Abstract

Pengabdian  Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan terhadap UMKM yang tergabung dalam Ikatan Pengusaha Muslimah (IPEMI) Kota Tangerang Selatan. Dengan harapan para peserta kegiatan berani melakukan terobosan untuk berwirausaha kembali dengan mengaktifkan sumber daya yang ada. Kami merasa perlu mengajukan hal ini karena di dalam SDM salah satu fungsi SDM adalah memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan sehingga melahirkan semangat, memecahkan permasalahan, melahirkan inovasi baru.Kata Kunci: Motivasi, UMKM, Covid-19

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training on employee productivity at PT. Trikarya Bima Sentosa in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 62 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study of the training variable obtained an average score of 3.711 with suitable criteria. The employee productivity variable received an average score of 3.837 with applicable standards. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity with a regression equation value of Y = 15,504 + 0.616X. A correlation coefficient value of 0.728 or has a strong relationship with a determination value of 53.0%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the global economy and business, and Human Resources (HR) is at its heart. With the organization now on the cusp of recovery, the role of HR has become even more important. The question is not limited in terms of imagining the impact and role of human resources in the future post-COVID-19. One thing is certain - the pandemic and its inherent effects on business have highlighted the need for adaptability and resilience in today's workforce, accelerated the shift towards a new digital economy, and emphasized the importance of HR in the new normal. This study tries to describe the role of human resource management in an effort to restore organizational performance. This study is a qualitative research using descriptive methods to describe the object under study. The results showed that the role of HRM during the COVID-19 pandemic was very strategic, especially in terms of maintaining the health and safety of workers when returning to work by implementing strict health protocols and also providing guidance and assistance for employees affected by COVID-19 such as downsizing and restructurisation. This research also presents HR transformation in terms of employee performance appraisal using results-based performance methods and the use of technology as a support in job optimization

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of remuneration, work ethic, organizational culture and corporate image on improving the quality of Human Resources at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, South Tangerang. The method used is quantitative, the sampling technique uses saturated sampling totaling 140 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Remuneration research results have a positive and significant effect on improving the quality of human resources, this is indicated by the value of t count > t table or (7.254 > 1.977) this is strengthened by a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on improving the quality of human resources, this is indicated by the value of t count > t table or (8.857 > 1.977) this is strengthened by a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on improving the quality of human resources, this is indicated by the value of t count > t table or (8,155 > 1.977) this is reinforced by a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Remuneration, work ethic and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on quality improvement, this is indicated by the calculated F value > F table (47.619 > 2.670) and sig. < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) with an influence contribution of 51.2%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pratama Abadi Industri di Cikupa Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 42,5%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,497 > 1,992). Iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 42,4%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,482 > 1,992). Disiplin kerja dan iklim organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 9,842 + 0,360X1 + 0,406X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 55,9%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (47,555 > 2,730).

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang berjudul Penerapan Ilmu Manajemen Dalam Mengembangkan Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Lembaga Pendidikan di Yayasan TPQ Nurul Ikhlas diadakan dengan tujuan membekali para SDM di Yayasan TPQ Nurul Ikhas tentang pentingnya meningkatkan kapasitas SDM, khususnya menjadi tenaga didik. Selain itu, tujuan lain dari pengadaan program ini adalah membekali SDM tentang perlunya memajukan organisasi yang mewadahi yayasan tersebut. Program Pengabdian Masyarakat dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Gunung Sindur, Bogor pada tanggal 14 November 2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei, pemaparan materi secara langsung, serta simulasi dan diskusi mengenai penerapan ilmu manajemen. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa penerapan ilmu manajemen dalam aspek mengajar peserta didik maupun dalam kehidupan berorganisasi sangat diperlukan untuk bersaing dan berkembang secara maksimal di tengah era digital.Kata Kunci: Penerapan Manajemen, Tenaga Didik, Organisasi, Era Digital The Community Service Program entitled The Application of Management Science in Developing the Competence of Human Resources and the Educational Institution of TPQ Nurul Ikhlas Foundation was held with the aim of equipping the human resources in at the TPQ Nurul Ikhlas Foundation about the importance of increasing the capacity of human resources, especially as teachers. In addition, the other purpose of the procurement of this program is to equip human resources about the need to advance the organization that accommodates the foundation. The Community Service Program was held in Gunung Sindur District, Bogor on November 14th 2021. The methods used were survey methods and presented materials as well as simulations and discussions on the application of management science. This Community Service Program concludes that the application of management knowledge in the teaching aspect and in organizational life is very necessary to compete and develop optimally in the midst of the digital era.Keywords: Application Of Management, Students, Organization, Digital Era

Abstract

ABSTRAK ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN UNTUK MENGETAHUI TINGKAT KESEHATAN, PERTUMBUHAN DAN PROSPEK USAHA PADA UNIT USAHA KOPERASI. Koperasi merupakan lembaga yang menjalankan suatu kegiatan usaha dan pelayanan yang sangat membantu dan diperlukan oleh anggota koperasi dan masyarakat. Kegiatan usaha yang dimaksud dapat berupa pelayanan kebutuhan keuangan, perkreditan, kegiatan pemasaran, atau kegiatan lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja koperasi dilihat dari tingkat likuiditas, solvabilitas dan rentabilitas serta untuk mengetahui tingkat pertumbuhan dan prospek bisnis Koperasi Awak Pesawat Garuda Indonesia di Tangerang (KOAPGI). Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan pada eksplorasi dan interpretasi hasil analisis laporan keuangan dengan metode komparatif dan metode common size serta analisis segmen. Pengumpulan data berdasarkan laporan keuangan dari tahun 2007 s.d 2011. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja koperasi berkinerja baik serta mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan dan stabil. Unit usaha simpan pinjam merupakan prospek usaha yang bagus dan perlu dikembangkan

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Inovasi Produk dan Brand Awareness terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT. Unilever Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini Inovasi Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 41,5%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Brand Awareness  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 43,5%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Inovasi Produk dan Brand Awareness  secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 52,8%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.      Kata Kunci: Inovasi Produk, Brand Awareness , Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

ABSTRACT PATH ANALYSIS OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, COMPENSATION AND JOB SATISFACTION ON EMPLOYEES TURNOVER OF YUASA BATTERY INDONESIA, CO,-LTD.-TANGERANG. The study attempted to examine a phenomena and to gain empirical evident, as well as to get a brief data on the influence of organizational culture, compensation and job satisfaction on employee turnover. The study applied descriptive and inductive of multivariat regression method it’s include 94 respondents as the samples. The samples were selected through proporsionate stratified sampling. The statistical tool were used is SPSS 17 software as the means to examine the data. The findings could be concluded as follows: (1) There was positive effect from all independent variables toward employee turnover within value influence 80,9%. (2) The results of this research indicated that job satisfaction was the greatest affecting to the employee turnover was as much as 59.1%. (3) Meanwhile there are positive influence of organizational  culture was equal to 26.7%. (4) Then there are positive affecting of compensation  was equal to 12.6%. Based on the analysis of the conclusions and implications of this research, there are several suggestions as follows:(1) Based on the calculation results of the questionnaire, organizational culture variables (X1) which consists of 4 dimensions and 12 indicators, dimensions of employee engagement have a presentation of the most low at 48.94%. It should be a concern for the company improve employee engagement as a problem-solving discussion, provides an opportunity to move forward, and so on. (2) The  compensation variable  (X2) consisting of 4 dimensions and 12 indicators, dimensions of the facility have a presentation that is equal to 51.33% lower. It should be a concern for the company improve employee facilities required such as parking areas, parks, sports facilities, so that employees feel comfortable in the company area. (3) The Job satisfaction variables (X3) which consists of 4 dimensions and 16 indicators, job security dimension has the lowest presentation that is equal to 52.38%. It is recommended that companies pay more attention to health and safety, and social security so employees do not feel anxious in doing the job.(4) The Turnover variable (Y) consisting of 4 dimensions and 13 indicators, dimensions of the work environment has a presentation of the work value that is equal to 53.19%.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan Penelitian ini untuk menentukan pilihan strategi dengan melakukan  integrasi SWOT dan Balance  Scorecard sebagai upaya meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan serta meningkatkan kualitas produk. Metode Penelitian ini digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diambil dari penelitian kepustakaan serta dari data perusahaan. Sedangkan data primer diperoleh langsung dari responden melalui penelitian lapangan atau observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh untuk penentuan kriteria balance scorecard  untuk PT Purnamajaya Bhakti Utama, total skor nilai 75%, persentase tersebut  menunjukan  kondisi PT. Purnamajaya Bhakti Utama berada  pada kondisi  sehat dengan kategori A. Sedangkan dari  hasil  FGD  diperoleh  nilai  bobot kinerja keuangan berada pada posisi sangat sehat dengan kategori AAA dengan nilai skor tertimbang sebesar 91% dan  untuk perspektif  pelanggan pada posisi sehat dengan kategori   AA  dengan  nilai  skor  tertimbang sebesar 81.25%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Strategi pemasaran dengan Integrasi SWOT dan Balance Scorecard yang diterapkan manajemen PT. Purnamajaya Bhakti Utama dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan kualitas produk.Kata Kunci : Strategi Pemasaran, Analisis SWOT, Balance Scorecard
