Abstract

This inventory information system provides several facilities that can be used by the manager, including: input of item data, delete item search item, and item data inventory report, item inventory system at the Electrical Engineering Workshop - STTR CEPU aims to facilitate the laboratory manager in data collection goods, both complementary goods or consumables, which are web-based, for example inputting new goods or damaged goods, can be done online, and the number of goods will be automatically entered in the database, without us adding up the goods manually, search results for item data more easily fast, accurate, and the results of reports that can be downloaded in PDF type, and can be printed. The purpose of the research is to increase efficiency in managing computerized laboratory inventory so that it can support the performance of lab managers, Archives and Electrical Engineering workshops, Designing this application using language programming PHP, CSS, HTML, Windows 10 64 bit Operating System, Visual Studio Code software version 1.69.1, Xampp Server version 1.7.7, PHP version 7.3.2, Bootstrap version 5.0, Google Chrome, 000webhost. Abstract

SMK Al Muhammad Cepu telah menerapkan teknologi internet dan jaringan komputer. Jumlah siswa saat ini adalah 78 siswa dan 2 orang guru atau SysAdmin yang bertanggung jawab atas sistem jaringan Laboratorium Komputer di SMK Al Muhammad Cepu. Topologi yang digunakan adalah tipe starbus dengan 1 unit komputer server dan 16 client yang terkoneksi dengan layanan internet dari ISP (Internet Service Provider) Axis. Setiap komputer client hanya digunakan oleh 1 siswa dan komputer server digunakan oleh seorang guru atau SysAdmin. Sistem jaringan komputer dan internet SMK Al Muhammad Cepu saat ini belum menerapkan content filtering terutama untuk materi negatif dan website. Website konten negatif yang sering dikunjungi siswa SMK Al Muhammad Cepu adalah situs porno yang belum diblokir oleh penyedia layanan jaringan atau ISP (Internet Service Provider). Untuk mencegah hal tersebut diperlukan suatu sistem penyaringan materi dan website negatif dari internet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan proxy server sebagai content filtering menggunakan Linux Debian Buster. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa daftar website negatif dan kata negatif dari internet dan topologi jaringan SMK Al Muhammad Cepu yang telah mendapatkan izin dari pihak sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC). Tahapan metode NDLC adalah sebagai berikut: Analisis, Perancangan, Simulasi Prototipe, Implementasi, Monitoring, dan Manajemen. Melalui analisis deskriptif pengujian fungsional, sistem server proxy yang diimplementasikan memperoleh tingkat kelayakan 100%, yang membuktikan bahwa sistem server proxy tersebut cocok untuk penggunaan umum. Abstract

Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Ronggolawe merupakan salah satu institusi pendidikan tinggi, yang mengalami hambatan dalam efisiensi administrasi, karena masih mengandalkan dokumen fisik dan semi-digital, sehingga proses pencarian memakan waktu 8–12 menit, rawan kehilangan, dan tidak mendukung pelaporan akreditasi. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Arsip (SIMA) berbasis Progressive Web App (PWA) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, dan mendukung kesiapan dokumen akreditasi. Metode yang digunakan mengikuti model waterfall, dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan arsitektur, implementasi dengan PHP Native, MySQL, dan PWA, hingga uji coba fungsional dan user acceptance menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Hasil pengujian dari 2 orang unit Biro Administrasi Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan (BAAK), 2 orang Biro Administrasi Umum (BAU), 2 orang dosen, 2 orang tenaga kependidikan, serta 1 orang pimpinan institusi) menunjukkan penurunan waktu akses arsip menjadi rata-rata 3,2 detik, keberhasilan pencarian 92%, dan skor TAM 4,3 untuk kegunaan, serta 4,1 untuk kemudahan penggunaan. Sistem ini diharapkan mempercepat layanan administrasi, memfasilitasi penyusunan laporan akreditasi, serta menjaga kelangsungan riwayat arsip institusi secara digital

Abstract

Digital music streaming services are increasingly popular and have become part of the lifestyle of modern society. One of the important factors that influence user comfort and satisfaction in using digital music applications is the interface design (user interface). This study aims to determine the effect of interface design (UI) on the experience (UX) of listening to music online. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique on 100 respondents who are active users of Spotify, JOOX, and YouTube Music. The independent variable studied is interface design, while the dependent variable is user experience. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that the average overall score reached 4.26 which is included in the "very good" category, with scores such as: interactive feature aspects (score 4.45), visual appearance (score 4.35), ease of navigation (score 4.20), etc., This proves that interface design has a significant influence on the music listening experience and plays an important role in creating a positive user experience.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah mendorong transformasi pembelajaran ke arah digital, terutama melalui platform belajar online. Namun, banyaknya pilihan platform menimbulkan tantangan tersendiri dalam memilih yang paling tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dalam membantu pengambilan keputusan pemilihan platform belajar online di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Lima kriteria utama digunakan dalam evaluasi, yaitu kemudahan penggunaan, kelengkapan materi, efektivitas penyampaian, harga, dan interaktivitas. Alternatif platform yang dianalisis meliputi Ruangguru, Zenius, Quipper, dan Google Classroom. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ruangguru memperoleh skor tertinggi sebesar 0,91, menandakan bahwa platform ini paling sesuai berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa metode SAW dapat digunakan secara efektif dalam pengambilan keputusan multikriteria yang transparan dan objektif di lingkungan pendidikan digital.

Abstract

Abstract The selection of agricultural land that matches crop characteristics is a crucial factor in improving productivity and sustainability in Indonesia's agricultural sector. This study aims to develop and implement the Profile Matching method in a decision support system to provide optimal recommendations for agricultural land selection. The Profile Matching method is used because it systematically and objectively compares the ideal crop requirements with the actual land conditions. This research involves identifying land criteria and sub-criteria such as soil texture, pH, nutrient content, rainfall, temperature, and topography, which are then analyzed using gap calculation stages, weighting, and grouping into core and secondary factors. The results show that the Profile Matching method is effective in ranking land suitability, thereby assisting farmers and policymakers in determining the best land for specific crops. The developed system provides a data-driven solution that minimizes subjectivity in decision-making and supports efforts to improve efficiency and productivity in sustainable agriculture.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis on social media, especially Twitter, is an effective method to understand public opinion towards political events such as the inauguration of President Prabowo. This study aims to identify the sentiment of the Indonesian people regarding the inauguration of President Prabowo through machine learning-based sentiment analysis using the Multinomial Naïve Bayes algorithm. Data was collected from Twitter with relevant keywords and hashtags, covering the time span before and after the inauguration to capture the dynamics of sentiment changes. The preprocessing process was carried out through text cleaning, removing stop words, tokenization, and stemming to improve model accuracy. The classification results show the distribution of public sentiment, with the majority being neutral (52.63%), followed by positive sentiment (42.98%), and negative (4.39%). The model achieved an accuracy of 75%, showing quite good performance for short text classification. The contribution of this study lies in the application of sentiment analysis to the specific event of the inauguration of the President of Indonesia, with a focus on the critical period before and after the inauguration, which has not been widely studied before. The novelty of this study is the use of real-time Twitter data related to current political events (inauguration of President Prabowo), as well as the emphasis on neutral sentiment which provides a deeper dimension to public understanding. It is hoped that these findings can be the basis for designing more effective public communication strategies on social media.Keywords: naïve bayes, prabowo presidential inauguration, twitter, sentiment analysis

Abstract

Academic stress classification is a significant challenge in education, as previous approaches often rely on opaque models or require large training datasets. This study develops a hybrid expert system for academic stress classification using forward chaining and Certainty Factor (CF) score fallback. The system was tested on 100 student cases with the following label distributions: Mild (48), Moderate (37), and High (13), classified independently by three experts. Label validity was tested using pairwise Cohen's kappa, yielding a mean value of 0.8280. The system achieved 100% accuracy, a 32% improvement over the classical forward chaining baseline (68%). Statistical evaluation using Wilson score intervals demonstrated high consistency across all key metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score) with a 95% CI of [96.4%, 100%]. The system is designed with an explicit and auditable rule structure, enabling deterministic classification based on symptoms. Although validation results are high, the unbalanced label distribution opens up the potential for spectrum bias. Going forward, the system is planned to be tested across institutions, assessed for integration with counseling services, and compared with other hybrid approaches.

Abstract

Tobacco plants have high economic value, but their productivity is often threatened by various diseases that can harm farmers. Lack of knowledge in diagnosing diseases accurately and limited access to agricultural experts are major obstacles in controlling diseases. To overcome this problem, an expert system based on the forward chaining method was developed that is able to diagnose tobacco plant diseases based on observed symptoms. This system matches symptoms with rules in the knowledge base to produce an accurate diagnosis. The test results showed that the system had 100% accuracy on the five tobacco plant data sets tested. This success shows the potential of expert systems as an effective tool to increase tobacco plant productivity and facilitate decision making in the field.

Abstract

The Basic Food Program is one of the Indonesian government's alternative programs for distributing aid to underprivileged or poor communities. A selection process needs to be carried out to determine recipients of basic food assistance. Decision Support Systems are effective systems used to produce calculations with output in the form of rankings. The methods that are quite widely used are the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). This research aims to apply the SAW and TOPSIS methods in selecting aid recipients so that appropriate results are obtained which can be proposed as solutions to decision-making problems. There are 6 criteria used in this case, including: residence, occupation of the head of the family, type of floor, type of wall, place to urinate, lighting source. The data used as a test is data from the Banyuurip village community in 2023. The calculation process is carried out by finding the weight value of each alternative for each criterion. The selected aid recipients are those who have the greatest value as the best alternative. From the calculation results of the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) and TOPSIS methods, the calculation results of the two methods were obtained. The alternative with the largest value or rank 1 produced by SAW and TOPSIS was both selected as alternative A10. Of the 12 data tested, SAW and TOPSIS have 50% similar alternative ranking results, including: rank 1 = A10, rank 5 = A9, rank 7 = A7, rank 8 = A6, rank 11 = A2, and rank 12 = A12. The SAW method gets better results compared to the TOPSIS method, because it gets precise, stable results and shorter processing time.
