Abstract

The research was conducted by the author with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of education, coaching, work culture and employee attitudes individually and collectively on the work performance of Tanjung Raya Muara Enim Health Center employees. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test data quality using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial simultaneous tests and coefficient of determination. The research results showed that education, coaching, work culture and employee attitudes had a significant influence individually and collectively on the work performance of Tanjung Raya Muara Enim Community Health Center employees

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya kerja secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Kantor Camat Mulak Ulu Kabupaten Lahat. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian yaitu studi Pustaka dan studi lapangan terdiri dari pengamatan, wawancara dan membagikan daftar pertanyaan atau kuisioner. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik dengan rumus yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda, uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji f) dan koefesien determinasi dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Kantor Camat Mulak Ulu Kabupaten Lahat. Budaya kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Kantor Camat Mulak Ulu Kabupaten Lahat. Motivasi kerja dan budaya kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama – sama terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Kantor Camat Mulak Ulu Kabupaten Lahat.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di UMKM Keluarga Maju Bersama, Kabupaten Lahat, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing produk ikan salai melalui penerapan inovasi teknologi dan penguatan manajemen usaha. Program ini juga menitikberatkan pada diferensiasi produk dan pembentukan identitas merek yang khas, sehingga produk ikan salai mampu menonjol di pasaran. Selain itu, proyek ini bertujuan untuk mendorong praktik bisnis berkelanjutan dengan memberikan edukasi kepada pemilik UMKM tentang teknik produksi yang efisien dan pengelolaan sumber daya. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi meliputi rendahnya kualitas kemasan dan strategi pemasaran yang kurang efektif, sehingga produk sulit bersaing di pasar. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif, pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner, serta analisis deskriptif dan inferensial secara statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan rumah pengasapan dan vacuum sealer secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas dan daya tarik produk, serta memperpanjang masa simpan ikan salai. Selain itu, pelatihan pemasaran digital meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mitra dalam mempromosikan produk mereka, sehingga terjadi peningkatan penjualan sebesar 50% dalam enam bulan. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berhasil menciptakan model pengembangan UMKM berbasis teknologi dan pemasaran digital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress and workload on employee job satisfaction at the Regional Revenue Agency Office of Empat Lawang Regency. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach, where data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 47 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the influence of the two independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that work stress has a significant negative impact on employee job satisfaction, meaning that the higher the level of work stress experienced by employees, the lower their job satisfaction. On the other hand, workload has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction, indicating that a well- managed workload can enhance employee job satisfaction. These findings have important implications for management in developing strategies to manage employee stress and workload to enhance job satisfaction and organizational productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and the work environment both individually and collectively on the work performance of SMP Negeri 1 Lahat teachers. The population in this study were all teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Lahat, totaling 38 people. The sample in this study, namely all teachers working at SMP Negeri 1 Lahat, totaling 38 people, will be sampled in this study. So the method used in this study is the census method. The census method is a method by collecting data on the entire existing population. Testing the Effect of Work Discipline (X1) on Work Performance (Y) obtained a value of 0.003 <0.05, which means that the Work Discipline variable (X1) has a significant effect on Work Performance (Y). Testing the influence of the Work Environment (X2) on Work Performance (Y) obtained a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the Work Environment variable (X2) has a significant effect on the Work Performance variable (Y). The calculation results show a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the variables of Work Discipline (X1) and Work Environment (X2). The coefficient of determination is 0.627, this means that the Work Discipline (X1) and Work Environment (X2) variables have a contribution to the Job Performance variable (Y) of 62.7% and the remaining 37.3% is influenced by other factors not examined by the author

Abstract

Era digital telah mengubah fungsi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) secara fundamental, menuntut pergeseran dari peran administratif menjadi mitra strategis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi digital dan budaya organisasi yang adaptif terhadap kinerja manajer SDM di Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 95 manajer SDM dari berbagai perusahaan di Sumatera Selatan yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi digital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja manajer SDM. Selain itu, budaya organisasi yang adaptif juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja mereka. Temuan ini menyoroti urgensi bagi organisasi untuk berinvestasi dalam mengembangkan keterampilan digital para profesional SDM dan untuk menumbuhkan budaya organisasi yang fleksibel dan responsif terhadap perubahan untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja SDM dan kontribusinya terhadap bisnis.   The digital era has fundamentally transformed the function of Human Resources (HR), demanding a shift from administrative roles to strategic partners. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital competence and adaptive organizational culture on the performance of HR managers in South Sumatra. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 95 HR managers from various companies in South Sumatra, selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results show that digital competence has a significant positive effect on the performance of HR managers. Furthermore, an adaptive organizational culture also proves to have a significant positive influence on their performance. These findings highlight the urgency for organizations to invest in developing the digital skills of HR professionals and to cultivate an organizational culture that is flexible and responsive to change to optimize HR performance and its contribution to the business.
