Abstract

Machine operator experienced has a significant number of production defects and frequent failures to meet production targets. These issues are largely attributed to the high level of operator involvement in the production process, increasing the likelihood of human error. To address this, a Human Reliability Analysis (HRA) was conducted to identify factors contributing to human error and the associated risks of production defects. The analysis employed the Hierarchical Task Analysis (HTA) method to break down each task. Subsequently, Human Error Probability (HEP) and the Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique (HEART) were used to evaluate the likelihood of human error and overall human reliability. In the HEART method, the Assessed Proportion of Effect (APOE) value was determined through expert judgment. To mitigate the subjectivity in APOE determination, a modification using Fuzzy Linguistic Expression was applied

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of organizational communication in extra and intra-campus on students' public speaking skills . The research was conducted using quantitative research methods . The population used were students of the 2018 Stambuk Communication Science Department as many as 361 people at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UINSU) Medan , and using a purposive sampling technique , with the slovin formula with an error rate of 10% and the sample being studied was 79 respondents. through the distribution of questionnaires. The results of this study on the t test stated that organizational communication has a t count> T table (97.34 > 1.99125) with a significance level (0.05), then H0 is Rejected and Ha Accepted, meaning that communication extra and intra-campus organization affect the ability of public speaking students.

Abstract

Implementation of career guidance in SMEs requires supporting facilities so that the service objectives can be achieved effectively and efficiently. These facilities include not only physical infrastructure such as career guidance rooms and technology devices, but also resources such as reference materials and evaluation tools. Restricted facilities can hinder the process of optimum career planning for students. Availability of supporting facilities is essential in the implementation of career guidance in the middle school. The various stages in the implementation of the Pkm activities are: 1) Preparation, 2) Implementation, 3) Support, 4) Evaluation. As for the methods used to the goals of PKM are a) Lecture and class discussion; b) group discussion; c) questioning and answering. Results from the Pkm activities show that there are varying interests among the pupils in several professions. Polwan became the main choice with the number of fans reaching 13 (23.2%), followed by TNI as the second choice with 12 fans (21%). The doctor's profession ranks third with 8 fans (14.3%), while the police are in the fourth place with 7 fans (12.5%).

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

The contribution to the increase in CO2 emissions can come from all the activities of construction workers who use energy such as the procurement of building materials, the use of transportation fuels, the activity of using electricity, and the activity of using LPG. The carbon footprint is a measure of the total amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions originating from activities or the accumulation of daily activities. carbon footprint calculation using the IPCC 2006 method. The carbon footprint calculation results obtained from the development activities of the Miftahun Najah Islamic boarding school building in the procurement of building materials resulted in a carbon footprint of 2.8417 tons. CO2-eq, trucking activities, construction workers produced 550.7 tons. CO2-eq, the activity of using electricity produces a carbon footprint of 39.403 ton.CO2-eq/kWh, and the activity of using LPG produces a carbon footprint of 0.11 ton.CO2-eq. The purpose of measuring the quality of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) is to determine the concentration of CO2 during the development of buildings at the Miftahun Najah Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

The low academic achievement in pharmaceutical chemistry at the SMK level highlights the need for an in-depth examination of the psychological factors influencing student performance. This study aims to analyze the relationship between self-efficacy and anxiety with learning outcomes in pharmaceutical chemistry among 10th-grade students at SMK Negeri 3 Kesehatan dan Pekerjaan Sosial Mimika. The research employs a quantitative approach with a correlational survey design. A sample of 120 students was selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. The instruments used were self-efficacy and anxiety questionnaires, which were tested for validity and reliability, along with exam documentation for learning outcomes. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that self-efficacy was positively significantly related (r = 0.598; p < 0.001), while anxiety was negatively significantly related (r = -0.463; p = 0.001) to learning outcomes. These findings emphasize the importance of enhancing self-efficacy and managing anxiety within instructional strategies
