Abstract

This research focus in implementation policy on Special Supervising Teachers duties based on grant policy Permendiknas No. 70 in 2009 junto Pergub Jatim No. 6 in 2011 pasal 10 ayat 1. This research aims: 1) described the duties of special supervising teachers in the process of identification, assessment service in arranging program of instruction individually on inclusive education in public elementary school Junrejo Batu ; 2 ) described implementation duty Special Supervising Teachers on designing and delivering program specificity on on nclusive education in public elementary school Junrejo Batu; and 3) described implementation duty Special Supervising Teachers in modifying teaching on inclusive education in public elementary school Junrejo Batu. This research use qualitative approach in the form of research policy. Determination respondent used technique purposive sampling. To collect the data used in-depth interview to: 1) the principal of inclusive education in public elementary school Junrejo Batu, 2) special supervising teachers of inclusive education in public elementary school junrejo Batu; 3) shadow teacher of inclusive education in public elementary school Junrejo Batu.

Abstract

Uncertainty of income obtained by the head of the family as a fisherman encourages the housewife member of the fisherman to work in order to fulfill the household's living needs. This research was conducted to determine the role of women in increasing the economic income of fishermen households in Manggar Baru Balikpapan and also to find out what obstacles faced by women in increasing the economic income of fishermen households. This research was also conducted to determine government policies in empowering coastal women. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data from this study were obtained by observing, interviewing, and documenting studies and processed using source triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the role of women in increasing the economic income of fishermen households taking care of the household is a top priority, accompanying their husbands, taking care of their children and helping their husbands work as crab skin peelers or running small shops can increase household economic income. In carrying out this role they did not escape the obstacles they faced, the obstacles faced by women in increasing the economic income of fishermen households were the constraints of unhygienic and unsafe water sources for individual and household needs as well as the absence of strengthening women fishermen groups for small business industries is a constraint faced by women in increasing household economic income. In terms of empowering coastal communities, the Government participates in conducting coaching for coastal communities in the Manggar Baru Balikpapan village through trainings even though the training is not regularly scheduled.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan implemantasi pembelajaran berbasis sistem kredit semester di SMA Negeri 2 Balikpapan. Jenis penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data berupa data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data model interaktif (Miles dan Huberman). Pengecekan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) SMA negeri 2 Balikpapan menerapkan 7 prinsip penyelenggaran Sistem Kredit Semester, 2) Mekanisme penyelenggaraan Sistem Kredit Semester terdapat 3 tahapan yakni tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan dan terhapan evaluasi serta monitoring. 3) SMA Negeri 2 Balikpapan telah melaksanakan persiapan pelaksanaan SKS secara baik dan matang, dan pada dasarnya pengimplementasian SKS sudah terlaksana dengan baik, namun belum terlaksana secara maksimal disebabkan terdapat berbagai kendala pengimplementasian dalam proses pembelajaran, 4) Upaya atau solusi yang dapat di ambil sekolah untuk mengatasi kendala yang terjadi dengan memberikan pelatihan mengenai IT pada guru yang kurang dan In house traning mengenai penerapan Sistem Kredit Semester.

Abstract

Learning activities for the community in the villages of Lamaru RT 06 and RT 17 were Community Service activities carried out by lecturers and students at the University of Balikpapan in Lamaru Village, East Balikpapan, with the aim of realizing the Tri Dharma of Universities by using their values and forms in community and state life, increase the power of interest in learning society in order to get a better education and provide new insights and knowledge about education and can be used in community life in the area where local people live. The method of community service in RT 17 and RT 06 of Lamaru Village by conducting Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The results of the discussion were 1) the formation of cooperation between the community service team of the University of Balikpapan very well so that efforts to increase the learning interest of the community in Lamaru Sub-District can run well, 2) the students who took part in educational activities were very active in the activities given, such as tutoring, knowledge dexterity competitions, and simple experiments in setting up model patterns of objects around them using plasticine media, and 3) young people playing an active role in helping education skills in creative activities. Abstract

English vocabulary mastery in elementary school students is quite minimal. This can happen because they have not yet learned English because the lessons have been removed from the elementary school curriculum starting in 2014. The implementation team was restless and wanted to introduce English early on to students, especially at SDN 012 West Balikpapan as a form of initial recognition in order to survive and able to compete in junior high school. The method used is to provide theory and practice to the target audience. The activity of introducing English vocabulary on the theme of the school environment is carried out through face to face with the delivery of material through the lecture method followed by guidance, practice, and evaluation in understanding vocabulary with the themes of alphabets, numbers, colors and school subjects, School Things, and People in School. The results of community service activities carried out at SDN 012 West Balikpapan provide considerable benefits and are needed by students at the school. School principals, teachers, and students expect this activity to be carried out continuously through mentoring activities and forms of English language training and other lessons. Language Training is one form of non-formal education that is very important and useful for students to get to know English that still feels foreign.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan, pengorganisasian; pengarahan, dan pengendalian manajemen pendidikan di PAUD IT Yayasan Nurul Amaliah Balikpapan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ialah menggunakan purposive sample yaitu orang-orang yang peneliti anggap dapat memberikan informasi mendalam mengenai Manajemen Pendidikan di TK PAUD IT Yayasan Nurul Amaliah Balikpapan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: (1) Teknik Observasi, (2) Teknik Wawancara, dan (3) Dokumentasi. Sedangkan keabsahan data dalam sebuah penelitian kualitatif sangatpenting. Ada empat kriteria yang digunakan dalam menetapkan keabsahan data yaitu terdiri dari derajat kepercayaan (credibility), (2) keteralihan (transferability) dan (3) kebergantungan (dependability), dan (4) kepastian (confirmability). Hasil penelitian tentang Implementasi Manajemen Pendidikan di PAUD IT Yayasan Nurul Amaliah Balikpapan dapat disimpulkan bahwa perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengendalian manajemen pendidikan yang dilakukan guru dan kepala sekolah di PAUD IT Yayasan Nurul Amaliah Balikpapan telah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan fungsi manajemen pendidikan.

Abstract

Pancasila is one of the foundations of social life to build humane citizens. The inculcation of Pancasila values ​​needs to be done from an early age so that when he becomes an adult, the national character is attached to him. Socializing the practice of Pancasila to elementary school students is a way that can be taken to instill Pancasila values ​​as the basis of the state. Students as agents of change, guardians of values, successors of the nation, moral strength, and social control need to contribute to the inculcation of Pancasila in students. The purpose of this activity is that students provide an understanding of Pancasila as well as education on the practice of Pancasila in everyday life to students. This activity was carried out by 7 students of the Mathematics Education study program with their respective division of tasks. The target of this activity is the fourth grade elementary school students. Data is collected through observation when students carry out activities in class. The result of this activity is that students listen well to the presentation of the material because they are interested in information on the form of Pancasila practice. In addition, students are enthusiastic about participating in activities because external parties or students deliver the material.

Abstract

Guru memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pendidikan formal untuk memberikan pondasi awal pada peserta didik. Oleh karena itu diperlukan guru profesional untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Tanggung jawab dalam mengembangkan profesi pada dasarnya adalah tuntutan dan panggilan untuk selalu mencintai, menghargai, menjaga dan meningkatkan tugas dan tanggung jawab profesinya. Penguatan Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) merupakan salah satu bagian dari upaya peningkatan mutu guru. Untuk itu keberadaan KKG perlu diberdayakan secara optimal, terorganisir dan berkesinambungan oleh para Guru. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai analisis pengembangan keprofesionalan Guru melalui organisasi profesi kelompok kerja guru (KKG). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana KKG berperan penting bagi keprofesionalan guru di Madrasah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan Ibu Rini Badriyah selaku guru di MI. Asysyahadah dan merupakan anggota inti KKG-MI di Balikpapan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa KKG sangat berperan penting dalam membantu peningkatan keprofesionalan guru Madrasah di Balikpapan.

Abstract

Effective sentences are foundations in writing skills. However, there are still many students who have not applied the effective sentence t-shirt correctly. One inhibiting factor in the lack of knowledge about effective sentences is the lack of knowledge about effective sentences. There needs to be activities to support this knowledge. The effort made is education to students about effective sentences. The aim is to improve students' writing skills in effective sentences. The method used in Community Service (PkM) is the method of lecture and discussion. This method is used to improve students' analytical abilities against sentences. This activity is carried out with four stages, namely preparation, implementation by counseling by providing material: understanding, type, characteristics, and examples of effective sentences, as well as evaluation, and preparation of reports. The organizer of this activity is the Balikpapan University FKIP Lecturer. Participants in this activity are class X RB 3 State Vocational High School 3 Balikpapan. This activity was carried out in class X RB 3, address on Belibis Street number 100, South Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. The result of this activity is that students can write effective sentences characterized by 70% structural equivalence, 70% compatibility of forms, 80% economy of words, 60% accuracy of reasoning, 60% cohesiveness of ideas, and 75% logicality of language.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penguasaan kompetensi profesional guru di SMP Negeri 7 Balikpapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara narasumber yaitu guru SMPN 7 Balikpapan. Metode pengolahan data ini ditangani secara manual yaitu mendeskripsikan hasil wawancara tersebut. Objek penelitian ini yaitu guru di SMPN 7 balikpapan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada kompetensi profesional guru di SMPN 7 ini berjalan dengan baik, guru mampu menjalankan tanggung jawab dengan sebagaimana mestinya. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pemahaman mendalam terhadap siswa, pemanfaatan berbagai metode pembelajaran, sinergi antar guru, dan pengembangan Kompetensi profesional guru dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang mendukung Perkembangan holistik siswa. Kata Kunci: Kopetensi Guru, Profesional Guru, Kopetensi Profesional. Abstract This study aims to determine the mastery of professional competence of teachers at SMPN 7 Balikpapan. This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive approach. The technique of data collection is conducted by interviewing the resource persons namely teachers of SMPN 7 Balikpapan. The data processing method is handled manually by describing the interview result. The object of this research is teachers at SMPN 7 Balikpapan. The result of this research shows that the professional competence of teachers in SMPN 7 is running well, teachers are able to carry out their responsibilities properly. Thus, this study emphasizes the importance of a deep understanding of students, utilization of various learning methods, synergy between teachers, and development of teachers' professional competence in creating a learning environment that supports students' holistic development.
