Abstract

Partners in this program are the PAGODA Women's Group in Cigundi Village, Cibadak District, Kab. Lebak-Banten. Lebak Regency is one of the regencies with the largest area in Banten Province. Based on data from the Agricultural Service of Lebak Banten Regency, Cibadak as one of the sub-districts has a high level of soil fertility. KWP members consisting of more than 20 housewives. So that it can be concluded in this PKM including (1) Increased partner capabilities by 75% related to making special packaging designs (packaging) by updating from the previous packaging to new packaging that is more specific and has a wide variety of colors to distinguish the type of taste it makes. (2) Partners are able to provide services through market places such as Tokopedia, with the Covid-19 pandemic not preventing KWP members from marketing these Crisp!! Enye-Enye products. At this stage it increased by 70% who previously did not really understand E-Commerce. (3) Apart from e-commerce, KWP members also partners are able to do digital marketing through Instagram, whatsapp and others at the digital marketing stage, an increase of 70% which previously only sold from whatsapp status, now they are starting to venture through Instagram.(4) By making new designs, providing good service and being active in digital marketing will make partners increase their income.The income per one-time production has increased to 150% only because the stock of raw materials is currently starting to be difficult to find in the Cigundi area which makes KWP members buy cassava at a lower price. different and the quality is different.

Abstract

Mitra dalam program ini adalah Kelompok Wanita PAGODA di Kampung Cigundi, Kecamatan Cibadak Kab. Lebak- Banten. Kabupaten Lebak merupakan salah satu kabupaten dengan wilayah terbesar di Provinsi Banten dengan tingkat kesuburan tanah yang tinggi. Anggota KWP yang terdiri dari lebih dari 20 Ibu-Ibu Rumah Tangga merupakan pengusaha berskala mikro yang mengolah bahan baku berasal dari singkong menjadi panganan jadi yaitu crisp!! Enye-Enye. Setelah pelaksanaan PKM Adapun hasil evaluasi menunjukkan hasil antara lain (1) target meningkatnya kemampuan mitra sebesar 75% tercapai. Adapun target ini adalah terkait pembuatan desain khusus packaging (kemasan), (2) target meningkatnya pengetahuan mitra dalam memberikan pelayanan melalui market place meningkat 70%, sehingga target tercapai. (3) Selain melalui e-commerce, kemampuan anggota KWP dalam melakukan pemasaran media social meningkat 70%, sehingga target tercapai. (4) Dengan melakukan pembuatan desain baru, memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan aktif dalam pemasaran digital akan membuat mitra meningkatkan pendapatannya. Pendapatan per satu kali produksi meningkat mencapai 150% hanya saja karna stock bahan baku yang saat ini mulai sulit ditemukan didaerah cigundi yang membuat anggota KWP membeli singkong dengan harga yang berbeda dan kualitaspun berbeda. Target awal peningkatan pendapatan yaitu 100% tercapai, bahkan lebih.

Abstract

The business world has developed rather quickly, one of the issues that frequently arises has to do with marketing. Creating a suitable plan is essential to achieving business goals. Every company has a unique marketing plan, however there are many businesspeople who continue to be challenging and frequently fail to grow their companies. The purpose of this study is to find out how to apply the marketing strategy of Kedai Usaha Mie Jeng-Kang according to the perspective of Islamic business ethics. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach and is a field research. From the study's findings, it can be inferred that Kedai Usaha Mie Jeng-Kang uses a 4P marketing mix, which includes a product strategy for cuisine manufactured from instant noodles, a pricing point that is affordable, a location that is spacious, cool and suitable facilities. Adequate offline promotion is done via word of mouth and personal contact, while online promotion is done via social media. Based on the perspective of Islamic business ethics, the marketing carried out is in accordance with Islamic marketing ethics which consists of the ethics of piety, shidiq, al-adl, khidmah, al-amanah, keeping promises, husnudzon, not doing backbiting and not doing riswah.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the variables that influence the loyalty of Muamalat Digital Islamic Network users in Madiun City. Quantitative method is the method used in this study. The population in this study is the Muamalat Digital Islamic Network user community in Madiun. This study uses primary data as a data source with a purposive sampling method of 175 respondents and data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study is the inner model and outer model using SmartPLS. This study explains that the level of knowledge has a significant effect on loyalty. The level of knowledge is important because the respondents' answers indicate that customers know how to create an account either through the Muamalat DIN application or through Bank Muamalat KCP Madiun by coming in person. There is a significant effect of the satisfaction variable on customer loyalty. Satisfaction is obtained through customers who are comfortable when transacting using Muamalat DIN. The trust variable has a significant influence on loyalty. Customers believe that the safety of their deposit funds in Bank Muamalat has been guaranteed.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions that provide religious and academic knowledge and apply them in everyday life. Islamic boarding schools cannot continue to depend on other parties, so there is a need for other alternatives to run the business that must be managed. By utilizing aloe vera which is easy to find and has many benefits, it is then processed into products with selling points, such as packaged drinks, soap, candy, and others. Aloe vera plants are easy to grow and live in cool areas like Bogor according to the location of partner Islamic boarding schools. The main problem is the skills needed by the students to process the aloe vera plant so that the results can be utilized within the Islamic boarding school environment. Therefore, the main objective of this community service activity is to hold aloe vera processing training to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit and skills of the students. This activity is a real contribution in empowering and empowering the students. From the results of the test given in the form of a questionnaire, more than 50% of respondents said they really understood the understanding of the material. And also on the benefits of the activity, as many as 75% said it was very useful. The results of this community service greatly contributed to increasing understanding and training regarding the aloe vera plant

Abstract

Abstract After almost a year of being launched by the Ministry of Religion, the realization of the Free Halal Certification (SEHATI) program is still very far from what has been targeted. The number of MSMEs in DKI Jakarta Province, which ranks fourth in Indonesia, has not been matched by the large number of MSEs who have registered for the program. This research aims to find out the interest of SMEs in DKI Jakarta in the SEHATI program. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The object of this study is the interest in halal certification by collecting data through observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there is a fairly high positive interest from MSEs in the food and beverage sector in DKI Jakarta for the Sertifikasi Halal Gratis program. Interest in the SEHATI program is influenced by internal factors in the form of, 1) understanding of regulations, 2) knowledge of the SEHATI program, and 3) mindset of business actors; as well as external factors, namely, 1) halal certification costs, and 2) halal certification procedures. Keywords: DKI Jakarta, halal certification, micro enterprise Abstrak Setelah hampir satu tahun diluncurkan oleh Kemenag, realisasi dari program Sertifikasi Halal Gratis (SEHATI) masih sangat jauh dari yang telah ditargetkan. Jumlah UMKM di Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang menempati urutan keempat terbanyak di Indonesia pun ternyata tidak diimbangi dengan banyaknya jumlah UMK yang mendaftar ke program tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat pelaku usaha mikro di DKI Jakarta terhadap program SEHATI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Objek dari penelitian ini yaitu minat sertifikasi halal dengan pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat minat positif yang cukup tinggi dari pelaku UMK bidang makanan dan minuman di DKI Jakarta terhadap program Sertifikasi Halal Gratis. Minat terhadap program SEHATI tersebut dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal berupa, 1) pemahaman terhadap regulasi, 2) pengetahuan terhadap program SEHATI, dan 3) pola pikir pelaku usaha; serta faktor eksternal, yaitu, 1) biaya sertifikasi halal, dan 2) prosedur sertifikasi halal. Abstract

The presence of sharia insurance becomes one of the choices of muslim community in investing, because insurance as one of the investment ways to face risks in the future. The success of sharia insurance companies are cannot be neglected from the participation of people in understanding the importance of taking sharia insurance. The research aims to discover and analyzing factors that can influence people's perception of using Islamic insurance. The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. For population and sample are Jabodetabek community. This method uses Convenience Sampling Technique, and the data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS). This research shows that the most important factor which is influencing the community in deciding to take Sharia insurance is the level of understanding of sharia continued with the level of product quality, but it can be seen that the premium and promotion indicators are still less known by the respondent. So, the insurance company need to be more socialize sharia insurance to the public. Kehadiran asuransi syariah menjadi salah satu pilihan masyarakat muslim dalam berinvestasi, karena asuransi merupakan salah satu cara investasi untuk menghadapi resiko di masa yang akan datang. Keberhasilan perusahaan asuransi syariah tidak  bisa luput dari peran serta masyarakat dalam pemahaman akan pentingnya berasuransi syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhi persepsi  masyarakat  untuk menggunakan asuransi syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisa kuantitatif. Untuk populasi dan sampel adalah masyarakat Jabodetabek menggunakan Teknik Convenience Sampling dan untuk analisis data menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor paling signifikan yang memengaruhi masyarakat dalam memutuskan untuk berasuransi syariah adalah tingkat pemahaman tentang syariah dilanjut dengan tingkat kualitas produk, namun dilihat dari indikator premi dan promosi masih kurang diketahui oleh responden, sehingga perusahaan asuransi harus lebih mensosialisasikan asuransi syariah ke masyarakat.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools, known as pesantren, play a crucial role in shaping the character and skills of their students. However, to achieve self-reliance and economic empowerment, pesantren need to develop community service programs that are oriented towards entrepreneurship. This article discusses a training program conducted at Fatahilah Islamic Boarding School with the aim of teaching students about environmentally friendly soap making using used cooking oil as a raw material. The training program aims to provide knowledge and skills to students in processing used cooking oil into economically valuable products. Additionally, the training program also aims to raise awareness about the importance of managing used cooking oil waste and its negative impact on the environment. The article will cover the training methods, the topics taught, and the outcomes achieved after the training. The results of this training program are expected to provide business opportunities for students to produce and sell soap made from used cooking oil, thus increasing their income and reducing environmental pollution caused bywaste
