Abstract

This study aims to prepare the Arabic study material for special purposes in the field of economics for the undergraduate stage. This is because of the lack of a source and the proper book in this area in Indonesia. The researchers presented a particular paper in the economic field of the university model. With regard to necessary of terrorism in the country of Indonesia, this book shows this presentation, the financial aspects of the phenomenon of terrorism, through the relationship of terrorism to the economy, and the definition of economic reasons leading to it, and clarify the economic implications and the mechanisms to discuss it from the perspective of the Islāmic economy. Of terrorism causes, and economic justifications which often cause an imbalance in the state budget and confusion in financial and investment transactions and occur underdevelopment

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze behavioral changes in religious radicalism and the factors that influence these behavioral changes. This type of research is qualitative, using a case study approach—the place of a research area that is categorized as Mataraman culture. The primary consideration is that the character of this region adheres to the notion of integration of religion, culture, and politics, which can be called a society with a harmonious character. The facts on the ground show this community with a culture of harmony has been exposed to radical ideas, especially among teenagers. For example, there were two raids on people suspected of being exposed to radicalism in Tulungagung. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using Miles & Huberman's interactive model. The study results show that changes in behavior to become radical in religion are determined by several factors: the strength of belief, Daulah Islamiyyah as the subjective norm of the group, scriptural studies, and economic programs/activities to improve the welfare of members. These four factors strengthen the birth of the intention to turn into a radical in religion. A firm intention among youth serves to trigger the actualization of radical behavior in religion among youth. الملخصتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى وصف وتحليل التغيرات السلوكية في التطرف الديني ، والعوامل التي تؤثر على هذه التغيرات السلوكية. هذا النوع من البحث نوعي باستخدام نهج دراسة الحالة. مكان منطقة البحث المصنفة على أنها ثقافة ماتارامان. الاعتبار الرئيسي هو أن طبيعة هذه المنطقة تتمسك بفهم تكامل الدين والثقافة والسياسة ، والذي يمكن تسميته بمجتمع ذي طابع متناغم. تظهر الحقائق على الأرض أن هذا المجتمع الذي يتمتع بثقافة الانسجام قد تعرض لأفكار راديكالية ، خاصة بين المراهقين ، على سبيل المثال ، كانت هناك غارتان على الأشخاص المشتبه في تعرضهم للتطرف في تولونغاغونغ. تقنيات جمع البيانات هي المقابلات المتعمقة والملاحظة والتوثيق. تم تحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها باستخدام النموذج التفاعلي Miles & Hubermans. تظهر نتائج الدراسة أن التغيرات في السلوك ليصبح متطرفًا في الدين تتحدد بعدة عوامل هي ؛ قوة الإيمان ، الدولة الإسلامية كقاعدة ذاتية للجماعة ، والدراسات الكتابية ، والبرامج / الأنشطة الاقتصادية لتحسين رفاهية الأعضاء. هذه العوامل الأربعة تعزز ولادة نية التحول إلى راديكالية في الدين. تعمل النية القوية لدى الشباب على تفعيل السلوك الراديكالي في الدين بين الشباب. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis perubahan perilaku radikalisme beragama, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan perilaku tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Tempat penelitian wilayah yang masuk kategori budaya Mataraman. Pertimbangan utamanya adalah karakter wilayah ini menganut paham integrasi agama, budaya, dan politik dapat disebut sebagai masyarakat berkarakter harmoni. Fakta dilapangan menunjukkan komunitas masyarakat yang berbudaya harmoni  ini telah terpapar paham radikal terutama kalangan remaja, misalnya dua kali terjadi penggerebekan orang yang diduga terpapar paham radikal di Tulungagung. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah Interview mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data-data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles & Hubermans. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa perubahan perilaku menjadi radikal dalam beragama ditentukan oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu; kekuatan keyakinan, Daulah Islamiyyah sebagai norma subyektif kelompok, kajian-kajian yang bersifat skriptural, dan program/kegiatan ekonomi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota. Keempat faktor ini menguatkan lahirnya niat untuk berubah menjadi radikal dalam beragama. Niat yang kuat pada kalangan pemuda berfungsi memicu aktualisasi perilaku radikal dalam beragama di kalangan pemuda.

Abstract

Halaqoh merupakan salah satu program Pembelajaran Bahasa yang dipakai oleh pondok pesantren Daarul Lughoh Wadda’wah untuk menjadikan sebuah pembelajaran yang efesien dan efektif.dalam artikel ini Peneliti mendeskripsikan bagaimana dampak manajemen halaqoh itu sendiri terhadap peningkatan maharoh kalam, yang didalamnya memuat tentang kelasifikasi siswa, perencanaan, organisasi dan implementasi.kitab yg dipakai dihalaqoh ini adalah kitab muhawaroh dan husnul isgho’. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 250 siswa dengan 2 guru angkatan 2020/2021 dihalaqoh pondok pesantren Daarul Lughoh Wadda’wah bangil. teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dukumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif Miles dan Huberman. Adapun hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) penerapan halaqoh bahasa arab di Pondok Pesantren Daarul Lughoh terdiri dari 2 jenjang, yg akan dikategorikan untuk jenjang pertama dinamakan kelas i’dadi/pemula yang meliputi siswa SMP dari kelas 1 s/d kelas 3, Sedangkan untuk jenjang ke 2 dinamakan Al-Mutawassith yg meliliputi santri SMA/MA. 2) perencanaan dari halaqoh yg sudah ditetapkan oleh pondok yang diambil dari hasil rapat bulanan dan semester. 3) Pelaksanaan halaqoh diterapakan langsung dg cara talaqqi kitab husnul isgho’ dimana dalam kegiatan tersebut langung di organisir oleh bagian qismu al-lughoh serta disela-sela tersebut diberikan motivasi dalam pembelajaran yg dikemas dengan bentuk nasihat 4) Evaluasi dilakukan secara berkala, semester dan tahunan dengan pemberian soal secara lisan atau syafahi. Adapun manajemen halaqoh tersendiri berdampak baik terhadap institusi pendidikan dan dirasakan oleh santri sebagai anggota halaqoh dan guru sebagai musyrif, hal ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya peserta didik baru dan kepercayaan masyarakat tentang kwalitas Pondok).

Abstract

ملخص البحث: أصبحت إدارة برامج تعليم اللغة العربية بحاجة إلى الكثير من الدراسات من أجل تحسن جودتها، لأن إدارة برنامج التعليم الجيدة تزيد من دافعية الطلبة للتعلم. يهدف هذا البحث إلى وصف برنامج تعليم اللغة العربية في معهد "خلوة تحفيظ القرآن واللغة العربية" كارانج أنيار جاوى الوسطى، وصف إدارة البرنامج، وذكر المزايا والعيوب لهذه الإدارة. يستخدم هذا البحث المنهج الكيفي بنوع دراسة الحالة. ونتائج هذا البحث: (1) أن برنامج معهد خلوة هو برنامج تحفيظ القرآن وتعليم اللغة العربية بشكل مكثف خلال سنة واحدة. (2) إدارة هذا البرنامج يكون على أربع خطوات: التخطيط والتنظيم والتنفيذ والمراقبة. (3) مزايا إدارة برنامج الخلوة: البيئة اللغوية، ومبدأ المشاورة، ووحدة الفكرة والهدف، وإدارة الموارد البشرية، وعيوبها: قلة الخبرة، وقلة المدرسين، وعدم وحدة الأمر، والمنهج الدراسي ثقيل على الطلبة، وإشراف الطلبة، وإدارة الميزانية. الكلمات المفتاحية: إدارة تعليمية، تعليم اللغة العربية Abstract: The management of Arabic language education programs needs a lot of studies in order to improve its quality, because good education program management increases students' motivation to learn. This research aims to describe Arabic language teaching program at the “Kholwah Al Qur’an dan Bahasa Arab” Karanganyar Central Java, describe the management of the program, and mention the advantages and disadvantages of this administration. This research uses the qualitative approach with the type of case study. The results of this research: (1) The program of the “Kholwah Al Qur’an dan Bahasa Arab” is a program for memorizing the Qur’an and teaching the Arabic language intensively during one year. (2) The management of this program shall be in four steps: planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. (3) The advantages of managing the retreat program: the linguistic environment, the principle of consultation, the unity of idea and goal, and the management of human resources, and its disadvantages: lack of experience, lack of teachers, lack of unity of command, the curriculum is heavy on students, student supervision, and budget management. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan:  (1) kegiatan muhadharah dari segi persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. (2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat kegiatan muhadharah. (3) dampak dari kegiatan muhadharah terhadap kalam santri PP Nurul Hakim Kelas Khusus Kediri. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah : Observasi terhadap kegiatan muhadaroh di PP Nurul Hakim Kelas Khusus Kediri dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kalam santri. Wawancara dilakukan kepada asatidz, pengurus, dan para santri yang mengikuti kegiatan muhadharah. Dokumentasi digunakan untuk mendapatkan data tentang keadaan kegiatan yang dilakukan santri pada saat melaksanakan kegiatan muhadaroh. Subjek  dari penelitian ini adalah santri PP Nurul Hakim Program pendidikan Khusus dari kelas VII Mts sampai kelas X ‘aliyah tahun pelajaran 2021-2022. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan; (1) Diantara persiapan dalam muhadharah adalah teks muhadharah, hafalan muhadharah, lokasi muhadharah, dan seragam Muhadharah. Kemudian pelaksanaan muhadharah diantaranya adanya MC, adanya tilawatil Qur’an, kemudian muhadharah atau pidato, stand up comedy dan  evaluasi dilakukan setelah semua rangkaian acara selesai. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kemajuan pelaksanaan muhadarah dan mengoreksi penampilan santri, sehingga di acara muhadarah berikutnya lebih maksimal. (2) Factor pendukung dan penghambat kegiatan muhadharah di PP Nurul Hakim Kediri. Adapun factor pendukungnya adalah adanya lokasi dalam kegiatan muhadharah, adanya pengurus untuk mengurus kegiatan muhadharah, yang terakhir adanya santri yang melaksanakan kegiatan muhadharah. Sedangkan factor penghambat kegiatan muhadharah adalah santri tidak menguasai teks pidato yang disampaikan, Kurangnya disiplin waktu pada saat kegiatan muhadaroh, santri tidak sungguh-sungguh dalam muhadharah. (3) Kegiatan program muhadhrah di PP Nurul Hakim dapat meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa arab santri dar segi kalam, istima’, kitabah, dan Qira’ah dengan baik dan benar.

Abstract

Ghyna Arabi is a contest of singing Arabic songa. The purpose of this research is to find out the students' Istima Skills Improvement through the Ghyna Arabi Contest. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with observation, interviews and documentation as the data collection methods. The results of the study shows that there is an increasing of students' istima skills. It can be shown by the achievement of learning objectives of istima skill. غينا عربي تغني الأغاني باللغة العربية. الهدف من هذا البحث هو معرفة لتطور مهارة الإستماع الطلاب من خلال مسابقة غينا عربي. هذا البحث هو بحث وصفي نوعي باستخدام طرق جمع البيانات الملاحظة والمقابلات والتوثيق.نتائج هذا البحث أن هناك تطور في مهارة الإستماع الطلاب، ويتضح ذلك من خلال تحقيق أهداف التعليم مهارة الإستماع.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe process of learning to read and write Arabic letters in early childhood at Taman Pendidikan Quran (TPQ) Nurul Muttaqin 4, the students' interest in learning, positive impacts or benefits for students, opportunities in learning, and challenges faced during learning. The research method used is qualitative with the subject of early childhood aged 4-8 years at TPQ Nurul Muttaqin 4. Data collection techniques by observing the teaching and learning process of students and interviews with one of the teachers and students concerned. The research results obtained include: 1. The process of learning to read and write Arabic letters for early childhood at TPQ Nurul Muttaqin 4 using the iqro' method for reading and writing 2. The students' interest in learning is very large in learning because the parents of the students support it. and very open so that students are very interested in this learning. 3. The positive impact or benefits obtained by the students vary after participating in learning using the iqro' method, because each child has a different level of ability. There are children who are proficient in reading but lacking in writing Arabic letters. Vice versa. 4. The opportunities for learning are very good because the surrounding community is supportive and open with evidence that their children are entrusted to study at this TPQ. 5. The challenge faced during learning is the feeling of drowsiness that comes to students during learning, which makes it difficult for students to concentrate. The solution that can be done is that teachers can make learning as interesting as possible so that it makes students enthusiastic and interested in learning.

Abstract

Attention to the quality and perfection of work is what draws the attention of the institution these days, such as education, as it is organized by a system adopted by improvement and development. The objectives of this research are two, namely (1) knowing the role of the head of the intensive program for teaching Arabic language for linguistic preparation at Ar-raayah Sukabumi University on the basis of total quality management, (2) knowing the factors affecting the success of the intensive program for teaching Arabic language for linguistic preparation at Ar-raayah Sukabumi University. This research used the qualitative approach, the case study method, and data collection through personal interviews, field observation, and document analysis. Data analysis started from analyzing the data from the process of collecting, sorting, presenting and then drawing conclusions from it The results of this research are, first: the role of the program leader is to plan for quality in conducting consultations, drawing up the academic calendar, arranging files, monitoring quality in the daily follow-up of students, teachers, courses and tests, and improving quality in conducting meetings with teachers, and carrying out continuous training on teachers, and reinforce them. Second: As for the factors that affect the success of the program, they are divided into the obstacle factor, which is the slowness in obtaining electronic devices, and the supporting factor, which is the appropriate administrative organization for the conditions of students. The conclusion of this research indicates that the total quality management system generates an excellent program for teaching the Arabic language

Abstract

Management has an important role in education to carry out activities and programs, institutions or organizations or any project cannot stand alone without management, Stiba Ar-raayah has developed a curriculum and management that is different from other universities in Indonesia, where students have to live in a dormitory for 5 years to maintain an Arabic environment. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and a qualitative approach, namely the latest picture of management for the Arabic Language Education Study Program in stiba Ar-raayah and its organization. structure and look at the principle principles of its organization. This study aims to describe the management of the organization for the PBA study program in stiba Ar-raayah. The results of this study explain that the management for the PBA study program in stiba Ar-raayah in its principle principles can be detailed: the existence of clear objectives in its vision and mission, program planning is assigned to the person in charge of each division at the beginning of each academic year at the work meeting, delegation of authority in writing with an organizational structure, a wide range of control with the presence of subordinates the many, clear and detailed job descriptions, types of line and staff organizations, as well as the presence of a clear organizational structure, this shows that the organization in Stiba ar-raayah is well structured

Abstract

Abstract This research on the implementation of Total Quality management was conducted at STIBA Ar Raayah and focused on the elements of teamwork, customer focus, and employee involvement and empowerment. This research uses qualitative research descriptive method. Data obtained from document research and interviews with the Director of STIBA Ar Raayah and ten students. The results obtained show that STIBA Ar Raayah applies the TQM concept in improving the quality of education offered. This is characterized by good cooperation in the application of communication with Arabic between lecturers and students, good response from students namely an increase in speaking skills in Arabic in a language environment, proud achievements in Arabic language competitions at national and international levels, and employees feel involved in decision making in the form of regular meetings between lecturers and student activities.
