Abstract

The aim of this research is to design a marketplace application for D'Camilan Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Padang City using the Blogger platform. With increasing public interest in local products, the use of digital technology has become important to increase the visibility and accessibility of MSME products. This research uses a design method consisting of needs analysis, appearance design, and implementation of basic features such as product catalogs, ordering systems, and promotional media. The results of this design show that using Blogger as a platform allows MSMEs to utilize existing tools at a lower cost, while still providing a good user experience. It is hoped that this application can increase sales and expand the market reach of D'Camilan MSMEs in Padang City and encourage local economic development.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the development strategy for digital marketing using Blogger as a platform for Dimsum By Kalili, a micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (UMKM) specializing in coffee products in the city of Padang. By examining Dimsum By Kalili current digital marketing efforts and evaluating the potential benefits of incorporating a blogger strategy, this paper aims to propose a robust and effective roadmap for Dimsum By Kalili digital marketing development. The strategy begins with a thorough examination of the target audience, identifying their preferences, demographics, online behavior, and consumption patterns. This step enables Dimsum By Kalili to tailor its content and marketing strategies to effectively engage with its target customers. In addition, the study emphasizes the importance of creating valuable and compelling content that resonates with the audience's interests, needs, and desires. Furthermore, the proposed strategy encompasses search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to ensure better visibility and discoverability of Dimsum By Kalili blog. By optimizing keywords, meta tags, and other on-page elements, Dimsum By Kalili can improve its organic search rankings and attract a larger audience. The study also highlights the significance of integrating social media platforms into the strategy, allowing Dimsum By Kalili to extend its reach and foster stronger customer relationships through interactive and engaging content. In conclusion, this study provides a comprehensive roadmap for Dimsum By Kalili digital marketing development using Blogger. Through a targeted approach to audience analysis, content creation, SEO techniques, and social media integration, Dimsum By Kalili can establish a strong online presence, cultivate customer relationships, and increase its market share in the competitive UMKM industry of Padang city.

Abstract

Web design is the process of designing the user interface and visual experience of a website. It includes various elements such as layout, color, typography, and other graphic elements that affect how users interact with the site. One of the online sites that can be used is a blog. A blog is a type of website or online platform that contains a series of posts or articles that are updated regularly. The digitalization strategy through blogs can expand business reach and increase interaction with users. The method used in designing this blog is data collection through direct observation and interviews with MSME owners. The existence of a website such as a Blog can help small and medium enterprises (SMEs), especially Warung Kopi Saisuak in promoting their food and beverage products online. With this blog site, Warung Kopi Saisuak can be better known and encourage business growth through a dedicated Blogger site.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pembuatan modul ajar manajemen acara berbasis proyek (project-based learning) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan praktis mahasiswa sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri. Berdasarkan analisa awal, pembelajaran manajemen acara di perguruan tinggi seringkali kurang efektif karena tidak terintegrasi dengan proyek nyata. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) dalam menyusun modul ajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa modul ajar yang diharapkan mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar, keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan kemampuan manajerial mahasiswa. Selain itu modul ini bisa menjadi referensi bagi dosen dalam mengadopsi pembelajaran berbasis proyek, memperkuat relevansi pendidikan dengan kebutuhan industri, serta mempersiapkan lulusan yang lebih kompeten dalam mata kuliah manajemen acara.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the quality of service at the Truntum Padang Hotel, based on room occupancydata from November 2022 to February 2023. The room occupancy rate at the Truntum Padang Hotel has decreased, evenin January it did not reach 50%. From February to April 2023, the Truntum Padang Hotel's room occupancy rate is unstableand still has not reached 90% according to management's target. Even though the Truntum Padang Hotel is the only hotelmanaged by a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) in Padang City. The main objective analysis in this research is to look atthe quality of service at the Truntum Padang Hotel. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research type of datasource used for both primary and secondary data. Purposive sampling was used as a sampling technique in this research,with a total sample of 100 respondents. Based on the results of a questionnaire using a Likert scale, it shows that the analysisof service quality at the Truntum Padang Hotel, seen from service quality indicators, has a percentage of 52%, namely atthe interval limit of 3, 26-4.00 in the satisfied category.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction at the Truntum Padang Hotel. This research method is quantitative descriptive, with the variables Service Quality and Consumer Satisfaction. The population in this study were guests who had stayed at the Truntum Padang Hotel in the period November 2022 to April 2023. The sampling technique used the incidental sampling method, that is, anyone who happened to meet the researcher could be used as a sample with a suitable category as a data source. The number of samples in this research was 100 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with an interval scale whose validity and reliability have been tested. Next, analyze the data using SPSS.

Abstract

Keterbatasan pengetahuan masyarakat Limau Manis hal ini termasuk anggota Forum Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kelurahan Limau Manis, dalam mengelola potensi ekowisata Puncak Labung Limau Manis menjadi sebuah daya tarik belum dapat dimaksimal dengan baik. Maka diperlukan solusi yang tepat untuk menjawab persoalan yang dialami anggota Forum Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kelurahan Limau Manis. Solusi dalam bentuk kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pendekatan yang digunakan Metode Service Learning (SL) melibatkan serangkaian langkah yang mengintegrasikan pembelajaran akademis dengan pelayanan sosial kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini berupa pelatihan sadar wisata bagi Forum Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kelurahan Limau Manis, pelatihan ini diharapkan akan memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan keterampilan di bidang pariwisata, terutama sadar wisata dan sapta pesona. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pentingnya Sapta Pesona dalam pengembangan ekowisata. Diharapkan, program serupa dapat dilaksanakan secara berkala untuk mendukung pengembangan ekowisata berbasis masyarakat yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini lakukan dengan tujuan membuat analisis SWOT perencanaan pariwisata pada kawasan yang dikelola oleh Forum Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Limau Manih, Kota Padang. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan Forum Group Discussion (FGD). Untuk mendapatkan informasi-informasi dalam perecanaan pariwisata digunakan analisis SWOT strengths (kekuatan), weaknesses (kelemahan), opportunities (peluang), dan threats (ancaman). untuk menyusun langkah-langkah pengembangan kawasan Puncak Labuang Limau Manis sebagai kawasan objek wisata di Kota Padang. Hasil dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berupa analisis SWOT perencanaan pariwisata untuk kawasan Puncak Labuang yang dikelola oleh Forum Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Limau Manih.
