Abstract

Latar Belakang : Pengetahuan tentang kesehatan ibu dan anak sangat penting bagi ibu hamil. Kelas ibu hamil bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang kesehatan ibu dan anak yang dilaksanakan sebanyak empat kali pertemuan. Berdasarkan survei pendahuluan yang dilaksanakan, masih banyak ibu hamil dengan faktor risiko dan yang belum mengikuti kelas ibu hamil di Puskesmas Ciracas.Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan kelas ibu hamil terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan ibu tentang kesehatan ibu dan anak di Puskesmas Ciracas.Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi-Eksperimental dengan rancangan One Group Pre-Post Test. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada Juni 2020, dengan teknik Total Sampling dimana jumlah peserta sama dengan jumlah populasi adalah 70 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan T-test.Hasil Penelitian : Dalam empat kali pelaksanaan kelas ibu hamil, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan antara sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan kelas ibu hamil. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa, kelas ibu hamil efektif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan ibu tentang kesehatan ibu dan anak di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ciracas.Kesimpulan dan saran: Kelas ibu hamil terbukti efektif dan memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang kesehatan ibu dan anak. Penulis berharap agar kelas ibu hamil dapat rutin dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Ciracas dengan jumlah ibu hamil yang lebih banyak dan ibu hamil yang belum pernah mengikuti kelas untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang sering terjadi yaitu kematian ibu hamil.Rekomendasi: Pada penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan mengukur efektifitas pengadaan kelas ibu hamil.Kata Kunci : Kelas Ibu Hamil, Pengetahuan, Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pertumbuhan populasi yang cepat menjadi salah satu tantangan utama bagi Indonesia. Metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang (MKJP) telah diakui sebagai salah satu solusi efektif untuk mengatasi masalah ini dengan mencegah kehamilan dalam jangka waktu yang lebih lama.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh pemberdayaan ibu melalui peer group terhadap motivasi mereka dalam menggunakan MKJP.Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analitik dan cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan dari 84 ibu usia subur yang berkunjung ke Klinik Keluarga Rachmahwati di Lubang Buaya, Jakarta Timur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara terstruktur dan pengisian kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah intervensi konseling. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan juni 2021Hasil: Mayoritas responden berusia di bawah 35 tahun dan memiliki 2 anak. Sebelum konseling, sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang tentang MKJP. Namun, setelah konseling, terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan mereka. Minat dalam menggunakan MKJP juga meningkat secara signifikan setelah intervensi. Hasil pre dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan minat responden terhadap MKJP setelah konseling.Kesimpulan dan Saran: Pemberdayaan ibu melalui peer group memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan minat mereka terhadap MKJP. Implikasinya, upaya pemberdayaan ibu melalui peer group dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan penerimaan terhadap MKJP. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk meningkatkan promosi kesehatan yang berkualitas terkait MKJP dan untuk melibatkan lebih banyak ibu dalam kelompok sebaya untuk mendukung penggunaan MKJP sebagai metode kontrasepsi yang lebih efektif.Kata Kunci: Kontrasepsi, Keluarga Berencana, Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang, Pengetahuan, Sikap.

Abstract

Background: IUD is one of the non-hormonal contraceptive methods and is considered an ideal long-term contraceptive method for spacing pregnancies. The advantages of using IUD include requiring only one insertion for a long period of time at a low cost, being safe as it does not have systemic effects on the body, not affecting breastfeeding, and allowing for quick return of fertility after removal. One of the factors contributing to the low usage of IUD contraception is the low level of knowledge among Women of Reproductive Age (WRA) regarding IUD contraception.Objective: The objective of this study is to determine the effectiveness of IUD contraception education through animated video media in increasing knowledge and attitudes among mothers of Childbearing Age (CBA).Research Methodology: The research method employed in this study is a Pre-Experimental Design using the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The study was conducted at Pusyandu Susukan, East Jakarta, with a sample size of 45 individuals in Desember 2021. The health promotion media provided was in the form of a video about IUD.Results: The analysis revealed a significant difference in the level of knowledge among women of childbearing age before and after receiving health promotion, with a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). It is recommended that women of childbearing age increase their knowledge about IUD contraception by attending health education sessions conducted by healthcare providers and seeking information about IUD contraception at nearby healthcare facilities. The Research Conducted on Desember 2021Conclusion and Recommendations: IUD contraception education through animated video media is effective in improving knowledge and attitudes among mothers of Childbearing Age (CBA). It is hoped that the community in Pucung Village, Pekalongan Regency, will continue their information dissemination activities through both individual and group health education sessions. Keywords: Health Promotion, IUD, Knowledge, Women of Reproductive Age

Abstract

Background: Stunting is a condition in which toddlers have a length or height that is less than their age. Chronic nutritional problems causing stunting are influenced by various factors, including socio-economic conditions, maternal nutrition during pregnancy, infant feeding practices, and nutritional deficiencies in infants, which may later result in difficulties in achieving optimal physical and cognitive development. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of health promotion using audiovisual media on the knowledge of Posyandu cadres in preventing stunting. Method: The study used a quantitative research design with a pre-experimental design using the One Group Pretest-Posttest Only Design. The sample consisted of 15 Posyandu cadres from Susukan sub-district, East Jakarta, and was analyzed using paired t-tests. Data collection was conducted through video media. The study was conducted in June 2022. Results: The average knowledge of stunting prevention among Posyandu cadres before health promotion using audiovisual media was 5.30, and after health promotion, it remained at 5.30. Conclusion and Recommendation: Health promotion using video media has no significant effect on the level of knowledge among cadres in preventing stunting. Therefore, it is recommended to enhance high-quality health promotion related to cadres' knowledge in preventing stunting and to encourage active community participation in integrated services for Posyandu cadres. Keywords: Promotion, Audiovisual, Stunting, Posyandu Cadres

Abstract

Background: The development of this GIS was carried out to reduce or overcome the weakness of this unattainability due to uncontrolled distribution of data on pregnant women/mapping of pregnant women who had undergone Triple Elimination examinations in the Kramatjati Community Health Center area, which has 7 sub-districts, 65 RWs and 653 RTs. With so many areas that the Kramatjati Community Health Center is responsible for, it cannot rely on manual data collection or bookkeeping alone. Objective: Designing the Development of GIS (Geographic Information System) Distribution for the Implementation of Triple Elimination of Pregnant Women at the Kramatjati Community Health Center. Research Method: This type of research uses quantitative research, using a Research and Development (R&D) research design. The research period is March 2024 at the Kramatjati Community Health Center. With a total population of 16 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The analysis used is univariate analysis using frequency distribution. Research Results: Based on the SUS (System Usability Scale), the SUS score was 77.3. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Acceptability Range results are declared Acceptable, Grade Scale: C, Adjective Rating is declared Excellent, and Percentiles are in the Good category. Conclusion: The results of system testing to determine the usefulness of GIS development in analyzing the distribution of Triple Elimination implementation for pregnant women at the Kramatjati Community Health Center using the (SUS) method resulted in an average score of 77.3 in the Good category. The results of the feasibility test from 16 respondents showed that 10 people (62.5%) stated that they were quite feasible. Suggestion: It is hoped that it can be developed in further research by designing and integrating it into advanced systems, or by adding variables or additional data analysis.

Abstract

Abstract As pregnancy progresses, pregnant women tend to experience sleep problems. These sleep disturbances are generally caused by physical changes during pregnancy that trigger discomfort. In addition, pregnant women who have certain diseases are also at risk of sleep disorders. Poor sleep can cause complications in pregnancy. Research Objective: To determine the relationship between discomfort and sleep quality in third trimester pregnant women at TPMB ‘D’ Tebet South Jakarta. Research Methods: Descriptive quantitative with cross-sectional design. Sample 40 respondents with total sampling technique. The research instrument used a discomfort questionnaire and PSQI. Data analysis using Chi-square test. Research results: Most of the respondents experienced discomfort in the category of disturbance as many as 25 respondents (62.5%). Most of the respondents had poor sleep quality as many as 23 respondents (57.5%). Based on the Chi-square test, the p-value <0.000 is smaller than 0.05, it is concluded that there is a relationship between discomfort and sleep quality in third trimester pregnant women at TPMB D Tebet South Jakarta, thus Ha is accepted. Abstract

The rate of postpartum contraceptive use remained relatively low. Based on data from BKKBN, only around 36% of mothers used postpartum contraception. The low utilization of Postpartum Family Planning (PFP) increased the risk of closely spaced pregnancies, which contributed to high maternal and infant mortality rates (MMR and IMR). PFP played a significant role in reducing MMR and stunting. In 2022, according to Senior Expert of the Presidential Staff Office, Dr. Brian Sri Prahastuti, the achievement of PFP was only around 35,78% of the 40% target. Various factors influenced the low acceptance of postpartum contraceptives, with lack of knowledge being one of the primary causes. This lack of knowledge and family support was also due to the limited dissemination of information, resulting in pregnant women and their families being unaware of the importance of PFP. This activity aimed to promote PFP by empowering pregnant women through the use of a digital booklet. The implementation followed five stages: planning, action, observation, evaluation, and reflection. The activity was conducted on November 19, 2024, in the pregnant women’s class at TPMB Nomretti. The results showed an increase in maternal knowledge after counseling through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) using the digital booklet, with average knowledge scores increasing from 4,9 to 8,9. In addition, five out of eight pregnant women stated that they intended to use PFP, two with IUDs and three with implants. In conclusion, PFP achievement could be improved if counseling was provided to pregnant women using engaging educational media.

Abstract

This study aims to see how teachers apply differentiated learning models in PE lessons in elementary schools, precisely at SDN Pasirpanjang to find solutions to these problems and determine the achievement of differentiated learning in this study using qualitative research with descriptive methods using data collection techniques carried out in triangulation (observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation). qualitative research where qualitative research is more based on the philosophy of postpositivism / interpretive. Data analysis is inductive / qualitative and the results of the research In the results of this study researchers sought data by observing the activities of sports teachers in class VI SD Negeri Pasirpanjang Kab. Bandung in the learning process. Based on Observation Interviews and Questionnaires regarding the learning process carried out can be said to be good. This research is intended to see and evaluate previous research that this differentiation learning is very suitable to be applied in physical education learning at the elementary school level, and is effective in teaching and learning activities between educators and students. With the results that can be shown in this study, students are very good at responding to the differentiated learning approach model because it hones their interests and talents. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that. Abstract

This study aims to investigate of implementation of Steller application to improve students’ writing Descriptive text and students’ responses about Steller application in writing Descriptive text. This study employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) method proposed by Kemmis and McTaggart (1998, cited in Burns, 2009). This research consisted of two cycles and each cycle consisted of four steps, they were: planning, actin, observation, and reflection. Each cycle was conducted in two meetings. To collect and analyze the data, the researcher used observation, questionnaire, and test. The result of this research shows that using Steller application in learning writing Descriptive text can improve students’ writing Descriptive text. The improvement of students’ writing Descriptive text also supported by the achievement of students’ test score. The students’ mean score of pre cycle test was 63.32, the mean score of test in cycle 1 was 73.58 and the mean score of test in cycle 2 was 79.19. it means that score test of cycle 1 was higher than pre cycle test and score test of cycle 2 was higher than mean score of test in cycle 1. The students’ responses showed that they were interested in learning writing Descriptive txt, because it was easier for them to write, it increased their motivation in learning, and Steller application game the students easy steps to write Descriptive text. Therefore it can be concluded that the implantation of Steller application improves students’ writing Descriptive text significantly at tenth grade of SMA Pasundan Cikalongkulon Cianjur.

Abstract

Diperlukan keterampilan gerak dasar yang baik dalam servis bulutangkis akan tetapi para siswa di sekolah dasar Negeri Cikadu belum memiliki keterampilan yang baik dalam melakukan servis tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan suatu treatment dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran blocked practice dan media audiovisual untuk meningkatkan keterampilan servis yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan design quasi eksperimen menggunakan kelas control. Penelitian ini melibatkan 30 orang siswa sekolah dasar terdiri dari 12 orang perempuan dan 18 orang laki-laki yang berasal dari berbagai daerah di Kabupaten Sumedang. Penelitian ini ditempuh dengan 3 tahapan, pertama pretest, kedua penerapan treatment, ketiga analisis hasil. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa temuan yang dalam ketepatan diketahui berdasarkan table output Independent Sample Test pada bagian Equal Variances assumed diketahui nilai Sig. (t-tailed) sebesar 0,473 > 0,05 maka sebagaimana dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam uji independent sample t test dapat disimpulkan maka Ho di tolak dan Ha diterima. Dalam keterampilan diketahui berdasarkan table output Independent Sample Test pada bagian Equal Variances assumed diketahui nilai Sig (t-tailed) sebesar 0,570 > 0,05 maka sebagaimana dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam uji independent sample t test dapat disimpulkan maka Ho di tolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini dalam dua model pembelajaran metode blocked practice efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan servis pada anak sekolah dasar, dan model pembelajaran media audiovisual efektif untuk meningkatkan ketepatan anak dalam melakukan servis panjang bulutangkis.Kata kunci: Bulutangkis, Servis Panjang, Blocked Practice, Media Audiovisual, Keterampilan
