Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah adanya kelompok mata pelajaran pada spektrum struktur kompetensi keahlian teknik bangunan. Dengan data lapangan menunjukkan bahwa siswa SMK Teknik Bangunan menunjukkan banyak yang berminat melanjutkan studi, dan hal itu ditunjukkan oleh peraturan-peraturan yang berlaku walaupun tujuan awal adalah untuk bekerja. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini 359 siswa sampel penelitian secara proporsional sampling 247 siswa mengacu pada sampel yang digunakan menurut nomogram Harry King, instrumen pengumpul data berupa kuesioner minat kerja dan minat studi lanjut, sedangkan untuk prestasi belajar kelompok mata pelajaran A, mata pelajaran B, kompetensi bidang paket keahlian diambil dari dokumentasi. Hasil analisis kuantitatif menemukan bahwa = 3,465 > pada variabel minat kerja, sedangkan pada variabel studi lanjut = 0,919 > ( 0,138). Kesimpulan kontribusi kelompok mata pelajaran B dan kompetensi program keahlian memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap minat kerja sebesar 0,020 dan 0,009 dengan 0,01 < p < 0,05.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penggunaan pendekatan Market Place Activity dapat meningkatkan antusias siswa dalam menerima pelajaran IPA, penggunaan pendekatan Market Place Activity dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar materi Organ Pernafasan Manusia. Metode penelitian, jumlah subjek penelitian ini ada 22 siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 2 siklus. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menganalisis data aktivitas dan hasil belajar dari siklus ke siklus. Indikator keberhasilan adalah jika nilai siswa mendapat nilai 70 mencapai 85% maka dikatakan tuntas belajar. Setelah dilaksanakan perbaikan pembelajaran melalui dua siklus ternyata kemampuan dan prestasi siswa dapat ditingkatkan. Dari nilai pra siklus, siklus I dan siklus II kenaikan prestasi siswa benar-benar dapat ditingkatkan. Pada mata pelajaran IPA ketika pra siklus nilai rata-rata siswa hanya 58,18 dan tingkat ketuntasan klasikal 17%. Kesimpulan penelitian, penggunaan pembelajaran Market Place Activity menaikkan tingkat motivasi belajar dan kualitas pembelajaran

Abstract

Education plays an important role in improving the quality of the nation. The laboratory is the place for school learning. This research aims to analyze the management of laboratory and analyze the management of practice equipment and the completeness of practice equipment in SMK N Jawa Tengah. The benefit is that schools improve the quality of the laboratory. Methods in this study using qualitative methods. Informants from this research are teachers, students and laboran in the school. Data collection techniques in this study using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using triangulation analysis, increasing diligence to observe carefully, member check. Stage process in this research that is by researching laboratory management in School and management of practice equipment with attention to every aspect that is aspect of planning, organizing aspect, implementation aspect and supervision aspect. The results of the study generally do not meet the existing standards even though there are already schools that have Laboratory room that has adjusted the standards that are fed by the government, but not yet have good management, the School needs to improve the procurement of facilities and infrastructure equipment practice in the laboratory of beauty, the number of equipment practice, distribution of job desribtion in accordance with its ability, renovation of laboratory space, laboratory equipment laboratory, additional equipment for facials, new modern equipments added, comfort of practical room, addition of facial bed security of electrical installation, storage of practice equipment, laboratory personnel, supervision of cosmetics, supervision of member performance, supervision of activities in the laboratory of beauty.

Abstract

Interest is one of the most important psychological factors for human progress and success in a person. Some factors from the inside that influence such as emotional factors, motivation, talent, intelligence, mastery of science in the form of learning achievements and field practice experience. The problems studied in this research are: (1) are there any influence of building practice achievement toward student interest S1 PTB FT Unnes become productive teacher? (2) are there any influence of teaching practice achievement toward student interest S1 PTB FT Unnes become productive teacher? (3) are there any influence of learning motivation toward student interest S1 PTB FT Unnes become productive teacher ?; and are there influence of building practice achievement, achievement of teaching practice and motivation learn to student interest S1 PTB FT Unnes meniadi teacher productive? The research approach used ex-post-facto because the researcher did not give any treatment to the research subject. The sample that used is the student of FT Unnes Building Technical Education Undergraduate Program semester VII which participated in PPL Semester Gasal 2016, as many as 40 people. The analysis tool uses validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the achievement of building practice, the achievement of teaching practice and the motivation to learn simultaneously or partially have a positive influence on the interest to become productive teachers. Suggestions that can be stated that the students need to be more serious in conducting the practice of building that is by asking things that are not understood to the supervisor. Students need to foster seriousness and commitment to practice teaching activities. Students need to grow the desire to succeed.

Abstract

Pengembangan model uji kompetensi pedagogik yang bersifat spesifik sangat diperlukan guna menghasilkan model uji kompetensi yang tepat  karena karakteristik pedagogik antar mata pelajaran berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan  model Uji Kompetensi Pedagogik Tata Boga pada Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) Program keahlian Kuliner. Pengembangan model Uji Pedaboga P2M  ini menggunakan prosedur pengembangan dari Plomp (1997)  yaitu terdiri (1) fase investigasi awal; (2) fase desain; (3) fase realisasi; (4) fase uji coba, dan revisi. Uji validitas dilakukan oleh 2 orang ahli yang menilai perangkat dan instrumen pembelajaran/pelatihan dan uji. Tingkat kepakaran antar penilai terhadap hasil penilaiannya dianalisis dengan statistik Coefficient Cohen’s kappa dan percentage of agreement. Subjek penelitiannya adalah mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (Tata Boga).  Hasil penelitiannya adalah: (1) model Uji Pedaboga P2M  memiliki kriteria keefektifan rata-rata 92%, kepraktisan 87%, dan keterlaksanaan 86%. (2) perangkat uji kompetensi seperti modul pembelajaran/pelatihan dan uji dengan kriteria sangat baik (rata-rata 3,73), lembaran cek kemampuan dan rubrik penilaian (justifikasi) peserta diklat/uji dengan kriteria sangat baik (rata-rata 3,62). Model Uji Pedaboga P2M dapat  dijadikan acuan pada  kegiatan uji kompetensi pedagogik Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) yang akan datang sehingga penilaian uji Kompetensi lebih spesifik. Specific development of pedagogic competence test model is highly necessary to generate appropriate competence models due to pedagogic difference between subjects. This research aimed to develop Culinary Art (food processing and presentation) Pedagogic Competence Test model on Teacher Profession Education (PPG) of Culinary Expertise Program. This P2M Pedaboga Test utilized Plomp (1997) development procedures that comprised of (1) initial investigation phase; (2) design phase; (3) realization phase; (4) testing phase, and revision. Validity test carried out by two experts who assessed the devices and instruments of learning/training and test.  Expertise level between the assessors against their assessment were analyzed analyzed using Cohen’s Kappa Coefficient and percentage of agreement statistic. Subjects were Family Welfare (Culinary Art) Education department students. Research result revealed that: (1) Pedaboga P2M test had 92% averageof  effectiveness, 87% of practicality, and 86% of implementation criteria; (2) competency test devices such as learning/training and test module had excellent criteria (3.73 in average), skill check sheets and assessment rubric (justification) of training/test participants had excellent criteria (3.62 in average). Pedaboga P2M Test model could be utilized as reference for future pedagogic competence test activity of Teacher Profession Education for more specific Competence test assessment.

Abstract

Domestic wastewater of Lebari Sub-village and Krajan Sub-village was disposed so unproperly that it overflowed onto surroundings. When the met garbage and livestock manure, it would attract flies and mice; and also contaminate the surrounding water. Pawenang (2010) riset showed that the spring water which flowed into Jaro River and Sronto River did not meet the bacteriological qualification because it had 1.100/100ml and >2.400/100ml total coliform number, whereas the limit was 10/100ml. Public Health Centre data showed that diarea always on the top three. Both non-physical and physical efforts were needed. The physical effort was done by building a comunal wastewater treatment. The non-physical efford was done with education about wastewater management and wastewater treatment maintenace. The public education increased knowladge rate of 83.3% mothers participants and 90% fathers participants. It had been already built 2 units of domestic wastewater treatment which covered 60 houses. It had been formed a wastewater superintendent forum which was well observed be properly able to manage and to maintain the wastewater treatment units.

Abstract

Teaching factory implementation is expected to be link and match between school and industrial world to produce competent graduates who can meet the demand of industry. In its implementation, teaching factory requires teachers to understand its concepts, technicality, and implementation. Evaluation is necessary to be conducted to obtain an overview of the success and benefits of teaching factory. However, recent evaluations have only focused on the aspects of results and constraints, yet the whole evaluation is the one that is significant to carry out. Therefore, this research attempted to evaluate teaching factory using CIPPO (Context, Input, Process, Product, Outcome) model. It analyzed the implementation of Teaching Factory in Adiwerna 2 Public Vocational High School or SMK Negeri 2 Adiwerna, the success and benefit levels of teaching factory viewed from the aspects of context, input, process, product, and outcome in SMK Negeri 2 Adiwerna, and factors constraining the implementation of it. To do so, the researchers employed quantitative method through questionnaire, interview, and documentation as the data collection instruments. For the analysis, the research used percentage description system. The data analyzed were collected from research subjects including the principal, vice principal in in charge of facilities and infrastructure, vice principal in charge of curriculum, the head of Computer and Network Engineering (CNE), Internship Group, Special Job Market (SJM), teachers, and students in grade XI who studied productive subject of CNE and business / industrial world. The results showed that: (1) overall, the implementation of teaching factory in SMK Negeri 2 Adiwerna run fairly well. (2) the context aspect gained the mean percentage of 64% in the fairly good category, the input aspect gained the mean percentage of 71% in the fairly good category, the process aspect gained the mean percentage of 74% in the fairly good category, the product aspect gained the mean percentage of graduates was 62% in the fairly good category, the outcome aspect gained the mean percentage of 84% in the good category. All those aspects obtained the mean percentage of 71% in the fairly good category. (3) there found several factors constraining teaching factory implementation and things to improve in the aspects of context and input. The context aspect lacked of cooperation with business / industrial world in the procurement of facilities and training with the mean percentage of 40% in poor category so that the subjects taught were less synchronized with the real situation in business/ industrial world. Meanwhile, the product aspect or the graduates who were absorbed into business/ industrial world were less optimal that based on the tracing data, the graduates of CNE in 2019 who were absorbed into business/ industrial world was 40% in the poor category. This calculation was even less optimal since there left 31 students of 94 with the percentage of 32.98% who have not yet given report so that it contributed to significant calculation results.

Abstract

Finance Entity of Accounting Standardization without Public Accountability (SAK-ETAP) is one of finance accounting standardize which become a manual in reporting finance for entity that do not have public accountability for external users. The purpose of this research is to examine the validity and the effectiveness of education and training model in constructing of Cooperative finance report at Pekalongan. This research uses quantitative research methodology. The informants come from Industrial Affairs, Economic Enterprise/ Cooperatives and small business (UKM) Pekalongan, Cooperatives Management and public accountant. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, documentation and design guiding. This research uses T-test validity to examine the data. Before reporting finance design based on Finance Entity of Accounting Standardization without Public Accountability is used, it will be validated by the expert. The research finding show that education and training model is effective. Based on research finding in pilot study the knowledge and the skill of participants of the research increase tremendously. It is got from the gap between pretest and posttest in T-test validity. Therefore collaboration between Cooperative and related organization can help in reporting finance report according to applicable standards.

Abstract

At present and in the future, the existence of a universty, beside fill in to the predetermined conditions is also assessed by how much graduates enter the world of work. Therefore, universities must accommodate themselves. The important unit of a university is a department, including the Department of Civil Engineering, in Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES). Industry-oriented learning enhancement, one of which is the assessment of learning outcomes for subjects must also be developed. This study develop an instrument for assessing learning outcomes in the K3/OSH subject in the Civil Engineering Department of UNNES. The existing learning outcome instruments need to be more developed so that they are not too theoretically  but more industry-oriented, in the realms of knowledge, attitudes, and psychomotor. Continuous improvement needs to be done because the material learning that must be adapted  to the industry that always evolving. Apart from the above, UNNES also has a vision of conservation with environmental preservation as one of its focus. Conservation values  must  also  be  included in the instrument. The next issue  is corona pandemic. Students  must be assessed  in knoweldge of  work in pandemic eventhough he or she know from out of class. Through the development of these instruments, it was hoped that the Civil Engineering Department of UNNES can play a more  real role in both the world of education and the world of work (construction).
