%, idle and minor stoppages 12,127%, dan reduced speed losses 11,749%. Faktor yang menjadi prioritas utama pada metode AHP yaitu material (0,543), method (0,275), machine (0,118) dan man (0,063). Prioritas alternatif strategi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas stasiun giling di PG Kremboong terdiri atas perbaikan perencanaan produksi (0,606), peningkatan pengawasan dan pengecekan mesin (0,234), dan memberikan pelatihan perbaikan mesin (0,161).Kata Kunci : AHP; Fishbone diagram; OTE ABSTRACTPG Kremboong is a sugar company under the auspices of PTPN X which is 172 years old. Production activities that are running continuously and the age of the factory is very old to be one of the factors that can cause a decrease in the effectiveness of production machines. Therefore, this study aims to measure the level of effectiveness of sugar production machines, especially at the PG Kremboong mill station, and provide alternative improvement strategies. The methods used in this study are overall throughput effectiveness (OTE), fishbone diagram, and analytical hierarchy process (AHP). The OTE method is used to measure the effectiveness level of the PG Kremboong mill and six big losses on each machine. A Fishbone diagram is used to determine the influencing factors. AHP method is used to determine the priority level of pairwise comparisons between factors, sub-factors, and alternative improvement strategies. The results showed that the OTE value was 84.41% with a bottleneck indicator of 0.0256. The average losses that occurred on each machine were 0.048% breakdown losses, 0.159% setup and adjustment losses, 12.127% idle and minor stoppages, and 11.749% reduced speed losses. The main priority factors in the AHP method are material (0.543), method (0.275), machine (0.118), and man (0.063). The priority of alternative improvement strategies to increase the effectiveness of the milling station at PG Kremboong consists of improving production planning (0.606), increasing monitoring and checking machines (0.234), and providing machine repair training (0.161).Keywords : AHP; Fishbone diagram; OTE

Abstract

Teh merupakan hasil pucuk daun muda tanaman Camelia sinensis dan menjadi salah satu produk ekspor terbesar. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi konsumen dalam memilih teh berkualitas baik adalah minimnya pengetahuan konsumen terhadap jenis dan mutu teh, sehingga menyebabkan perbedaan penentuan jenis dan mutu teh. Penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi jenis dan mutu teh dari 3 jenis teh yaitu teh hitam, teh hijau, dan teh putih perlu dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang aplikasi sistem pengolahan citra digital untuk mengidentifikasi jenis dan mutu teh serta menentukan hasil pengenalan terbaik berdasarkan akurasi yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode pengolahan citra digital dengan teknik Learning Vector Quantization yang menggunakan 6 parameter warna yaitu R, G, B, H, S, dan I sebagai neuron input dan 13 mutu dari 3 jenis teh sebagai neuron output. Penelitian menggunakan 403 citra dengan perbandingan training dan testing sebesar 80:20. Akurasi training diperoleh sebesar 62,7%. Abstract

The focus of this research on consumptive behavior is human action in an effort to fulfill the necessity of life, where most of the students to fulfill the necessities of life still depend on the assistance of parents. Therefore, in measuring consumer behavior used confidence and conformity as a parameter. The population of this research is a student of one private university in Jakarta who is considered to represent as a student community. The method used is descriptive method. Data collection methods used questionnaires with Likert scale models on the three variables of confidence, conformity and consumptive behavior. Based on multiple regression analysis obtained value of R2 equal to 0,379 with p<0,05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between self-confidence and conformity with consumptive behavior of online shopping fashion products on the students application Instagram means that confidence and conformity contributes 37.9% towards consumptive behavior. Among self-confidence accounted for 28.2% while conformity accounted for 9.7% of consumer behavior consumptive shopping online fashion products on application students Instagram applications.Fokus penelitian ini pada perilaku konsumtif adalah tindakan manusia dalam upaya memenuhi kebutuhan hidup, di mana sebagian besar siswa untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup masih bergantung pada bantuan orang tua. Oleh karena itu, dalam mengukur perilaku konsumen digunakan kepercayaan dan kesesuaian sebagai parameter. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dari satu universitas swasta di Jakarta yang dianggap mewakili sebagai komunitas mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan model skala Likert pada tiga variabel kepercayaan, konformitas dan perilaku konsumtif. Berdasarkan analisis regresi berganda diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 0,379 dengan p <0,05. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dan konformitas dengan perilaku konsumtif dari produk belanja online fashion pada aplikasi siswa Instagram berarti bahwa kepercayaan dan konformitas menyumbang 37,9% terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Di antara kepercayaan diri menyumbang 28,2% sementara konformitas menyumbang 9,7% dari perilaku konsumen belanja online konsumtif produk fashion pada aplikasi aplikasi Instagram siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di ria djenaka coffee house & resto malang dengan tujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variable bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam berkunjung ke Ria Djenaka Coffee House & Resto Malang secara simultan, parsial dan dominan.. Jumlah responden yang ditentukan sebanyak 100 responden. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu suatu metode pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dengan cara menetapkan secara sengaja menetapkan kriteria atau pertimbangan-pertimbangan tertentu berdasarkan tujuan dalam penelitian. Data penelitian diambil dengan teknik kuisioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari variabel produk (product), harga (price), lokasi (place), promosi (promotion) people, physical evidence dan process berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan konsumen berkunjung ke ria djenaka coffee house & resto malang, secara parsial variabel people dan physical evidence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan konsumen dan dapat diketahui bahwa variabel people adalah variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen berkunjung ke ria djenaka coffee house & resto malang.   Kata kunci: produk (product), harga (price), lokasi (place), promosi (promotion) people, physical evidence dan process, Keputusan Konsumen.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this activity is to implement the washing machine for rhizome and hydraulic press machine to improve the performance and efficiency of jamu production process. There are several activities such as: (1) surveying at small medium entrerprises of traditional medicine in Batu, “Ragil” and “Bu Roes” and doing preliminary evaluation, (2) designing and assembling washing machine and hydraulic press machine, (3) training, (4) implementing machine in SMEs partner, then (5) monitoring and evaluation.  The result of this activity showed that washing machine performance had average input capacity of 5 kg/process/5 minutes with 95% efficiency. Hydraulic press had average input capacity of 10 kg/process/ 5 minutes. The benefits of both machines implementation were time and power saving, and increasing production hygiene and efficiency. Keywords: Traditional medicine, washing machine, hydraulic press machine

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to find out the extent of the influence of job promotion policies and work productivity on improving organizational performance in Ministries and Government Agencies. The object of this research is the State Civil Apparatus who work in Ministries and Government Institutions of the Republic of Indonesia in the city of Jakarta and its surroundings. The research method used is descriptive, which only aims to describe and explain the characteristics of a situation at a certain time in order to provide an overview of the relationship between job promotion and work productivity with organizational performance. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, which was distributed incidentally to the object of research in Jakarta and its surroundings. The results of this study found that there was a partial effect of job promotion policies on organizational performance, significant and there was a positive relationship. Meanwhile, work productivity has no partial effect on organizational performance and has a negative relationship. Simultaneously, it was found that there was an influence between the policy of promotion and work productivity on organizational performance, but it was not significant, it turned out that the policy of promotion was very decisive in improving the performance of public organizations.

Abstract

The quality of human resources is one of the important factors to maintain the sustainability of a company, therefore it is essential for the company to evaluate performance of its employees. With the recent rapid development of computer technology, especially in the field of artificial intelligence, many problems can now be effectively addressed with the help of computer. The purpose of this research is to design an expert system for hard skill competencies-based employee performance evaluation. The system is expected to be able to give accurate recommendations on decision making process of several human resources’ issues such as recruitment, training, transfer, and promotion in the filling plant division. This research uses descriptive analysis, prototyping, gap analysis and Analytical Network Process (ANP) to build a system which will function like an expert in evaluating the performance of employees. This system contains knowledge domain in 7 position levels of SMART’s filling plant employees. Critical factors of this system are mastery of basic work health and safety, ability on operating filling plant machines, ability on machine maintenance and mastery in quality management system. Results of the system test show that the proposed expert system had been running well in accordance with the rules in the decision table and had been considered to be able to meet human expert representation.
