Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan hasil dari pengembangan helpdesk online yang digagas di UPT TIK UNS. Sistem helpdesk itu sendiri adalah sistem yang menangani hubungan antara customer dan juga penyedia layanan. Helpdesk tersebut berbasis web yang lebih mudah diakses oleh para civitas akademika yang akan memberikan keluhannya kepada UPT. TIK UNS. Keluhan tersebut diinputkan ke dalam sistem smart helpdesk yang kemudian akan diolah oleh sistem sehingga bisa langsung tersalur kepada bidang-bidang yang akan menanganinya tanpa harus melewati operator. Peran operator akan digantikan oleh sistem untuk masalah mengklasifikasikan keluhan berdasarkan algoritma naive bayes classifier yang juga sudah dibuktikan pada penelitian sebelumnya. Pada awalnya sistem helpdesk menggunakan operator sebagai post pengalihan keluhan. Operator berperan sebagai penyalur antara civitas akademika yang telah memberikan keluhannya yang kemudian dikirimkan ke masing-masing group bidang yang menanganinya. Pengembangan smart helpdesk online merupakan pengembangan sistem agar peran manusia atau operator dalam meminimalisir kesalahan klasifikasi yang dilakukan. Selain itu, peran operator sebagai perantara atau penyalur tiket tersebut bisa ditiadakan dengan adanya smart helpdesk tersebut.

Abstract

News classification is a complex issue as people are easily convinced of misleading information and lack control over the spread of fake news. However, we ca n break the problem of spreading fake news with artificial intelligence (AI), which has developed rapidly. This study proposes a news classification model using a light gradient boosted machine (LightGBM) algorithm. The model is analyzed using two feature extraction techniques, count vectorizer and Tfidf vectorize r and compared with a deep learning model using long - short term memory (LSTM). The experimental evaluation showed that all LightGBM models outperform LSTM. The best model is the count vectorizer Li ghtGBM, which achieves an accuracy value of 0.9933 and an area under curve (AUC) score of 0.9999.

Abstract

The learning characteristic in the 21st century is the availability of information anywhere and anytime. Blended learning (BL) became the most widely used learning strategy in vocational education. However, the problem is the effectiveness of BL on student outcomes. This scoping review provides an overview of the implementation of the BL model on vocational students. The research questions in this review were: i) What type of BL was taken?; ii) How did the BL model works?; and iii) What was improved in student learning outcomes? The research method adopted the scoping review from Arksey & Markey. From the beginning, the research article data was taken from the Scopus database. The article selection using the PRISMA method obtained 32 articles from 4,298 articles. The results of the review showed that there were three types of BL models. The three types of BL were: i) The flipped classroom model; ii) The station-rotation model; and iii) The self-blend model. BL syntax that teachers most favored in nine ways, but mainly with the syntax: “Face-to-face (F2F) finished, after that online learning for enrichment”. Meanwhile, most of the articles improved learning outcomes in the cognitive domain.

Abstract

In the business world, communication over customers must be built properly to make it easier for companies to find out what customers want. Support ticket is one of the business instrument for communication between the customers and the companies. Through a support ticket, customers can respond, complain or ask questions about products with a support team. Increasing the business process of the companies will be increasing the support ticket volume that should be handled by support team. It also has a value for analysis to get business intelligence decision. With that chance, an efficient data processing method is needed to find topics are being discussed by customers. One way that can be used to solve this problem is Topic Modeling. This research uses several parameters the number of topics, alpha value, beta value, iteration, and random seed. With this combination of parameters, the best results based on evaluation of human judgement and topic coherence with 5 topics, an alpha value of 50, a beta value of 0.01, 100 iterations, and 50 random seeds. The five topics interpretation consists of hosting migration, error problems in wordpress, domain email settings and domain transfer, ticketing and transaction processing. The total of 5 topics has a coherence value of 0.507897.

Abstract

Employability skills is an essential aspect for job seekers because employers and the world of work need it; however, many job seekers have the low employability skills. This study aims to reveal the need of SocioTech learning models through blended learning to overcome low students employability skills. The  descriptive research used to determine the level of employability skills among students, the analysis used the descriptive statistical analysis technique, and it used literature study to examine the SocioTech learning model. The results of the study showed the overall assessment of employability skills, revealing 31.58% of students to have average employability skills; 44.74% of students in the fair category; 23.68% of students classified as poor. Recommendation of SocioTech learning model through blended learning to improve employability skills consisted of six stages: 1) determining the topic of problems and groups through dialectics online and face to face (f2f); 2) planning investigations through collaboration and dialectics online and f2f; 3) conducting investigations through collaboration and dialectics online and f2f; 4) planning presentations through collaboration and dialectics online and f2f; 5) making presentations through collaboration, reflection, and dialectics online and face to face; and 6) evaluating group results online and f2f.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of a virtual laboratory in terms of self-directed learning in elementary school teacher candidates. The research method used in this research is descriptive research. The subjects of this study were 35 students. Data is collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative analysis consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of this study indicate that the perceptions of prospective elementary school teachers towards virtual laboratory have fulfilled aspects of self-awareness or initiative by 84.20%, independent learning strategies by 78.66%, independent learning activities by 79.22%, evaluation by 81 .54%, and motivating intrapersonal abilities by 89%. The use of a virtual laboratory is recommended for other materials that can involve virtual practicum activities.Abstrak.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis penggunaan virtual laboratory ditinjau berdasarkan self directed learning pada calon guru sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 35 mahasiswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif yang terdiri atas pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi calon guru sekolah dasar terhadap virtual laboratory telah memenuhi aspek kesadaran atau inisiatif diri sendiri sebesar 84,20%, strategi belajar mandiri sebesar 78,66%, kegiatan-kegiatan belajar mandiri sebesar 79,22%, evaluasi sebesar 81,54%, dan memotivasi kemampuan intrapersonal sebesar 89%. Penggunaan virtual laboratory direkomendasikan untuk materi lain yang dapat melibatkan kegiatan praktikum secara maya.

Abstract

Maraknya aksi peretasan di Indonesia saat ini terjadi tidak hanya di Lembaga-lembaga besar, namun juga lembaga pemerintah daerah. Salah satu bentuk peretasan yang sangat marak akhir-akhir ini adalah judi gacor pada Content Managemen System(CMS) berbasis Wordpress. Di Kabupaten Karanganyar masih ada 6.180 konten judi gacor yang terlihat di Google. Untuk menanggulangi masalah tersebut diperlukan Langkah praktik baik bagaimana mencegah dan mengelola sebuah CMS berbasis Wordpress agar terhindar dari serangan siber. Pelaksanaan pengabdian berupa workshop mengelola website mulai dari instalasi sampai implementasi. Hasil workshop menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan peserta yang semula hanya 40% menjadi 80% paham bagaimana mengelola sebuah website yang aman.
