Abstract

Pelaksanaan MKWU Pendidikan Pancasila Merdeka Belajar di lingkungan Universitas Islam Indonesia pada saat pandemi Covid-19 diselenggarakan secara daring. Tidak hanya kuliah secara daring, namun tantangan metode pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila yang masih konvensional, dan model pembelajaran yang dilakukan dosen relatif monoton, didominasi ceramah dan diskusi, dan masih menempatkan pembelajaran secara doktrinal mengakibatkan tidak adanya peningkatan signifikan dari pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa. Di sisi lain, tujuan Pendidikan Pancasila sebagai bagian dari pendidikan karakter harus tertanam dalam diri mahasiswa. Untuk itu perlu sebuah pengembangan model pembelajaran yang efektif bagi mahasiswa. Tulisan ini berfokus pada bagaimana implementasi model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dan Project Based Learning (PjBL) pada MKWU Pendidikan Pancasila Merdeka Belajar di lingkungan Universitas Islam Indonesia pada Semester Ganjil 2021/2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengembangan pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan dengan mengimplementasikan model Discovery Learning dan Project Based Learning pada MKWU Pendidikan Pancasila Merdeka Belajar di lingkungan UII berimplikasi pada optimalnya proses pembelajaran yang berpusat pada mahasiswa (Student Centered Learning). Selain itu, dengan kegiatan observasi mahasiswa lebih dapat memahami dan merefleksikan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, serta memiliki daya kritis untuk menemukan solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi di masyarakat. Dengan output kampanye media sosial yang dibuat, mahasiswa memiliki kontribusi positif terhadap pengarusutamaan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam masyarakat. Sehingga aktivitas pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dalam hal ini berhasil menarik minat mahasiswa untuk aktif belajar melalui learning by doing, thinking, and reflecting dan berkontribusi pada masyarakat.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of improving employee performance. This research aims to determine and analyze the mediating effect of motivation on the influence of learning organizations on employee performance in the VUCA era. This research method is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of state-owned banks in Indonesia. The sample in this research was 100 employees with purpose sampling. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires using Google Form. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data was analyzed using the classic assumption test and path test to see the influence and the Sobel test to see which variables were successful as mediators. The results of this research show that 1) Learning organizations influence Employee Performance in the Vuca Era and 2) Motivation mediates the influence of learning organizations on Employee Performance in the Vuca Era. The results of this research indicate that if companies want to improve employee performance, they must also improve organizational learning and employee motivation.

Abstract

Merti Code adalah kegiatan kebudayaan yang dimaksudkan untuk membangun kesadaran masyarakat dalam pelestarian lingkungan Sungai Code. Keberadaaan Sungai Code, dengan air bersihnya, masih sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat di sekitar bantaran sungai untuk mendukung kebutuhan minum dan MCK. Ada juga yang memanfaatkannya untuk memelihara ikan, baik kolam maupun karamba, serta bermain. Peran pelestarian lingkungan dalam Merti Code tampak dari aspek mitologis hingga pelaksanaan rangkaian upacaranya yang sacral dan sangat efektif untuk melindungi unsur ekologi dari ancaman pengrusakan sehingga terjaga kelesatarian ekosistemnya serta menggerakkan warga agar berpartisipasi aktif. Mitologi, dengan istilah operasinal “Mitekologi” yang dilestarikan dalam Merti Code masih tampak cukup efektif untuk membentuk kontrol sosial agar masyarakat memperlakukan unsur-unsur alam dengan lebih hati-hati. Mitekologi dapat menjadi gerakan yang positif ke dua arah, yaitu apresiasi terhadap tradisi sekaligus sebagai gerakan pelestarian lingkungan.

Abstract

Humanism is a concept that has an essence that assumes that humans have potential that can be developed. This paper aims to analyze the essence of Islamic Education as a means to develop the concept of humanism which is correlated with Islamic teachings. This research uses a qualitative method and takes the form of library research that traces various sources of literature, books, and scientific journals related to the concept of humanism and Islamic education. The results of this study reveal that the concept of humanism is in harmony with Islamic education. This relevance includes that humans are born in a state of nature, interpret humans as beings who have potential that can be developed, and are egalitarian to every human being. Islamic educational institutions have a big role and responsibility in carrying out the concept of humanism which is assisted by family, environment, and social community.

Abstract

Indonesia is widely known as one accumulated national entity consisting of many differences of tribes, cultures and religions. As a result of unity in diversity, Indonesia possessed a significant impact in the history aiming to educate youth generations. The article describes a historical background of the nation running education specifically to build the nation character. Meanwhile based on that reason, the effort to implement trustworthy behaviors through whole aspect of religious characteristics imprinted in the deep heart of the nation. To add some more, Indonesia which is well-known for its addressing religious nation must set up the goal of the nation which is definitely in harmony with the values of religious teachings. The article also provides an effort to educate the nation by focusing and paying great attention to the program of civilizing people. Clearly, the article in detail discusses a successful progress of bulding character education in Indonesia. Besides, this article utilizes analysis methid focusing on causal effectual method correlating Character Education as a result of national character building using literature review model. This article then finds out that there is a similar pattern between bulding nation character and character education. Moreover, the term retrospection is used merely to reflect the implementation of noble values of Indonesia through what is called by education principle.   Keywords: Retrospection, Educarion, Character

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the ways and forms of increasing the creative industry in the production and marketing of modern Indonesian batik that can be globally competitive. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method that takes data and information from batik producer business actors in Yogyakarta. This study found that there are six way (Design Innovation and Product Diversification, Technology Utilization in Production Process, Improving the Quality of Human Resources, Marketing and Branding, Increasing Access to International Markets, Certification and Recognition of Works) and three forms (Developing Product Quality, Increase Product Variants ,Contemporary and Flexible Design) of increasing the creative economy industry through the production of modern Indonesian batik. In addition, the main point in increasing the potential of the creative economy industry through production is to improve the upstream area first, namely by creating creative and innovative designs so that with contemporary designs it will be more easily accepted by the national and international markets. Besides issuing various motif designs and providing a touch of deep philosophical meaning, another factor is creating product variants that are needed by the market, so that this flexibility will expand the existing audience both on a national and international scale.

Abstract

This article is about Pancasila values related to the teachings of Islam. Pancasila has values that provide guidelines for the life of the nation and state in Indonesia. Of course values are born correlated with the teachings of Islam. Pancasila is the philosophy of life for the nation and state which is a fundamental value for the Indonesian people. This research was conducted using literacy and document research methods. Several scientific journals, previous research, and related literature sources collected data relating to the integration of Pancasila values with the Islamic religion which were then analyzed and concluded in written form. Islamic Shari'a plays a role in creating every essence of the precepts in Pancasila. Before independence, the BPUPKI committee held a meeting to make Pancasila a meaningful blend of opinions, ideology and the background of the Indonesian people. This article will discuss more deeply about Islamic law and Pancasila and their relationship. This article produces and discusses the integration and synergy between the essence contained in the Pancasila precepts and the perspective of the Islamic religion.
