Abstract

Kedai Kopi Luwak Bengkulu memanfaatkan teknologi informasi seperti aplikasi database pada penjualan dan pengolahan data sehingga mempermudah dalam pengembangan sistem usaha dengan lebih baik dan bersaing di dunia bisnis. Namun, fakta yang terjadi pada Kedai Kopi Luwak tersebut belum mengoptimalkan teknologi informasi terutama pada sistem penjualannya. Sistem informasi yang diterapkan masih bersifat manual, yaitu secara tertulis. Sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan, dan membutuhkan banyak waktu dalam perhitungannya. Oleh karena itu dirancang sebuah sistem informasi penjualan untuk membantu Kedai Kopi Luwak Bengkulu khususnya kemudahan bagi admin dan kasir dalam memproses datanya agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem informasi penjualan Kedai Kopi Luwak ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Metode pengujian yang di ambil adalah metode pengujian Black Box. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi penjualan ini dapat memudahkan admin mengontrol penjualan sehingga dapat mengembangkan strategi dan meningkatkan hasil penjualan.

Abstract

This study aims to create an expert system application to diagnose periodontal disease in humans using the Certainty Factor Method. Periodontal is a dental disease that causes tooth loss due to inflammation from bacteria that results in progressive damage to the supporting tissues of the teeth. The problem that often occurs is the lack of knowledge and limited sources of information causing low public awareness of efforts to prevent and even treat dental and oral diseases. The MySQL database can accommodate patient information and data who consult with an expert system that can provide convenience for patients to consult about periodontal disease. From the results of the system program on the users, it was found that the average results of respondents' answers which reached 53% answered strongly agree, 26% answered agree, 14% answered less agree and only 7% of respondents answered disagreed. So from the results of data processing, it can be concluded that this system is feasible to use. Because more than half of the respondents agree that this system is suitable to use.

Abstract

The Patient Medical Record Data Search application is used to assist the Bintunan Air Treatment Health Center in finding medical record data with faster time efficiency, where so far the search is still done manually by looking at the books. The Patient Medical Record Data Search application is used to assist the Puskesmas in managing patient data, doctor data and patient medical record data every time for treatment, so that the processed data is stored in the application database. Applications for Searching Patient Medical Record Data at the Bintunan Air Treatment Health Center have implemented one of the search algorithms, namely the Turbo Boyer Moore algorithm, where the search process is carried out per string / word through a shift in data matching between keywords and data in the database. Based on the results of black box testing, the functionality of the Patient Medical Record Data Search Application at the Bintunan Water Treatment Health Center has been running properly and is able to display medical record search results using the Turbo Boyer Moore Algorithm.

Abstract

Tonsillitis is inflammation of the palatine tonsils, which are part of the Waldeyer ring. Spread of infection through air borne droplets, hands and kissing. 4,5 Tonsillitis is more common in children aged 5-15 years with a prevalence of bacterial tonsillitis 15-30% in children with throat disorders and 5-15% in adults with throat disorders. The author received data that in the past year there were 63 patients suffering from tonsillitis, both acute and chronic. It can be concluded that every month there are 5-6 people from various regions in Bengkulu Province who suffer from tonsillitis and receive treatment at the Rafflesia Hospital. But the problem in the medical world is an imbalance between patients and doctors. In addition, most people are not medically trained, therefore the author intends to design an "expert system for diagnosing Tonsillitis using a web-based forward chaining method" which can be accessed through http://www.sistempakarfc1.my.id/. This application is expected to be used for the community in early diagnosis as prevention of more severe disease. This system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, the resulting expert system is able to help patients diagnose Tonsillitis and provide solutions to the disease. From the test results, the results obtained 100% functionality runs according to system requirements. In the system accuracy test carried out at Rafflesia Hospital, a very good accuracy value was obtained, which was 90% of the 10 sample data available.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to implement the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and create a web-based application in measuring the level of community satisfaction with the services provided by the Padang Jati Village Office. The web-based application for measuring the level of community satisfaction with services at the Padang Jati Urban Village Office was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database which can be accessed online via the domain url link http://haluan.online. Based on the tests that have been carried out, it is found that this application is very helpful in managing and evaluating data on community satisfaction assessment of services at the Padang Jati Urban Village Office so that the level of community satisfaction is known and this application can be used as a forum for the community to provide an assessment of community satisfaction with services at the Padang Jati Urban Village Office.

Abstract

This study aims to apply a Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF)-based Support Vector Machine (SVM) method for sentiment classification of My Lova Bengkulu customer reviews. The research data consisted of 109 reviews obtained from Google Reviews, which were then subjected to a preprocessing process involving cleaning and stemming. Next, weighting was performed using TF-IDF, and classification was carried out using the SVM algorithm. The results showed that 93 reviews (85.32%) were positive, while 16 reviews (14.68%) were negative. The model achieved an Accuracy of 81.82%, Precision of 81.80%, Recall of 100%, and an F1-Score of 90.00%. These results demonstrate that the TF-IDF-based SVM method is capable of effectively classifying customer sentiment.

Abstract

The development of digital technology provides significant opportunities to improve the quality of learning in schools, particularly in supporting the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum which emphasizes innovative and creative learning. One of the digital tools that can be utilized in the learning process is Canva. This community service activity aims to improve students' understanding and skills at SMP Negeri 11 Bengkulu Tengah in utilizing Canva as a digital learning medium. The method used in this activity includes preparation, implementation of socialization and training, and evaluation stages. The implementation was carried out through the delivery of materials on how to use Canva and direct practice in designing learning posters. The results show that students were able to understand the use of Canva as a digital learning medium and were capable of creating simple, creative, and informative poster designs. Therefore, the use of Canva can be considered an innovative digital learning tool that supports the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in schools.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan aplikasi pelayanan antrian pasien dengan menggunakan metode First-Come-First-Served dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Puskesmas Pasar Ikan merupakan salah satu puskesmas milik Pemerintah Kota Bengkulu. Dalam melaksanakan pelayanan terhadap pasien yang akan berobat, puskesmas Pasar Ikan belum memanfaatkan teknologi komputerisasi dalam memberikan pelayanan antrian. Sementara saat ini pelayana yang baik sangat diharapkan oleh pasien sehingga pasien merasa nyaman dan senang akan pelayanan yang optimal dari puskesmas. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah metode waterfall. Sementara itu proses pengentrian data yang dilakukan terdiri data poli, data antrian, data pasien dan data pendaftaran pasien. Laporan yang ditampilkan berupa laporan antrian pasien berdasarkan tanggal antrian. Hasil Aplikasi antrian pelayanan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pelayanan puskesmas Pasar Ikan Bengkulu menjadi lebih optimal dengan semakin tertibnya pasien dalam melakukan antrian selama berobat di puskesmas Pasar Ikan Kota Bengkulu

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan aplikasi penilaian sekolah adiwiyata pada Badan lingkungan Hidup (BLH) Kota Bengkulu. Tujuan adanya program sekolah adiwiyata adalah menciptakan kondisi sekolah yang bersih dimana sekolah menjadi tempat pembelajaran dan penyadaran bagi siswa, guru, tenaga kependidikan maupun stokeholder lainnya untuk dapat bertanggung jawab dalam penyelamatan lingkungan sekolahnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah metode waterfall. Sementara itu proses penginputan data yang dilakukan terdiri data sekolah, data petugas dan data penilaian. Laporan yang ditampilkan berupa laporan data sekolah, laporan petugas serta laporan hasil penilaian sekolah adiwiyata. Hasil penelitian adalah terbuatnya suatu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu pihak Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kota Bengkulu dalam menghasilkan penilaian sekolah penerima adiwiyata yang objektif berdasarkan hasil penilaian tim adiwiyata berdasarkan komponen-komponen penilaian sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.

Abstract

Abstract-In an effort to improve service quality, facilities and infrastructure are needed to support the service process provided. Where there needs to be proper treatment starting from the input, process, to the output of the services provided. Good relations and communication with the community are needed in an effort to maintain the continuity of a continuous service process. In assisting the analysis of student satisfaction, a fuzzy logic method is applied, namely Fuzzy Tsukamoto. The Tsukamoto method is an extension of monotone reasoning. In the Tsukamoto method, every consequence of a rule in the form of an If-Then must be represented by a fuzzy set with a monotonous membership function. The results of this study are that the application of Student Online Learning Satisfaction Analysis using the Tsukamoto algorithm has been successfully implemented and produces rules that are in accordance with what is desired.
