Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pesona Cahaya Gemilang di Serpong Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 47,9%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,297 > 2,002). Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 44,2%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,774 > 2,002). Pelatihan dan disiplin Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 7,453 + 0,417X1 + 0,413X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 62,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (47,956 > 2,770).

Virus corona 2019 sebuah nama baru yang diberikan oleh Wolrd Health Organization bagi pasien dengan infeksi virus novel corona 2019 yang pertama kali dilaporkan dari kota Wuhan, Cina pada akhir 2019. Pada tanggal 10 Januari 2020, etiologi penyakit ini diketahui pasti yaitu termasuk dalam virus ribonucleid acid yaitu virus corona jenis baru, betacorona virus dan satu kelompok dengan virus corona penyebab Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome dan Middle East Respiratory Syndrome. Batik Pandeglang merupakan salah satu kekayaan budaya Indonesia yang sudah ada sejak turun-temurun di masyarakat Banten. Batik yang terkenal dengan ciri khas yang unik ini masih banyak diproduksi secara tradisional dan dikembangkan ole desa setempat, salah satunya seperti yang dijumpai pada Desa Wisata Sukarame Banten. Yang masih giat memproduksi dan melestarikan warisan budaya ini meski keadaan sektor pariwisata masih belum ada pemulihan yang signifikan.Kata Kunci: Literasi Pemasaran, Pemasaran Digital, Batik Pandeglang Corona virus 2019 is a new name given by the World Health Organization to patients with infection with the 2019 novel corona virus which was first reported from the city of Wuhan, China at the end of 2019. On January 10, 2020, the etiology of this disease was known for sure, namely it was included in the ribonucleid acid virus. namely a new type of corona virus, betacorona virus and a group with the corona virus that causes Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome. Batik Pandeglang is one of Indonesia's cultural treasures that has existed for generations in Banten society. Batik, which is famous for its unique characteristics, is still widely produced traditionally and developed by local villages, one of which is found in the Sukarame Tourism Village, Banten. Those who are still active in producing and preserving this cultural heritage, even though the state of the tourism sector has not yet had a significant recovery.Keywords: Marketing Literacy, Digital Marketing, Batik Pandeglang

Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan tingkat pemahaman dan untuk memberikan ilmu pengetahuan kepada masyarakat yang ada di UCC (UMKM Center Cimanggis) Cimanggis, Depok, Jawa Barat. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk menambah pengetahuan mengenai jual beli online-shop berbasis website yang telah disediakan sebelumnya. Diharapkan dari hasil sosialisasi ini dapat memberikan pemahaman baru mengenai jual beli online, pengembangan jual beli online, dan pemahaman tentang jual beli online kepada masyarakat atau anggota UCC. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Metode ceramah digunakan dalam proses penyampaian materi pelatihan/sosialiasi. Sedangkan metode diskusi digunakan agar anggota UCC untuk bisa berdiskusi tentang bisnis online berdasarkan online shop berbasis website. Target luaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah 1) Anggota UCC Cimanggis mampu mengetahui bagaimana proses jual beli secara online; 2) Anggota UCC Cimanggis mendapatkan infromasi tentang cara menggunakan website dalam jual beli online. 3) Masyarakat nantinya mampu mengembangkan bisnis jual beli online berbasis website

The aim is to determine the effect of vocabulary mastery and motivation to improve descriptive writing skills. Writing must be applied in class according to the right formula and obtained through practice. The accuracy of this learning formulation requires motivation because it will be able to improve the quality of student learning more diligently when they have high motivation. Motivation can always determine the intensity of learning efforts and learning achievement for students. This research was conducted in class XI SMA Negeri in Purwakarta District, Purwakarta Administrative City, West Java Province, for the 2017/2018 academic year. In this area, there are 2 public high schools that will be used as sources of research data, namely SMA Negeri 2 Purwakarta and SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta. The method used is a survey with a questionnaire on 60 randomly selected students. The results of this activity have a significant effect on the use of learning motivation on students' descriptive text writing skills as evidenced by the value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05. There is a significant influence between vocabulary mastery on students' descriptive text writing skills which is indicated by the value of sig. -0.010 < 0.05. And, there is a significant effect of using learning motivation and vocabulary mastery on students' descriptive text writing skills with a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05.

The purpose of its study was to determine reading habits toward English speaking skills. The research method used was a survey to determine the effect of reading habits on English speaking skills. Regarding data of reading habits were obtained through a questionnaire compiled by researcher. Meanwhile, regarding data of English speaking skill was secondary, it obtained the results of the students' scores from the English teacher. The results of the analysis show that 1) there is an effect of a positive influence between reading habits on the speaking skills of students at SMA Negeri 99 Jakarta. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient rcount of 0.739 which is more than the r table, namely rxy = 0.739> t 0.5 (1:30) = 0.349. The t value is then consulted on the t value table, and the results show at the 5% level t table 0.5 (1:28) = 2.048. These results indicate that the t test is more than t table. 2) The effect of two variables is expressed by the linear regression line equation with Ŷ = a + b X, namely Ŷ = 18.90 + 0.92 X. This equation shows that every one unit increase in the reading habit variable (X) scores on speaking skill (Y) is 18.90 in the constant 0.92. 3) The effort to find out whether or not the reading habit variable has an effect on the speaking skill variable can be shown by using one predictor regression analysis which results in a value of 2.23. 4) The value of the frequency was consulted with the Fisher (F) table on the value generated by the dkerror of 12 and dktc of 16, and the results showed 2.60. This means that the hypothesis, there is a positive influence between reading habits on the speaking skill of students at SMA Negeri 99 Jakarta has been proven. Thus, the analysis in this thesis is significant.

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide soybean nursery business management training to help reduce the rate of soybean imports in Indonesia and provide soybean nursery training using F.T.A Serum to empower the people of Purwakarta. The method used in this community service activity is training and program socialization carried out by the community service team as well as assistance in evaluating activities. In addition, the service team also provides assistance to the management of soybean cultivation to the community, especially soybean business actors by using different planting media. The next method is to provide information related to soybean seeding by experts from PT. Dwitunggal Nusa Mandiri and conducts nursery business management training for business actors as well as human resource management. The result of this community service activity is that the management of the soybean nursery business using F.T.A serum has succeeded in increasing the number of harvests in each period. The community gave a very positive response to this community service activity because this activity was very beneficial for soybean business actors in Purwakarta..

This descriptive qualitative research aimed to know the strength and weakness of Oxford English Textbook “Aim High 5” By Susan Iannuzzi and Paul Kelly Based on the 2013 Curriculum. The data sources are the 2013 Curriculum, syllabus, scientific approach, Aim High 5. The resources are analyzed, examined, and explored. The results show that the scientific approach method, one of the teaching methods in the 2013 Curriculum, is found in every unit of the reading text. Moreover, the reading texts are presented in systematic way, it can be seen from all the sections in reading texts. There are 4 subtopic steps or activities in reading sections: 1). Before reading, 2). Read, 3). Understanding ideas, and 4). Vocabulary. It seems that the authors prepare the textbook well, which can be seen from the connectivity of the material, extended exercise, interesting story in every reading text. On the contrary, the weakness of “Aim High 5” Based on the 2013 Curriculum including the steps of reading sections, which are a bit monotone. It can be seen that all units, from unit 1 to 10 has the same steps such as before reading, read, understanding ideas, vocabulary. Moreover, many of vocabularies are unfamiliar, that rarely heard by some of the students especially the students who live in countryside or village, and the students who do not have access to internet and library. Likewise, structure or sentences are sometime little bit difficult to understand by them. It is because the English is the foreigner language in Indonesia, so the knowledge of the English is limited according to some area in Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion on employee performance at PT. Beringin Life in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 60 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research variable of job promotion obtained an average score of 3,368 with good criteria. Employee performance variable obtained an average score of 3.833 with good criteria. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.840 + 0.846X, and the correlation coefficient is 0.705 or has a strong relationship with a determination value of 49.8%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan store atmosphere terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Pigeonhole Coffee di Bintaro Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 42,0%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,247 > 1,986). Store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 36,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,390 > 1,986). Promosi dan store atmosphere secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 12,134 + 0,377X1 + 0,327X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 48,8%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (44,290 > 2,700).

This research is aimed to get emperical data and analyze the effects of vocabulary and grammar mastery on writing skill in descriptive text at private junior high schools in Serang Banten. This research is done by Kolmogorov-Smirnov method, ANOVA Table, Proportional Correct for testing the item difficulties, by biserial coefficient, and by Kuder Richarsson testing. The research was held at Privates Junior High Schools in Serang Banten. Data collective done by giving test for writing skill (make a composition or an essay about an object description), test for vocabulary mastery (multiplechoice/ 35 items), and test for grammar mastery (multiplechoice/ 35 items) given to class at MTs Al Ma’arif, MTs Nurul Basmallah and MTs Nurul Huda. The result of study identifies there are effects between Vocabulary and Grammar Mastery towards Student’s Writing Skill in Descriptive Text (Fo = 18.748 and Sig = 0,000 < 0,05; coefficient of 0.666 and the coefficient determination of 81.5%). There is effect of Vocabulary Mastery towards Student’s Writing Skill in Descriptive Text (Sig = 0.026 < 0,05 and ttest = 2,301; while ttable = 1,88). There is effect of Grammar Mastery towards writing skill in Descriptive Text (Sig = 0.002 < 0,05 and ttest = 3,656 while ttable = 1,88).
