Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh suatu pemikiran bahwa motivasi berprestasi dan budaya organisasi dalam suatu organisasi perusahaan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan bagi sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan tersebut. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi berprestasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Dekoramik Perdana cabang Muara Karang Jakarta Utara. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh, yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Metode penelitian kuantitatif survei dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 26. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 78% artinya dalam penelitian motivasi berprestasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh 78% terhadap kinerja karyawan dan sisanya sebesar (100% - 78% = 22%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Berprestasi mempunyai nilai signifikansi 0,022 < 0,05, yang artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti Motivasi Berprestasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Budaya Organisasi mempunyai nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berprestasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terkait dengan motivasi berprestasi, pihak perusahaan disarankan untuk menumbuhkan dan menjaga motivasi karyawan tetap tinggi. Hal itu dapat dilakukan dengan cara memberikan reward bagi karyawan yang berprestasi. Reward dapat berupa peningkatan gaji, bonus atau promosi jabatan. Dengan demikian karyawan termotivasi untuk bekerja dengan lebih baik guna meningkatkan kinerjanya untuk mendapatkan hasil atau prestasi yang tinggi. Selanjutnya yang terkait dengan budaya organisasi, pihak perusahaan disarankan untuk melibatkan karyawan dalam pembentukan kebijakan dan peraturan perusahaan. Pengenalan tentang visi dan misi serta kebijakan perusahaan juga perlu dilakukan kepada setiap karyawan secara menyeluruh. Pihak perusahaan juga perlu menindak tegas serta memberlakukan sanksi bagi karyawan yang melakukan pelanggaran sehingga timbul efek jera. Dengan demikian budaya organisasi yang baik dapat tercipta

This study aims to determine, analyze, and explain how the partial and simultaneous influence of location and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Mie Ayam Cibojong. This research uses a type of quantitative research with descriptive and verification methods. The population in this study is people who have bought cibojong chicken noodles at least once. The sample to be tested in this study amounted to 384 people with sampling using slovin. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive technique. The data analysis technique uses scale-range analysis and path analysis with the SPSS 26 for window software analysis tool. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that the correlation coefficient between the location variable and word of mouth is 0.732 at a strong correlation level. The partial effect of location (X_1) on purchasing decisions has a smaller value compared to the word of mouth variable (X_2), which is equal to 12.4%, while the word of mouth variable simultaneously has a contribution of 23.1%, simultaneously the total influence of location and word of mouth on purchasing decisions is 60.3% while the remaining 39.7% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of the research in this study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Efektivitas Kerja dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 110 pegawai dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Korelasi, Analisis Koefisien Determinasi dan Uji Hipotesis dengan Uji t hitung dan Uji F hitung. Alat bantu statistik yang digunakan yaitu IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1) terdapat korelasi yang sangat kuat antara Efektivitas Kerja dan Kompetensi dengan memperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.842. 2) Pengaruh secara parsial Efektivitas Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai berpengaruh signifikan dengan memperoleh nilai sebesar 6.084, sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai berpengaruh signifikan dengan memperoleh nilai sebesar 6.841. Efektivitas kerja dan kompetensi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 83,2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 16,8% merupakan nilai variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

This research was conducted aiming to reveal how much the impact of Discipline, Training on Job Motivation and Implication of Employee Performance on employees working at PT Vania Interior Furnishing, using the PLS (Partial Least Square) method and structural equation analysis (SEM) based variants which can simultaneously conduct measurement model testing along with structural model testing. The results showed that: (1) There was a positive and significant influence on Discipline attitude towards Employee Performance at PT. Vania Interior Furnishing. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of Discipline on Employee Job motivation at PT. Vania Interior Furnishing. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of Job motivation on employee performance at PT. Vania Interior Furnishing. (4) There is a positive and significant effect of training on Employee Performance at PT. Vania Interior Furnishing. The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior in SMK Satria Srengseng teachers, this research is quantitative. The population is all teaching teachers and staff. The technique in taking samples uses nonrandom sampling in the form of saturated samples with a total of 70 teachers. Data obtained from the results of the study were analyzed using multiple linear regression. T-test results for the variable organizational commitment, job satisfaction and partial work motivation are positive and significant for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). F-test results for the variable organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work motivation together are significant for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Suggestions for further research are to include other variables that also have a strong influence in shaping organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

These research aims to disclosed and analyzed those influence from competency, Organizational career management and Performance appraisal towards Career path Advancement on millennial HR profession with assist of organizational commitment as intervening variable. These research population were workers / HR profession with category of millennial ages in companies around Jabodetabek with research sample was taken by random sampling as many as 218 people. Data obtained from distributed questionnaires result with analysis methods by SEM using the SmartPLS version 3.2.8 program and The results showed that those variables of competency, organizational career management, and performance appraisal had positive and significant influence against Career path advancement. Alongside with Organizational commitment variable were also positively and significant mediated of those variables towards Career path advancement.

This research had purposed to analyzed those Transformation Strategy and Safety Implementation of Culture Change in improving the Occupational Safety and Health from PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia during period 2015-2020. These research data was result from in-dehpt, interview, FGD, primary and secondary data from PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia during these implementation of HSE Work culture change program during period of 2015-2020. Research method used qualitative with type of case study research. Data analysis used Mckensy 7S Framework and The results showed that PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia has a strategic plan for any kind of transformation from HSE Work culture until 2030 through "Salam Lima Jari" program. Through planned and systematic program until 2020, PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia has succeeded in putting HSE Work culture at Proactive level. The ability of PT Pertamina Drilling Serrvices Indonesia to create strategic planning and implement HSE programs should be encouraged by ability to strengthen system and program integration within organization. The Succeed of HSE culture will achieved if there has supported by consistent commitment from management and all related units in established HSE culture as the main lifestyle at organization therefore HSE culture did not stop at cognitive and psychomotor aspects of employees but also its holistically becomes an effective organization.

This research intend to reveal the impact of compensation and job satisfaction towards the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) at the Directorate of Airworthiness and Aircraft Operations (DKPPU), Directorate General of Civil Aviation at the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia through motivation as a mediating variable. The type of this research was included in quantitative research. The analytical method used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by SmartPLS version 3.3.2. The total of a respondents who were sampled in this research were 70 DKPPU civil servants. The results explained that the compensation has a positive and significant influence on motivation, job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on motivation, compensation has a positive and significant influence on performance, job satisfaction has a negative and insignificant affect towards performance, motivation has a positive and significant affect towards performance, compensation has a positive influence and significant on performance through motivation as a mediating variable, job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on performance through motivation as a mediating variable.

This research aims to learn further regarding the impact caused by Organizational Commitment, Career Development and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. The research population amounted to 140 respondents with a sample filtered of 95 respondents who were employees at Head Office and Site Office of PT. Map Surveillances. The quantitative descriptive research method used multiple linear regression analysis through the version 22 SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social) application program. The results showed that Organizational Commitment, Career Development and Work Environment had a positive and significant impact on Job Satisfaction both partially and simultaneously.

This research has purposes to discover and examine the impact which causing from return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER) and current ratio (CR) against stock prices in sub-sector telecommunications companies which have been registered on the IDX during period of 2012 - 2019. This research currently uses a quantitative method with sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique during the research period so the samples used were EXCEL, FREN, ISAT and TLKM. The research data used was secondary data through multiple linear regression analysis method. The results had shown that 1) ROE had a positive and significant impact on stock prices; 2) DER had no impact on stock prices; 3) CR had a positive and significant impact on stock prices; and 4) ROE, DER, and CR had simultaneously impact on stock prices.
