Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul penerapan ilmu manajemen dalam pengembangan agroindustri biogas dari limbah kotoran sapi dari kotoran sapi yang berdampak pada kesejahraan masyarakat Desa Sindanglaya Kec. Tanjungsiang, Kab. Subang. Tujuan umum dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Memberikan pelatihan dan pengetahuan secara praktis ilmu manajemen dalam pengembangan agroindustri biogas dari limbah kotoran sapi dari kotoran sapi yang berdampak pada kesejahraan masyarakat.  Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan penyampaian materi secara langsung serta simulasi dan diskusi mengenai manajemen, pengelolaan keuangan, pemasaran produk dan penerapan MSDM dalam pengembangan agroindustri biogas dari limbah kotoran sapi dari kotoran sapi yang berdampak pada kesejahraan masyarakat. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian  kepada masyakat ini adalah bahwa akan dilakukan pendampingan dalam manajemen dalam pengembangan agroindustri biogas dari limbah kotoran sapi dengan dibentuk kelompok-kelompok penguna biogas dalam upaya mewujudkan kesejahraan masyarakat Desa Sindanglaya.Kata Kunci: Manajemen; agroindustri biogas; kesejahraan masyarakat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan dan pemberian kesejahteraan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Puskesmas Wilayah Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini kedisiplinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 36,1%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,371 > 1,985). Pemberian kesejahteraan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 42,9%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,496 > 1,985). Kedisiplinan dan pemberian kesejahteraan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan regresi Y = 5,187 + 0,276X1 + 0,401X2. Kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 51,5%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (50,506 > 2,700).

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah, Implementasi Manajemen Inovasi Dalam Meningkatkan Pemasaran Tenun Ikat Desa Selebung di Lombok. Hal ini sebagai bentuk upaya dalam mengembangkan tempat wisata di Lombok. Pemilihan lokasi Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah Karang Taruna Bellova Village, Jl. Raya Selebung- Aik Bukaq Desa Selebung, Kecamatan Batukliang, Kab. Lombok Tengah Nusa Tenggara Barat, yang sudah memiliki kepedulian untuk memngembangakan pariwasata Nusa Tenggara Barat. Namun hal tersebut masih dirasa kurang, terutama untuk masalah adaptasi dengan pola konsumsi yang masih ada di masyarakat, khususnya di tempat-tempat wisata.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of remuneration, work ethic, organizational culture and corporate image on improving the quality of Human Resources at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, South Tangerang. The method used is quantitative and the sampling method uses saturated samples from a total of 140 respondents. Data analysis used validity, reliability, classical hypothesis, regression, correlation coefficient analysis, certainty analysis, and hypothesis testing. Remuneration research results have a positive and significant effect on improving the quality of human resources, this is indicated by the value of t count > t table or (7.254 > 1.977) this is strengthened by a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on improving the quality of human resources, this is indicated by the value of t count > t table or (8.857 > 1.977) this is strengthened by a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on improving the quality of human resources, this is indicated by the value of t count > t table or (8,155 > 1.977) this is reinforced by a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Remuneration, work ethic and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on quality improvement, this is indicated by the calculated F value > F table (47.619 > 2.670) and sig. < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) with an influence contribution of 51.2%.

Abstract

Pandemi global Covid-19 telah menghadirkan tantangan serius bagi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dunia bisnis. Perusahaan di seluruh dunia menghadapi tekanan untuk mempertahankan eksistensinya di tengah ketidakpastian ekonomi dan lingkungan yang terus berubah. Dalam konteks ini, penerapan prinsip Healthy Safety Security Environment (HSSE) menjadi semakin penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, sebagai upaya untuk menjaga kelangsungan bisnis dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran penting penerapan konsep HSSE dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan bagaimana hal ini dapat membantu perusahaan menjaga eksistensinya selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan studi kasus berfokus pada perusahaan SPBU CV Pratama Shellindo. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan manajer HR, karyawan, dan pihak terkait lainnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan induktif untuk mengidentifikasi tema-tema kunci terkait penerapan HSSE dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan konsep HSSE memiliki dampak positif dalam menjaga eksistensi perusahaan selama pandemi. Melalui pendekatan proaktif terhadap kesehatan dan keamanan karyawan, serta lingkungan kerja yang aman dan mendukung, perusahaan mampu meminimalkan risiko penyebaran Covid-19 di tempat kerja. Selain itu, fokus pada kesejahteraan karyawan telah meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja, berkontribusi pada kelangsungan operasional perusahaan.

Abstract

This article describes the digital business development strategy in Indonesia. Its background reflects the economic shift towards the increasingly dominant digital era in Indonesia. The research aims to deepen the understanding of how organizations and companies in Indonesia adopt digital business development strategies. The research method employed is qualitative research, through in-depth interviews and content analysis of various organizations. The results of this study reveal various approaches used by organizations in Indonesia in facing the challenges and opportunities of digital business, as well as the key factors influencing the success of these strategies. This research provides valuable insights for practitioners and decision-makers in developing digital business strategies in Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze community empowerment strategies through developing a competitive creative economy in an effort to increase family income at UKM Shaza Depok. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The unit of analysis in this research is the source who is the informant, namely the owner of UKM Shaza Depok, the Management Department of UKM Shaza Depok and employees who work at UKM Shaza Depok. Data collection techniques in this study: interviews, observation, FGD (Focus Group Discussion) techniques, documentation. Data analysis uses 2 kinds of methods, namely SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) and Balanced Scorecard. The results of the research show that the community empowerment strategy. From several results from the Balance Scorecard (BSC) perspective, what Shaza Depok UKM needs is: (1) Strengthening village communities as subjects of empowerment development, (2) Improving the welfare of village communities, (3) Increasing village community satisfaction with Shaza Depok UKM services, ( 4) Optimizing competitiveness in an effort to increase income, (5) Increasing community participation in developing product innovation and improving more creative marketing, (6) Improving product and service quality, (7) Increasing employee work motivation, (8) Increasing competency employees, and (9) Improving product information technology and systems.

Abstract

Research that focuses on the analysis of human resource (HR) performance at Rural Banks (BPR) in Banten Province, using the SWOT analysis method (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and Balance Scorecard. This research was conducted with the aim of assessing HR performance in the context of a bank and identifying the factors that influence this performance. The research methodology uses a qualitative descriptive research method, with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of data analysis were processed using Miles and Huberman's steps, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. In terms of HR performance analysis, this study combines the SWOT analysis and Balance Scorecard approaches. From the analysis results, This study identified the internal strengths and weaknesses of Rural Banks in the Province of Banten, as well as external factors of opportunities and threats that affect the company's performance. These factors are evaluated by giving weights and ratings, which are then used to formulate appropriate strategic choices. The final result of the SWOT matrix analysis shows strategic issues that need to be considered by Rural Banks in Banten Province. Several strategic issues include employee discipline, customer service, product development, Bank Indonesia policies, employee growth in accordance with policies, provision of quality products, and improvement of service facilities such as ATMs. Overall,

Abstract

Kepemimpinan Karang Taruna yang inspiratif dan kuat diperlukan untuk memajukan dan mendorong partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa. Namun, kurangnya pemahaman dan kemampuan kepemimpinan yang inspiratif menjadi kendala dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut. Selain itu, diperlukan juga pembinaan dan pengembangan keterampilan anggota Karang Taruna dalam berbagai aspek, seperti komunikasi, kerja sama tim, maupun pemecahan masalah. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dalam bentuk seminar yang diberikan kepada pemuda Karang Taruna Jaya Kampung Pasir Banen, Desa Mekarjaya, Kecamatan Mande, Kabupaten Cianjur, Jawa Barat berupaya menjadi jawaban atas permasalahan tersebut. Abstract

Autism is a developmental disorder that affects communication ability, social interaction, and behavior. The Autism Café Project Malaysia is a social initiative aimed at empowering individuals with autism through training and employment opportunities. Effective Human Resource Management (HRM) is crucial to enhancing the performance of autistic students in the workplace. This initiative aims to implement HRM at the Autism Café Project Malaysia to improve the performance of autistic students. Additionally, it aims to provide practical experience for students and faculty in applying HRM concepts in real-world contexts. The activity took place at Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Polytechnic, Selangor, Malaysia, involving 80 participants including autistic students, students, and faculty members. Methods included preparation, training implementation, practice and simulation, as well as evaluation and monitoring. Training covered personal and social skills development, HRM application, job skills, and entrepreneurship. Through this initiative, autistic students demonstrated improved performance in various tasks at the Autism Café Project. Students gained a better understanding of applying HRM in real situations, while faculty successfully guided and provided constructive feedback. This activity also fostered a more inclusive and supportive community.
