Abstract

The study of mophology, morphometry and alometry of Uca perplexa, one of fiddler crabs that dominated at mangrove vegetation in Pulau Baii of Bengkulu have been conducted. We measured morphometric characters including body weight and sizes of carapace, abdomen, chelae, frontal, eyebrow and eye stalk. The result showed Uca perplexa live at sandy mud substrate and made burrow around mangrove roots. Uca perplexa have back carapace with some horizontal white strips. Carapace was acute and straight at anteriolateral part and rounded at dorsolateral. Their foot color usually brown although some of them were grey, were also found. The male (2.4±0.96 g) has higher of body weight than female (0.77±0.23 g) caused by dimorphism of chelae in male. Carapace width of male and female were 14.74±4.42 mm and 10.42±3.24 mm, respectively. As for abdomen width of male was 5.16±1.61 mm and of female was 6.58±1.38 mm. The length of major chelae was 44.66±9.22 mm as minor chelae was 10.50±0.49 mm. The frontal length of male was 3.44± 0.44 mm as for female was 2.83±0.69 mm. The eyebrows were narrow with eye stalks length for male and female were 6.50±2.46 and 4.20±0.92, respectively. Alometric analysis showed that Uca perplexa either male or female has growth pattern with negative alometry (b<3). It suggest the increase of body weight in Uca perplexa is slower than the increase of size of its carapace, abdomen and chelae. Keywords : Uca perplexa, fiddler carb, morphometry, alometry, bengkulu

Abstract

This study aims to determine the species of Liana plants found in Educational Forest of Muhammadiyah University of Centre Bengkulu withinConservation Forest of Bukit Barisan located in Kepahyang Regency of Bengkulu Province. This survey method research was conducted on March-April 2017. Sampling was collected in the plots placed along transect line in the forest which have temperature range from 27–31OC and humidity range 76-87%. The result found that of 20 Liana plants species belong to 9 families. Asteraceae family consist of 1 species of Mikania micrantha, family Araceae consist of 1 species of Pothos scandens, family Convolvulaceae consist of 4 species namely Ipomoea triloba, Ipomoea cairica, Merremia peltata, Merremia vitifolia, family Dioscorea consist of 1 species of Dioscorea hispida, family Fabaceae consist of 2 species of Calopogonium mucunoides, Centrosema pubescens, family Menispermaceae consist of 3 species of Cyclea barbata, Pericampylus glaucus, Tinospora crispa, family Palmae cinsist of 4 species namely Calamus caesius, Calamus manan, Daemonorops sabut, Korthalsia rigida, famili Piperaceae consist of 3 species of Piper betle, Piper nigrum, Piper ornatum, family Schizaeaceae consist of 1 species of Lygodium flexuosum.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there is a simultaneous and partial influence of employee reward variables, material incentives and non-material incentives on job satisfaction at RSJT Pekanbaru Hospital. The research method used is quantitative, namely research that aims to explain the relationship between employee placement variables, material incentives and non-material incentives and job satisfaction variables. All research variables are reduced to several research indicators and indicators are reduced to research instruments. The research population was all staff of the General Administration and Finance Section of RSJT, totaling 72 people. Considering the population was less than 100, the entire population was used as respondents. To collect data using a questionnaire distribution technique, with the consideration that respondents did not have time to be interviewed and were able to understand the substance of the questionnaire. The analytical technique used to analyze research data is the Multiple Liner Regression statistical technique and uses SPSS version 22. From the research results it was found that employee placement has a significant effect on job satisfaction of RSJT non-medical employees; providing material incentives has a significant effect on job satisfaction of RSJT non-medical employees; providing non-material incentives has a significant effect on job satisfaction of RSJT non-medical employees; and employee placement, material incentives and non-material incentives have a significant effect on job satisfaction of nonmedical employees together. It is recommended that the leadership of RSJT Pekanbaru, 1) consider the suitability of employee placement with the education, skills and work experience of non-medical employees; 2) Adjusting the provision of material incentives to employee expectations and needs and related to employee morale; 3) Provision of non-material incentives must be in accordance with work performance and employee needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Cahaya Indah Sangsurya Pekanbaru, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kontraktor alat berat/doser dan sewa perkapalan sejak tahun 1992. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengembangan karir dan remunerasi, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT Cahaya Indah Sangsurya Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 110 orang. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Slovin, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 86 orang yang menjadi responden. Sumber data berasal dari responden yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang diolah dengan SPSS versi 26 dengan model analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir  dan remunerasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Cahaya Indah Sangsurya Pekanbaru dengan nilai Fhitung 51,357 sedangkan F­tabel sebesar 3,11, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Selain itu, pengaruh secara parsial juga menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, di mana pengaruh terbesar adalah variabel remunerasi dengan regresi sebesar 0,519, dengan thitung sebesar 6,447, dan signifikansi 0,000; sedangkan variabel pengembangan karir memiliki regresi sebesar 0,214, thitung sebesar 6,447 dan signifikansi 0,008.  Secara keseluruhan disimpulkan bahwa kedua variabel berkontribusi sebesar 54,2% terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, sedangkan 45,8% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang berada di luar model penelitian ini. Dengan demikian ada keterkaitan yang erat antara kepuasan kerja PT Cahaya Indah Sangsurya Pekanbaru dengan pengembangan karir dan remunerasi

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and see the influence of marketing ability and creativity and innovation on the success of community MSMEs (study on MSMEs fostered by PT. Pertamina RU II Sei Pakning). Sampling was done by proportional stratified random sampling. Methods of data collection is done by observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results showed that the marketing ability of MSMEs was still constrained in terms of distribution. The creativity of MSMEs is also not so good, because of the doubts of MSMEs to produce new products and the lack of ability to find solutions to the problems they face. The results of the study also stated that the ability of marketing, creativity and innovation to have a positive and significant influence on the success of MSMEs fostered by PT. Pertamina RU II Sei Pakning.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and motivation on employee organizational commitment at BPJS Employment Panam Pekanbaru Branch. This study uses organizational culture and motivation as independent variables, and employee organizational commitment as dependent variables. This study uses a quantitative method. The research sample was 53 respondents, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data obtained was analyzed using SPSS. The results of the study show that the organizational culture and motivation at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Panam Pekanbaru are categorized as strong/good, and the organizational commitment of employees is categorized as quite good. The results of hypothesis testing show that organizational culture has an influence on employee organizational commitment. Providing motivation has an influence on the commitment of the employee organization. Simultaneously, organizational culture and motivation affect the organizational commitment of employees at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Panam Pekanbaru. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional sebagai strategi dalam mempertahankan komitmen organisasi di PT. Bumi Siak Pusako. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan perusahaan terdiri dari 18 pernyataan. Sampel terdapat 72 responden karyawan dari populasi sebanyak 259 karyawan. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Analisis data meliputi : uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji normalitas, uji regresi linier sederhana,uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan iklim organisasi sebagai strategi mempertahankan komitmen organisasi pada PT. Bumi Siak Pusako, (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional sebagai strategi mempertahankan komitmen organisasi pada PT. Bumi Siak Pusako, dan (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan iklim organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional sebagai strategi mempertahankan komitmen organisasi pada PT. Bumi Siak Pusako.

Abstract

Financial literacy enables MSMEs to adopt financial technology, manage risks effectively, and adapt to market changes, increasing their competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market, especially in the digital era. This study aims to measure the influence of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and financial capital on business sustainability in the modern-based traditional market street vendor sector in Kuantan. This study uses a quantitative approach where primary data is collected through surveys and questionnaires from 77 respondents. Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical techniques are used to process the data. The results confirm the significant influence of financial literacy on business sustainability, both directly and indirectly through financial capital. Furthermore, there is an insignificant influence on business sustainability variables through financial capital. Therefore, there is an influence originating from other variables outside the study. The results also show that the intervening variables here have a significant influence on business sustainability variables. Therefore, it can be concluded that the higher the financial literacy of traditional market street vendors, the better the business sustainability will be.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap turnover intention karyawan, dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening, pada PT. Prima Printis Cabang Pematang Reba, Rengat. Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset krusial bagi perusahaan, namun tantangan turnover intention dapat menghambat operasional dan produktivitas. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional diyakini mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan meningkatkan retensi karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 66 karyawan PT. Prima Printis Cabang Pematang Reba, Rengat. Analisisdata menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui perangkat lunakSmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan (T-statistic = 3.944, P-value = 0.000), dengan pengaruh sebesar 83.9% terhadap variabel turnover intention. Selain itu, kepemimpinan transformasional juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi (T-statistic = 12.860, P-value = 0.000). Komitmen organisasi terbukti memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap turnover intention karyawan (T-statistic = 3.031, P-value = 0.001). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kualitas kepemimpinan transformasional dan penguatankomitmen organisasi dapat secara efektif mengurangi niat karyawan untuk meninggalkan perusahaan, sehingga menjaga stabilitas tenaga kerja dan mendukung pencapaian tujuan perusahaan.
