Abstract

TRIZ merupakan metode problem solving yang dikembangkan oleh Genrich Altshuller, adalah bentuk akronim dari bahasa Rusia “Teoria Resheniya Izobretatelskikh Zadach” yang dapat diartikan “Teori Penyelesaian Masalah Inventif”. TRIZ melibatkan serangkaian langkah atau algoritma yang dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi masalah tertentu dan konflik yang muncul. Konflik yang berhasil diselesaikan akan diubah menjadi solusi umum dan solusi khusus. TRIZ telah dieksplorasi untuk diterapkan pada bidang bisnis dan manajemen dengan menggunakan pendekatan manajemen sumber dayanya sendiri yang kemudian diterapkan pada bidang tersebut dengan tujuan mampu membantu pemecahan masalah dalam membangun strategi bisnis yang optimal. Sebelumnya sudah ada pengimplementasian TRIZ ke dalam sebuah aplikasi mobile berbasis android. Android merupakan sistem operasi perangkat mobile berbasis linux. Akan tetapi aplikasi ini masih memerlukan pengembangan khususnya dibagai tampilan antarmuka guna menarik perhatian pengguna untuk menggunakannya serta membantu pengguna dalam mempelajari dan memahami materi di dalamnya dengan lebih mudah. Dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode protyping yang merupakan metode pengembangan yang memberikan gambaran pengembangan sistem sehingga para stakeholders memiliki gambaran pasti terhadap pengembangan yang dilakukan. Dalam pengujiannya didapatkan hasil bahwa pengembangan yang telah dilakukan berhasil untuk meningkatkan minat calon pengguna untuk mengoperasikan aplikasi ini serta lebih membantu mereka dalam mempelajari dan memahami materi yang diberikan.

Abstract

The activity of memorizing the Al-Qur’an is now increasing in popularity among society. There are various methods used in the process of memorizing the Al-Qur'an, one of which is the halaqah method. This method facilitates interaction between teachers and students, making it very suitable for application in educational institutions or communities such as Islamic boarding schools, tahfidz schools, community tahfidz groups in mosques. However, challenges arise when a teacher has to manage many students in one halaqah, making this method less efficient for large groups. This problem opens up opportunities for developing halaqah into an online format through the Quran application for memorization. This research aims to make it easier for teachers accompanying the memorization process to monitor the memorization progress of their group members. This research uses the UX Process and Methodology method to develop an application prototype. The prototype results were tested and reviewed by 11 Al-Qur'an memorizers as participants to ensure the application design met needs. Testing techniques and measuring tools use Usability Testing and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to measure the level of ease of use and user acceptance of the application. The test results showed a positive response from respondents with a usability score of 71.2, which indicated that the application design was considered quite easy to use, intuitive and efficient. This research also shows that the IPA method and usability testing using Mission Usability Testing (MIUS) have succeeded in showing user behavior towards the resulting design so that it is easy to identify design positions that need to be adjusted and improved.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design for a Learning Management System (LMS)-based e-learning platform for the Central Language Improvement (CLI) community at the Islamic University of Indonesia using the Design Thinking method. Following the empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing stages, this research involved administrators, mentors, and students in the development process. Data collection was conducted through direct observation and interviews, followed by analysis using user personas and mind mapping. Usability testing results showed good acceptance levels with Maze scores for Admin (75), Mentor (89), and Students (83), and a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 75.2 indicating an "Acceptable" category with a "Good" rating. This research successfully produced a UI/UX design that meets user needs in supporting the learning process in the CLI UII community, with recommendations for further development on the admin interface and implementation of learning monitoring features.

Abstract

The electronic-based government system is now the best step for every region, and it certainly has a mission to educate the area regarding governance. Efforts have been made by the government to meet citizens' expectations for easier access to public services, which is the primary form of E-Government. Currently, the implementation of the existing E-Government concept can also be a new breakthrough in improving information technology-based services. One is the Mobile Payment Online System Application, built directly by the Palopo City Government through its strategic partner, Bank Sulselbar. However, special attention must still be given to implementing this application, especially to the system itself, which is less effective. Additionally, many individuals still take actions that are not in accordance with the procedures, as evidenced by the fraud committed by application users. This research uses qualitative methods that provide descriptive data results, describing the data occurring in the field. The data generated using quasi-experimental methods will be calculated using the same Likert scale. This research shows that the Mobile Payment Online System Application still needs to be socialized again to the users of this application and requires application development in terms of tool updates and system updates. This can be seen from the respondents' responses through the questionnaire results table and suggestions from these respondents. Thus, the Mobile Payment Online System Application is still ineffective for implementation in Palopo City.

Abstract

Keditan village has a superior tourist attraction, namely Kampoeng Pinus Keditan which offers a natural panorama in the form of a pine forest and provides interesting spots to visit. Currently, the management of the Kampung Pinus Keditan tourist attraction is carried out simply and conventionally. There are several problems faced by the management of Pinus Keditan Village, namely; 1). There is no agreement regarding the sharing of profits from the Pine Village tourism business between Perhutani, the Village Government and the Landowner Community, 2) The recording of financial reports is still manual, resulting in frequent errors and 3). Lack of skills of Kampoeng Pine managers in promotion, marketing and outbound tourism guides. The aim of this empowerment is the development of Human Resources (HR) governance in the fields of promotion, marketing and outbound tourism guides and the preparation of digital-based financial reports for the results of the Kampoeng Pine Editan business. The method for implementing this service program uses the Participatory Action Research method with 8 main process cycles including 1) Observation, 2) planning, 3) Program development, 4) Socialization 5) Implementation, 6) Reflection, 7) evaluation, and 8) Follow up. The targets for this service are the Keditan village government, Pine Village managers and village communities. The output of this service program is in the form of improving management skills in promotion, marketing and guiding outbound tourism, digital-based profit-sharing applications for Pine Village tourism businesses, village profiles and tourism profiles for Keditan Pine Village.

Abstract

The application of the Qur'an for the memorizers in adding and maintaining their memorization continues to grow in number. No less than 200 digital Qur'an applications are available on mobile application providers. In addition, publications on the topic of the digital Qur'an in the last ten years have also increased. Through these applications and publications, it is an opportunity to find patterns and knowledge about current topics and features. Through this knowledge, it is hoped that it can be a recommendation for a better form of digital Al-Qur'an application system, especially providing features that affect increasing the ease and quality of memorizing the Qur'an. This paper aims to explore the application of the Qur'an specifically for memorizing and papers on the topic to provide these recommendations. The method used to get the paper using PRISMA. While the applications being reviewed are taken from the AppStore. As a result, 31 papers were reviewed and 12 main applications regarding the Qur'an for memorization were obtained. Through the answers to each research question, it can be used by subsequent researchers as well as by system developers in developing Al-Qur'an products for better memorization of tense.

Abstract

Optimalisasi tata kelola teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) di layanan kesehatan primer menjadi tantangan akibat fragmentasi sistem, ketidakefisienan operasional, dan kurangnya integrasi data. Puskesmas Sleman menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan TIK karena ketergantungan pada berbagai aplikasi yang disediakan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan dan Dinas Kesehatan, yang belum terintegrasi secara optimal. Penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan Enterprise Architecture (EA) berbasis Framework idEA untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang mencakup observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen guna memahami kondisi eksisting serta merancang model arsitektur yang lebih terstruktur dan efisien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Framework idEA mampu meningkatkan interoperabilitas sistem, menyederhanakan tata kelola TIK, serta mengurangi redundansi data melalui pendekatan multidimensional yang menghubungkan aspek strategis, bisnis, data, aplikasi, dan teknologi secara lebih efektif. Model arsitektur yang dikembangkan memberikan solusi yang lebih adaptif terhadap perubahan kebutuhan layanan kesehatan dan mempercepat pengambilan keputusan berbasis informasi yang lebih akurat. Implementasi framework ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan efektivitas layanan kesehatan di Puskesmas secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pregnant women struggle to select safe skincare products, often relying on social media and blog searches, and manual ingredient checking. Choosing safe ingredients is essential, as exposure to unsafe substances may lead to teratogenic effects and endocrine disruption, which can result in fetal abnormalities such as retinoic acid embryopathy and neurodevelopmental disorders. Exposure to retinoids, for instance, has been associated with a 20–30% incidence of fetal retinoid syndrome in affected pregnancies. This study develops an integrated recommendation system using three techniques: (1) keyword-based classification with regular expressions to detect 50 unsafe ingredients across 8 categories; (2) rule-based classification using IF-THEN statements matching products with 5 pregnancy-related skin conditions; and (3) content-based filtering utilizing TF-IDF vectorization and cosine similarity for safer alternatives. The system achieved 86.25% accuracy in safety classification, with high recall (97.50%) indicating strong ability to identify safe products. However, moderate precision (79.59%) suggests some unsafe products were misclassified as safe, highlighting need for improvement in safety-critical contexts. Pilot user evaluation using ResQue framework with 10 participants yielded scores of 4.50–4.85 across 8 dimensions, achieving 4.65 overall average. This research demonstrates effective integration of multiple recommendation methods in context-sensitive applications, enabling safer product selection during pregnancy. By providing accessible, personalized, and evidence-based information, the system enables pregnant women to make informed skincare decisions and continue their routines despite limited access to healthcare services.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has encouraged media organizations, including radio stations, to adopt data-driven approaches in decision-making. However, radio stations often lack well-managed and systematic data, resulting in underutilization of information to support decisions through visual insights. This study aims to design an Executive Information System (EIS) dashboard capable of presenting strategic information to radio management for understanding programming and listener behavior. The dashboard design employs the Prototyping method, adopting the Spiral model principles. This approach enables iterative and responsive development aligned with stakeholder needs. The design process involves identifying information requirements, creating visual prototypes, and validating the design through display and data readability evaluations. The resulting dashboard provides visual representations of listener demographics, popular broadcast programs, and time slots with the highest engagement levels. The dashboard is recognized for assisting radio management in formulating data-driven content and promotional strategies. Furthermore, this study highlights the effectiveness of the Prototyping method in producing adaptive, communicative, and business-relevant dashboard designs.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) mendorong digitalisasi layanan publik, salah satunya melalui aplikasi Jogja Smart Service (JSS) yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta. Namun, hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini masih menghadapi berbagai kendala dalam aspek antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX), seperti tampilan yang kurang intuitif, navigasi yang tidak konsisten, serta informasi yang sulit diakses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan merancang ulang UI/UX aplikasi JSS menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD). Metode ini melibatkan pengguna secara aktif dalam setiap tahap pengembangan, yaitu memahami konteks penggunaan, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, membuat solusi desain, serta mengevaluasi desain berdasarkan kebutuhan yang ditemukan. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) terhadap 20 responden yang terdiri dari masyarakat umum dan mahasiswa di Yogyakarta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan rata-rata skor SUS sebesar 76,875 yang termasuk kategori “Good” dan “Acceptable”. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan UCD efektif dalam meningkatkan usability, kenyamanan navigasi, serta kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi JSS. Dengan demikian, desain ulang UI/UX yang dilakukan mampu menjawab kebutuhan pengguna serta memperkuat fungsi JSS sebagai layanan publik digital yang inklusif, mudah diakses, dan efisien
