Abstract

This research is a part of the implementation of e-procurement in CV. W3 Indonesia. The procurement was done conventionally using paper forms which were filled and submitted to the supervisor to get approval. After that, the purchasing department would purchase the items ordered. The design and implementation of this e-procurement resulted a system that is able to improve efficiency procurement processes time, and reduce operational costs by eliminating paper that was originally used as a medium for communication and verification.

Abstract

At this time the use of technology is very important to support a company's business processes so that companies can gain a competitive advantage. PT Happy Bangunnusa is a company that wants to apply technology in running its business. PT Happy Bangunnusa is a company engaged in the construction sector with a focus on community development and irrigation. Currently, PT Bahagia Bangunnusa is still manually managing the goods it owns, so that it sees the risk of errors in recording the entry and exit of goods. To be able to manage the goods owned by PT Bahagia Bangunnusa, an inventory management system is needed by applying QR Code technology which can facilitate the process of collecting data on the goods owned. Therefore, the research carried out is the application of web-based QR Code technology to the inventory management system at the PT Bahagia Bangunnusa warehouse. The results of the application of web-based QR Code technology on the inventory management system at the PT Bahagia Bangunnusa warehouse can increase the effectiveness of the business processes carried out and assist in the management of goods owned by PT Bahagia Bangunnusa.

Abstract

Sebagai Institusi Pendidikan, UPH melihat peranan teknologi sebagai aspek pendukung yang penting dalam melangsungkan aktivitas rutin proses pendidikan. UPH membutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola informasi dengan baik dan efektif, disetiap departemen yang ada. Student Life merupakan salah satu departemen di UPH yang bertanggung jawab untuk setiap kegiatan kemahasiswaan yang berlangsung di UPH. Student Life memiliki 3 divisi yaitu Student Services, Student Stewardship, dan Spiritual Growth for Student. Divisi Student Stewardship memiliki bagian fokus nya masing-masing, salah satunya bertanggung jawab serta melangsungkan wisuda di UPH. Selama melaksanakan proses registrasi, panitia wisuda menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk keperluan registrasi dan pengolahan data. Panitia wisuda perlu menyesuaikan data Microsoft Excel yang diberikan oleh ADAK untuk mendapatkan gambaran seberapa banyak data winisudawan yang akan diwisudakan. Sistem akan dirancang berbasis web untuk sisi admin dan mobile untuk sisi user. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan sistem yang berfungsi untuk mendukung proses kegiatan wisuda di Universitas Pelita Harapan secara efisien. Penelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk membantu proses sistem registrasi dan manajemen data winisuda bagi divisi Student Stewardship untuk menunjang perkembangan dari kegiatan wisuda di Universitas Pelita Harapan.

Abstract

In the current information technology era, knowledge management plays a critical role in the growth and success of enterprises. Knowledge management techniques are not used in the same manner as previously due to advancements in technology. Current knowledge management practices can benefit greatly from the application of emerging technological trends like web 2.0, social networks, wikis and blogs, discussion forums, and artificial intelligence. This will increase organizational performance and efficiency. The purpose of this study is to investigate the growing influence of knowledge management techniques on organizational effectiveness. This study examines earlier research on the subject of how organizational performance is impacted by emerging trends in knowledge management strategies. The literature review approach, or literature study from earlier research publications linked to this topic, was the research method used in this study. The research findings are presented in the form of a model, which suggests that increasing organizational performance and competitiveness is positively and significantly correlated with the introduction of new trends in knowledge management methods. Organizations can increase their performance and competitiveness in a market that is becoming more and more competitive by implementing effective knowledge management methods, according to the implications of this research.

Abstract

Abstract :  At this time, a business operating model that is growing is E-commerce.. E-commerce is a way of shopping online, facilitating the buying and selling goods and services to ease daily life. In Lahat Regency, many residents work as rice and coffee farmers, organized under an entity known as the Farmers' Group Association (GAPOKTAN) of Lahat Regency. GAPOKTAN manages all the harvests produced by the rice and coffee farmers. The harvests are traditionally sold through stores, where buyers visit to select and purchase the produce. Implementing e-commerce within GAPOKTAN Lahat Regency can be a viable solution to enhance the efficiency of the sales and purchasing processes. This research is designed using the Rapid Application Development methodology with a prototyping approach, utilizing the PHP programming language. The system design is modeled using UML, including class, use case, and activity diagrams. The expected outcome of this research is a system that improves the trading process and data management for rice and coffee through E-commerce in GAPOKTAN Lahat Regency. Abstrak:  Pada saat ini, model operasi bisnis yang sedang berkembang adalah E-commerce. E-commerce adalah salah satu cara berbelanja secara online, yang dapat mempermudah kita dalam pembelian dan penjualan barang dan jasa yang dapat memudahkan kita dalam kehidupan. Di Kabupaten Lahat masih banyak masyarakat yang bermata pencaharian sebagai petani beras dan kopi, dimana para petani ini memiliki suatu organisasi yang dikenal dengan sebutan Gabungan Kelompok Tani (GAPOKTAN) Kabupaten Lahat. GAPOKTAN mengelola semua hasil panen yang dihasilkan oleh para petani beras dan kopi. Hasil panen dari bertani tersebut dijual oleh GAPOKTAN dengan cara menjual ke toko dan pembeli datang ke toko untuk memilih dan membeli hasil panen tesebut. Penerapan teknologi yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas proses penjualan dan pembelian yaitu dengan menerapkan E-commerce pada GAPOKTAN Kabupaten Lahat. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metodologi Rapid Application Develompent dengan metode prototyping melalui bahasa pemrograman PHP. Pemodelan yang digunakan untuk merancang sistem yaitu dengan menggunakan UML yang mencakup class diagram, use case diagram, dan activity diagram. Hasil yang akan didapat melalui penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem yang dapat meningkatkan proses jual beli dan pendataan beras dan kopi menggunakan E-commerce di GAPOKTAN Kabupaten Lahat.

Abstract

Setiap kendaraan, termasuk mobil, memerlukan perawatan dan perbaikan secara berkala. Saat ini, sebagian besar bengkel mobil hanya menyediakan dua metode pemesanan layanan, yaitu melalui sambungan telepon atau dengan kunjungan langsung ke lokasi bengkel. Metode pemesanan tersebut masih bersifat manual dan belum efisien, karena bergantung pada interaksi manusia yang berisiko menimbulkan kesalahan (human error), serta kurang praktis karena memakan waktu dan tenaga. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan bengkel, dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang mampu mengintegrasikan proses pemesanan layanan, pengaturan jadwal servis, penyampaian keluhan pelanggan, estimasi biaya servis, hingga koneksi dengan sistem pembayaran. Selain itu, sistem tersebut juga harus dapat mengoordinasikan berbagai aktivitas lain di dalam bengkel, seperti pengelolaan daftar layanan servis, data karyawan, informasi pelanggan, serta inventaris suku cadang. Sistem informasi pengelolaan servis mobil ini dikembangkan dengan pendekatan Rapid Application Development (RAD), khususnya melalui metode prototyping. Untuk perancangan sistem, digunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dengan menyusun beberapa diagram, seperti use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram, dan table relationship diagram. Proses pengembangan sistem didasarkan pada data yang diperoleh melalui studi pustaka, wawancara dengan pihak bengkel, serta survei kepada pelanggan. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi berbasis web untuk pengelolaan layanan servis mobil. Sistem ini dirancang untuk diakses oleh lima tipe pengguna, yaitu super admin, admin servis, petugas layanan pelanggan, kasir, dan pelanggan. Sistem yang dibangun diharapkan dapat mendukung dan mengoptimalkan proses bisnis yang berlangsung di bengkel mobil.

Abstract

Transformasi industri berbasis digital menuntut penguatan literasi digital dan keterampilan kreatif di seluruh sektor pendidikan. Keterampilan dalam pembuatan website dan desain konten digital menjadi esensial untuk mendukung pembangunan industri yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini berbasis pada kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Pendidikan Integral untuk Semua (PINUS), dengan tujuan meningkatkan keterampilan digital peserta didik melalui pelatihan berbasis WordPress dan Canva. Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan pelatihan berbasis proyek serta evaluasi melalui survei kepuasan peserta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam membangun situs web sederhana dan menghasilkan desain visual kreatif. Tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap program tercatat sangat tinggi, dengan rata-rata skor 5 pada skala 1–5. Selain itu, peserta menunjukkan antusiasme dalam mengembangkan portofolio digital pribadi sebagai sarana personal branding untuk memperluas peluang ekonomi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pendekatan praktis dalam literasi digital dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam mendukung tujuan Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 9, khususnya dalam memperkuat kapasitas inovasi dan keberlanjutan industri di masa depan.

Abstract

Efficient online transactions now thrive through websites (e-commerce) and mobile apps (m-commerce). With the growth of m-commerce, marketers aim to boost profits by understanding impulsive buying behavior. This study investigates factors influencing online impulse buying (OIB) in m-commerce by analyzing key variables. Data were gathered via questionnaires from 449 Indonesian consumers who had made digital payments and impulsive purchases using smartphones. The framework includes sales promotion (SP), attractive advertising (EA), and mobile digital payment systems (MDPS) as situational factors; hedonic shopping motivation (HSM) as a motivational factor; and impulsiveness (I) and smartphone addiction (SA) as personal traits. Analysis used partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), with gender, income, and smartphone usage time as control variables. Results show that EA, MDPS, HSM, I, and SA significantly influence OIB, while SP does not. For consumer segmentation, t-distributed stochastic neighbor embedding (t-SNE) outperformed ISOmap and principal component analysis (PCA), achieving a silhouette score of 0.72. A paired t-test (p<0.01) confirmed t-SNE’s superior clustering accuracy. These findings reveal that t-SNE better captures consumer segmentation patterns, helping businesses refine marketing strategies and deepen their understanding of psychological drivers behind impulsive m-commerce purchases.

Abstract

In the era of rapid digital transformation, Information Technology (IT) companies are increasingly challenged to manage large and complex datasets efficiently. This study investigates the implementation of cloud-based information management systems as a strategic approach to improving work efficiency within IT companies. A mixed-method approach was adopted, combining quantitative data from system performance metrics and employee productivity reports with qualitative insights obtained from surveys and in-depth interviews with employees and managers. The results show a significant improvement in work efficiency, with a 30% decrease in system response time and a 25% increase in employee productivity. Additionally, qualitative findings indicate enhanced employee satisfaction, better collaboration, and more effective decision-making due to improved data accessibility and streamlined workflows. The integration of cloud-based systems with existing IT infrastructure is also identified as a critical factor for the success of such implementations. These findings highlight that cloud technology not only addresses operational challenges but also supports broader strategic goals. The study recommends IT companies invest in employee training, robust data security measures, and seamless integration strategies to fully leverage the potential of cloud-based information management in optimizing performance and maintaining competitiveness.
