Abstract

This study examines the effects of social media promotion effectiveness, price perception, and brand image on consumer purchase intention at Mie Gacoan, Jalan Taman Siswa Branch, Yogyakarta. A quantitative survey was conducted with 200 respondents selected through purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings show that all three variables positively and significantly influence purchase intention, with brand image having the strongest effect. These results highlight the importance of strengthening brand image, optimizing social media promotion, and maintaining competitive pricing to enhance consumer purchase intention. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine and prove the influence of motivation on improving the performance of employees at the Secretariat of the Department of Public Works and Mineral Resources (PUPESDM) of Yogyakarta Special Region; to determine and prove the influence of the work environment on improving the performance of employees at the Secretariat of the Department of Public Works and Mineral Resources (PUPESDM) of Yogyakarta Special Region; to determine and prove the influence of individual abilities on improving the performance of employees at the Secretariat of the Department of Public Works and Mineral Resources (PUPESDM) of Yogyakarta Special Region; and to determine and prove the influence of motivation, work environment, and individual abilities on improving the performance of employees at the Secretariat of the Department of Public Works and Mineral Resources (PUPESDM). The population in this study was all 49 employees at the Secretariat of the Department of Public Works and Mineral Resources (PUPESDM) of Yogyakarta Special Region. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Saturated sampling or census sampling is a sampling technique in which all members of the population are used as research samples. In other words, all 49 employees were used as research respondents. The analytical tool used was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with a t-statistical significance value of 0.004. There is a positive influence between the work environment on employee performance with a significance value of t statistic of 0.001; there is no positive influence between individual ability on employee performance with a significance value of t statistic of 0.129; there is a significant influence of motivation, work environment, and individual ability on employee performance with a significance value of F statistic of 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work climate, self-ability, organizational commitment, and organizational trust on the organizational citizenship behavior of outsourced personnel of the Yogyakarta Special Region PUP-ESDM Office; to determine the influence of work climate, self-ability, organizational commitment, and organizational trust on the organizational citizenship behavior of outsourced personnel of the Yogyakarta Special Region PUP-ESDM Office. The population taken in this study is all outsourcing personnel of the DIY Public Works, Housing and Mineral Resources Office. The sampling technique with saturated sampling method. Saturated sampling or census, is a sample determination technique in which all members of the population are used as research samples. In other words, all employees totaling 53 people are used as research respondents. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the work climate has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior; self-ability has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior; organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior; organizational trust does not affect organizational citizenship behavior; work climate, self-ability, organizational commitment, and organizational trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on job satisfaction of employees in the Highways Division of the PUP-ESDM Office of the Special Region of Yogyakarta; to determine the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction of employees in the Highways Division of the PUP-ESDM Office of the Special Region of Yogyakarta; to determine the effect of work discipline on job satisfaction of employees in the Highways Division of the PUP-ESDM Office of the Special Region of Yogyakarta; and to determine the simultaneous effect of compensation, work motivation, and work discipline on job satisfaction of employees in the Highways Division of the PUP-ESDM Office of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The population taken in this study was all employees in the Highways Division of the PUP-ESDM Office of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Saturated sampling or census sampling is a sampling technique in which all members of the population are used as research samples. In other words, all 56 employees were used as research respondents. The analytical tool used was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees in the Highways Division of the PUP-ESDM Office of the Special Region of Yogyakarta; Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees in the Highways Division of the PUP-ESDM Office of the Special Region of Yogyakarta; Work discipline does not affect the job satisfaction of employees in the Highways Division of the PUP-ESDM Office of the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Compensation, work motivation, and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees in the Highways Division of the PUP-ESDM Office of the Special Region of Yogyakarta
