Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan jurnal ini mengetahui tentang Pelaksanaan Manajemen Kepemiminan di Sekolah Dasar (SD), dalam hal pembagian kerjanya, semua itu diukur dari wewenang terbesar yang berada pada manajer puncak dan seterusnya berurutan ke bawah. Pelaksanaan Manajemen Kepemiminan di Sekolah Dasar (SD). secara pelaksanaan di sekolah maka kepala sekolah melaksanakannya. Pembagian kerja (division of work) dilakukan oleh kurikulum melalui pembagian tugas mengajar yang di SK kan oleh kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini karena bersifat teori, maka menggunakan analisis drai peneliti. Hal-hal yang harus dilaksanakan dalam manajemen sekolah dasar, kepala sekolah memiliki wewenang dan tanggung jawab (authority and responsibility) Membagi jadwal kerja dengan para wakasek sesuai tugas masing-masing. Disiplin (discipline), Kesatuan perintah (unity of command) kepala sekolah memberikan perintah sesuai tupoksi teradap guru dan staf. Kesatuan pengarahan (unity of direction), pusat arahan dalam pergerakan pekerjaan terpusat dari kepala sekolah lalu di sosialisasikan kepada guru dan siswa juga warga sekolah.. Mengutamakan kepentingan organisasi di atas kepentingan sendiri (subordination of individual interests to the general interests). Pemusatan (centralisation) pemusatan informasi yang berhubungan dengan tugas dan tanggungjawab semua warga sekolah diarahkan oleh keapla sekolah seagai pusat informasi. Tata tertib (order), Kepala sekolah membuat tata terbib sekolah yang harus ditaati bersama oleh warga sekolah Keadilan (equity), keadilan harus ditegakan oleh karena iti kepala sekolah menempatkan semua guru dan siswa serta warga sekolah secara forposional. Inisiatif (Inisiative), segala ide yang di sampaikan oleg guru tentunya untuk pengembangan sekolah di lakukan dengan cara musyawarah dan kesepakan dalam menerima dan menjalankan ide atau gagasan yang masuk. Abstract

Community Service Activities (PkM) aim to synergize the Tri Dharma of Higher Education with ITCI High School partners in North Penajam Paser Regency. PkM provides services in the form of In House Training (IHT) for teachers in compiling teaching modules of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (5-P) for Teachers. PkM assistance was carried out for 2 days for 16 hours. The IHT activity was preceded by an opening ceremony by the school principal and supervising supervisor from the East Kalimantan Kemdikbud regional office representing the south. The PkM target is all ITCI SMA teachers totaling 22 people. IHT agenda is in the form of presentation of the basic philosophical, theoretical, psychological and rational foundations of 21st century learning. The delivery of teaching module guidance material focuses on operational techniques for compiling project learning teaching modules (5-P), PkM activities are supported by collecting data using questionnaires about aspects knowledge, confidence in being able to carry out project based learning, overcome obstacles, and recognize changes in students' digitalization learning literacy. The results showed that the knowledge of teachers participating in IHT, 1) The teacher's understanding of the concept of PJBL achieved an average score of 92% 2) Confidence about the ability to implement PJBL obtained an average score of 89.5%. 3) recognizing obstacles in the implementation of PJBL obtained a score of 92% of 4) recognizing changes in students' digital literacy behavior obtained a score of 95.67%.

Abstract

The post-covid-19 pandemic era and the use of digitalization in the industrial era 4.0 forced Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to immediately rise up, pursuing adjustments to today's business. Strong business construction is characterized by high competitiveness. The development of the Nusantara Capital City (IKN) has become a trigger for the birth of awareness among MSME players to seize market opportunities in the Penajam Paser Utara (PPU) region. The fear of losing competition among business actors from outside the region is one of the important triggering factors. Anxiety, not knowing which way to compete with other MSME actors, so that the presence of the FGD is the initial stage for MSME actors to look for a pattern of solutions to plan their business to strengthen competitiveness. Implementation of Community Service (PkM) takes the theme of FGDs for MSME actors at PPU, preceded by requests for creative economic communities, supporting universities and PPU district governments and the business world, as well as preparation of FGD materials such as (1) identifying problems with MSME actors, and (2) strategy the concept of accelerating adaptation along with the development of IKN. Exposure of the material as the direction of the FGD. The presentation of the resource person was assisted by a moderator and responder from the Head of the Trade, Cooperative and MSME Office. The results of PkM show that MSME actors need professional guidance and assistance from universities. The conclusions from this PkM activity include: (1) identifying problems requiring provision, knowledge, and skills in analyzing MSME management, (2) a comprehensive understanding of business management as a provision for managing its distinctive products, and (3) speed of adaptation starting from business planning and Feasibility Studies Business (SKB).

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) bertujuan untuk mensinergikan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi kepada mitra sekolah SMA ITCI di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. PkM ini menyelenggarakan pelayanan dalam bentuk In House Training (IHT) bagi guru dalam menyusun modul ajar Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (5-P) bagi Guru. Metode: Pendampingan PkM ini dilaksanakan selama 2 hari selama 16 jam. Kegiatan IHT didahului dengan serimoni pembukaan oleh Kepala sekolah dan Pengawas pembina dari Kantor wilayah Kemdikbud Kalimantan Timur perwakilan selatan. Sasaran PkM adalah segenap guru SMA ITCI berjumlah 22 orang. Hasil: Agenda IHT berupa pemaparan materi pokok landasan filosofi, teori, pskologis dan landasan rasional pembelajaran abad 21. Penyampaian materi pembimbingan modul ajar berfokus pada teknik operasional menyusun modul ajar pembelajaran proyek (5-P), kegiatan PkM ditunjang dengan pengambilan data dengan menggunak kuisioner tentang aspek pengetahuan, keyakinan mampu melaksanakan project based learning, meneganl hambatannya, dan mengenali perubahan literasi belajar digitalisasi siswa. Hasilnya Pengetahuan guru peserta IHT, 1) Pemahaman guru tentang konsep PJBL mencapai skor rata-rata 92% 2) Keyakinan tentang kemampuan implementasi PJBL diperoleh data skor rata-rata 89,5%. 3) mengenali hambatan dalam pelaksanaan PJBL diperoleh skor 92% dari 4) mengenali perubahan perilaku literasi digital siswa diperoleh skor 95,67%.

Abstract

Abstract The background of the research of micro business owners departed from recklessness, the urgency of economic conditions. The purpose of this study is to describe the efforts of micro group entrepreneurs in operating their businesses. The focus of this research is the operationalization of micro entrepreneurs (UM). The research method uses a case study approach, the research subjects are determined with the criteria that micro business actors have been operating for at least 3 years and have bright prospects in their business class. Collecting data through structured and in-depth interviews with 5 micro group entrepreneurs. The descriptions are 1) cricket cultivators, 2) catfish cultivators, 3) ornamental plant cultivators, 4) hydroponic gardens, and 5) managers of fishing ponds and fish nurseries. The results of the study (1) Aspects of business planning 60% of entrepreneurs collect initial data and 40% of business actors do not do it. (2) The collected data is filtered by 40% of business actors, and 60% has not filtered the data. The job description is detailed as much as 40% of business actors and the remaining 60% does not describe. (3) The indicators for establishing policies and program preparation have not been carried out by these business actors. (4) the results of the analysis of the business canvas using 13 criteria for hydroponic business actors to reach the highest target of 83.66, fishing pond business actors 66.67 cricket cultivation actors 58.33 ornamental plant cultivation actors 50.00 and catfish cultivation 50.00. Abstrak Latar belakang penelitian para pemilik usaha mikro berangkat dari tekad, terdesaknya kondisi ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini mendiskrepsikan upaya usahawan kelompok mikro-kecil dalam menyusun perencanaan usahanya. Fokus penelitian ini adalah perencanaan oleh usahawan mikro-kecil (UMK). Metode penelitian Kualitataitf dengan pendekatan studi kasus, subyeknya penelitian ditetapkan dengan kriteria pelaku usaha mikro telah beroperasi minimal 3 tahun dan memiliki prospek cerah di kelas usahanya. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terstrtuktur dan mendalam kepada usahawan kelompok mikro berjumlah 5 orang. Rianciannya 1) pembudaya jangkrik, 2) pembudidaya ikan lele, 3) pembudidaya tanaman hias, 4) kebun hidroponik, dan 5) pengelola kolam pemancingan dan pembibitan ikan. Hasil penelitian (1) Aspek perencanaan usaha 60% wirsusahawan menghimpun data awal dan 40% pelaku usaha tidak melakukannya. (2) Data terhimpun dilakukan penyaringan 40% pelaku usaha, dan 60% belum belum menyaring data. job description diruaikan detail sebanyak 40% pelaku usaha dan 60% sisanya tidak menguraikan. (3) Indikator menetapkan kabijakan dan penyusunan program belum di lakukan oleh para pelaku usaha ini. (4) hasil analisis canvas bisnis menggunakan 13 kriteria pelaku usaha hidroponik mencepai sasaran tertinggi sebesar 83,66, pelaku usaha kolam pemancingan 66,67 pelaku budidaya jangkrik 58,33 pelaku budidaya tanaman hias 50,00 terakhir budidaya ikan lele 50,00. Abstract

The curriculum in the world of education is designed to advance educational goals so that education in Indonesia can keep up with and develop according to the demands of the times. The purpose of this community service is to find out how BIMTEKS assists in the preparation of independent curriculum teaching modules for SMK teachers in East Kutai and Bontang Districts, East Kalimantan. This research is a qualitative research with purposive sampling. PKM of collecting data in community service uses documentation, observation and questionnaire methods. The validity of the data includes: (a) extending the data collection period, (b) making observations, (c) conducting triangulation, and (d) holding discussions with colleagues. From the results of the BIMTEKS study, the assistance in the preparation of the independent curriculum teaching modules for SMK teachers in East Kutai and Bontang Districts, East Kalimantan, went well. This can be seen in the questionnaire on the aspects of the object of implementing the independent curriculum learning plan that the understanding of the policy reaches 90%, the flow of learning objectives is 89%, and the teaching modules is 88%. East Kutai and Bontang Vocational School teachers need to be aware of the changes in the 2013 curriculum to the Independent Curriculum so that there is a need for an increase in teacher innovation and creativity in compiling independent curriculum teaching modules for SMK teachers in East Kutai and Bontang Districts, East Kalimantan which are more interactive for students and use learning methods right

Abstract

Child-Friendly Schools in Balikpapan currently have not yet built local wisdom for their students, especially in the context of education and daily life. This local wisdom can be utilized as a culture-based approach to support them socially, emotionally, and practically. The objectives of this study (1) explain the form of involvement of parents and school committees in the local wisdom of Child-Friendly Schools (SRA); and (2) explain the experiences of extremely poor students (SME) regarding the comfort of learning motivation. The subjects of the study were selected from extremely poor students in Elementary Schools (SD) in Balikpapan, together with teachers, principals, and parent representatives. This type of research refers to qualitative research. The sample was determined purposively, namely SDN 001 Balikpapan Timur, SDN 002 Balikpapan Selatan, SDN 001 Balikpapan Kota, SDN 004 Balikpapan Barat, SDN 009 Balikpapan Utara, and SD Kumala Bhayangkari. Data collection involved in-depth interviews with students, teachers, and principals, observations of classroom learning habits, and analysis of related documents. Data were analyzed inductively, with a theoretical basis of phenomenology to understand subjective experiences, ethnography for cultural context, and discourse analysis for language interpretation. The main result is that child-friendly school education can build local wisdom in extremely poor students. In conclusion (1) child-friendly school learning for Extreme Poor Students requires support from parents, committees and services to help their stability, emotions and mentality; and (2) improving learning outcomes, individual approaches, social assistance and strengthening teacher motivation are effective strategies to improve student experiences related to motivation for learning outcomes.
