Abstract

Health is the most important thing that must always be considered because if health deteriorates then every activity will definitely be difficult to do, but not infrequently due to some conditions we have to fall sick and even have to get intensive care so that it requires further supervision from the hospital or hospital. Puskesmas, especially for elderly family members who require special care and attention. Health monitoring applications in the elderly provide convenience for families in caring for the health of family members who are elderly and also make it easier for the hospital to see progress data from patients. This research is in the stage of making the availability of real-time monitoring features from the puskesmas or hospital in the future and some features are available and there are some real-time medical record features so that the hospital can find out the health history of the patient in real time. The purpose of this research is to implement and build an application for Health Monitoring in the Elderly at High Risk with an Android-Based Genetic Algorithm. then apply the genetic algorithm method in determining health in high-risk elderly. The menu on the application includes patient data, consultation page, examination results page, doctor data, patient data, type of disease, medical records, handling, complaints page, patient profile page, healthy food page. Furthermore, it makes it easier for families and hospitals to treat patients because there are medical record features and Android-based high-risk elderly patient monitoring features. Then the results of this study are smartphone-based health application technology for health surveillance applications in the elderly based on Android. The last is to make it easier for family members and the puskesmas in conducting health surveillance of the elderly

Abstract

The pond is one of the livelihoods of the Indonesian people. The pond is used as a means of aquaculture. Farmed animals are aquatic animals such as fish and shrimp. One of the aquaculture commodities that are in great demand by pond owners is van name shrimp (Litopenaeus Vannamei). Before starting a shrimp farm, the farm owner must find the raw materials needed for the shrimp pond. In the search for raw materials for shrimp ponds, the owners of the ponds have to go directly to the point of sale of raw materials for shrimp ponds in the Lhokseumawe area. To find raw materials for this shrimp pond, people certainly need technology that can make it easier to find the desired needs. By utilizing advances in mobile technology, this study aims to build an Android-based Information System for Searching for Raw Materials for Shrimp Ponds in Lhokseumawe Area. This information system can also manage and display information about shrimp ponds.

Abstract

Cultivation of food crops has a significant role in the lives of Indonesian citizens, especially to fulfill their daily food needs. Efforts to cultivate rice plants often face obstacles, one of which is in ensuring the suitability of the soil, therefore the determination of the land at the planting stage or the land to be selected is not suitable land (unproductive), so that agricultural yields will not be maximum and will cause losses (financial). which is pretty big. The goal to be obtained in the concept of a classification system for the level of feasibility of rice plant land is to make it easier for farmers, residents and governments to make decisions by determining the feasibility of rice plant land. The method used in the classification system for decision support is the Naïve Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbor testing methods for comparison in efficient decision making. In rice, it is adjusted by calculating the value of criteria such as land characteristics, namely air temperature, rainfall, humidity, soil texture, pH, drainage and soil height. The results help farmers to make it easier to analyze land conditions for rice plants and increase rice production yields in North Aceh Regency

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas program pembelajaran perlu dilandasi dengan kegiatan belajar-mengajar yang efisien dan efektif.  Strategi dalam pendidikan merupakan suatu  proses untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan siswa pada masa pandemi ini. Perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi pada dunia pendidikan membutuhkan proses pelatihan dan pembelajaran menggunakan berbagai metode (E-Learning, Zoom, Google Classroom, Schoology, dan Edmodo). Proses ini menggunakan kegiatan pelatihan dan pengajaran. Prosesnya ini tidak terkendala apapun karena  dapat diakses dan diproses kapan saja dan di mana saja. Proses ini mendukung kebijakan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Indonesia terkait proses pembelajaran dan mendeka belajar selama pandemic covid-19. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi pada dunia pendidikan, pembelajaran selama ini yang kurang efektif. Metode penyampaian materi yang diberikan belum efektif dalam pemanfaatan sumber belajar, penyampaian materi oleh guru secara jadwal mengajar kurang baik sehingga penyerapan materi untuk siswa kurang diterima. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dengan menggunakan teori dan praktik. Hasil dari proses pelatihan ini dapat memberikan inovasi pembelajaran secara daring dengan penggunaan berbagai tools berbagai tools yang digunakan dan meningkatkan kemampuan guru untuk mengimplementasikannya dapat meningkatkan proses belajar mandiri.

Abstract

The development of technology and information has impacted organizations, both private and government agencies. The Office of Communication and Informatics of the City of Pematangsiantar is one of the Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) with the main task of implementing government affairs in communication and informatics. This research was conducted to find out whether the existing information technology at the Communication and Informatics Office of Pematangsiantar City was running optimally. This study analyzes the capability level (Capability Level) of Information Technology Management in the Pematangsiantar City Communication and Informatics Office using the COBIT (Control Objective for Information and Related Technology) 2019 Domain DSS (Deliver, Service, and Support) framework which focuses on providing support information technology operational services. The data collection methods used are observation and questionnaire methods. Based on data collection through questionnaires from 10 respondents, the average Capability Level Domain DSS result was 3.00 Defined Process, which means that the management of agency information technology uses clearly defined organizational assets and procedures, the process of achieving its goals is now much more organized

Abstract

ISPA disease can be detected by analyzing the regional distribution map of the disease. Early detection of ARI is very important for effective prevention. The study conducted in Bireuen Regency used data from 2019 to 2021, sourced from dr. Fauziah Bireuen Hospital, revealed that there was an increase in ARI cases from an average of 13.18 to 59.24 per year. The aims of the study were to identify ARI clusters, analyze disease patterns using Spatial Pattern Analysis and Flexible Shaped Spatial Scanning Statistics. The methodology involves collecting patient data for each ARI case and processing it using DBSCAN to obtain cluster points on the map. Spatial Pattern Analysis is used to analyze these clusters and identify hotspot points on the map. The analysis resulted in four clusters: Cluster 1 (6 subdistrict), Cluster 2 (4 subdistrict), Cluster 3 (1 subdistrict), and Cluster 4 (6 subdistrict). The study identified 6 hotspots in 2019, 5 hotspots in 2020, and 6 hotspots in 2021. Each ARI disease clustering map shows the distribution of ARI cases and identifies areas prone to the disease. These findings provide valuable insights for targeted interventions and preventive actions in identified high-risk areas of ISPA.

Abstract

The audit at the SIPD Bappeda of Lokseumawe City must be reviewed to see the efficiency and integrity of the company, for that it is necessary to audit the Capability level of the SIPD Bappeda of Lokseumawe City. The SIPD Capability Level audit was conducted with the aim of mapping the Capability Level of the I&T service and support process at the Lokseumawe City Bappeda. This SIPD Capability Level audit uses the Cobit 2019 Domain APO (Align, Plan and Organize) framework with a capability level calculation so that based on the results, recommendations for strategic goals will be found for the company for further development. Based on the current capability level obtained, the overall value is 2.527 and is at level 2 capability, namely Managed Process, meaning that the Lokseumawe City Bappeda has reached the implementation process and will later be determined according to the implementation process that has been implemented in this process in accordance with the Align, Plan and Domain processes. Organized at COBIT 2019. The 2019 COBIT model is also considered to be able to handle changes in governance and I&T Management in the company well.

Abstract

Identification of the development of interests and talents is important to know the potential of students in choosing the right major. This is important in seeing the types of students' special interests and talents. This study aims to determine the development of special interests and talents in students based on students' abilities and intelligence. The criteria used in the selection are national exam scores, basic competency test scores, report cards, school final exam scores and combined scores. A combination of smart and saw methods to see the value of calculating the level of accuracy with the results of the analysis of each ranking. The results of testing the smart and saw method can be applied by comparing the data with a system that has been determined at the beginning by the school so that a good level of accuracy is obtained. Furthermore, Abdul's UN score is 6.00, Competency Test Value is 7.00, Report Report is 6.00, Uas Value is 9.00, Combined Value is 8.00 for the normalization matrix, 0.71, 1, 0.69, 1, 00 1.00 and the results of the SAW method. Abdu with a value of 4.28, Bahri with a value of 4.64, Wisma with a value of 4.65 and Izzah with a value of 4.51. for each student interest is determined by the school. The results of the Primary Determination Decision Support System to help schools make the best decisions by utilizing the process in student talent selection.

Abstract

Salah satu komoditas terbesar Indonesia adalah beras. Dimana Perum Bulog berperan penting dalam menyediakan cadangan beras bagi negara untuk menjaga stabilitas nasional Menjelang panen raya, Perum Bulog harus menyusun strategi stok beras yang terencana dengan baik agar tetap tersedia. Karena harga pasar beras yang tinggi akan memicu ekspor beras dari luar negeri, maka harga gabah bisa turun saat petani panen raya akibat ekspor beras dari luar negeri jika pasokan beras Bulog menjadi langka. Ketika permintaan pasar akan beras tidak dapat dipenuhi, biasanya muncul persoalan ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meramalkan produksi beras nasional untuk kepentingan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data produksi stok beras nasional yang diperoleh dari bps.id dari tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2021. Dimana uji harga beras kualitas premium untuk AFER sebesar 0,74444% dan RMSE sebesar 8,9422. Peramalan harga beras kualitas sedang nilai error AFER sebesar 0,22927% dan RMSE sebesar 1,732. Dan pengujian beras tidak bermutu diperoleh nilai error AFER sebesar 0,23640 dan RMSE sebesar 09,09439. Pengujian dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier diperoleh hasil peramalan kualitas beras premium; kualitas menengah dan luar memiliki hasil peramalan yang sama dengan nilai 87,62%, dengan demikian forecasting untuk harga beras sangat baik. Selanjutnya terlihat bahwa nilai akurasinya diatas 80% yang sangat tinggi dengan melalui pengujian.

Abstract

Penulis menggunakan algoritma ini untuk mengelompokkan daerah lahan berdasarkan kriteria kesesuaian terhadap tanaman padi dan persentase jumlah penghasilan padi di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Dataset yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah data perkembangan intensifikasi padi di Kabupaten Aceh Utara dari tahun 2015 hingga tahun 2019 yang diambil dari Dinas Pertanian dan Tanaman Pangan Kabupaten Aceh Utara dan juga data profil Kabupaten Aceh Utara yang dikeluarkan oleh RPIJM Bidang Cipta Karya Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Data diuji dengan mengelompokkan data dengan atribut berbeda menjadi 4 klaster, yaitu sesuai, cukup sesuai, marginal (rata-rata) dan kurang sesuai. Dilakukan perhitungan rata-rata persentase tinggi dan rendahnya tingkat penghasilan panen pada daerah berdasarkan data pertahunnya. Setiap pengujian didasarkan pada parameter kesesuaian tanaman padi. Metode ini membagi nilai atribut dalam percabangan yang telah di tentukan dengan menghitung nilai atibut dalam data, yang kemudian di visualisasikan dalam bentuk pohon keputusan atau rule yang di gunakan untuk acuan akhir prediksi.
