Abstract

Coronavirus-19 (COVID) telah dinyatakan sebagai pandemi dunia oleh WHO (WHO,2020). Presiden Republik Indonesia telah menyatakan status penyakit ini menjadi tahap Tanggap Darurat pada tanggal 17 Maret 2020. Pengetahuan terkait pencegahan dan penanganan COVID-19 perlu di sebar luaskan untuk menekan angka penyebaran COVID-19 mengingat peyebaran virus ini antar manusia ke manusia. Kejadian COVID-19 di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) juga mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan sejak diumumkannya kasus positif pertama pada tanggal 24 Maret 2020. Hingga 21 April 2020, kasus COVID-19 di NTB adalah 108 orang dengan 11 orang dinyatakan sembuh dan 4 orang meninggal dunia. Adapun sebaran kejadian tiap kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat adalah Kota Mataram 43 kasus, Kabupaten Lombok Timur 19 kasus, Kabupaten Lombok Barat 11 kasus, Kabupaten Bima 9 kasus, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah dan Kabupaten Sumbawa masing-masing 9 kasus, Kabupaten Lombok Utara 3 kasus, Kota Bima 2 kasus, serta Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat dan Kabupaten Dompu masing-masing 1 kasus (Pemprov NTB. 2020). .Efek yang di timbulkan oleh virus ini biasanya relatif tidak membahayakan namun akan sangat berbahaya jika terinfeksi pada agregat balita, anak-anak dan lansia mengingat sistem imun dari masing-masing agregat tersebut belum sempurna dan telah terjadi degenerasi pada agregat lansia. Oleh karena itu perlu diadakan penyuluhan kesehatan terkait pencegahan dan pengendalian penyebaran COVID-19 guna menambah pengetahuan dan menghimbau masyarakat untuk menekan rantai penyebaran dari Corona Virus yang dapat menyebabkan COVID-19. Target pengabdian ini adalah Masyarakat Di Dusun Bilasundung Lekok dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang pemberian penyuluhan pencegahan covid-19, mencuci cuci tangan yang benar, dan penyediaan bahan untuk pencegahan penularan covid-19 dengan membagikan masker secara gratis. Kegiatan tersebut telah terlaksana dengan baik. Sambutan dari warga dusun Bilasundung Lekok Kecamatan Masbagik sangat baik dan mengharapkan kegiatan serupa dilaksanakan secara rutin

Abstract

Decreased muscle strength can cause disruption of functional abilities in the elderly because muscle strength affects almost all daily activities, so that the needs of the elderly can decrease and activity dependence on others. Mobilization problems that occur in the elderly can be overcome with non-pharmacological therapies such as progressive active and passive Range Of Motion (ROM) exercises that can increase muscle strength and maintain motor function. This service aims to increase muscle strength in bedrest elderly with impaired physical mobility with ROM. The number of elderly who will be given ROM is 30 elderly. The activity was carried out for 1 month by doing ROM to each room. The conclusion in this service is that there is an increase in strength in the elderly after ROM is performed. Suggestions in this service are expected for elderly social institutions to continue to provide guidance regarding ROM for bedrest elderly to increase muscle strength and support health.

Abstract

Hypertension is a big and serious problem worldwide. The incidence ofhypertension is more and is often experienced by elderly, one factors that causehypertension, including poor diet, such as consuming foods high in sodium andfat. So that elderly who have health problems really need family support. Data onhypertension sufferers in elderly in Melase village are 30 people with an averageblood pressure of around 140/90 mmHg to 190/110 mmHg which shows that thedegree of hypertension is very high. The purpose of this service is to strengthensupport of elderly family so that it can reduce the degree of hypertension The target of this service is families who have Hypertension Elderly in Melasevillage with activities to provide education to families about the importance offamily support for elderly as well as about hypertension and prevention ofrecurrence of hypertension so that the blood pressure of th elderly is alwayscontrolled within normal limits. The activity has been carried out well according toplan, the family understands by controlling eating and psychological patterns ofelderly and gives more attention and expects similar activities to be carried outregularly in other hamlets in the same village.

Abstract

Human Development Index has three elements, they are health, education attained and standard of living or often called the economy. Knowledge regarding the prevention and handling of COVID-19 and Hypertension in Elderly needs to be disseminated to reduce the number of COVID-19 cases considering the spread of this virus between humans and humans. The incidence of hypertension was also quite a lot and major cause of degenerative disease. The incidence of COVID-19 in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province has also experienced a significant increase since the announcement of the first positive cases on March 24, 2020. On April 21, 2020, there were 108 cases, with 11 recovered and 4 people. die. The number of COVID-19 sufferers in Mataram was 43 cases, while hypertension cases in Mataram, especially in Pondok Perasi, were 41 people. Health education need to be attention for society regarding the prevention and control the spread of COVID-19 and Hypertension increases knowledge and urges the public to suppress the chain of spread of the Corona Virus which can cause COVID-19 and prevent recurrence of hypertension in the elderly. The target of this public service was the Community in the Bintaro Ampenan, Mataram, the aim of this public service was to providing the understanding of community about counseling on the prevention of covid-19, washing hands properly, and providing materials for the prevention of covid-19 transmission by distributing free masks and counseling on hypertension. These activities have been carried out well. The response from residents was very good and they hoped that similar activities were carried out regularly

Abstract

Introduction: Unexpectedly high sea water can cause flooding which can damage, threaten lives and endanger the community, especially residents who live close to the shoreline or coastline. Objective: increase the response capacity of coastal residents to tidal flood disasters. Method: conducting outreach and simulating tidal flood disasters. Results: The average posttest score reached 17.5 out of a maximum score of 20, indicating the success of counseling in increasing respondents' knowledge and preparedness. Conclusion: Increasing community understanding, as reflected in a high average posttest score, can make a significant contribution to increasing community preparedness and adaptation to the risk of tidal floods. Furthermore, efforts are needed to maintain this positive momentum through sustainable programs, collaboration with related parties, and strengthening community participation in mitigation efforts.
