Abstract

This research aims to develop an artificial intelligence-based chatbot as a support tool for the New Student Admission (PMB) process at Cokroaminoto University Palopo. The system development method applied is the waterfall method, which consists of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The main focus of this research is to design and implement a chatbot that is able to provide information and support to prospective new students throughout the admission process. In the analysis stage, user needs and scenarios were identified to guide the development of the chatbot. System design includes the selection of artificial intelligence algorithms and a friendly user interface. Implementation involves developing a chatbot prototype that utilizes artificial intelligence technology. The expected results can improve the efficiency and quality of new student admission services at Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo.

Abstract

Tujuan peneliyian ini Untuk mendeskripsikan sebaran potensi Sumber Daya Alam di Kecamatan Sabbang Selatan dengan menggunakan aplikasi sistem informasi potensi Sumber Daya Alam berbasis Android di Kecamatan Sabbang Selatan. Pada penelitian ini jenis penelitian yang di gunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) penelitian jenis ini di gunakan dalam riset pengembangan produk lama atau penyempurnaan suatu produk baru yang hanya berupa sebuah perancangan. Pemetaan Potensi Sumber Daya Alam di Kecamatan Sabbang Selatan berbasis Android dapat digunakan dan menjadi salah satu wadah untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai Poteni Sumber Daya Alam di Kecamatan Sabbang Selatan yang dapat di manfaatkan oleh siapa saja dan diimplementasikan ke semua orang. Perancangan aplikasi pemetaan sebaran potensi sumber daya alam di kecamatan sabbang selatan berbasis android menggunakan aplikasi ArcGIS Online, Sublime Text, Mitt App Inventor 2 dan Google Chrome.

Abstract

Kebun wisata anggur desa Padang Kamburi merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata yang memadukan konsep perkebuanan dengan wisata petik. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis potensi pengembangan kebun wisata menjadi kawasan wisata anggur yang sebagai basis ekonomi desa. Metode yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi. Data dan informasi dianalisis dengan menggunakan SWOT yang dilanjutkan dengan penyusunan rekomendasi. Kelompok masyarakat yang terlibat dalam kegiatan yaitu terdiri atas 2 kelompok tani masing berjumlah 20 orang sehingga terdapat 40 orang peserta dan pemerintah Desa Padang Kamburi terdiri dari 4 orang. Manfaat yang diperoleh yaitu peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam memahami pengembangan agrowisata berbasis anggur beserta produk turunan lainnya. Pengembangan kebun wisata anggur Desa Padang Kamburi memiliki potensi untuk menjadi kawasan agrowisata dengan mempertimbangkan hasil analisis SWOT. Skala perkebunan yang tergolong kecil membutuhkan upaya serius untuk menambah areal perkebunan dengan segala aspek pendukung seperti ketersedian pembibitan, sarana produksi, sarana edukasi, pengolahan dan pemasaran produk.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi pada mitra menunjukkan adanya berbagai keterbatasan terkait dengan sumber belajar, media pembelajaran serta kemampuan siswa Kelas XII IPS SMAN 4 pada mata pelajaran geografi belum mampu memanfaatkan sumber-sumber dan media pembelajaran geografi yang lebih modern dengan memanfaatkan Teknologi Geospasial (TI) yang saat ini cukup tersedia saat ini. Manfaat dalam program PKM ini adalah sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran geografi, menigkatkan kompetensi pengetahuan dan kemampuan skill siswa Kelas XII IPS SMAN 4 Luwu yang mempelajari matapelajaran geografi dalam hal penerapan teknologi SIG seperti pembuatan peta dan penggunaan aplikasi Google Earth, Story Map dan penggunaan aplikasi GPS berbasis Android. Kegiatan PKM yang dilakukan berupa bentuk seminar, workshop atau pelatihan untuk siswa kelas XII IPS SMAN 4 Luwu yang mempelajari matapelajaran geografi. Melalui PKM ini peserta diberikan pengetahuan atau penguatan tentang Sistem Informasi Geografis dan penggunaan aplikasi google earth dan story map yang dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran geografi. Dari kegiatan PKM ini peserta sudah mampu menerapkan aplikasi google earth salah satunya menentukan lokasi atau mengambil data koordinat, menghitung luas lahan, melakukan digitasi jalan maupun sungai dan peserta sudah mampu memvisualisasikan data spasial dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi story map.

Abstract

The purpose of the research, identifying geographical conditions and potential tourist attractions, the social conditions of the surrounding community, the prospect of ecotourism development. Methods in this research qualitative approach with survey research with geospatial and SWOT-based geography review approach. The results of this study produced 6 thematic maps including topographic maps, geological maps, land type maps, slope slopes, tourist attraction distribution maps, and distribution maps of public facilities by containing information about the most influential geographical conditions in supporting the development of mungkajang area as an ecotourism area. Potential tourist attractions owned by the Mungkajang area there are 9 attractions scattered in the Mungkajang area by offering its attractions Latuppa area offers waterfall and bathing tours in the river stream, Kambo area offers tourism and bathing, murante area bathing waterboom and Mungkajang area offers camping and shelter attractions in addition to tourist attractions in Mungkajang area equipped with various public facilities available. in tourist attractions and those outside of tourist attractions in the Mungkajang area. The social conditions of the community include people who live in the location of the Mungkajang area have the same understanding of ecotourism, approval of the development of Mungkajang ecotourism, interest in the development of Mungkajang ecotourism. Mungkajang area development strategy as ecotourism with a geographical review approach that supports among location factors, relief factors, climate factors, biogeography factors, soil factors, water factors, geological factors, population factors, attractiveness factors, infrastructure factors, accommodation factors and facility service factors, while from the results of SWOT analysis of strategies that must be carried out to maintain the sustainability of natural wealth, involving the community, Working with government agencies, maximizing information technology, offering tourism potential different from others, providing complete facilities as needed by tourists and building good cooperation between the government, private sector and the public in the utilization of SDA that has the potential as a tourist attraction.

Abstract

One of the agricultural sectors that has commodity potential is seaweed. Seaweed is a plant that is classified as benthic macroalgae which generally lives in brackish waters or uses coastal areas. Tirowali Village, Ponrang District, Luwu Regency is a coastal area that cultivates seaweed of the Eucheuma cottonii type. However, seaweed farmers often experience losses due to several factors including air quality and pest disturbances, partners' limited knowledge in using technology such as measuring air quality in the form of unstable water salt levels on cultivated land due to the rainy season, and partners' expertise in handling seaweed. After harvest, we still use soil as a medium to dry the harvest. This causes the quality of the dried seaweed to be poor and some of the harvest tends to rot due to direct contact with the soil. Apart from that, the time needed to dry seaweed takes 2-3 days. Indirectly affects market prices. The solution to this problem is to provide training and assistance in seaweed cultivation, the harvesting process at the ideal age, and the handling of seaweed that is attacked by pests and diseases. Furthermore, providing training and assistance by utilizing appropriate technology such as the Fluval Sea Hydrometer Salt Water air temperature detector to increase the growth and quality of seaweed production, providing training on the use of post-harvest Rotary Dryer seaweed drying technology, especially to help farmers if the weather is cloudy or rain, provide training related to digital marketing-based marketing strategies to widely market products using online and offline methods.

Abstract

Background : The current problem of students and the community in searching for boarding house information only relies on information from friends, relatives or manual searches in searching for boarding house availability. Currently, the availability of information service provider platforms for boarding houses is now abundant, especially those based on websites or android-based. Boarding house information services based on websites or android-based only provide general information related to boarding house information, have not been able to provide comprehensive information. Objective : The purpose of this study is the KosyFinder e-commerce platform integrated with the Web Geographic Information System (WebGis) and Expert System which can help users in choosing a boarding as needed. Method : The research method used is Research and Development using the waterfall development model and the certainty factor (CF) method in diagnosing the health of the residential environment around the boarding house. Result : The results of this study were able to produce an e-commerce application product KosyFinder that was able to be integrated with WebGis and expert systems. The results of expert testing and user testing obtained a final value of 3.8 (very suitable), which means that the resulting system can be used. Conclusion : The platform that develops is functioning properly and as expected in accordance with the results of expert and user testing in the category is very appropriate.
