Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes in the long jump squat style class VII B SMP Negeri 8 Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018.This study is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles, and each cycle consists of 2 meetings. Research subjects of students of class VII B, amounting to 32 students. The data source comes from students, teachers, andresearchers. Data collection techniques use tests and observations. Data validityis by using data triangulation technique. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis technique using percentage technique.The results of data analysis showed an increase learning outcomes long jump squat style as follows. The percentage of completeness in the pre-cycles is 31.25%or 10 students, unfinished 68.75% or 22 students. The percentage of completeness in the first cycle is 46.88% or 15 students, untargets 53.12% or 17 students. While on the percentage of completeness in the second cycle is 81.25% or 26 students, untargets 18.75% or 6 students. Learning outcomes long jump squat style has reached a target attainment of 80%.Based on the analysis above it can be concluded; that the application of the method of approach play can improve learning outcomes in the long jump squat style class VII B SMP Negeri 8 Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: 1) the effect of working from home on employee performance; 2) the effect of work environment on the employee performance; and 3) the effect of work from home and work environment simultaneously on employee perfomance at LPPKSPS. This study is a quantitative study with a survey method. The population in this study were all employees at LPPKSPS, 74 employees based on employee data 2020. The sampling technique used saturated sample. Final sample of this study amounted to 68 due to mutations and employee pensions. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, documentation, and archives. Data analysis technique using prerequisite test and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) there was significant effect on working from home on employee performance as evidenced by tvalue(2.790)> ttable(1.997); 2) there was significant effect of work environment on employee performance as evidenced by tvalue(2.761)>ttable(1.997); and 3) there was significant effect of working from home and work environment  simultaneously on employees as evidenced by Fvalue(11.227)>Ftable(3.14). The results of this study indicate the double meaning of  X1 and X2 toY by 23.4% and the remaining 76.6% the influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

- Pandemi yang terjadi karena penyebaran Covid-19 merupakan keadaan luar biasa yang terjadi hampir seluruh penjuru dunia. Saat ini penyebaran Covid-19 di Indonesia sudah menyentuh angka 1 juta orang. Masyarakat saat ini tidak dapat lagi melakukan kegiatan berkumpul atau berinteraksi secara massal. Sektor ekonomi, kesehatan, sosial budaya, pendidikan dan bidang lainnya mengalami perubahan. Dalam sektor pendidikan, pola pendidikan yang semula harus tatap muka saat ini tidak dimungkinkan untuk dikerjakan lagi. Proses belajar mengajar dilakukan dengan pola pembelajaran jarak jauh baik sinkronus maupun asinkronus. Pola ini mempunyai banyak permasalahan, terutama terkait ketidakpahaman guru untuk mengelola pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan baik. Terlebih lagi di tingkat Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini(PAUD). Permasalahan ini dapat diselesaikan dengan memberikan pelatihan bagaimana mengelola pembelajaran daring dengan baik. Pelatihan diberikan dalam bentuk workshop berupa bagaimana mengelola akun media sosial, mengelola video conference, mengelola kehadiran peserta didik dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif dimana sebelumnya jumlah peserta yang paham hanya 19%, setelah pelaksanaan workshop pelatihan, sebanyak 75.5% sudah paham bagaimana menggunakan media daring. Dari sisi peserta didik, setelah pelatihan tersebut mereka lebih antusias mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar menggunakan media daring

Abstract

Maraknya aksi peretasan di Indonesia saat ini terjadi tidak hanya di Lembaga-lembaga besar, namun juga lembaga pemerintah daerah. Salah satu bentuk peretasan yang sangat marak akhir-akhir ini adalah judi gacor pada Content Managemen System(CMS) berbasis Wordpress. Di Kabupaten Karanganyar masih ada 6.180 konten judi gacor yang terlihat di Google. Untuk menanggulangi masalah tersebut diperlukan Langkah praktik baik bagaimana mencegah dan mengelola sebuah CMS berbasis Wordpress agar terhindar dari serangan siber. Pelaksanaan pengabdian berupa workshop mengelola website mulai dari instalasi sampai implementasi. Hasil workshop menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan peserta yang semula hanya 40% menjadi 80% paham bagaimana mengelola sebuah website yang aman.

Abstract

Citizenship education programs need to be developed to develop citizens in the community. One of them is community-oriented citizenship education, which is education that is designed, implemented, developed and assessed by the community which is aimed at responding to the challenges and opportunities that exist in a future-oriented community environment. This research describes the implementation of community-based citizenship education to improve the civic skills of the younger generation in the Qarryah Tayyibah Community, Kalibening Village, Tingkir District, Salatiga City. This research used a sample of 70 students from the Qarryah Tayyibah Community. This research used a qualitative research method with a purposive sampling technique. Data was taken using interviews, observation and questionnaires. The results of the research show that the implementation of community-based citizenship education can improve civic skills by using appropriate learning strategies according to students' learning materials. Policy recommendations that can be given are as follows, 1) Companions need to be provided with skills training, be it Technical Skills Training, Product Quality Training, Hard Skills Training, Soft Skills Training, Skills Training. 2) The government supports the curriculum according to the needs and interests of students. at the present time.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of student awareness in maintaining cleanliness in the school environment, where they assume that school cleaning is the responsibility of janitors. The focus of this research is to: 1) Identify the level of environmental awareness among elementary school students; 2) Identify factors that inhibit environmental awareness among elementary school students; 3) Evaluate the impact of the eco-pedagogical approach through environmental issues around students. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were students, teachers, principals, and janitors, while the research object was the approach to environmental education through environmental issues around students. The data collection techniques used include observation, interview, and questionnaire. Observation sheets, interview guides, and questionnaire sheets were used as research instruments. The results obtained from this study are: 1) Increased environmental awareness among elementary school students; 2) Finding solutions to foster environmental awareness among elementary school students. 3) Developing an environmental awareness character education model among elementary school students. It can be concluded that bad habits related to the low environmental care attitude of students can be overcome by the school by making activities or habituation programs for environmental care.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the pedagogical competence of teachers in compiling HOTS-based learning tools; and 2) knowing the application of teacher pedagogic competence in compiling HOTS-based learning tools. The form and strategy of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques using the following methods: 1) interviews; 2) questionnaires; and 3) documentation. Data analysis techniques using the Miles & Huberman model. The results of the study concluded that: 1) teacher pedagogic competence in compiling HOTS-based learning tools has mostly run well in accordance with teacher competency standards; and 2) application in the field needs to be improved again so that teachers are consistent in compiling HOTS-based learning tools so that their pedagogic competence increases.

Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to determine the use of video conference applications as online learning media during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Office Administration Education Study Program, the obstacles that occurred and solutions of the problem. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The data sources of this study included interviewees, locations and events, and documents.The research sampling techniques used were purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Whereas the data collection techniques used were triangulation technique and interviewees triangulation. The data analysis technique used was interactive analysis the research results, it shows thatthe use of video conference applications as online learning media is one of the alternatives to support the online learning process during the Covid-19 were easy to use and could be used to overcome the limitations in space and time. The obstacles experienced while using video conference applications as learning media are limited quotas, unstable internet connection, and an inconducive learning environment. The solutions taken to overcome the obstacles experienced are utilizing the quotas provided by the government, using a good Wi-Fi or provider in the area where each student lives, and creating a conducive learning environment while using video conference applications.

Abstract

Penilaian Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) merupakan komponen penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan memastikan efektivitas program literasi. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji praktik terbaik penilaian GLS di tingkat internasional berdasarkan studi penelitian yang telah dipublikasikan antara tahun 2020-2024. Secara khusus, kajian ini akan mengidentifikasi berbagai metode penilaian yang digunakan, menganalisis alat evaluasi, dan kendala solusi dalam penelitian terbaru tentang penilaian GLS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Tinjauan Pustaka Sistematis (SLR) dengan fokus pada evaluasi, penilaian, dan tantangan implementasi GLS. Penilaian literasi perlu mengadopsi pendekatan multidimensi yang tidak hanya mencakup keterampilan membaca dan menulis, tetapi juga praktik sosial dan budaya yang lebih luas. Tren menuju penilaian yang lebih autentik dan kontekstual menunjukkan pentingnya relevansi dengan kehidupan nyata siswa. Integrasi teknologi dan analisis data membuka peluang baru dalam memahami dan meningkatkan literasi siswa. Pertimbangan faktor sosial ekonomi dan perinatal juga penting dalam memahami perkembangan literasi. Pengembangan kapasitas guru melalui pelatihan dan dukungan berkelanjutan merupakan komponen penting dalam keberhasilan implementasi program literasi. Penilaian literasi harus dirancang dengan fleksibilitas dan adaptabilitas, dengan mempertimbangkan konteks lokal sambil mempertahankan standar global. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa kolaborasi multipihak antara guru, peneliti, dan pembuat kebijakan sangat penting dalam mengatasi tantangan implementasi dan sumber daya.
